Everyone I interacted with was amazing, very thorough and attentive. Explained the process very well. Made me feel at ease and not pressured. Jim communicated as if we were friends and I wasn't a customer. Once all this is over and my debt is cleared I will recommend others to use the service.

I had a great experience with the first customer svc rep (Katie) who was so patient with me and helped me understand the whole program. Katie was great! She made me feel comfortable talking about my debt and what she (NDR) could do for me and my situation. She has great customer svc skills and an asset to your company! Carolyn (welcome/underwriting dept) was great as well explaining everything about what I needed to know about the final details on how the program works! I had worked with a company before that's similar to National Debt Relief and I was trying to find this online but I found NDR instead. They had a good ring, so I went ahead and used them. I had credit card debts that were weighing on me and I decided to get rid of them as quickly as possible. NDR seemed legitimate and the reviews on them that I read were positive as far as people’s experience and the professionalism of the company. So, I called NDR and the person I spoke to was very professional. He didn’t make me feel like a loser for having to use their service. He went step by step through everything. I sat there at my computer while he was at his, and we went through everything that I had to sell out and what I needed to do. He never left my side and he was there throughout the entire process. Their communication with me has been excellent. Any time I’ve had a question, they’ve been there to answer with no hesitation.

All of the team members at National Debt Relief are very pleasant. I like that they keep their word. The ones that I usually work with have always been very knowledgeable and helpful, so I've always had a great experience with them. NDR has definitely been a lifesaver. Credit lines have definitely improved my life a lot. The exciting part is I'm going to be out of debt soon because of them.

Too expensive. I was not explained that the fee is charged for the debt owed and not the settlement amount, a rip off! When I found out about this it was too late they had already made all the money they needed to make. Not satisfied.

Still am bothered by the creditors by phone even though this has been set up for almost 2 months now. Thought this was going to be a smoother transition than it has been. Still getting tacked on late fees by the creditors also. How is that supposed to help eliminate the balances if they can keep adding more late fees to the account balance?!?! The representatives were extremely knowledgeable, and helped along each step of the process. They explained the program and made sure I understood all of the steps, and how the program will run throughout the 38 months. The only thing that could be better is if the representatives slowed down in their presentations, and didn't get so caught up with reading the printed instructions that the client has to cut in more than once to get their attention away from what they are reading.

When I first contacted NDR about the program I was given information and the process is way different than how it was explained to me. My credit is worse than before I signed up with them. Nothing has been done with my account either. This is not a beneficial program from what I have seen.

They need to strengthen communication amongst their employees. Apparently nobody knows who called clients and information is misconstrued. Payment accountability lacks professionalism. Started to become a rat race to reach customer service. The chain of command is not easily accessible. It overall can be a better company by improving communication.

I signed up with National Debt Relief because I wanted to clear my debts, as I was 73 years old at the time. I was pleased with the service until the debts were taken care of. I was told that there would be a "graduation" when my debts were cleared - whatever that meant. I never did know what that meant and I never heard from them again. I later discovered that my credit rating was poor. I also noticed that they took too long in notifying a couple of creditors and was turned in for collection. I was hoping they would help clear this up but it did not happen.

I keep getting calls from my credit cards and I hate that. I also hate the fact my score will go down. I have worked hard to try to bring it up. I would think the creditors would like one taking action. I understand the process though and it was very helpful doing it all on the phone. I want to thank you for all you are doing for me. You guys have been patient with me trying to help me find a settlement that I can handle. To get to a customer service agent took a very long time, once I got to a agent I was very satisfied with the agent response. I am a little concerned about the length of time it will take to get things started but I think it will all work out. Your automated help could be helpful in some cases.

I admit I had my doubts when I first signed up with NDR. I'm glad I stuck with them now that it's all said and done. They went above and beyond to assist me every step of the way. When one of my creditors became aggressive and moved against me legally, I was terrified. It had me so stressed I started having a nervous breakdown. I immediately called them and was essentially told they'd take care of everything. Never heard back on the subject until they had reached a resolution with the creditor. These guys delivered on everything they promised. I'm so glad I was recommended to them. Worth the time and the effort!

I've only been with them for about 2 months so how they go about resolving my debt issue has yet to be seen, but I will say the whole thing just makes me very nervous and I'm concerned I made a bad decision signing up.

Well this process is described as a debt solution but one month into it and I have seen no efforts being made as to settling my debts and I am being left with anxiety to boot. I gave 3 stars because it is early in the process and I am holding out that what was said would happen, will happen.

I have only been a customer for two months but so far everything has been great. The set up was real easy and the staff members were great??? The only other thing would be to make the papers that need to be copied easier to copy on a home scanner instead of having to take them somewhere else and having to pay to have them copied.

I started the program with over $15,000 in credit card debt and paid it off over 3 years. I have been completely debt free for 1 year now. Overall it was a good experience. It is a lot to take in on the first interview. After I read your booklet you sent me, and a few calls to you I felt more at ease. All the people I talked to were extremely courteous, and helpful. I feel comfortable with NDR handling my case.

These guys are the bomb! I always had a courteous person on the line when I needed to talk with them. They helped me get rid of 6 huge credit card debts and it took awhile, but after all is said and done it was a great feeling to be done with the mountain of debt I had created for myself. My job of course, would never have provided the funds to get it done. Without their help, I would still be struggling.

Most settlements were over what they said they would be and when cc company's want to sue me for money they charged me extra 200 dollars for paperwork to sent to court. Then they settled with cc company right after I paid. They did this 2 times.

The program is awesome for paying back your debts. NDR negotiates with the creditors on your behalf to reduce some of the interest etc. so that getting out of debt is more attainable. This is my second go around and they added some new fees but overall 5 stars!

Each company says that you guys need to call them!!! Please call them!

My customer service rep was very, professional, and helpful. It was nice to feel like I had a "friend" helping and not a "collector". No judgment, just exceptional and timely service. Even when I was not sure what to do, she helped me find a way!

From the first call I made to start my debt relief I felt relief. I was answered all my questions I had and the customer service advisor was great. I indeed recommended to a friend and she herself also join the relief of debt. From the timeframe I was given that I would be debt free actually was even sooner. Great company.

NDR Is only interested in what money they are going to make. With that aside, I am one of their clients which I do not feel that way. I feel more like I am indebted to them. I have went to recording my conversations on how they treat me anyway. They make a deal with the debtor and expect you to come up with the money to cover their deal. I came to NDR because I was unable met the obligations I made after income changes. Up to this point every thing NDR has saved me as they strongly indicate, I have giving to NDR in fees and other things they want me to do as sending Registered letters. I do not work for NDR, I asked for their help because they stated to deal with and help get you out of debt quicker. It has went from Approx. 3 yrs. to maybe 5 yrs. Am I happy? NO!

The person was clear on what was happening with settlement. He was polite and made sure I understood was required to settle. Thank you for updating me on this matter. I understand additional funds would be required and he split them up for me and explained exactly when they would be required.

When I first applied to the program I asked if there will be any settlement or monthly fees, the representative said only a $9.99 monthly fee, no additional costs. I was supposed to pay only $9,800 for my $20,000 debt which in reality, I ended up paying close to $15,000 because National Debt Relief was pocketing settlement fees that I was not aware of! My best advice is call the credit card companies yourself and negotiate. All companies will settle for half of the debt owed and they will close your account to avoid additional interest fees AND will give you a 6 month payment plan. Which is exactly what National Debt Relief EXCEPT they charged $500-$600 per settlement. Save yourself the money and consolidate yourself. I'm very disappointed with them and will NEVER recommend it to anyone.

While I would always first recommend that someone pay off their debt if they can on their own, when push comes to shove, and if they literally cannot make their payments and their creditors won't work with them, then my experience with NDR would have me recommend them. A divorce left me high and dry with a stack of unsecured debt, and I literally did not earn enough money (working 3 jobs) to make all the payments - nonetheless eat or have gas to get to work.

My experience has been professional. Every person I have spoken to have been knowledgeable and kind. I wish I had done this a long time ago. I care about my debt. My family experience a hardship. Feeling hopeless afraid we would have to file bankruptcy scared me so. My husband and I have always had very good credit. When we found this company it took a lot of pressure off of us. I wasn't too happy with my experience with them, I was in almost a 4 year program with them. In 7 or 8 months they only resolved 1 account, and although the account was resolved for about $7000 less than what it was they charged me more than it cost to resolve to the account. This was also one of my higher accounts, so I'm confused on why they didn't resolve my lower accounts before working on the higher ones. I had about 8 different things in there and they could have resolved 3 or 4 little things during that time compared to that 1 item. I ended up deciding to file bankruptcy. That was a personal choice that I felt was better for myself.

All is going good except for two creditors whom I have to keep on call block. They keep calling all day long so therefore I keep on call block. Most are complying with my wishes. I am having to get used to arranging my other bills along with the money coming out of my bank account.

I have just started but I feel with their help. It will be good. They are very patient and helpful. I’m glad to have found National Debt Relief. If you need help with bills I would go to them. Very understanding. If they can deal with me they can deal with anyone.
