Days ago I agreed to a settlement email sent to me by NDR for one of my creditors. I have had NO email communication regarding that matter since. However, I am continuing to receive DAILY multiple phone calls from your organization but without any message left. Until I do hear something regarding the details of my agreement to settle, I will NOT be pleased with NDR's actions.

In the beginning I was not confident about the program because of enough contact. Contact has improved and I'm satisfied. I have recommended the program to my daughter. Being able to view the account an added plus. Agents are very non-condescending.

They (NDR) do many great things, including negotiate reduced amount owed. A bit slow on responding to emails I send, but they do good work. I know they can help anyone that needs help achieving reduction in the amount they own creditors. Thank you.

I am not impressed with this company! Every time I call them about progress and how much I pay them each month, I always get the runaround. What I am paying them each month, I could have paid my debt down several times over! But I am told I have signed the contracts and have to have patience! I often times felt confused about what was actually going on and when I called to ask questions I had to talk to different people and some do not seem to know what is going on or don't give complete answers. I don't consider myself ignorant, but there were times when I felt that way because I had to rephrase my questions to get the answer I was looking for... like going to the dentist to get your teeth pulled. Also, after I was done paying off the debt the response for what was going to happen next was over 30 days. I would like to see a new credit report upon completing my debt. I would recommend your service to others and am over all pleased with the service.

I can only say they are great. They have settled three accounts in 6 months. I could have never done it without them. I would recommend them to anyone. I have been able to save money and it took a weight off me that was taking over my life.

It's embarrassing at a personal level to have others realize what kind of financial condition you find yourself in. NDR encourages, although it continues to be hard to fight back the embarrassment and fear, communication and acknowledges it's ok not to be able to perform as you hope. Through this process, they have negotiated one of my debts with a significant savings, communicate via email and online (phone not working and can't afford new one yet), and patient as I strive to meet commitments. I filed with National Debt in July 3 and am $30.000 dollars in debt paying $900, a month on credit cards. My premium to them is $580.00 and am surprised after following their advice on closing all accounts and sending a introduction letter they recommend, I ONLY HAVE ONE COMPANY bothering me by phone. I am saving $320 a month. Perhaps it's the lawyers provided or their name. I haven't been hounded as much as I thought.

I'm not satisfied with the fees charged for services. They're extremely high for already struggling clientele and fees should be reduced from twenty percent to ten percent. Otherwise the debtor stays in debt longer than filing a bankruptcy. Which absolves you altogether.

I will say that is my one issue and if I had the ability to do so it is what would make me not use this service any longer.

I had run into problems due to unexpected expenses for the property I had inherited. I highly recommend this company due to not only helping but teaching as we go along.

So far so good! Still new with this company so still going through the settlement process, so far 4 months out and only one company is settled with so we will see, I'll keep updating as time goes on. My cousin also joined the program and so far is also having a good experience.

They are very good at making sure I understand everything before going on. Both Lauren ** and the welcome call girl were helpful and patient as I did not have computer access. I have an iPhone and had to call them back to finish my application. I have referred my son and his wife to your service.

I'm completely satisfied with National Debt solution. Whatever they said they were going to do they did it and happy and surprised with some of the result. They also keep me up-to-date on all of the result and make sure they get my approval on all of the account.

I was very ready and excited to take action and do something long term to pay off my debt and be debt free in the future. When I hired NDR to help me, I was not late on any payments yet as I was in a vicious circle of robbing Peter to pay Paul to keep things current. Clearly that had to stop. It has been extremely difficult to watch my credit score spiral down so low so fast after I started with NDR. I keep praying that I made the right choice but right now it's pretty scary as nothing is happening, just paying money in with no results thus far after I started in June. It would make it easier if they communicated more about their plan of intentions as to who and what they plan to pay off first, second etc and so the client knows what to expect and that someone is working on your account in the background.

My payments are way too high! I can't afford it! I am struggling with all my bills barely making it! Your prices are too high! I would have done better without having you help me because you make for what I didn't pay them by charging me all these fees on top of fees! I don't get it? I don't like it? My debt is around 10 years old... The value should have went down? What happened to the statute of limitation???

I had a bad five years and accrued about $48K in debt. Part my fault, part a bad partner who took over my credit cards (and didn't pay anything), and part due to the bad economy of 2008+. I was scared and had nowhere to turn. Friends didn't have good recommendations, there was Debtors Anonymous but overspending wasn't my issue (I can go for weeks without spending on anything other than has and basic groceries), and banks won't give a loan. Thank goodness I saw an ad for NDR late at night, did a little research, and knew I had a road map out of debt.

Just okay. I was told that my debt will be settled within 2 years. But wasn't true. That was why I joined the program though I am almost done but it is too long. I am getting tired of the whole situation. Wish it could be more faster than this. They need to stop deceiving people.
