I am very new with National Debt, but so far everything they have asked me to do has been accurate, with no surprises. Everyone is very helpful with any questions on the phone. I have already felt a relief that I may sometime soon be debt free. I can then begin to start rebuilding my credit scores and get ahead.

I was in so much credit card and National Debt Relief was such a great help. They even got me an extra $1000 when one of the credit card collection agencies was calling me and harassing me in violation of FDCPA.

Everything was handled via phone and email smoothly, professionally and well explained. It was a seamless experience and I would highly recommend National Debt Relief for anyone who is overwhelmed with creditor debt, considering bankruptcy or looking for other options as a result of financial hardship.

After my husband lost his job, we were overwhelmed with collection calls. Then we heard about National Debt Relief. They were most amazing to work with. They went over every page of our agreement with us. Every thing signed electronically! Such a relief to not have to talk to collections.

I always had a hard time getting into my account to see transactions or to look at it. Took them several weeks to help me out and finally when I was able to I could see it once then couldn't get back in... too many fees for help especially when their "attorney" got involved. Other than that they were helpful.

Everyone was very helpful and professional. Did not judge me in any way. Would recommend to anyone else needing assistance. Kept me informed with the whole process and provided me with number to be in touch with people that would be able to help me with any problems I might have. I have been very pleased with National Debt Relief. I notified them in 2015 with a very high debt and I will be completely debt free the end of October. The representatives have always be very informative every time I called in. Highly recommended.

Everything seems to have gone smoothly. I wish I would have know how much my fee was upfront and that I had to pay a monthly fee for the account the money was being put into. I feel like I spent more than I assumed it would be. I am however happy with my experience and the results. They settled all of my debt for at least half or less than what was owed. I enrolled in your program almost a year ago. I have been sending in extra payment just to pay off my debt faster. I have been taking advantage of and lied to by your company. Now that I have almost paid off my debt now they say I owe another $3000.00. This was not part of our agreement and makes my total payment what I would have paid my creditors to begin with. Except now I have bad credit for going through you all and not just going through a bank. This company is a ripoff and I am going to the credit bureau. I have called in and have been treated so rude and poorly by your people as well. Saying they take 25% of all debt for themselves first. Nowhere in your paperwork does it say that. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

I was treated so respectfully by each person that I spoke with. They explained each step in detail and kept asking if I had any questions. It's a little scary since I'm just starting on this journey but I have so many people supporting me that I feel an enormous sense of relief!

Great! For one creditor, the negotiated payment was only 1/3 of original debt, and Debt Relief fronted part of the payment. I had not yet built enough in my account and didn't have the additional amount to make the agreed upon amount. I am absolutely satisfied! Thank you!

Horrible. Innumerable phone calls when becoming involved. Difficult to get answers after being involved. Did NOT clear my debt. Left my largest debt untouched. Had to pay taxes end of year for the bit of debt paid off (of which I was not informed at the outset). A most unpleasant and expensive surprise. Would discourage any affiliation with this company.

National Debt Relief got two of my three accounts taken care of and this is the last month they’re taking care of one, but communication’s been lacking. They had six months of my money and they’re not communicating what’s going on with the last account. They were all excited to cut my payment in half for the next four months, but that’s not enough. And if this is the case, then I could just let my own accounts go delinquent, call and settle myself with the fees they’re charging. National Debt Relief is being immature ‘cause they’re overrated, they’re not living up to what they say they do and they could really hurt one’s credit.

I was drowning in credit card debt. I googled for National Debt Relief on the internet and called them when they popped up. So far, they have settled four of my debts. They call me whenever they need something like they need me to agree to a settlement. They talk to me anytime I had questions and I’ve had plenty of those. I've been really pleased with NDR. And hopefully, within the next year, I'd be done. That would be great.

I was having a lot of problems with my credit card because I let one of my sisters charge on a few of them. Then, she decided not to pay for it and I didn't have enough money to pay for those also. However, everything's going well for me since I have been with National Debt Relief. It has always been very easy to talk to them. They answered all of my questions and they've always been very pleasant. They also made it easier to pay my other bills.

Finding a reliable company was important and National Debt is backed by the BBB. I have already solved one of my creditor's debt and I just started. Looks very good to me. Looking forward to having more debt handled by these people.

I was happy with the way National Debt Relief settled my accounts in a very efficient and expeditious manner. When they saw I needed additional resources to handle all of the debts that were listed under my program, they referred me to another agency which was able to complete the process. I am very pleased that all of my listed debt enrolled in their program has been settled.

I guess some things were not explained as well they could have been, and sometimes I have gotten conflicting info. Looking forward to being done with the process. I am not sure I would recommend this route to others. There are other ways to accomplish this without destroying your credit or having to come up with large pay off sums.

So far I have had a excellent experience with Debt Relief. I am relieved my creditors are getting paid and Debt Relief has kept me informed on what is happening. No one likes to be experiencing debt and this company has made it less painful.

To date I have no complaints except for the time when I was unexpectedly asked to send an additional $1000 to clear out one of my debts. I had some difficulty doing this, but I did forward the $$$ and, happily, was "that" much closer to completing the program. When my credit card debts have been cleared up, it will be a happy time. Whether this is the best program for doing the consolidation, I probably will never know... It just will be a very happy moment when all is done.

National Debt Relief helped me resolve my debt issues and remove that expense from my plate which has been a huge relief. Great customer service, constant communication, and knowledgeable representatives made the process very easy. The only downside however, is that I unfortunately had to hurt my credit in the process, which was not initially explained to me when I first started the program. Had I known, I may have looked into other options so that I could maintain my credit, but in the end it still ended up helping me in reducing my monthly expenses, which reduced financial stress.

Customer service exceeded expectations. The company truly relates to you and helps you in any way possible. No bad experiences. They help you from beginning to end. They also give you updates on your progress! If you want out of credit card debt choose this company!

I was surfing the net, trying to figure a way to get out of debt. I got a new car and that put me in the hole and I’m still buying out some credit cards. Since joining or whatever, I have had less than before. I miss my DCU banking experience and I wish I would have just figured out a way by myself. At least with cc I could pay and use. Now I pay and have nothing for gas, groceries, clothes. I am more depressed about my financial situation than ever. NO one calls me or emails me to let me know how things are going. IF they are getting closer on settlements. No follow up sucks. Kinda wish I never did it. I didn't realize all the fees every month. I thought there was a one time fee... I first heard about National Debt Relief early this year, then I started working with them and I'm still working with them now. So far, my interactions with their reps have been good and they've been okay. They work with me and assist, but they can improve on their knowledge and have more consistency. The cost of the program has been the problem and I’m actually looking into it and checking it out. I verified some of the fees they charge and these are overpriced.

I didn't want to claim bankruptcy and decided to look into National Debt Relief’s help. Everything was done mostly by email. For the last 10 years, I haven't been cleared of credit cards and they're helping me figure that debt and get my life back on track. I love it and I'm very happy with it.

I got behind and the interest rates were going up. The reps at NDR explained everything perfectly. But NDR takes out an awful and keep from what I pay in. It’s 50-50. NDR leaves me a little more broke. So, when they’re done, they ain’t leaving me a lot of money to live on. I’m not very happy about that but that’s okay. It’s what they have and I signed the contract. I’ve only been with them about seven months and they’re working at it slowly. Nonetheless, I’m getting less calls from creditors.

I've been giving $250 a month since June and I still don't see any progress in paying anything off. My debt is adding up and adding on late fees in addition to the finance charges. My credit score is dropping more and more every week and now I'm forced to stay in an apartment that is increases my rent $200 a month. This is putting in more of a hardship. It would be great to see some progress on paying off the bills I asked and signed up for you to help negotiate to pay off. Plus I'm still being harassed and getting ugly emails. When I first made the decision to seek a debt relief company, I was nervous as to the quality and care that I would receive and whether or not this would be a legitimate experience that would actually help solve my financial problems. I half-heartedly completed an online request form for National Debt Relief and when I received the phone call, I almost didn't even answer. Well, obviously I did answer and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Patience with the process is an understatement. NDR's customer service is great, but the estimated time to have debt resolved is a little misleading. It took over 6 months and a lawsuit from an aggressive creditor to really get things moving, but once NDR provided clear direction and consultation I was happy with the final results.

This is the best I've made. They are professional and effective. Thanks to the company I will be debt free next year. They have contacted me when a settlement is available. Whenever I have questions they answer it. I don't have to worry about anything.

I would call every months, sometimes weeks to have an update. I knew of nothing that was going on or even if anything was getting done. I recovered the settlement letter and forwarded it to debt relief. They were in contact with them all this time over a year and a half. Why did I receive the settlement and not debt relief?

At first it was a dream, I was promised nearly 30k debt to be paid off around $15K, and that is divided into 36 months. They settled few smaller cards, split those into payments and in addition of their fees, I was at my max agreed monthly payments. Their response “Want us to work, pay more monthly.” I was paying around $500 each month. What they saved me, I had to pay later in taxes because 1098C forms started coming in, basically considering what I saved as income, but that balance included fees and charges that credit card companies charged while not paying my balance off, so in a long run, I paid a lot more.

I was looking to make a purchase for a home so I wanted to clear up some things and my interactions with National Debt Relief went well. I've been in the program since January 1st and I've submitted a whole bunch of items to them. The phone calls from creditors have stopped. NDR got in through two of the accounts. One is completely paid off and I'm currently making payments for the other one now.

I am most happy about the two debts the NDR has resolved for me. I have a concern. I was asked to pay extra money over what I had signed on for originally. One payment of $3100 now and one of $610 next month. I asked if these payments would be part of my agreed upon payment. The answer was "no". I don't understand why I am being asked for substantial additional money over and above my agreed upon amount - and that it is not considered part of the total for the amount I was told at the beginning.

Everyone that I have talked to and dealt with thus far has made everything very easy and explained everything very well. It seems they are very well trained in their jobs. I also like the fact that a law firm will be involved in dealing with my personal case if need be. Everyone has also been very patient with me and was able to answer all my questions.
