I went to the Poplar Bluff Mo office for a loan, Michelle helped me with my loan. The office staff was very welcoming. I would recommend to all. Good rates with a smile and honest people. They aren't just people getting you a loan. They make you feel like a neighbor they are helping, with compassion not looking down on.

Hello I got a loan from World Finance, and met the utmost nicest customer service representative Erica **, she was very courteous, knowledgeable and very friendly and charming that made me feel special, and also she has a gift of making you feel special. I know I was approved for the loan, but even if I didn't get it she was so nice that I would leave that store knowing there are kind and good hearted people like Erika. Service was fast and somehow it seems that I made a special friend. I would definitely recommend this place because all the staff are so nice 👍

World Finance is a good loan place with nice people that works with you. The payments is very reasonable and fair. Very timely manner in getting you in getting you taken care of, getting you out the door with a smile on your face.

I applied online for a personal loan thru the Winchester, Tenn. office. I received an email requesting a few items, which I sent. Went into the office the next morning to finalize the loan with Vickie who was a delight to work with. She was funny and outgoing and got us thru the process quickly. I would recommend her and/or this company to anyone needing assistance. Would definitely return if the need should arise.

I’m here because I feel like it need to be done. Don’t know if I’ll help but this is he. I feel I’ve been trying to get my online approval for a loan and I got it said the Manager and the other workers in the Batesville MS branch but every time I call for my papers to be sent to my phone for me to sign, it’s either they're busy or one of the workers are at lunch. Even after the other ladies get back from lunch I still haven’t gotten my paper to sign yet and today is Wednesday mind you. I called for this loan on last Thursday. I’m not a new customer and I’ve never had this problem before. I don’t go into the branch now because I’m handicap in a wheelchair chair and I can’t drive anymore. The manager there Jammie is usually very nice but yesterday she spoke to me with anger in her voice so after that I’ve been lied to more than twice I didn’t call back. If I didn’t need the money I wouldn’t be calling for a loan.

Mrs ** is very professional, she handled my situation very well. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner. I will use this company again, also recommend to my friend and family. Thanks for all your help.

I called to get a personal loan and the staff at the World Finance in orange grove location Gulfport MS assisted me very well and got me approved fast with a quick loan to help on my bills and with my kids. I appreciate her time and her patience on serving me as one of her customers today because she blessed me so I wouldn’t stress out on bills and etc. If you need help or in a bind and need quick $ go see Renee. She will make it happen the same day and you will get you funds right after the process is over the same day.

I have been a long time great customer of World Finance for 7 years. I've had many many loans with them. I'm very upset with the company as there is a error in the credit reporting on my Transunion credit report that I've brought to their attention 5x in the past 5 months. I've sent in documentation of the blatant error to my "status" on an account that was paid off and closed 04/07/2021 yet they keep verifying its correct and they are reporting it correctly. They even sent me the reporting from all 3 bureaus, and Transunion shows the incorrect code, yet they pass blame and won't help me correct this.

Terrible customer service employees have lack of knowledge and try to decline loan based on racial basis and income. This company are nothing but crooks and should be closed for poor ethics and integrity.

Great customer service and very nice. Polite and got the money I needed quick with no hesitation and I thank them for that. They are always right on time with everything and get the job done in a great time.

This place needs to be shut down! They falsely advertise that they help with credit and they do nothing. And they make you stay on the phone for 30 mins asking all the questions that you already provided. Don’t waste your time.

I think World Finance is a great place to get a loan. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you get everything you need and are satisfied with the services they provide. This is the worst place to file taxes. Last year the lady marked me down for having the American school tax twice, and this year when I filed for my 2024 taxes, the lady wouldn't correct it. I took her proof and then she corrected it and I was charged additional $100 on top of the $575 she said I would be charged for 1 W2. Higher than HR Block and not near as good at what they do.

There is no customer service at all. Whether you are approved or rejected no one calls to talk or discuss with you. Terrible customer service. I applied and they only reach out using email. I'm sure people would like friendly help. No more customer service.

Our experience was good, simple and sweet, fun. In other words it did not take long. Get you in and get you out and you will be on your way but, it was a good experience and I recommend family and friends.

We have done business with them for several years only because they bought out the original loan company we started with. We have always made our payments on time. In fact they send us letters or messages stating we can refinance our loan if needed. Not one time have they came thru for us when we needed the money. We always get "I'll call you back" and never hear from them. We will continually call them and maybe after a week or so they will be able to take care of it for us. I surely would not rely on them in an emergency. Which is the reason we took out the loan from the start.

The BEST place to get a loan is at WORLD FINANCE in Sulphur Springs, Texas. The manager there Richard is the nicest person you will EVER meet. He will do whatever he can to help you out. This is the only place I go for a loan. He will work with you to help YOU out. I have been using World Finance for a few years and I have NEVER had a issue there. I'm telling you folks if you are in need of a loan WORLD FINANCE in SULPHUR SPRINGS, TEXAS is the place to go. And I guaranty that you will not be disappointed and you will meet the nicest guy ever.
