I started this process with FDR in January of 2017. It was a little slow at first as I had to build up my account so that FDR could negotiate with my creditors. As the account has gotten more money in it I am starting to see some progress and I am confident that FDR is doing a great job and will help me attain financial stability in my life.

I personally have to call law firm from Wells Fargo to know what's going on with my account because apparently nobody answers the phone and you guys couldn't talk to nobody but lucky me they answer me right away. I did the job that you guys supposed to do it.

I received an email from Freedom Debt Relief and I called right away, a representative named Ira ** answered. He was really patient and very professional. He answered all my questions and explained the program to me, right away he started working with my case, I persisted to sign up for the program. Thank you Ira and Freedom Debt Relief for helping. Definitely will recommend.

All I can say is WOW! Jennifer is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to instill it in me. She went above and beyond to assist me. Thank you so much!!! Because of you all, I can finally pay off the debts and make a fresh start.

Overall experience has been great. In the beginning I thought it was a little rocky and was wondering if they had forgotten about us. I was given an "expected date of project". There were more than a year wrong!!! Not happy at all! Horrible... it's one thing to be wrong for a few months but a year over not acceptable! Another thing customer service not the same as when you enter the program. You get treated like a criminal after you join the program. Not happy, nor would I recommend this service to people who are going through a hard time.

After being in debt for more than $41,000, Freedom Debt Relief offered me a plan to get out of debt in three years. My monthly payments are probably 1/3 of what I was initially paying per month. So far two settled for less than owed. One year in.

I would not recommend Freedom Debt Relief to anyone. This company was fairly responsive when we started 5 years ago, and were active in trying to help us. They did help us pay off several credit cards. However, by year three their customer service changed and became one of the worst I have ever dealt with! No response to emails or phone messages, and then when I would call and get someone I found out my calls were going to a call center. God only knows who had access to our financial information! These people had no training in dealing with my concerns or questions, nor did they care!

I paid the same price I owed... I feel that my account is a bonus for anybody, I was told 25 - 50 cents on the dollar. Not only that, my rep didn't have the numbers right and didn't care enough to double check, I feel cheated!!! I will never recommend your services to anyone!!!!

Reliable service. Will recommend to friends who might need service. With my limited resources, I find it hard to recover financially after a divorce and retirement. I don't want to ask my children nor any relatives for any financial help as I know they have their own responsibilities to take care of. I always take care of my own responsibilities in life.

I am a 77 year old female and have worked since about 15 years old. I was diagnosed as legally blind in June of 2016 and had to give up my job as court clerk. This lowered my income significantly. I am retired from the State of Texas and have a retirement and Social Security. However, this is not enough income to cover my expenses and outstanding bills. So far my experience is good. Have not been with them long enough to rate on settling debts and such. Customer service is great. I am attempting to get my monthly payments to come out always close to the end of the month all the time so I do not have to call each month five days before and change it.

Freedom Debt Relief has helped with lowering some of my credit card debt. However I was told I would have attorneys to assist me in situations, I should not take calls from my creditors and FDR would take care of everything. Well not so true. I was told Discover card was willing to work with me, as long as I give 3 good faith payments, which I did. Now I receive a summons from Discover card. I contact FDR and they say, "Oh you did not sign up for our lawyers to assist you." So now I am on my own with this one. This does not give me a good feeling of doing business with FDR. Very frustrated!!!

Freedom Debt Relief has helped considerably. There has only been one questionable experience in that we made a settlement with one debtor, who for whatever reason never cashed the settlement check, and now after over two years is back into negotiation. We will have to see how this plays out. Hopefully Freedom Debt Relief can hold them to the original agreement. I am looking forward to having everything completed in the next 5 months.

I enrolled in Freedom Debt Relief after finding myself buried in two large credit card debts. They set up two easy payments a month for me and made sure it was manageable. If I ever needed to not do one payment (I had a speeding ticket to pay) they were okay with it (as long as it wasn't a regular thing, of course). I only have one card left and it is going a lot faster than I anticipated. I am truly grateful. I think the only drawback would be since I live in Iowa, we have certain laws where Freedom Debt Relief cannot make monthly payments on my behalf. So, they had to save up my money into a lump sum and offer it to my credit card companies when it was ready. This is unfortunate but it is not the company's fault, it is simply how it is because of where I live. Overall, I am very happy that I signed up with them.

You have negotiated for us & we've gotten 3 credit cards paid off & settled! We only have 1 more but it's the biggest debt. We have all but about $2,000 to cover the entire balance in full in our account with you. I knew we were getting close so I called about 3 months ago to check if negotiations were being made. I was told it would be escalated & someone would call me. No one has as of yet & I've called 2 more times since & was told it was being escalated.. However, the last call I made I spoke to Melody & she informed me that this debt has been lumped with several other people's to this creditor for a lump settlement. She said this takes a really long time & since we are so close she will remove ours. She also said she was escalating this to her supervisor for follow up. As of yet I have not heard back but it's only been a couple of days. Other than this situation I've had an excellent experience!

Since I've only been in the program for about a month, I can only rate on my experience thus far. I have had a good experience up to this date, 6/29/2017 and all my contact's were great. I will do a follow up when I have completed this matter. I expect the rating to go up, but one never knows.

Your company is very professional in handling my finances and so far I have no complaints except for the time it takes to clear all this up to where I am debt free from these credit cards. When I first started, I was told that I would be debt free by 2018 with $490.00 a month, and now it's going to around 2021 or so. I feel like if more honesty in the time expense it would take. I wouldn't be so shocked by the time difference. Just seems like this is just dragging on, like a dark cloud just hanging over my head. In the beginning things seemed confused and slow moving. However, only 3 months in, I got my first offer, and when that was paid off, I got my second within days. Since then things have moved along nicely and some improvements have been made to the account. I am pleased that I decided to take this step. It has relieved a huge amount of pressure from me and everything is running along smoothly.

Let's face it. Carrying a load of debt is as unpleasant as it gets. It looms over you like a black cloud. Life sometimes leads you down a path where you end up over your head, unable to pay even minimum payments. Then the harassment starts with frustration right on its heels. For me? It was a culmination of a troubled marriage, medical bills, failed appliances, etc. I had accumulated over $62k in debt but I was still able to at least make my minimum payments. We all know how that goes...I'd be debt free in about 47 years at that rate. Then came the pay change at work and suddenly making ALL minimum payments wasn't possible. That's when I saw the writing on the wall. The calls started coming. The late charges. The collection threats. I knew I had to do something fast so I started researching debt relief firms. Running comparisons with the others, I found Freedom Debt Relief to be the most comprehensive solution out there.

I appreciate the service you provide. However, your customer service is lacking. I was contacted about a year ago with the possibility of being given a loan for the remainder of my debt payoff. I responded with an answer to all of the questions they had via email and never hear a word back. Then a couple months later I contact Freedom Debt Relief 3 weeks before my scheduled auto-deduction to see if I could push just that one month's auto-debit from my bank account by 1 day because of the way my paychecks were falling that month vs. when the money would come out. (The auto-debit is set for the 29th of the month and I wasn't getting paid until the 30th.)

Always had a support from all staff and I am very pleased with the way to handle my debts one by one demonstrating a high professionalism from all of the team. Very happy that almost conclude all of them and can now make new plans, many thanks to all.

The only problem I have is when they want me to remember things from my past credit card numbers. You should also make more reminders of the balance of my account so that I have an idea of what the balance is in my account. More notice of how things are progressing so that the person doesn't have to worry about what is going on with the bills.

Freedom debt relief has done everything they said they would do. They have been doing everything I needed to be done and keeping me informed while doing it. They have gotten me off to a good start and I am looking forward to seeing the progress as we finish.

We have a lot of debt and Freedom Debt Relief has been there every step of the way to help us get out from under this mountain. Even when some accounts went to the courts they helped us get the right lawyers and everything was settled out of court at reduced rates. Highly recommend this company. We were struggling to pay our bills. We had gone through some bumps in the road due to job loss and family emergencies and had accumulated credit cards and a couple of high interest loans. We were paying the minimum and any small unexpected expense would send us into a panic trying to figure out how to pay for a new tire, vet bill, etc. while making our payments.

Very friendly. Do as much as they can to help you. They have a real interest in helping people resolve their debt. The staff are fast and efficient. When taking your calls the web page is very detailed and easy to follow and you can have access to lawyers which is included in your payments.

At the beginning, they dropped the ball and I was sued and my wages garnished. After SEVERAL phone calls, they resolved that issue and stopped the garnishment. They were GREAT for a while, but now that I'm down to the final three commitments, they again seem to have dropped the ball. My last three accounts have been sitting there for over four months with no movement. I currently have enough money in my Freedom account to pay off two of the three remaining accounts at full balance. Just waiting...

I have tried numerous times with the lawyer that is assigned to my case. I have a Judgement from Discover. I email her, I leave messages and still no callback. I can't sleep at night wondering if they are going to garnish my check/bank. It's lousy service that I pay for $12.00 a month! Very dissatisfied. I have no idea where they are on this case at ALL!!!

Worst experience EVER! You didn't follow any of my instructions. You refused to listen to my concerns or questions. You plow right ahead with your own agenda without consent. The person which whom you speak is never familiar with your case.

Don't see when payment date is due just amount. Monthly statement could be more simplified, also when calling the call center sometimes it takes too long for an agent to answer the phone and still then sometimes they cant explain some things however when I email you say 48 hrs. response. Not true. I've waited 5 days for an email response. Overall thanks for you help.

It's been over a year that I've started working with FDR. I am now in litigations with one of my creditors because the amount I agreed upon starting with FDR is not covering the cost of payment to the creditors that I was told by FDR would be paid in a 4 year term so somewhere their calculations were somewhat off. So now having the sheriff's department issue me court papers from one of my creditors filing litigations has been placed upon me. My question is why isn't FDR negotiating or contacting my creditors telling them that I am working to pay off my debts, But instead I am now being sued by one of my five creditors. Somehow this doesn't seem right. I hope in the coming future that this can be resolved, for I feel I have been misled. I hope this is not the case. Not as happy with FDR as I was in the beginning.

Every FDR representative I spoke with has been helpful and courteous, answering questions clearly to help me understand the process and what to expect next. The online dashboard made it easier to follow progress as well. They helped make getting out of years of debt a lot less stressful. I only wish I had contacted them sooner.

I'm not happy with Freedom Financial because this supposed to be handling my credit cards! Affair that I turn into you guys. I pay you biweekly $129 which amount is 258. I would like to know what's going on. You just take my money! Today I was supposed to be going to court. No lawyer got back to me. I terminated my participation in the program. I paid over six thousand dollars into the program with no clear results or any clear understandable communication or reflectable data of where my money went! Now I am being sued by one of the creditors that was in the program and I have to appear in court for a hearing next month. This is not right and so wrong!

The whole process was really good to go through. Unfortunately, some of the Companies decided it was better for them to write off-discharge the debt than face the negotiators of Freedom Debt Relief. In the long run, that will be beneficial, but in the short view, it wasn't as good with dealing with the IRS for the year end tax review. I guess one of the negative aspects, not including the crazy credit ratings for awhile, is the waiting process of the extra monies due at the end. I am very happy with FDR and the support I have received in the first year. One question I have is in which order are my different creditors settled with? I have noticed some lower balance & some higher have been paid off or are currently being worked with. I think it could be communicated better to people like me so when the letters keep coming from the creditors they know I have decided to consolidate my accounts with FDR. I have had much success so far with FDR resolving my credit. They explained exactly what the solution would be down to the positives and negatives of the process. It is happening a little quicker than I thought, but I'm happy about that! There is a bit of delay in communication with the case manager as I have called and written several emails that gained no response. Aside from that the results are still as stated they would be.

Before beginning my consolidation process I researched Freedom Debt Relief and everywhere people said it was a scam. I talked to friends and asked for their advice and they all said it was probably a scam and that I could consolidate my own debts. I tried consolidating my own debts but the creditors would not listen to me. After thinking about it, and on the verge of filing for bankruptcy I went for it. I figured it was worth a shot since I had nothing to lose. This is the BEST decision I've ever made! I enrolled 11 account and I've already resolved more than half! The savings are real! Your credit score does go down but just as fast as it went down it came back up.

As far as I know nothing has happened. I have been paying for almost 5 years. I still get the occasional debt collection mail. We were told we would be done in 4 years and I'm not sure it will ever be done. We have tried calling a few times to find out what is going on but get no response.

I feel that I was l left out in the cold. I lost my job and got little or no response from my account representative when my last account was negotiated and a check mailed FDR outta stop payment on the check. No one contacted until two weeks later to ask me for money I didn't have.

If you need to go through a Freedom Debt Relief program, I would recommend this company. They go above and beyond to make sure you are going to have your accounts resolved and get you out of debt as long as you make the payments as scheduled.
