I was very skeptical about your services when I first found your organization online. There are so many scams and so much fraud I was scared to share my personal data. We are now so glad that we decided to contact you. In five years you have helped us pay off over $70,000 in debt!!! $70,000 in debt and still be able to keep up with our daily living expenses. Consolidated has been amazing to work with. Any concern I had was addressed immediately. Couldn't ask for better customer service. We can't thank you enough!!

Miss Precious ** had helped me a lot resolving all of my issues. Precious is a very kind person and sincere. She never felt me feel rushed when I was talking to her. I am so happy to be debt free and could not have done it without Consolidated Credit. They have gotten me through a tough situation and I am so thankful. The guidance you've provided and the program now in place has made it possible for Courtland to recover from the brink of financial ruin. Your whole team has been wonderfully patient, understanding and all-around supportive on every phone call. Courtland and I both felt so relieved when we spoke with your colleague Samycha ** that we were both brought to tears (or gratitude and joy, of course).
My brother is likely a case study of someone who is a hardworking and highly responsible person. The money he borrowed from VERY expensive and inflexible sources simply began to snowball and became overwhelming to manage. Courtland has always intended to repay the principal amounts he owes but needed some help with an arrangement that would make that more manageable. Your team has provided exactly that and has gone WAY above and beyond our expectations along the way -- Both in terms of the reasonability of plan that's now in place and in how your team has engaged with me and Courtland with tremendous understanding, compassion, and encouragement. I called in to get the status of my account and I had two questions for the person I spoke with, but I felt like I was being told how I should cut back on things that I have already have cut back on, i.e. shopping, extra unnecessary expenses. She assumed things that she never should've claimed that I was doing. I figured out after a few days, that maybe she was having a very hard time with her situation and was taking it out on someone (me). What she doesn't understand is not everyone has had the bad experience that sounds like she is going through, i.e. government deducting from her paycheck, etc..
I'm not a shopper, can't stand shopping, I get my clothes free, I don't have cable as there are free TV shows online. I never want or need a credit card and haven't had one for the past 2 years, it is a great feeling! I have shared this experience with others who have a credit card (not the same position that I'm in), but they have got rid of them and thanked me and mentioned how easy it was not to have them and stress less. Anyways, I thought it wrong how the person spoke. I had to change the tone of the conversation, it shouldn't have been me. Yes, I have recommended your services to a friend and she uses it. I will always recommend your services to others.

I am very impressed with the customer service and help I have received from Consolidated Credit. A few years ago, I was not managing with my debt and having problems making payments. I phoned Consolidated Credit and received assistance right away. I have also received help with working out a budget. I am now approx. 18 months away from completing the program! The lessons and assistance I have received from Consolidated are invaluable and will stay with me for life!

Was able to pay back $10,000 in debt in a little over 2 years. The service they provide is good and helpful, however I've only given three stars as a result of my interactions with the customer service staff. Occasionally they were excellent, but more than often they were uninformative and downright rude. After I had paid off the last of my accounts I didn't realize I had to cancel the direct withdrawal myself and ended up with a credit of $270 on my account. I was asked to call and arrange for it to be returned. When I returned the call (to a woman supposedly named **, lol) I was asked to donate the credit to Consolidated and to make a further donation at a later date to match what my monthly payments had been.
I understand that they are a non-profit company and depend on donations to work, however I explained to her that I had been unaware that Consolidated would keep debiting my bank account after my debts were paid and was not financially prepared to lose the extra money that had been debited from my account at that, point as I am in school and unemployed. I offered to make a donation in the full amount of my monthly payments once I was employed in the summer (two months away).
She refused to take this for an answer and basically told me that if I wanted any of the refund back I had to donate some of it. I repeated again and again that I couldn't afford it at this point and she just kept badgering me until I gave in. I am glad to be debt free for sure, but this last interaction has left a sour note. If you use this service make sure you contact them about changing your final direct debit payment to the exact amount owing on your accounts, unless you plan on donating the difference!

They did get the job done but their customer service is horrible. Once, they wouldn't take my info over the phone and told me to email it, but didn't give me an address. So i checked on the site; the email address on their site doesn't even work and is spelled two different ways (neither spelling works). Couldn't get updates from them, and after I signed up with them, i had a difficult time getting a response to my messages with questions/info.

I am from Alberta and like many others, I sought the help from Consolidated Credit Counseling services. I was on the program for two months and I started receiving calls from my creditors saying my payments were late. I talked to Consolidated about this, and they informed that this was normal and things would get better once a regular plan was established and once all the creditors signed an agreement and were on board with the plan. They advised me not to call the creditors myself because it is something that they deal with. I was with Consolidated two and half years. This month, January 2013, marks two years off the program and my credit is totally ruined because my payments were late the entire time.
And now when I try to apply for credit, they tell me I had too many late payments on my credit rating. This was Consolidated's fault. I called them January 15, 2013 asking them to help fix this issue, and all they offered was a letter stating I was on their program. What good will a letter do? It's not going to take away two and half years of late payments. Thanks to their so called service. Don't do it. Stay away from this company. I learned a hard lesson, and I wish there was someone to tell me not to go to them.
