I had problems in the beginning getting everything all together to them. I would think they had a form and months later learned they didn't. It was frustrating but we eventually got it all together. I never hear from them except when they made an offer for a payoff. It went very smoothly. I wish they would update me from time to time.

I am so excited I hope this works for me... I would suggest when the people would read and explain it to us they would talk louder, clearer and slower. People like me dont understand some of the terms and things like this...

Oh this is one of the best customer services team of people I have ever spoke with. They walk you through the process and make sure you are completely happy with whatever the situation is. They listen and explain everything to you fully. Great teamwork.

When I contacted John, he went over what was National Debt Relief program. Then we went through my specific needs and he broke it down one by one and how long it will take to fix my debt. I was very satisfied with the information given to me by Patrick, he was very detailed about how NDR could help me with my debt versus filing bankruptcy. I have been struggling for a long time now since my son has put me in this financial hardship with losing my home and having to take in his 2 children ages 2 and 3, losing his car that I co-signed for, and me ending up in the hospital for severe migraines and stress, plus so much more that has happened and put me in this financial burden. National Debt Relief has performed as agreed. I am still early in the program so I have not received notices of negotiated payoffs but I anticipate seeing some of the smaller debts drop off soon. Contact by creditors has been minimal. Drafts are performed as scheduled. Provided you follow the guidelines in their documentation and adhere to a strict budget, this is a valid option to bankruptcy.

So far everything is going well with the resolve. From 7 credit card debt I have they settled 2. So far good experience. Hopefully they will keep trying hard and get me out of debt sooner. Because I was worry with all this debt I had.

NDR has been successful in negotiating 6 of 12 creditor accounts within the past 12 months. I recommend their services to those that find themselves against a financial wall, but keep in mind PATIENCE is necessary for this process to work for you. It's much easier to let them deal with this than try and deal with the companies yourself. When setting up your contract with NDR, I highly recommend paying the meager fee for legal advice. They have kept me out of trouble. Do NOT expect overnight miracles. They can only work with the money you make available to them. Do NOT contact the creditors yourself once NDR has the ball.

I like that the debt will get settled. However, it has been hard dealing with the low credit score and not talking to some creditors for a long time. Also, the NDR people have very little contact with the clients once the process has begun.

There is no contact with your company concerning updating information on my account unless I initiate it. Since you are taking my money, it would be nice to know what you are doing with it. An email could be sent once a month or even every couple of months.

Days ago I agreed to a settlement email sent to me by NDR for one of my creditors. I have had NO email communication regarding that matter since. However, I am continuing to receive DAILY multiple phone calls from your organization but without any message left. Until I do hear something regarding the details of my agreement to settle, I will NOT be pleased with NDR's actions.

In the beginning I was not confident about the program because of enough contact. Contact has improved and I'm satisfied. I have recommended the program to my daughter. Being able to view the account an added plus. Agents are very non-condescending.

I am not impressed with this company! Every time I call them about progress and how much I pay them each month, I always get the runaround. What I am paying them each month, I could have paid my debt down several times over! But I am told I have signed the contracts and have to have patience! In the mean time my credit is being destroyed! Frustrated and don't know what else to do!

I often times felt confused about what was actually going on and when I called to ask questions I had to talk to different people and some do not seem to know what is going on or don't give complete answers. I don't consider myself ignorant, but there were times when I felt that way because I had to rephrase my questions to get the answer I was looking for... like going to the dentist to get your teeth pulled. Also, after I was done paying off the debt the response for what was going to happen next was over 30 days. I would like to see a new credit report upon completing my debt. I would recommend your service to others and am over all pleased with the service.

It's embarrassing at a personal level to have others realize what kind of financial condition you find yourself in. NDR encourages, although it continues to be hard to fight back the embarrassment and fear, communication and acknowledges it's ok not to be able to perform as you hope. Through this process, they have negotiated one of my debts with a significant savings, communicate via email and online (phone not working and can't afford new one yet), and patient as I strive to meet commitments. I filed with National Debt in July 3 and am $30.000 dollars in debt paying $900, a month on credit cards. My premium to them is $580.00 and am surprised after following their advice on closing all accounts and sending a introduction letter they recommend, I ONLY HAVE ONE COMPANY bothering me by phone. I am saving $320 a month. Perhaps it's the lawyers provided or their name. I haven't been hounded as much as I thought.

I would strongly recommend National Debt Relief to family and friends. They keep you up to date on all progress and where you are at in the process. Already have one settlement processing. Really great company and straight to the point on what needs to be done.

I'm not satisfied with the fees charged for services. They're extremely high for already struggling clientele and fees should be reduced from twenty percent to ten percent. Otherwise the debtor stays in debt longer than filing a bankruptcy. Which absolves you altogether.

Everyone I have worked with at National Debt Relief is very professional and helpful. The service has saved me time and allowed me to pay off debts. The cost and fees are high and at times make paying of the debts as costly or more so than what they would have been if I were able to negotiate directly. I will say that is my one issue and if I had the ability to do so it is what would make me not use this service any longer.
