Freedom Debt Relief is a company that I have been looking for to help me to get control of my debt and to help me be able to negotiate with the creditors. So I can get my balances lower without the hassle of dealing with the creditors themself. So far they have helped me to get one debt pretty much cleared. The first fortunate experience during our enrollment was being able to talk with DeNaya ** about what FDR was and how it could help us. Over the next few days, she helped us sign the needed papers on the computer. This was a real hassle for her since my husband and I are not computer savvy. DeNaya was precise with her directions, and when we had trouble she was patient with us. After the papers were signed correctly, other FDR units started coming in with a nice greeting and encouraging words. Because of a caring attitude on the part of the FDR workers, the enrollment was smooth going for us. FDR must be one of the most professional agencies in the business.

They have worked with me. My credit has taken a huge huge hit. From 650 to 435 when I was told in the beginning it wouldn't. However they have worked a couple deals and I'm on my way to something paying off. They have been ok so far.

This has been a simple solution to resolving my personal debt. I would recommend this program to anyone having debt and negative credit problems. My only regret, is that I did not enroll in the FDR program earlier. The additional loan program to expedite the timeframe for settlement of each loan is excellent and cuts the negotiation process with creditors down by years.

No complaints! FDR has worked as fast as I have deposited money into my account. I believe they have cracked the nut on how to handle creditors and deliver the goods for us. My debt counselor has become a friendly voice with whom I look forward to speaking with every month - she encourages me to be realistic about my spending management. Freedom Debt Relief agents are very helpful when I called them. I was having trouble pay off 7 credit card. They gave solutions on how to pay them off. They send me materials to read, they explain how to go about it, the creditors would call to me or send bills, Debt Relief would handle it. They are very easy & helpful, when there's an agreement with the credit company, they would notified me by e-mail or call me & walk me through it.

Was skeptical at first, but when the first settlement came in at 4000.00 less than what was originally owed for that debt, I was flabbergasted. It has been a good experience other than when I first reached out to Freedom I requested a loan to pay off the debts but was told I did not qualify yet. 6 months later with only one debt paid off I suddenly did qualify for the loan.

I am thankful that they called me more than once and I understood this was what I needed to get the help I was looking for. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is going through financial hardship. I was really afraid that I would lose my house and everything I and my late husband had worked so hard for. I was put on disability just before he passed away suddenly in his sleep so my situation was hard. When we enrolled we thought it's going to be 2 to 3 mos. and you all going to start paying our creditors. We stop depositing money because of the process, and our money which is approximately 2400.00 was gone and only 1 payment was made. I know you settled with one of our creditors but it's not the way we expected and when I'm trying to reach Christa ** who initiated our program didn't get a callback and because of this we're so messed up now with creditors.

I have paid off one card. I have many more to go. I don't think much is happening with the others. I would like to have more of them in the process of being paid off. Also why do they say they don't work with Freedom?

They asked me to fill out a application to apply to consolidate my remaining credit card bills. I filled out and sent documents on 3/24/17 and I got a email saying I would hear from them in 3-4 days. I have called twice and no one has called me back.

I think the process Is very slow and damages your credit score. Although you are in the program with a positive attitude it is very depressing. Sometimes it is hard to speak with your financial advisor, whom I think should at least give you a call to see if you are a satisfied customer.

Your associates are not all trained the same. I had several frustrating experiences with several of them. They do not have the same knowledge base and it shows dramatically. The ones that are well trained and knowledgeable are amazing. One day I had to call 3 times before I actually contacted someone who could help me. I had 2 with English language barriers. I'm having issues with several creditors who have chosen to both sue me and make daily threats by phone, email and the US Mail. My phone has two methods to block calls which I use. I average 20 or more auto rejected calls daily. They are calling from over 20 states at last check.

When I joined Freedom I thought that at least it would have been like a 'peace of mind.' Instead, I am not at peace, but falling to pieces. One (1) person really helped me the second to last time I called. Because of her I have joined the Litigation Group of Lawyers. Thanks, Freedom are never able to locate any documents that I sent. I just expressed a Summons document and was told that they have not received it. I don't know what to do.

Nowadays when we lose our jobs it is hard to compete with the younger generation, even with over 25 years of experience under your belt. I was desperate with my credit cards balance going higher and higher and of course the higher the balance the amount of their interest goes up also. This is not what I expected, am being frustrated with the phone call the credit card owners. I cannot turn on the house phone neither my cell phone. When driving at work my cell phone rings. The house phone start ringing, from 6 am to 8 pm. My heart rate goes up because of this frustration. When I looked at the balances on those credit card they are too much higher than they were. It's going to 6 months now. Frustrated.

This was a very hard decision for me to make but once made, I am happy with the results so far. It did take a little more time to get the ball rolling than I thought it would but once started it continues to roll. Out of the 12 accounts that I surrendered, 2 are almost done, and 5 are in the works. Customer service is pretty good as well, they get back to you within one day with answers to my inquiries.

The only problem I have had is no response to my emails. All I needed to know was that they were received. Other than that I am very happy. I am sending this message because I feel that your company should know about my experience with Freedom. Prior to going with Freedom I researched and talked to several other Debt Relief Companies about entering into a program. Plain and simple I choose Freedom because of ONE person, Nicole **. She was friendly, pleasant, caring, and helpful in understanding the program. She took the time to answer all my questions and I never felt pressured like some other companies. I am a Manager in Sales and Nicole is the type of person we look for. I believe you are lucky to have a great employee which can be challenging these days!
To be honest as far as 2 other employees I was not really happy with. My welcome call was very difficult to hear and understand what the rep was saying and I felt rushed. Also, called again with another Rep. and was very difficult to understand her. My recommendation would be to utilize Nicole as a Trainer on how to speak clearly, friendly and try to meet the customer's needs. Whatever your company is paying Nicole she is earning every penny and should get a great review on her next review. I deal with a lot of customers in my field and Debt issues always come up. I would be more than willing to give them Nicole's number if they are interested in a program.

I had some credit card debt that I wasn't sure how I would be able to pay off. I started searching for possible solutions and Freedom Debt Relief kept coming up. I thought that it was worth taking a chance and I was under no obligation to accept their help. They asked me all of the initial questions that would help them assess how much I would have to pay back if I sign up with the program.
Freedom Debt Relief told me that I would need to do a little more work on my end, but after that they will negotiate with the credit card companies on my behalf. Having a reset button with credit cards and learning to rely more on cash for purchases is probably one of the best learning experiences that should have been taught in schools as a requirement before they send graduates into the world. Especially if kids are not being taught at home.

Danaya was very well versed in the knowledge and workings of the program. Extremely helpful and patient. But as for CSS, I sent email per their phone instructions on how to add a creditor. I am very pleased with the negotiations of my creditors. I am bothered about the effect it has on my existing credit. I hope I will be able to rebuild my credit. The customer service is very nice to deal with. I keep getting letters from different creditors about post dated checks which I don't understand.

So far I am satisfied with the assistance program I am enrolled in for FDR. I wish things could move quicker, but I am paying a very large amount to try and get these debts resolved. I wish their loan option through the sister company had a more favorable rate and cost. When you are maxed out with what you give monthly, and they offer a quicker way to proceed, the increase of the amount they offer is not possible, but this is a secondary issue. They have fulfilled what they said they would do so far and I appreciate the help in the financial matter.

Just got started not long ago with help from Freedom financial. So far have been very happy with progress and program. Going better than I have anticipated. Calls from creditors have gone down tremendous. Was worried about my credit score but it done exactly what they said would do. "It would go down but don't worry it'll come back up in few months." Great company. Best decision I've made. I'm saving more money now than ever before. I have told some of my friends that are paying on cards and seeing no results on the bill going down. This truly is the best thing for me right now. Only problem I have with this company is they didn't tell me the money is from the amount you owed. Not the amount the credit card company would get paid. That needs to be told to a customer before they sign.

Freedom has been great to work with and I am satisfied with their assistance in becoming free from debt. So far so good. Settled on 2nd account for a third of what I owed. First one settled for 50% of amount due. No phone calls from creditors or collection agencies. They efficiently work in the background and update you during the whole process. You can also check things out on your online dashboard. So nice not having to worry about debts I couldn't possibly pay down. Sending minimum payments would have taken almost 20 years. Debt free in 4 years? How awesome is that!

I have doubts about program, but I think my doubts have subsided with my first settlement. I was told when signed up that it will take 6 months to year to settle this debt, and credit score would go down just a little. It has dropped to 530. Looks like it will take 3 yrs before all is settle. I Think the underwriters should be more forthcoming about how everything works and fees. If I knew how this how it works, and how the fees are calculated, so I might have not enter this program. Sick of being lied to or not told the whole story. I'm in the program now so have to deal with it. Amazing!
