I just started the program. So far staff have been helpful with my case. I sure hope that this program will relieve a lot of my stress in regards to monthly payments with my debtors and I sure hope that I can restart my credit once again without having to drown in debt. We have always had good credit and made one-time payment but we fell into some hard times. National Debt Relief took an embarrassing situation for us and helped us through. All correspondence have been helpful, positive, and provided resolution. We really appreciate them and would absolutely recommend.

Only after five months in the program, one of my major debts was resolved! The customer service team has been in contact with me via phone and email. The process to apply for the programs was easy to complete and now I'm told to wait at least two to three months for the company start calling all my creditor. I'm able to sleep at night knowing someone is helping me with my bills.

The customer service is notable, as I tend to be very skeptical about these sorts of programs. In being able to field all questions with patience and respect, Bill provided assurance that the service is legit (I did research on the company before calling, but his attitude and process reinforced the reputation the company has earned.).

Michael who was the specialist in helping me sign up went through everything with me in detail, told me step by step what would happen and after being approved informed me that I would get a "welcome call" to finalize the agreement which I then received a call from Evelyn who answered all of my questions and reassured me how everything was going to go. I would like to say that National Debt Relief is for real. They were very helpful in setting up my account and I would recommend them to everyone, my wife and I have been struggling with debt for some time now and we signed up this program and it has been awesome. The phone calls have stopped and our debt is being decreased big time.

I am so happy with what NDR has done for me. One more account to resolve and I will be completely out of about $15,000 debt in two years and about 5 months. Also, I love love love that I can accept resolution offers via email now instead of having to make what can be a lengthy phone call.

All service representatives were very full of information and really nice. I had no problem with getting the appropriate information needed to complete the contract. The document e-sign was easy and quickly done and returned to the representative to finish my contract and the last caller was very nice.

This was so simple and easy. You guys handled the credit card companies so I didn't have to. Payments were easy to make. I was always notified once a settlement had been made. I finished the program in less time than I expected. About 4 months earlier than I expected.

New customer. So far it's been good. We have been with them for just a month ago far. Half of our creditors have responded and responded good. The other half seem to not have received or just maybe haven't reviewed the letter that National Debt Relief sent them. They have sent out late notices and still calling.

Overall happy with the experience. As to be expected, I was very nervous (still am) to be in this position, and take these steps. At first, Bradley was very calm, collected, and kind. Towards the end, he was very rushed, and was even legitimately rude at one point. I get that he doesn't want to waste his time with someone who won't commit, but I was communicative, and only expressing concerns.

They settled a big account leaving 4 little ones that are going to court now. Should have done it opposite. After a year they tell me to pay more a month. Should have said that in the beginning. Sucking the food right out of my house since they did it backwards.

Compared to the monthly service charge the service is hardly worth the cost. 50 percent of all my payments go into service charges. If they were able to save me 50 percent it would be a wash. In reality I am paying way more than actually owed. Some of the companies they have not negotiated with yet. What gives?

During my welcome phone call the representative was very informative, professional, and friendly. She answered any and all of my questions politely and removed any nervousness I had from beginning the process. I felt she gave me all of the information I would need to contact the company and how to refer my creditors to the proper place.

Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience with National Debt Relief. The customer service was always very nice and professional and anytime I had any questions, I could always get in contact with someone without having to wait for a long period of time. They were always consistent in taking the amounts agreed upon from my account on a monthly basis. The main issue I had with my experience was that once they had determined my repayment plan, there were two creditors that, for whatever reason, were simply left to just sit and wait while none of my monthly payment was going to either of them. I expected that my credit rating would take a hit, but because of this, it became worse than it needed to be. I ended up having to work out repayment plans for these two creditors on my own outside of the NDR repayment plan in order to keep from having these accounts be charged off.

I would definitely recommend National Debt Relief to my friends and family. This process will take at least 3 years to be resolved but knowing that it's being resolved is what matters to me. My credit score is dropping now but I know it will eventually increase in the future.

While this process has been clearly explained, and the staff is friendly it is also obvious that they are reading off a script, and thus the presentation is somewhat monotone. However, it is great that this is not done with an automated system, as it is nice to have someone that can answer questions immediately.

Paid everything plus more, ended up in court over one credit card. Left with 3 credit cards not being paid at all. But National Debt definitely got all their fees. I was taken advantage of and still in a bad situation. Paid over $13,000 and have c/c in collection today. Horrible program!!!

My command in the military told me I had to fix my credit and a buddy of mine recommended National Debt Relief. Nikki was a pleasure to work with. I'm not very good with technology and she helped me with it and was very patient with me. And talked me through it. She was very pleasant to talk to also. I was going through a divorce with my wife at the time and I’d pay the minimum amount on the credit card bill which is all that I could pay. Each additional time the bill would come back, it would be a little bit more expensive than the last time. So, I went from $350 to $360 and then $370. I couldn’t afford to eat and pay the bills at the same time so I called National Debt Relief to see what I could do about it. Everybody at NDR was really friendly and knowledgeable. Every time I call, everybody already has all my information. They’re ready for any question and I get my answer. Paying my debts is getting done a little bit quicker than they originally intended. They said it was going to be about two years and right now, we’re at a year and a half and it should be done in a few months so it’s been good so far.

Although it felt like the honest thing to do, it is dangerous to deal directly with creditors. They attempt to trick you into saying something incriminating on a recorded call. What a relief to have National Debt Relief field these harassing calls. In a short time they have resolved 3 out of my 4 debts and saved me thousands. I am enjoying working with National Debt Relief. Getting everything set up with them was much easier and based than I ever imagined. They are very easy to work with and have been willing to help with any question or concerns I have had.

They have been efficient and have been available and have answered any questions I have had. My problem with the program is that I don't think I have saved the money that I thought I would. As I add up all that I have paid to the program and the original amount of my debts, they are about the same. I guess I have saved the interest. In hindsight, I wish I would have contacted my creditors on my own and negotiated better interest rates. I think my credit score would not have suffered as it has.

Just signed up in June. No bills paid off yet. Still receiving calls from some companies. 1 registered letter from one of them. Going ok I guess. No word otherwise. They told me it would take around 6 months before we would see any results, waiting patiently.

I have been completely satisfied with the decision to contact National Debt Relief. Every representative I spoke has been very understanding about my situation. My first account settlement and also the larger one was solved quickly. National Debt Relief stopped all collection calls and are working with my creditors to settle my remaining debts.
