I had a very nice discussion with my dating coach. She was very patient, helpful and offered great insight. She was encouraging and a pleasure to speak with. I found that Sheri was genuinely interested and determined to help me with my goals.

Talking with Sheri helped me understand how IJL works much better. She gave me good tips on the dating process and experience. A friendly, upbeat person!

Three out of my four dates matched my criteria. One was so completely off the mark. I emailed IJL's CEO for a refund. It was just egregious. The customer service is very lacking and I had a new dating director every month. I felt no one was paying attention to what I was saying. The last date ended up being good, but he had been told things about me that were inaccurate. I'm not sure I could recommend IJL.

Wish I could give this service zero stars. I had the same bad experience as the other reviewer. The initial person on the phone tells you whatever she wants to get you join, but then she no longer works with you. It took many phone calls on my end to get the constantly changing dating directors to call me back and start setting up dates. No one knows who is in charge when I began to complain, and after 4 months and only 1 (bad) date, I tried to cancel the charge with Am Ex and lost. Total sham and waste of money!

IJL will charge you $2300 up front non-refundable for a year... They guarantee 10 dates per year with women you will never see until you show up at restaurant they select...You will never know who they have signed up with them... It's obvious... First few months... you are on a slow boat to Bow Wow Island followed by the last train to Psychoville...$2300, are you kidding me?

I just started using IJL, but even after just a few weeks my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Unlike dating websites, IJLs approach does not use algorithms, or long lists of profiles of potential dates. Instead, they use actual people to help determine the date making for a much more personalized and fun method for meeting new people.

Christine, IJL Matching Coordinator - I find her to be very competent and she has the right mix of humor when I'm not positive with the match. I'm fortunate to be working with her but ideally would like to say goodbye to her and hello to Mrs. Right!

All of the women that I have been introduced to have been great. About half of the dates have been too far away. One was two states away. I do plan to qualify the dates more before I accept them as we move forward.

Horrible dating service! HUGE WASTE OF MONEY! Do not fall for this scam! I have been a member of IJL for 8 months, and gone on a sum total of 4 dates. That works out to $365 per date. And the dates were not good! Totally unprofessional, they do not answer phone calls or emails, their "direct line" is just an answering machine, which they never listen to. If you call corporate, you just get the run around, sent from voice mail to voice mail with no one ever calling you back or addressing your issues. Your "dating director" changes every few months without notice. They have no clue who you are or what you are looking for. Their descriptions of your date are "He's 5'10" with brown hair and brown eyes and works in sales"... for every date!!! All communications are canned and completely impersonal. Look at IJL in every city and it has horrible reviews. DO NOT USE THEM!

Let me start off by saying that this is an amazing service that this company has provided. I got to work with the matchmakers that were very professional and highly recommend this for any one that is wanting to meet anyone new or to network. Amanda was my match maker and has done a wonderful job!!! I have to talk to everyone else in the Denver office and everyone is just very nice and friendly and love what they do. Thank you for the wonderful experience and when I’m ready to date I will be calling Amanda up in the future.

I was new to Chicago and wanted an opportunity to meet educated men who had career ambition to match my own. I was introduced to IJL and after some due diligence about their process, that they're compensation matches my objectives (salaried with bonuses for when people go "on hold" or get married) and meeting one of the specialists who do the matching, I was ready to sign up. I never once had an uninteresting date. Everyone was educated, dynamic and engaging. There might not have always been chemistry but the baseline ingredients were there. IJL listened to my feedback after dates and adjusted accordingly.

There is little chance my path would have crossed that of the fascinating man I was introduced on my first date through IJL. While we share many common interests and passions, our careers have taken us in different directions and our circles of friends have not included each other. I thank IJL's Dating Director for using her expertise to determine that we would be a good match. Friendship is the most important thing to develop before more is possible, and friendship can last a lifetime even if more does not develop. My first date and I have been in touch each day since meeting and we look forward to getting to know each other better. Thank you IJL!

I came to IJL to try something different. I had tried other services and was left completely dissatisfied. I also had done the whole bar scene thing to death. I came here to find a higher quality of match and I did without a doubt. While I have not yet found the right match here either, the experience has definitely been worthwhile. I have met a lot of very nice and fun women and have been to several restaurants I never would have gone to on my own. The staff at IJL has been a pleasure to deal with. Katie has made it her personal mission to find me the right match. She has been very proactive on my behalf and I firmly believe she will be successful.

Joined the Cleveland IJL after I was told there was a promotion going on and not everyone would be accepted and I needed to sign up that day or I would be on a waiting list. The sales pitch was hard but I was told the members were screened, professional and I would find someone compatible quickly. Went on two dates in the first week. Both were long term men who were about to exit the service. Neither had good things to say about the service.

My first experience with IJL while under franchise management was not as good as I had hoped..... but after a year break I decided to try it again. My experience this time was so much better! Jason has done a magnificent job listening to my desires and applying those criteria to my matches. I have met a lot of great people on my dates but I am still looking for that one ideal match!

Primary issue I would have is the need at times to travel distances to fulfill the date. Obed tries hard to avoid this. Overall dating experience has been good although I had to take a leave of absence for a few months. No problems starting back up when I was ready.

When I joined IJL, apparently I had a misunderstanding of how the company works. I thought they would set up dates every month, as this would be how you get at least 12 dates in 1 year membership. But it goes by your availability, and if there is anyone in the area that matches your interests. For some people it will take longer than others. Mine is just moving a lot slower than the rest. But the men are very nice and polite that I have met, just have not found the right one yet.

I wanted to express my thanks to IJL and staff, especially Natalie. I am not much of a traditional dater because of time and personality nor am I someone that will use some of the other internet dating services given I just don't have the temperament. For me, email and texting is something I do when I know someone or if I have some business dealings that need to get done. I think it is a very professional service and enjoy the benefits they provide me namely: taking care of the details (time, place and person), filtering through people that clearly are not a match, and being sensitive and responsive to my feedback about the introductions I have had and want going forward. Great service for someone like me!!

I'm happy with IJL because I have been fortunate to work with Nika, my Dating Director. She has really listened to me and has put in a lot of effort to try to coordinate thoughtful introductions. After each IJL date, she takes the time to listen to my feedback and calibrate her matching criteria to better align with both my wants and needs. I was married for 15 years and have been divorced for 5. I am looking for a compatible partner with whom I can have fun and companionship, while being in a monogamous relationship. I am very pleased with my overall experience. Everything is as they said it would be and they have followed through with me personally to ensure I have been satisfied. I would happily recommend them without question. Everyone on staff has been a pleasure to work with and I have never had any issues with returned calls or response times.

Obed has introduced me to several women and has accommodated my schedule very well. I believe that he is conscientious in his work and is using his best efforts to find a match. Unfortunately, nothing has worked out very well to date. Nevertheless, there's still time on my agreement.

My It's Just Lunch experience got off to a slow start but I was ultimately introduced to Kirk. He proves to be amazing and has given a considerable about energy to my account. Kirk has called me frequently and has attended to every social detail I could think of. Kirk is truly an employee destined for management and you should be proud to have him on your team.

Have not had much luck with this dating experience. Seems like the men are just looking for dates and getting their money out of just dating. They and not serious about meeting anyone.

Let's face it, meeting potential compatible mates is hard. Once I was placed in my engineering career's full tilt, I was set for success to be riding life highs juggling clients, family, and friends. My experience with It's Just Lunch is that I'm happy with the service. I think that it's a nice way to get out and meet new people, that I wouldn't normally meet out, or even approach at a bar. It's nice that there is no stress on me to plan the date and where to go. On the other hand, it's hard to meet someone with only a few descriptions about what they look like. As a guy, we are attracted visually, but I understand that this service works in this way. And have made a few new friends on the way.

I have very much enjoyed my time with It's Just Lunch I have met some extraordinary women. This service is one that you have to get used to but I have had nothing but good experiences even if every date hasn't been "the one", though George has provided me with some excellent introductions. I would recommend it if you know what you're looking for and have patience, dating isn't a perfect science. There are going to be some good ones and some bad ones, that's life. Just remember no service can offer perfection no matter how much you pay.

Well this service can be fun if you let it. I haven't met the right person but I've had a blast and met some interesting people. That's good enough for me, but you to decide if that's good enough for you. I know this company has many negative ratings and people have quite a few things to say about them that aren't positive but ultimately I am happy with the product so I feel it was worth my money. George is a good dating director and I am convinced I will eventually meet the right person with him looking out for me. I would say that the service is worth it.

This feedback is specifically for Sheri **. I found her consultation to be helpful. She was extremely pleasant and while it's never particularly fun to receive constructive criticism, she delivered it in a polite and productive manner so that I could better enhance my dating experience. She also went out of her way to help me in clarifying the type of date I was looking for and documenting it for future prospective dates. I truly found her to be an exceptional person in what has otherwise not been a positive experience with this company. She should be commended for her professionalism and ease with which she carries out her job. Thank you very much for your time.

Out of all the dating sites that I know of I highly recommend IJL. They start with an in depth interview, both on the phone and also one-on-one with an IJL rep. Then the dates start. After each date, they gather information on the good and the bad then work on making the next date better. They really listen to what your needs are and know that your time is valuable. It is definitely the way to go if you are a busy professional and just don't have the time for the usual dating scene.

Amanda does a great job for me and is always upbeat and trying to improve my experience at IJL. I really like working with her.

I signed up for IJL looking forward to having personal assistance in finding someone to date. I thought it was expensive but was willing to pay. I did not get even 10% of what they promised. Each "meeting" was worse than the first. I gave "Lisa" detailed feedback after every meeting and it did not seem to make any difference. I did not get the promised amount of dates. Then the locations that they sent me to were ridiculously expensive for a "first meeting". Most of my meetings were "dinner" when I had been promised a quick lunch or coffee... I was told that none of the people to pick from could meet for lunch due to their busy schedules. I asked to work with a different consultant and was obliged. Her name was "Tonia **." She was so excited and said she had the perfect person for me. I never heard from her again. I have called and emailed asking for a refund or at the very least to stop my contract. I have not heard from anyone. In general, I feel this is a complete scam. I would not recommend this service to anyone!

I would never suggest IJL to even my worst enemy. I spent $2500 to go only on 9 dates when I was promised a minimum of 12. I also was promised that I'd have a personal matchmaker who would assist me in finding the perfect man. This was a lie as I had at least 8 different girls be my "personal matchmaker," not one of them knowing who I am or what I wanted. On numerous occasions I had to let them know that I wasn't interested in this or that and that it is written in my profile..... and they'd go look and say "oh, sure enough" which meant they never bothered to look at my profile to begin with when choosing the "perfect match."

I've been a member of IJL off & on since 2007 and have had a great experience meeting some very nice people. The staff in the early years (AJ) and now (Katie) were and are fabulous. In the middle years, there was a feeling they were using me to fulfill other people's contracts versus sending me on quality dates, but fortunately that has changed.

The Just Lunch Team constantly keep in touch with me, are always finding great dates with working professionals and I feel they have my best interests at heart and work hard for their fees. Just Lunch is perfect for busy professionals and anyone who needs help and support with the challenge of finding a new partner.

I have been meeting some very nice women and although I am still dating, have had a couple repeat dates with a couple that are most appealing.

My dating specialist Christine did a great job organizing, communicating, and sorting out schedules. I didn't end up meeting anyone who I continued dating; however, all the ladies I met were interesting and intelligent. I have been a member of It's Just Lunch for two months and have had a wonderful experience so far. The dating directors are very professional/friendly and have coordinated good dates for me. My favorite is Jocelyn, who I refer to as my "social director". It's also been a lot of fun to visit restaurants and bars I wouldn't have gone to otherwise in my city. I would recommend this service to other single friends, especially those who don't want to do online dating.

IJL associates have matched me up with some very nice ladies who have provided at least one interesting conversation. Although most have not resulted in more than a second or third follow up, I do frequently chat with one. My major issue is that I have never had a local date and I have got to believe that there are some matches somewhere in Southeast Tennessee. When I have to drive over 200 miles for every date (sometimes 300), It's Just Lunch become an all day outing which draws heavily on my time commitment and is expensive. Quite frankly had I been told up front that I would not ever have a date in my home area, I would not have put up the money because the services provided do not in any way justify the time and money costs associated with the events.

I've been with IJL for a few months now and based on my total experience with them, I can easily endorse their service and highly recommend them. The level of support, responsiveness, and taking my feedback into account on my matches has exceeded my expectations. IJL has worked very hard on my behalf to match me with quality women and has continually refined and improved my matches based on my feedback. I'm excited about my future matches and meeting the right one for me.

Have mixed feelings. Wish I could have had more dates. Friendly but hard to set up dates and get things scheduled. Did not find anything that even came close to working out.

About six months ago I joined the Cleveland chapter of IJL. My initial interview with Grace proved to be both enjoyable and quite extensive. I found Grace to be an expert in her ability to transform what would otherwise be a mundane question and answer session of "likes" and "dislikes" into an open conversation of candid and honest commentary. Simply put, she made the conversation fun and I immediately felt as though I had moved my social life off of dead center and forward after my interview had concluded. With regards to Grace's staff, specifically Jannelle and Elizabeth, my experience has proven to be most enjoyable. Although most people would agree that it would be unrealistic to expect every "introduction" a member receives to be the perfect match every time, it can still be a bit of a let-down when that "introduction" doesn't produce that perfect match.

The time spent with Sheri this evening evaluating my dating experience with IJL was very helpful. We were able to reflect back over my experience thus far and analyze the strengths & weaknesses of it. Sheri provided constructive criticism as well to help me going forward. I highly recommend you make time for this session when the opportunity arises. Communications is the "key to success"!!!

I was not told that I would get a date every 72 days when I talked to your sales person. I asked the sales rep how many people were available in my age group and she avoided the question. I have the feeling now that there were not a lot of member 55 and over. I had 3 dates in 7 months which was very disappointing. My advisor did not try to get to know me. I knew more about her than she did about me. My face to face interview was the same way. I was lucky that I met Gene on my 3rd date. No one ever tried to contact me after I sent my review in saying I would date Gene again. Gene feels the same way. He was not told he would have to travel to Indianapolis from Ft. Wayne for dates because there weren't any matches in Ft. Wayne. We both paid a lot of money and got zero service. I would not recommend you to any of my friends. I love the concept and the date planning you provide. But you act like a corporation with no personal touch.

I love working with my dating director Obed. He is very professional and does his job from all his heart. He takes the time to listen and follows up in a very timely manner. Obed does listen nicely to what I want and to my preferences, he tries his best to send me on the best date that comes available.

This has been a great way to get back to having a social life with very little effort on my part. All the planning is taken care of and I just show up and meet high caliber dates at local restaurants. I am glad I joined!

I want to share with your company that my experience with your company was excellent. You had nothing but professionals working for you. Nika was especially sweet and I may try to resubscribe if the price is right.

You pay almost $3000 and you are guaranteed 5 dates. Those odds are awful. They make it seem like you are getting personalized attention but they use the same criteria as what you do on Match.com or any of those online services. It's a big ripoff. You could spend that money going on a nice cruise and meet someone that way AND have a better time.

I can't say that I've had a bad experience with IJL. It's important to know what you are looking for in a potential match and provide feedback to your dating director after your date is over. My experience with Jason ** is similar to that of Kay **. Jason listens to your concerns and fine tunes your matches. My last few matches may not have been "the one", but I think we are compatible as friends.

When I originally called, I thought it was a company that threw networking events for professionals. Six months later, I was called back with a deal to try the service out that I decided to embark on seeing. I had been single for over 2 years and at least needed to get back out and test the waters. My first date was horrible and I felt tossed around when asked for a refund. I decided to cut my losses and just move on, but then I received a call and an e-mail from Mr. Jason. Not only was he understanding, he actually listened to my concerns and wants. My next date was 10x better, and although he wasn't a permanent match for me, I do think we're highly compatible as friends. Thanks a lot, Jason.

I thought IJL was a big financial commitment when I signed up, but if I had known what I was going to get I would have paid ten times more. I found IJL while traveling for work. I tend to be a bit on the conservative side so I was a bit skeptical about joining. So far, my experience has been a good one. They are very interested in what I am looking for in a match and they are always looking for ways to make my next date better than the last one. This has been fun!

My overall experience with IJL has been great. I've met striking women from different backgrounds. I enjoyed sharing some of my interactions with Sheri. I now feel more comfortable and very positive in the dating arena. It's definitely an arena!

I'm overall happy with the service from IJL. Many of the first dates have led to seconds. The communication needs to be and has been continuous.

The lifestyle that I choose to live is not conducive to meeting available women. I do not go to bars, grocery stores, laundromats, church, Starbucks, etc. I travel for work, so women that I come in contact with live several states away. Therefore, IJL provides me with an avenue whereby I can spend an evening with a woman that I would otherwise probably not have met. At worst, it's an evening of female companionship and at best I meet someone who I may wish to see again and again.

For a service that charges as much as they do, IJL did not deliver for me and I would not recommend it. I started off with a Dating Director who continually set me up with bad matches, regularly gave me bad/wrong information on my dates (that would embarrass me on the date) and wouldn't return calls promptly. I really felt like once they set me up with their "contractually obligated" 1 date per month quota, they would forget about me until the next month or I bothered them a bunch.

Lisa has been very professional and helpful. She is conscientious and follows through promptly with requests. I would highly recommend IJL and Lisa to anyone.

I would definitely recommend It's Just Lunch and my dating director, Nika. This has been a wonderful experience. You meet people with such great backgrounds and personalities. Nika does a great job of trying to find someone with common interests so you have plenty to talk about from the first minute! Also, there's no pressure so you can just relax and have fun.

It was wonderful to work with Tia ** as It's Just Lunch. She was very organized, friendly, accurate and trusting. Tia helped introduce me to wonderful people of a certain caliber I was hoping for. She handled all the arrangements and preparation for each date very well. I have been happy with the IJL experience and would recommend this as a fantastic way to meet unique individuals that would be challenging to meet in another type of setting.

My match was pretty close to what I had described that I was looking for and I am very selective so that was great! The lady was a very enjoyable person and I would like to see her again. The best part, she would also like to see me again too. The restaurant was also very nice and enjoyable and again the type of place that I had asked for. Nice job!

Although a little slow, IJL is providing me everything that was promised. My only date so far was a very positive experience. In fact, we have a second brunch date scheduled for October 3rd.

Three areas of feedback.

I grown under Mexican culture and I am not sure if I follow the American dating rule, during the date or after the date, for example: If we interchange phone, can I call him? Or I need to wait in order he call me? Is it better to ask for a second date at the end of the first one? Or wait for a phone call.

I enjoyed my experience with IJL. Christine, my account representative, was very friendly. She was accurate, organized, and communicative. She set me up with some very nice women and I'm still seeing one of them.

Let me first say that I have not met the person for me but I have enjoyed the process. I have met the type of people I have wanted to meet for the most part and it just hasn't worked out. That's not It's Just Lunch's fault, so I can certainly say they have done what I've hoped to this point so I would definitely recommend them and my dating director George. The company has done a good job of following up and setting me up on dates with the kind of people I would like to meet and ultimately what else could I ask for?

I have been extremely satisfied with the service that It's Just Lunch provided. While certainly pricey, the quality of the dates that they set me up on was extraordinary, and the fact that they handle all of the matching and organizing makes dating extremely simple and hassle-free! I was very impressed with the caliber and professional ambitions of the women. I went on numerous dates within the first few months of my membership, with very positive experiences, which eventually culminated in meeting 'that special someone', whom I would never had met had it not been for IJL.

Excellent and constructive feedback on how to evaluate and improve performance during a date. I found the interaction engaging and useful. It's a luxury to have such a coach and I would recommend it highly.

Overall service feedback: I would rate my experience as 2 1/2 stars thus far - below average.This is the first time ever joining a dating service. My expectations were that it would be more hands on approach. I feel that my dates are few and far in between. Of all the dates I have been on, I feel like my last one was the closest or best of all my matches. It is strange that my "dating" consultant, I have never met and is not even located in the city that I live in. I feel it would be more beneficial to have your contact person in the same city. You could meet in person and have a better one on one relationship/communication.

Sheri was very encouraging and offered some helpful ideas for the dating process. She is very positive and listened well to what I had to say.

I was set up on a date within one week of paying in mid July and now in September, I haven't heard from them. I contacted them through email about three weeks ago. What was made very clear to me is that I could not get my money back. Now I think there is a scam going on and I have gotten taken by it. As I go through the steps they took me through, I see that they got more info from me, financially and personally, than I know about them. I imagine, all of them somewhere in South Beach partying with their big scam checks. As a newly retired person, the last thing I want is to be bamboozled and to begin a legal investigation.

They took my 2,000.00 plus money, set me up with people who claimed to work for IJL but they won't give their last names. Weird. 1st date didn't like what I look like, she took my picture without my permission. 2nd date live 30 miles away and works 12 hour days. 3rd date had big ankles, I sign up for a petite women. 4th date gave me her number. I called and left messages. She text back she was going to move to NYC. 5th date, I gave me her number, I left messages. She never called back. When I brought this to the attention to IJL, it was never discuss why? and they wanted an updated picture of me 1 month after I sent my 1st date, why?

The person who is your main contact seems to make the difference on the experience being a positive or negative experience. My second counselor, Nika, makes the difference on this being of value. Prior to her, my first counselor contact left something to be desired. The commitment of at least 10 dates has been exceeded within 6 months of the 12-month criteria.

Do not join this service! It is a waste of money and a lot of it. I paid over $2500 and went on ONLY one date. They are pretty quick to charge your credit card, but once you make a complaint, there is no way that you are going to get any money back. After my first "wonderful" first date (not a good match), I was supposed to meet with a representative from the company who was going to help me find the "ultimate" experience on my next date. I was stood up at the place where I was supposed to meet this representative. I called the number for the local Boston office, and there was no answer. I left several messages, no answer. I called and called. I sent e-mails. Nobody got back to me that night.

IJL has been a great, safe way to break back into dating. The commitment and expectations are clear. The process works great for those with busy professional lives.

I think it's a nice dating site. I've just started and have had only 1 date. But so far it appears to attract credible people. I think Lisa is always very pleasant and professional.

My IJL matching director does an excellent job of attempting to match me with the right guy. There are always challenges that come up with every date, which are reviewed to better the next date. My experience has been about 50/50 with good versus bad dates. He likes to talk a lot and is working on listening better. Any time I provide Jason with feedback or suggestions on the next match, he listens and follows through. I am able to be very upfront about my dates and expectations. The biggest challenge isn't with IJL, it's with the individuals being matched as they haven't been as upfront as I feel they should be.

On my 60th birthday, I made the decision that I wanted a partner to share my life - or at least a few fun dates! Overall, I felt IJL to be a good service. After some initial tweaking, the people I was matched with fit well with my requests. The facilitators were prompt and polite and, I sensed, did their best to make appropriate matches and find convenient times and locations for the meetings. I certainly would recommend the service to others.

I must say my initial experience with IJL was not a good one. I had multiple Dating Directors within just the first few weeks and none of them were good to work with. Since then Christine was assigned to my market and she has been absolutely wonderful! She takes time with me and really listens to what I am looking for. So with IJL being that it was new for me to try was interesting but with dating and especially here in NYC it's all about patience. Needless to say my first two dates were flops but the third I felt was a charm. I paid $2500 to It's Just Lunch, was promised dates with professional men, and never once had a bona fide date. While they were very responsive before I paid my fee, once they had my money my calls were not returned. They did make two attempts at setting me up on dates; the first date decided to put his membership on hold, the second date did not show up at the designated restaurant. I have made repeated calls to try to get a refund of my money but to no avail. It was a very expensive lesson, but I should have googled "It's Just Lunch complaints" and I would have seen all the other single people who have been ripped off by this very unscrupulous company.

I really enjoy talking with Nika. She is very helpful and has done a great job. Even though at this time I haven't found my match, the dates have been getting better.

I was not matched on any compatible dates. I went in nine awful dates and none of the men were even close to being a good fit. My date director, Scott, was an ** to me. Che set me up with a foreigner Albanian when I asked for a white American man. Then I was given Nika, who did the same thing and never returns calls or emails. I feel like I've been screwed out of $2200, and if the company was even concerned about how crappy I was treated, I should be refunded my money. But every person I've been in touch with doesn't give a damn that I was ripped off.

I have so far enjoyed my IJL experience. I was extremely tired of online dating and I wanted to try something different. I just can't come home after work and spend MORE TIME EMAILING! I think so much of compatibility depends on how two people interact and IJL let's you skip right to meeting someone face to face. They really make an effort to get to know you and try to find the best match they have for you among the people willing to pay the high fees for this service. I have been on lots of dates since starting the service a few months ago and a couple of really great dates. I would never have met any of these people without going through IJL.

Daniel was a nice guy, but hopelessly disorganized and clearly over his head. He arranged multiple dates with women who lived 2-3 hours from me. He arranged dates with women who were not even close to the characteristics that I specified. All the dates were similarly dissatisfied with Daniel's performance. Debbie was somewhat better, but I only worked with her for a short period of time. I like Evita, but I suspect she has her work cut out for her in performing damage control from the havoc wreaked by her predecessors. It will take considerable effort for It's Just Lunch to improve on its reputation in this area.

I signed up the service at the end of April this year. I had a lot of expectations about the service. However, I was quite disappointed with the service the first few month. My emails/calls were never answered until I had to make many attempts. Recently, I got a new dating director, Evita. Since then, I have been very happy about the service. She is very efficient and productive. She answers my email right away. Within two weeks, she already set up three dates for me. She listens to my requests and I have enjoyed the date she arranged. With her being my dating director, I feel hopeful about meeting the right man!
