NDR made some promises that I have not seen action on. In 1 year, I have seen only 1 debt settled. I have a hard time getting in touch with customer service, and the automated replies from emails are frustrating, with no help.

I have had a good experience! People have been very helpful! They have been very clear in what I need to do. When I have had questions, they have quickly answered them. It is always easy to get in contact with someone.

I'm very satisfied with your service. The staff is very friendly when calling and they answer all the questions. When I first call to enroll in the program everything was explained completely and in such a manner the was understanding. Thank You.

There's a way to reduce the payment on bills but I didn’t have that knowledge so I called the professionals at National Debt Relief. They're the first people I called and they were great when the program first started. But then after that, I haven’t heard from anybody and I've already been with them for about nine months. Whenever they'd seal a deal, they’d shoot an email saying that they got an offer and if I like it. I have four accounts with them and I’ve received about three emails regarding moving on to some accounts and then 20 other emails asking about how they’re doing. It would be nice if they'd call once a month to say what accounts they’re waiting to close or tell me not to worry and that everything will be smooth. Nonetheless, National Debt Relief has financially helped for the bills that qualified and I’m glad there’s a company that knows how to do deal with big companies that ask for way too much interest and rip people off.

Some people recommended National Debt Relief to me. Before I got involved with them I didn't have any collateral to consolidate my bills. National Debt Relief helped me consolidate my debts. They cut it down to reasonable rates, and they were effective in helping me get my debts paid off. I am happy with that. I appreciate how they took care of me, how friendly everyone was and how on the ball they were.

I tried to save some money but I found out lately that National Debt Relief is pushing me to get a loan so I can finish faster. I will get my name cleared earlier but that way will cost me $14,000 more, so I looked into relief help. So far, they’re doing okay with the credit that goes into the money and I’m satisfied. Working with them is easier and better, but I don’t have no credit anymore. Also, they have to charge less interest and it will be a lot helpful to the poor people. In my situation, they get $600 for the work that they do, but it is a little high and it could be around $500. When you retire and try to make a living and then have to pay around 23%, that’s a lot of money.

I called and spoke to someone from National Debt Relief who was very informative and knowledgeable. Comparing with the other ones that I saw, I thought NDR was the best for me. Their employees have all been very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. They've been terrific. Setting up the program was very straightforward. I received my information packet in the mail and handling that was not a problem. They are gently working on my case and everything is going well. I've been with them for four months now and they've already settled three different accounts for me. Plus, my credit score's gone back up, thankfully, and I feel better knowing that I have someone positively working to help me manage my debt and make sure that everything is getting where it needs to be. It's been a great and positive experience all around. They have excellent customer service and National Debt Relief is a good company.

I was about to file for bankruptcy and I took debt relief instead. I found NDR online and they seemed like a good company to go with. They stopped me from filing bankruptcy which is good. I'm getting things paid off, and things are working out in a way they said it would. Also, I can always get through somebody anytime I call and they help me out. I don't have to worry about machines which is cool.

Updated on 09/07/2018: National Debt Relief was able to work with me on the payment plan and I was impressed by the fact that the negotiators get results right away. It has been less than a year, but they negotiated a lot of my debt. I have a spreadsheet showing how much I owed and how much they negotiated and I was very impressed at what they’re doing. They’re getting the debt reduced at an average of 40%. Also, my negotiators are very good at addressing my questions and concerns and I could give them high marks with communication skills. I’m definitely getting my money’s worth. If my friends and family members ask about NDR, I would say do it and do it now.

I have only recently enrolled but so far the people at National Debt Relief have been nothing but helpful and knowledgeable through my onslaught of questions. So I got on the BBB's website and found National Debt Relief. Although I am in the very beginning of the program, I am happy with my experience so far.

I was struggling, companies took out warrants on me and have me subpoenaed. I was even supposed to go to courts because of my debts. NDR made an agreement with them, which I was thankful for. They made it a whole lot easier since I used to pay out $2,000 to $3,000 a month on bills and I was getting nowhere. I've been awfully pleased with NDR ever since I started working with them. They got things manageable for me that settling my debts felt like a vacation. They've settled two debts with Lowe's and other ones. I have never worked with any other people who were so honest and straight up. They did what they said they were going to do. Anybody that has a debt of any size should call these people if they want to get out of it and feel relief.

I am disappointed in myself that I allowed my finances to get out of control. Ashamed actually. My credit score was 770 last summer. It is no longer that. :( I tried to work things out with creditors, but to no avail. Bankruptcy isn't an option (though I'm not sure what looks "better" on a credit report... bankruptcy or a debt relief company. At this point though, my credit is ** anyway, so...). I have made 2 payments to Global. Still in the early stages to say I'm 100% satisfied with NDR. Time will tell if I can give a better rating.

I would recommend National Debt Relief because they are very friendly. They explain the entire program in great detail. They do not pressure you into anything. Everything is very transparent. You know exactly where your money is going and they never agree to a settlement without your permission. Also you have a care team at your disposal for any question that may come up.

National Debt Relief has a nice web page and I saw comments so I decided to go with them. Their team knew what they were doing because I didn’t get a hard time to understand. They were doing their job great. The first time I called NDR, I agreed that they set an auto-debit for me. They told my creditors everything that they got and then gave me the opportunities so I accepted their offer after we started settling all these solutions. I got seven cards and they covered those and they got it done on the first four cards. I had debt and after I signed up with them, everything is getting better and I won't be able to lose my credit because of NDR. I'm almost paid off for my debts and it's really faster than I expected. I can pay easily and get all these debts done after working with them to solve it. National Debt Relief is the best, they’re amazing and everything is easy to set up. I appreciate the business.

Because of the high-interest rates on credit card debt, I decided to look into relief help. The program of National Debt Relief is affordable. I'm saving some money so it's working out good. It has been easier because I don’t have to pay each of the credit cards. They’re paying all those credit cards for me.

Very efficient, settled two accounts already. They were able to reduce accounts, by at least 50%. With power of attorney they were able to talk and request reasonable settlements. You're able to view your account on the internet, with all the transactions being done.

Rep was very courteous and provided excellent customer service. Help me reach the best withdrawal amounts for my settlements. At first the payment amounts were kind of high and she went back and did some recalculations to make it more affordable. I appreciate her taking the extra step.

Very helpful staff and an overall pleasant experience dealing with a not so pleasant issue. Rocco helped me work through my financial issues and established a solid game plan that was easy to understand. Thanks to him and the other staff, my debt will be gone in the next 3.5 years, opposed to the roughly 20 years it would have taken had I continued on my old path.

Haven't really dealt with them much. I do know that I have been in contact with my accounts and they have not heard from you at all as of yet. Guessing you wait about 90 days to contact accounts. I'll know more in the next month or so.

It was a completed experience. Took a little longer than I was expecting, but all in all A grade is given. The person that helped me was polite and got the job done. I had to go through 3 folks to get to my final person. Giving my information to 3 different people was a bit tedious.
