I have already filled out a report with the federal government on this company. Today, they listed on my credit that I opened a new account with them. NEVER HAPPENED! Then they made that new account that I NEVER opened worth $349.00. Then my credit watch sent me a 3rd statement saying that IC systems made that new account I NEVER opened be more than 120 days late.

So now I have a "new account" effective today. Yet I owe $349. And it is more than 120 days late!!! Now I don't know what planet IC systems is from but you can't open a new account and be 3 months late at the same time on earth and last I checked time travel isn't yet available. AND I have never heard of this company. And as of this morning, my credit had NO past due anything!!! I have worked hard to keep it this way and I absolutely do not appreciate this!! I'll be hanged before I shell out any money to some company as shady as this! I am gonna make me a bowl of popcorn and let the federal government (my employers) take care of this one. Nope. Scammers gonna hang before I do!

I've been paying Off a debt for fpl that this company(ic systems) received that I wasn't aware of and finally in February I was able to pay debt off. After making payment waiting to see this marked paid on my credit I'm seeing that it was still reflecting a $30 balance on account however again I made balance payment in full. I called company one again to resolve and was advised my September payment has returned in February. Something I've never heard of so after requesting a supervisor the supervisor gets on the call trying to convince me that a payment the original creditor took in September happen to be returned in February which was completely false.

Asking me to send in something proving it wasn't returned so I began to question who my payment was returned to because it was never returned to my checking account. This company is definitely the worst to work with they lie and apparently steal also really not understanding why any large company who cares about the customers and their reputation would ever use this unprofessional company...

ICS Systems September 2019, I get a notification from the credit bureaus monitoring service that the company ICS Systems was on my credit report as a collection on behalf of Pediatrix Medical. Which by the way placed my account in collections even after they were repeatedly told that my insurances (yes plural) required they be billed (for MONTHS) which they failed to submit promptly and was then denied payment because of their (Pediatrix Medical) delay in proper billing.

I immediately contacted both ICS Systems and Pediatrix medical to resolve payment. The payment cleared my bank account on October 1 2019, days after I was notified by credit monitoring of this bogus collection. ICS Systems agreed to promptly delete this “collection” off my credit report, which they did the following week (actually 3 days or so). I received notification from credit monitoring that the collection was removed. My credit then normalized.

January 12, 2020. I get an alert that my credit score dropped significantly due to a collection ICS had placed back on my credit report. I figured it was an error and promptly called ICS to find out why they were reporting the same medical collection I had already paid back in October. The “representative” refused to let me speak and told me I owed the debt and when I expressed I had a confirmation number and confirmation that this was a duplicate he told me to have a nice day and then hung up on me without resolve.

I immediately called back spoke to a nice lady who stated she could see the payment in their system and that she would report it to her supervisor which would call me the following day. Waited all day and even the next and no call so I called again. Only to waste 2+ hours and still no resolve. I decided to contact pediatric and have them intervene, to which they stated ICS NEVER reported the payment I made back in October. I asked the representative from Pediatrix to stay on the line so he can confirm with ICS that I in fact had made a payment.

I called ICS w/ Pediatrix on the line and was transferred more than 8 times until finally reaching a “Consumer affairs” specialist that refused to speak with the “client on the line” so the Pediatrix rep hung up since the previous ICS person confirmed I did make a payment. I have contacted them no less than 10 times since then and even after repeated assurances they would halt collection and report updates to the Credit Bureaus NOTHING has been done.

I have contacted transition and they refuse to remove the collection (even though they can see it was re-added to my credit without notifying me (FCRA violation —if not notified in 5 days). I am sick with the rude, disrespectful and downright vile people that work for this company. They have wrecked my credit and don’t care if they are collecting on a debt I already paid. I have filed a CFPB complaint, as well as a complaint with ICS system (online) and still no action has been taken. I am fed up with this company and I am only asking my credit be restore after all the damage this company has done.

I have notified Pediatrix to which they claimed they are not responsible for this but “understand” my situation. They have attempted to contact ICS and let them know they are collecting on a duplicate debt. However that was over 10 days ago and still no resolve. I do not know how a company can get away with these practices and not get fined. Based on my online searches this company has been sued for their collection practices and quite frankly I see why.

This has to be the worst collection agency ever. I am trying my best to pay off this debt and they are still flagging my Experian credit report and having my points dropped for no damn reason. I'm tired of them and I'm ready to take other means of action against them. This is not right!!!!

They keep calling me about a college debt insisting I went to school or online one or the other to a School called Westwood College. I never went, I never got a loan.... Last time I was in School was DAVE School in Orlando Florida. 2003 I graduated. Yes I looked into other schools at one point to further my education but I never went, Never applied, Never attended. And the woman who called me was a real ** and when I looked up the school they have been sued over and over for falsifying records and what they say as well as overcharging people. This is not my account, They did use my social and they did have my email and address, but thats when you give when you look into schools (Full Name, Email, and address). How they have my social I do not know. But I never went, They have no record of me, and I sure the hell didnt get any of that so called school Money.

I have been trying to take care of this situation for a Year. They keep contacting me about a bill that I was told 2 months ago was already paid by insurance (I even have a reference number) but Carolinas Medical Group has yet to inform IC System that they did in fact receive their money. It's Carolinas Medical Group's responsibility to begin with because my insurance did not pay immediately after services due to improper billing and coding. They should have billed this as an LME but instead wrote it up it as a normal Emergency Room visit, which my insurance does not cover. Bobbi - from my insurance company has already looked into this for me and said that it has already been paid and that I should have never received a bill to begin with! Carolinas Medical Group & IC System both need to "GET IT TOGETHER!" over there! ** I want this OFF MY CREDIT REPORT! NOW please.

They first called me months ago regarding an unpaid medical bill. They couldn't deliver to my address and were reluctant to email it due to "bad address". 1 month before it's due to appear on credit report they provide me the reference number to pay it online. Why didn't they provide me this option before? If the mail couldn't delivered why didn't they email me? (My address is an apartment address that works fine for all other online orders, bank statements, bills etc., somehow it did not work for these people.) Why do you have such a stupid policy in place that makes the payer's life miserable by not providing an alternate option of e-mailing the bill?

The worst collection service on the planet. By providing the reference number just one month before it was due to appear on my credit report, they threw my budget off balance and now I have to offset other planned expenditures and savings just to clear this bill. Basically I have to pay the price for their delinquency.

When a customer is delinquent on their bills a report goes to credit bureau and affects us for a long time causing us financial troubles. But if a company like this is delinquent in its business causing the consumer trouble, where do we send or file a 'report'? How do we report a VERIFIABLE MENTAL AND FINANCIAL TROUBLE caused by the company on some bureau so that it's there to be seen by future users of this company's service? ** you IC System. ** you.

IC System kept reporting a $170 collection debt to two credit bureaus for three years after I paid the debt to the original creditor, Wave Broadband, keeping my score under 700, when the third bureau, the one they didn't report to, scored me at 770. IC System refused to contact Wave Broadband to verify the bill had been paid, and Wave Broadband refused to contact IC System to delete the debt from reporting. Wave Broadband refused to give me anything in writing proving the debt was paid even though I am still currently a Wave customer. Not even paying IC System guaranteed deletion of the record. I ended up filing disputes with the two reporting bureaus and giving it to my attorney. Today, the bogus report is deleted. In addition to this, IC System falsely shows up as "medical services" on credit card transactions.

This is not my bill and how are you able to put this on my credit report and your uncredited. Apartments do the same thing. This needs to stop. If a judge doesn't find you liable then you can't put it on someone credit.

I called this company because I legit did have an outstanding bill. I set up 3 specific dates to have it paid and they withdrew the money a day early and caused me an over draft fee. They refused to pay it. I called and asked about it they said they would review my call and call me back. They never called me back. I called the next day and talked to 2 different people explain my situation and they said “my supervisor reviewed the call and you authorized the payment on the 26th” which is bull. I called on the 26th to authorize a payment for the 28TH!!!

The man repeated the dates to me multiple times and confirmed them with me 3 times but they still took the money out a day early and said I authorized it. I didn’t authorize the payment to come out a day early. It overdrafted my account and they basically lied and said I authorized it to come out a day early when I know my finances and would have never done that. I wanted them to pay me the $35 they owed me for the overdraft fee because THEIR COMPANY MESSED UP. but they are liars and thieves in this company.

They basically stole $35 from me and told me they won’t do anything about it. I ended up cussing the supervisor out because he was rude and you don’t ever call a customer a liar on the phone. I’ll give them the money I owe the OTHER COMPANY but as for this company everyone in it is trash. The company is trash. And they steal money from people, as stated in other reviews. I hope their company reads this- I’m sure they won’t. But you deserve no recognition as a company and you’re a disgrace to people who thought they could trust you. *Insert 50 middle finger emojis here* Don’t steal from me and expect it to end well. Don’t deal with this place if you don’t have to.

I've received numerous calls at work from these people. When I call back I get no answer and when I finally did get an answer this past Friday the 8th I was told I owed just over $69.00 to Sprint. I explained that I returned the phone in question to Walmart and the contract stated if returned in 14 days there would be NO CHARGES. Since I followed the contract I don't owe Sprint ANYTHING and... I am actually a current Sprint customer and they have never tried to collect from me on this. Ben, who I spoke to with IC systems said to me "Well, I guess I will have to report this on your credit report TOMORROW" (on a Saturday). I called him back again last night but this time got a woman who then transferred me to a voice mail that wanted my cell phone#... I think this is a scam but I'm not sure. I don't owe what they are trying to collect and I have a stellar credit report. We'll see...

Claimed that I opened an account with ATT/U-Verse. NEVER have I done business with ATT, nor will I. I never even called them. I logged into TransUnion and pulled the details off of my credit report to find that they somehow managed to fraudulently hit my credit for something I had no part in.

I have not had DirecTV since September of 2013. This company reported I owe them as of January 2018. I never opened account with them. IC System falsely reported to Experian and "re-aged" the account. It is against the FCRA to re-age accounts.

I received a call from them on 11.6.18 at 8:49 am from the Vermont number 802-461-4875. The caller, "Tina **", asked if she could speak to me (stating my full name), to which I confirmed "this is she." The caller stated that she was calling in regards to "personal business." She requested I confirm my full address, to which she stated the street address without the number. I responded by giving the house number along with the street address but did not include the town. She followed up by stating the town location and asked if it was correct, to which I responded "yes." She stated that I had an outstanding bill with Spectrum cable company for $676.87 in equipment and $229.87 in services and that it would be reported to the credit bureau on 11.17.18. I informed her that I have never had services with Spectrum and that I no longer live at that address. I asked her to tell me the location of the bill and the date for the bill.

She stated the location as being my old address and that she did not have the activation date but did have the disconnection date being 10.22.17. I again informed her that I had no idea of such account. She stated she would flag the account as fraud/identity theft then insisted I call the Spectrum fraud phone number to inform them of such. She then asked for my current address, to which I informed her that I did not feel comfortable sharing such information and asked why she needed to know it. She stated she needed the address to send documents regarding the incident then requested to put me on hold.

After coming back from a hold, she stated she had more information about the account, stating that I made a statement in 2017 stating "I am in Africa and have allowed my mother to open a Spectrum account in my name." I informed her I made no such statement. She again confirmed that she would flag the account. I asked whether or not she would send it to the credit bureau and she stated that since it has been flagged, the account will be investigated along with my complaint to Spectrum. The woman spoke very well and maintained a calm tone (good scamming techniques). Keep your guard up with these people and let them do all of the talking. Do not give them personal information nor confirm anything they are saying is true. They will use this to continue to build a case against you.

This company has harassed me for months. They called stating I owed balance for DirecTV... 640.00. I advised that the service had been cancelled and was billed for months after cancellation. The claim was disputed via DirecTV and a resolution was accepted. They still reported to my credit and will not remove until I pay them a discounted price. Crazy experience. Company should be investigated.

The first person I spoke with on 08/07/18 was very professional and polite. I called back on Monday 8/10/18 & made an online payment with a checking account with a representative was on the phone with me. It said my payment went through & the rep confirmed it. As of Friday the payment had not come out of the checking account. I called back today and spoke to Kong **, yes she spelled it, & they are saying that my payment never went through and they needed my checking account info AGAIN. I am very wary of giving them the checking account information again. I am beginning to think this is a scam.

I was contacted by an I.C. System customer service representative who quickly introduced herself and who she represented (I.C. System) and proceeded to ask me to verify personal information. I was not sure what company she said she was with and I was not going to give out or confirm personal information to a stranger so I asked again who this was. She gave the same introduction so I asked what is I.C. System and she provided an extremely vague answer. Something about personal experiences with a hospital I had gone to. That still did not help me feel assured that this company I had never heard of should know any of my personal information.

I called back and got the same person. I asked to speak with a supervisor. He was no better. They both were very unprofessional, vague and unhelpful insisting that I confirm my personal information. I did confirm it only to find out that they are a collection agency. I also found out enough to contact the hospital who had made a mistake on my account. The hospital credited my on time payment to the wrong account. They promised that this would be fixed and that they would inform I.C. System.

All I.C. System needed to do was to provide full disclosure to who they are at the beginning of the call so I could accurately determine if this was someone (person or company) that I could trust with my personal information or even to confirm my personal information. I was very dissatisfied with my experience and would have given them no stars with the rating would allow. I also informed the hospital so they could evaluate if they need to change their business with a better collection agency company. I.C. System is as bad as it gets for customer service!

I have never in my life been so genuinely frustrated with a company, mind you I call Verizon and Comcast frequently so that says A LOT. Nonetheless, these people told me my debt was "gone" because Verizon was incorrect and had accepted my dispute. I get ANOTHER letter in the mail from them saying no I owe them money. I call back and they tell me I owe this money now, but just told me three weeks prior I didn't? I sent them multiple different proofs my $0 bill with Verizon Fios, and they still won't accept the fact that I don't owe the money. They keep contacting me, contradicting themselves, not giving me an actual solution to how they managed to tell me two entirely different things, and I'm honestly over it. Clearly their systems don't update properly.

I have been receiving call from the same number asking me to verify my address. I hang up. Today I asked what this was about. I was told I had a debt with Kindercare and they would report to credit bureau. My child hasn't gone to KinderCare in a year. I called KinderCare and was told my balance was zero and I had never been turned over to collections. I hope they are not able to report a bogus debt to the credit bureaus. What can be done to stop this company?

We received our collections notice about two days ago and have been waiting for payday to make our first payment. Today I get a call on my cell phone asking for me by name. I make it a habit to screen calls before giving away private information, so I made it clear that I would not confirm that they had the right number until they told me what business they were from and what they were calling in reference to. They very rudely told me that they would not be telling me their business. They hung up on me. So I called back and asked again.

Again I was rudely told that they refused to tell me even the business name unless I confirmed my identity. Now I understand that debt collections is a private matter. But they couldn’t even tell me their company name? What if I hadn’t been able to answer my phone, but a trusted friend or family member answered for me? You’re just gonna be rude? And I’m just gonna go on with my life thinking I don’t have a collections debt? No, how about approaching people kindly. I intend on paying my debt. But I’ll never do it over the phone with their rude employees. I’ll be using the online portal, where I’m not made to feel like a criminal.

This is a very terrible place of establishment, I've spoken with someone there by the name of Jeffery on December 4th, 2017 who called me to set up a payment arrangement about my debt with Ameren UE. I requested the arrangement to be set-up for $25 each month to come out of my account. On the January 18th, 2017 this company pulled out the full balance owed to Ameren UE of $227.18 which I did not authorize. I called the company numerous times inquiring about my payment arrangement that should have been set up on the account for $25 per month and they are arguing with me that a payment arrangement to them is exactly what was set up on my account which was me paying $25 the first time then paying the remainder in full the second time. This is by far the worst collection agency I've ever had to deal with. I will be reporting them to the BBB. The company gets no stars from me. Absolute thumbs down.

Like many others on this blog, I was called today on my cell phone. I just received a class action payment from an company that were using people's cell phones to try to collect debts. Same thing... hmm. In any case, I am in Chapter 13 and per the law surrounding that, no one/no debtor is allow to call me to try to collect on any debt. As such if there are any attorneys that want to take another class action lawsuit, I would gladly be a complainant and in that I am also in Chapter 13 and damages can be assessed as a result of doing so. Companies like this need to be put out of business and never see the light of day again. Any attorney who would like to do, should contact me. Not sure how they can do so, as I will not leave my email on this site or phone number (maybe a burn phone would help). In any case, I would gladly be a lead complainant.

This company is a Predator in the collection industry. They buy old collections. Some going back 4-8 years to collect. In my case I had a collection of $222 from DirecTV back in 2013 that was a cancellation fee only. After discussing the matter with DirecTV in 2013 they dropped the collection. It did not appear on my credit report until July 2017, surprise, after 4 years. I have been unable to get all the credit reporting companies to remove the negative collection so I have filed a Small Claims Lawsuit against IC Systems in Collin County, TX. I expect to prevail in court.

This is pure BS. This horrible company can put a fraudulent collection on your credit report yet it is impossible to contact them. My identity was stolen via Experian and their joke of a “monitoring service” doesn’t do anything to fix garbage like this. I don’t owe anything to anyone yet now I’m shown with a new $50 collection every day! If a company can add to your credit report, it should be law that they can be reached! Besides, if I owed them anything, I could not pay anyway! What a bad joke!

I am an attorney with a Vet bill in collection with this company and they are impossible to reach. I am spending a lot of time on hold and THEN it just goes to voicemail which no one seems to listen to or if they do they don't bother to call back. And I'm trying to PAY them... I got through once and we reached a settlement of 50% and from that angle I am satisfied (got a call back confirming acceptance but no extension or email was provided so I cannot finalize for my client who is under a deadline to her bank to prove settlement). AWFUL. This has been going on all week at all hours. This morning at 7AM(!) I called and the system wastes my time again by allowing me to go through the motions just to tell me in the end that they aren't open. Where are your business hours? Where is your fax number or email? I think I should open a collection agency because I can easily compete with this. They must have awful results for their clients.

So 2 weeks ago I log in to Credit Karma to check my scores and I see I have a delinquent account from Con Edison says I owe $295.43. I called the debt collector number shown under this information. I go thru the process of paying off my debt. When they ask for payment they told me I can pay with debit or credit card but I will encounter a $15 dollar processing fee to pay a debt using a card so they gave me another option which was using a ACH payment which they waive the fees to process this payment. I, of course, chose the ACH payment. After this was done I was told they will Process my payment the same night and by Sunday I should see on credit report the change of paid in full and closed.

So it's now a week and I check my mailbox and Baam! I got a letter that shows that I have paid my account but there is still a balance of .50 cents. How is there a balance when I just processed my bank for full payment. So I called, spoke to a guy representative. He then tells me I have an outstanding balance of .50 cents. If I don't take care of this it will be sent in for collections. This guy couldn't even understand himself. Why would they still be .50 remaining from an $300 payment, like seriously, why would I wanna mess my credit up for .50? Well it wasn't my fault, they calculated my balance wrong. So now I made a payment and I'm waiting on an update but my bank still haven't process a payment for this .50 cents yet and is the next business day.

How unprofessional can you be when you are asked to take payment to pay off a balance in full and close the account and still be missing .50 from the total. If they didn't send out that letter I would have never knew I still had this stupid account in for collections. It's ridiculous. They could have offered to remove the .50

balance and paid it themselves for screwing up. I'm surprised this company been in business for this long and so many negative complaints. Beware of Full Payment, check receipts and letter so they don't say you still have an remaining balance.

I got a call from someone asking for me then wanting me to verify my address and last four of SS#. I asked what it was about and all she would say was that it was personal business. I felt like it might be a scam so I refused. She kept insisting, even said that she already had the information. She just had to verify who I was. So I asked what it was about. Again she said "personal business". I asked the name of the company. She said IC Systems. I asked what her company is all about and guess what?! It's "personal business". So I told her that I wasn't going to give her anything if she couldn't tell me what it was about.

Then I get a letter, IC Systems is a collection agency. Apparently they buy up old debts. I wasn't aware of any old debts. It was from CenturyLink for a bill that they never sent and I never got a call about it in 8 months. CenturyLink says sorry. Now I have to deal with these people. So I have 30 days from the day they sent the bill or they put it on my credit report. I looked these guys up and it looks like they do this to people. They put it on their credit report and then the people pay it, it comes off their report then 6 months later it's back on their report and they have to do it again.
