I'd recommend Events and Adventures. The people are very nice. Everybody's open to make new friends. We went to Ginnie Springs last year. It was my first event. I didn't know anything about it, so by mistake or because I saw there was an empty spot, I went with a group from Miami. When I got there, they had everything set up. I shared a tent with a lady from Tampa Bay Area. She was very nice. It was awesome. I made a bunch of friends and we had a lot of fun. I also went to parties. The first party that I had been to was a Halloween party. It was amazing because Events and Adventures rented a venue at a hotel. We stayed there with open bar for two hours. Then we all went to the rooftop with the guests from the hotel. The New Year’s Eve party was different. They rented a nice venue but it was small. It was just our group, no people from outside. I didn't like it too much. After a while, you know everybody. It's pretty much all the time the same ones.

Events and Adventures provides a lot of diverse activities that's fun. Our host, Nate, is fantastic. Recently, I went to a mini golf event at the Mall of America here. That wasn't that great, but it was the before and after with the groups, and some of us broke off. That was a lot of fun in that particular setting.

I reached out to Events and Adventures because I was trying to get somewhere where I can meet people, make friends, and have fun together as a family. But what I'm seeing is kind of different. The first event that I went to was the ice skating one and it was fun because that was my first time. I didn't have much idea. When I arrived, the host, Alexandra was friendly and entertaining. There were four of us who showed up and other than that, nothing. When you look at events online, the event is full but when you show up, it's two or three people. I've attended four events now and it's the same. Although, anything like clubbing or a social thing, you see a lot of people because there are different people coming.

Events and Adventures came into my life at the right time. I feel it was meant to be, and it found me when I needed it to find me. It has changed my life in the sense I don't have to feel lonely, and I don't have anything to do. Even if I choose not to do anything, the fact that it's there gives me a bit of comfort. I'd be happy to find a couple of new friends and have somebody to travel and do events with. I’m at the stage of recovering in my grief and finding myself once again. I told my friend that I just wanna travel. I don't have anybody to travel with or just go do dinner with. I have old friends, but when you're widowed, your friends are your married couple friends. So, Events and Adventures is exactly what I was looking for and needed.

The guy that I talked at Events and Adventures gave me all the information I needed. But there's always that unknown, going into the new group, not knowing the people. But they're all friendly, so it cleared up before the end of the first meeting. Right after that, they had WhirlyBall up in Hurst which was the weirdest thing I've played. It's like playing basketball with bumper cars. You gotta get the ball in the hoop, which is vertical instead of horizontal. And you got bumper cars. You're plowing into each other to prevent them from shooting. It's an interesting game.

I did the Saint Patrick's day event and it was good. But the biggest downside of it is that it requires quite a bit of travel. Also, it's pricey and due to the cost, I probably won't renew my membership. Other than that, Events and Adventures has been pretty good and I'm enjoying it.

When I signed up, I email with their rep back and forth. Then, we ended up doing a Zoom interview. Then, I got access to the calendar and I could sign up for events. The most recent one was a dinner. We went to a ramen place and got dimsum. We hung out and talked. Also, I went to an arcade in Seattle and on Saturday, I have a hike coming up. They also plan international trips. There's one to Ireland, Alaska and the Caribbean. The website isn't great but it's something they've addressed already. Also, the age demographic is a bit older than I am. I'm 23 so I'm on the younger side. Other than that, the membership is fun and they have a million different interesting events.

Everything's been great with Events and Adventures. I haven't done any of the trips, but I've done quite a few of the local things. It's been everything from just going and getting dinner, to going and doing an actual game or activity. So, it's been all over the place. I just did a hike to the hot springs here in Washington. That was probably my favorite so far only because I've been trying to get into those hot springs forever. So, it was nice to do that. But other than that, they're all great. We just did a couple things for St. Patty's Day. We did a pedal bar and that was a lot of fun. I made lots of friends within the group, and to the point where now, we even often get together. As a matter of fact, I'm going out with a group of them tonight to go to a movie. It's been great increasing that social circle and getting a group of people that are in similar situations.

I’m kind of a foodie so I like doing the brunches. We've done brunches in different restaurants around our community. We had mini golf. We had bocce outside, which is really cold in Minnesota, but it was a fun group. I've learned pretty quickly that depending on the event, it can be a very different dynamic. There's kind of a more party types, which is cool stuff. But then there's this other group that's kind of mellow and more chilled. It's nice to have that kind of diversity in personalities. So it depends on the event and who's there, it's got its own unique vibe to it. But it's expensive. They have additional fees, like for brunches, it has a $10 deposit to lock in your spot. But it's all right. The facilitators seem very receptive to the feedback on different activities. They're always soliciting ideas. It's a good group of people here in their 20s who run the events and it seems good. It seems they're usually on top of things and really passionate about it.

I was exciting coming to my first event which was a Super Bowl party. I was very pleased and had a really good time. Everybody was very welcoming and we had good conversation. Events & Adventures is a good way to meet people. It's worthwhile.

I've gone to two trips with Events and Adventures and they were good. It's easy to get information about their upcoming events. They send you a calendar every month and you can just go through it whenever you want. But considering what I'm getting and the amount of money the membership costs, I expected a little bit more.

They're definitely the more affordable ones. But we're paying quite a bit of money every month and then there's an additional substantial fee to do most of the events in addition to the monthly subscription.

I was nervous going to my first event but that changed afterwards. It was one of their really casual events for volleyball. I quickly was able to identify where the group was, walked over there and, you know, introduced myself, met the few people who were there, several of whom were regulars who had been there awhile. We played volleyball with help 'cause we were doing something and not just awkwardly getting to know people. I've also gone to a splatter paint event that was a lot of fun. There was also one that was more physical like ziplining. I liked that a lot. I was also a big fan of all the lake trips on pontoon party boats. Events and Adventures is not a perfect program but it has more pros than cons overall.

Events and Adventures is expensive but so far, it's been good. I met one person that I didn't care for but other than that, everyone else is cool. I would like to do some more cruises and I asked Mark, the CEO, about them not doing cruises. He said he didn't wanna do it because people would get upset about the prices.

Events and Adventures has been great for me. It's exactly as advertised. You get to meet new people, try new things, and have fun. They got a great variety of events. If I do ever have a comment, I let my host know, and they forward it on and try to accommodate everybody. I've found them to be a very neat organization, and I would highly recommend them to anybody.

I like that with Events and Adventures, my name isn’t all over the internet. You have to sign up and can't see who else has signed up. It feels safe. They also do a background check. The guy that I met with when I did my video interview was nice and has helped me. I moved from a monthly plan to the all paid in within the first 30 days. There are a lot of members and a ton of activities to choose from each month. I've gone to two events. The first one was mini golf. The second one was the new member orientation and game night. The game night was fine. There were a lot of people there so the opportunity was there. However, we were in our own small group doing games and so it didn't feel like get around very well and chat with other people. It also seems like it's a much younger crowd and not the same industry experiences. I'm in high tech and not seeing the same people that I'm looking for.

I've met a lot of my friends through E&A. The first thing I did was went hiking. It was a great way to start off. Slowly as I go to different events, I'm seeing the same kind of people. It's cool. I also went camping and that was fun. We had a good time. I like E&A because there are so many cool things that they come up with. It's giving me help to meet other friends. I'm trying to convert one of my friends right now to it. She's very interested, and so is her friend. The only thing is sometimes I wish there were more events where it wasn't $50, $75 to go to an event.

The events have all been really great. The best thing I have done is not expect anything out of them. So, there's no disappointment. Not all of the events have been well thought out, but I've enjoyed them. I really enjoyed the forging class. So, we worked with metal. Events and Adventures is a great social organization. But don't expect to meet anybody out of it.

I've gone to quite a bit of events. I like the variety of stuff that we do. I tend to be more into physical activities, so anything that's dancing or sporty. But I haven't been able to go to too much because of how my schedule's been. But some of the restaurants are pretty cool too. So I'm slowly picking up speed and attending where I can. For the most part, everyone's super nice. You can tell the seasoned members versus the new ones. They're quieter or a little bit more awkward. But the people that are there consistently and that have been in it a while are really good about incorporating the newer members in. It also depends on what the activity is because if it's a sit-down activity, it's a little harder for that. But there is a really good balance of newer members versus older members and that camaraderie. There have been a few hit-and-misses with events that weren't my cup of tea, but they were still fun. It's always good to try new things.

It's really easy to find out about upcoming events. They post on Facebook and then they have a website with their calendar that has dates and events. They do it about a month out, so you're able to see visibility on what's going on and what's in the area. They'd give a location and price. So, it's pretty informational. They're also very open to suggestions. Sometimes they do a survey, like asking, “Hey, if we were to do a hot air balloon trip, who’d be interested?” Then when people say, “Oh, yeah,” they vote for it, and that helps out as well.

I really like the events. They've been fun. I've been able to meet some cool people. My first event was a jazz thing at The Balcony Club and it was pretty cool. It wasn't a lot of people but it was a nice crowd. It was intimate and we still got to know each other. I've also gone to a bar and it was nice. I've also gone to the aquarium. But I was confused about the cost. I thought that when you paid for the monthly fees, that would cover some of the events. I didn't know there was going to be an additional cost for some of the events too. So, I've been picking things that are free or low-cost just because I'm not sure what the environment would be like.

I've been on four events and I didn't always have a great time. I also ended up missing a couple. At the first one I went to, I was nervous. But I hadn't really connected with a lot of the people that I met at the event and once I met everybody, I wasn't as nervous.

Events and Adventures is okay so far. They've been nice events, activities, dinners, and wine.

I've attended many events so far and I am very satisfied. The calendar comes on the 15th and it's not very difficult to find information about upcoming events. But some events that are good are filled out very quickly.

Most of the activities I've attended with Events and Adventures have been spot on. Been to an escape room once. At the ladies' residence, a game night. We just went to a splatter painting party on Saturday, which was fun. We got to have a little fight with each other where we were just throwing paint. I have trampoline and dodgeball tomorrow, which would be fun too.

I've done some virtual stuff with E and A. It's helpful that they have a group leader for everything who's in charge of keeping it organized. Everybody else gets to do their own thing. It's not your job to run anything. I was on the fence because of the investment part but it's the time saver as far somebody else making the plans and putting all that stuff together. Somebody else is making the reservation. All I gotta do is look at the calendar.

The activities I like going to are the active ones, whether it's a hike or dancing, things where you're moving. My favorite is the Tough Mudder which is an obstacle course, race for 10k. It was a lot of fun.

I didn't know that we would be having events all over the state of Illinois, not just in Chicago. It was a little hard to go to those events at first. But then, after going to many events inside Chicago and seeing some events that I really liked outside Chicago, I started to travel more to places like Lombard, Mount Prospect, Orland Park, and Evanston. Especially when I started seeing the same people over and over again, it started becoming much easier to go to those events. Every time I go, the company there is amazing and the host makes it a lot easier. There are a lot of great open-minded adults, which makes the events more special. It’s been a great time and I love the people, most of all.

I was looking for a travel club more recently and Events and Adventures came up, and that was when I decided to get more information and decided to join. I started on January 4th., and I've done two events a week since the beginning of January. It's been really easy to find events to join. I like the social calendar and how it's built out to have a little bit of everything. They recently hosted the Valentine's event here in Minneapolis, and I attended both of them, and both of them were really enjoyable with really good turnouts. I met a lot of nice people and met a really good coordinator.

I'm single so the dating potential through Events and Adventures was cool. I don't think that's gonna happen for me, but I still enjoy hanging out from time to time. I live 60-plus miles away. I signed up for an event today, which is the first time in months. I went to Columbia and I met some people that I will continue to travel with, with and without Events and Adventures. I already have. So those are two, amazing relationships. Events and Adventures runs their organization perfectly. I feel like the same people tends to circulate through the events over and over. I think it might be territorial, but it's gonna be the same people, which is great. There's nothing wrong with that. It's just like, is there gonna be a new potentially attractive female? As far as the group leaders, they're all good. Events and Adventures hired the right people. They're not the socially awkward ones.

Events & Adventures' service is good. I've attended lots of different events. I've done bowling and pickleball a lot. I've also done a rafting trip that was three days. I also did a five day ski trip last year to Canada. I've also done multiple dinners at different restaurants. My favorite was the ski trip to Whistler. It was well organized. What I like about Events and Adventures the most is that the group is more inclusive. Somebody tries to make the least likely person to talk feel included. I like the variety of events and that the service introduces you to a lot of things you wouldn't seek out on your own. The only downside would be the cost. I won't sign up again just because of that.

Events and Adventures told me that there wasn't gonna be a cancellation fee when I first signed up for it. It’s slow season for me, so cash is not coming in this office and I wanted to cancel. I'm a little bit younger and on top of that, they also told me there's gonna be people my age and it wasn't the case at all. So, I was literally just throwing money away. Another thing is they're charging me for a whole year and a half when I just wanted to sign up for the year. The rep said something about giving me six months free and when I wanted to cancel, they wanted to charge me the whole year and a half or the remaining balance of the year and a half too.

Signing up with them was easy. The events themselves were pretty cool too.

I like their calendar and the logistics of it. The events are a good mix. They are at different times so I can fit them with my schedule. There have been cooking and athletics classes. The dog sledding activity has been one of my favorites. It was freezing but it was a lot of fun. I have also loved our group coordinators. Nate, who has been in charge of everything, has been amazing. I have a pretty good group of friends and I've gotten myself a boyfriend out of it. But I didn't like other members who are not always my favorite hanging out.

I initiated a call to Events and Adventures and then I spoke with somebody and liked what they were having to tell me, and I signed up the same day. I'm not very much a social person, so I was very nervous about the first event, but a lot of people in the group were very friendly. I’ve gone to quite a few events already. I did a trivia night at a brewery. I did the New Year's party. I did a game night at somebody's house, and there was a seafood boil at another house. Bowling was another one. The trivia nights are really good. We usually do them in a brewery because breweries are usually the ones that do them around here. We kind of meet up and then we decide on who's gonna be on a team or whatever is required by the brewery, but you get to learn about the trivia content. You also get to learn about each other through answers. Overall, Events and Adventures is a really great way to get out and kind of explore the area and to meet new friends.

What a terrible group, event manager in Phoenix is terribly rude to those coming to join the group. The calendar is repeated constantly and there is nothing new or remotely interesting. They should fire their terrible event manager and get someone who is friendly and enjoys her job. This one does not.

I'm a little frustrated right now. I was given credit money on my account, but when I signed up for some local events here in Houston, Events and Adventures took money off my credit card instead of my balance that's available on the account. I contacted the manager of this area, and I thought it was taken care of, but if I go on my account now, it shows that I have a zero balance. I had 200, and the events weren't even $200 worth. My credit card still hasn't been credited, and I texted the manager again yesterday, but I haven't heard back from him. Another thing is that living in Houston, everything is so far apart. Events and Adventures has a lot of activities, but Houston's a big geographical area, so I can't go to as many as I would like because they're a good 45 minutes to an hour away. That's tough, especially if it's a weeknight. The people I've met are great though.

Events and Adventures is one of the things that it is what you make of it. If somebody comes in with an antisocial perspective and they're thinking it's going to automatically get them friends, it's not really the club that I would recommend to them. You gotta be proactive.

My favorite event so far was when we went to a cornhole tournament and it was very cool. There were so many people there and we all kind of hung out. We were talking, drinking a little bit, and eating. I mingled and talked to one group and then I went over and talked to another group. This month, there wasn't a whole lot of events that came up that I was really interested. But I'm looking forward to what next month would bring.

I like that Events and Adventures has a busy calendar, a whole bunch of singles and something to do every day. I wasn't sure what to expect on my first event. It was at a driving range. I was trying to actively talk to people that were part of the group. As it went on, it became more relaxed and casual where it was easier to hang out with a group of random people. There's a good amount of people that were at that event that I still see all the time that are regulars. There's a small group of regulars that are at a very large amount of events, then there are people who are slightly less regular that sporadically show up throughout different types of events.

I have been very impressed with the organization and the people. The coordinators and the other members have been really easygoing and extremely friendly. I've never once felt intimidated. The events are convenient and fun. It gives me something to do in the evening. There's also a sense of camaraderie. You sort of see the same people, and some people kind of dominate the groups of the events. But that's okay because it provides that continuity.

They spend a pretty good amount of time before you sign up with Events and Adventures. I had an hour-long call. The lady and I were just having a good time having a conversation. I knew what to expect and knew where it was. I was just excited to get started. The host is always there to get you introduced to the event. There's also been a wide range of stuff to do. I've learned mind dancing at one of the bars. I went to an archery and learned how to shoot a bow. There are a lot of the same pub crawl-type things. We did the fancy New Year's Eve Ball. It's been fun. It's nice just to have something to do with like-minded people. One of the ladies, we've gone out to dinner just separate from the group.

I just got back from my trip to Telluride, Colorado and that was good. I went snowshoeing, horseback riding and snowmobiling. Give Events and Adventures a try and go to as many events if you have time for in your schedule to meet more people.

My experience so far has been pretty good. I go to events, mostly sports, and all of the members are really nice and friendly.

They have different types of activities for all sorts of likes and dislikes. Every night there's a different event that you can participate in. Some are an additional fee but some are just free activities. They're also screening people and you're in a safer environment to meet other people, whether it's for dating or just to have fun. I've made some really great connections and great friends. I've also started dating somebody in the group. They do a lot of hikes and I like to participate in those. There have been paddleboarding events and volleyball on the beach. For Christmas, they did that boat parade which was a lot of fun. On New Year's Eve, they did a party at the Grand in Davie which was really nice.

I am really happy with Events and Adventures. I've been to quite a few events and I've enjoyed the archery, axe-throwing, and cocktail-making. The only thing is events get filled up really quickly. So sometimes, if you don't sign up right away once the event calendar opens, then it's hard to get in.

We were doing a Renaissance fair thing and I like doing stuff like that. Except Events and Adventures was supposed to do it in February, but I didn't see it on the calendar. I canceled a lot only because of locations. The New Year's thing was fun, but that's a once-a-year thing. The Happy Hours is also fun. We also did a glassblowing event and a trivia night. The comedy thing was also great. The age gaps are out there. That's why when Events and Adventures does the age-appropriate events, it's cool. I'm 52. To me, talking to a 24-year-old is creepy. But I talk to anybody. I asked one girl out, she said yes, and I left without taking her number because I was nervous. But I met some good people.

For my first event, I mistakenly chose one of the biggest events of the year so I was freaked out but everybody was super welcoming and very friendly. It was a Halloween event and the first person I ran into happened to be one of Events and Adventures’ dozen hosts that night. He was super sweet and he walked me over and introduced me around. It was awesome. Going back after the event, I saw that there was a sign-in table. People were lined up there and being a newbie, I just went around them. I didn't know the protocol and I didn't read the email close enough clearly. It wasn't until my fourth event that I went to the new member event and I've already done a lot of what they were teaching us.

My first event from beginning to end was not the greatest. The address was wrong and I'm already driving an hour away from home to Massachusetts. So, I drove in circles and it's in the downtown area. I didn't drive a huge distance, but I was all over trying to find it. After half an hour, I finally found it. I tried calling the guy. He said he wasn't there yet. They were supposed to start at 7:00. Everybody showed up in a group at 7:30. So, over two and a half hours of driving just for 25 minutes and sitting at a bar alone for half an hour. I went to one other event and that was the New Year's time. That wasn't as bad, but it wasn't great either. But the one lady who was the host person was very short. I tried talking to her about the actual club-related stuff different times. I get she was busy, but it was a lot of off-putting things.

I like that it was no pressure, that I could just go do stuff. I also like the variety. There are a lot of girls, which is okay. And there are a lot of girls my age, which is good. So, it's more of a place for me to connect with other females. I like the hiking events. They're fun. And the New Year's party was, too. But I can't participate in a lot of the things because I don't drink and I'm vegan. Also, Events and Adventures is expensive for what it is. And whenever you sign up, it would be better to be more open about, "You might have one guy at each event and the rest are gonna be females. And they're all gonna be middle-aged, divorced women."

I've gone to bingo, casino night, a dart game, and a lot of dinners. The young professional dinner was my favorite because a lot of the events there are based on who attends. So it just happened to be a dinner with some people that I clicked with. I've been having fun with Events and Adventures. But a lot of my friends could not afford it.

I have enjoyed Events and Adventures quite a bit. It has pretty well fulfilled my needs. At the beginning, I enjoyed learning about new places and new activities. I am new in the country, so for me, there are many things that are new. I've done a little bit of everything and it has been pretty interesting. I personally like any kind of active event. I don't like just sitting at a bar. I like sports. We have played volleyball. Tonight, we have wallyball, ping pong, and billiards. We also have done hiking.

I like what they offer. I participated in mostly, dinners and bowling. However, I see mostly women in some of the events, not many men. But I like their service. It's pretty good, especially for people that's new to an area because you learn about different places and people.

I recently attended the Happy Hour at the Beverly event with Events and Adventures. They did Christmas lights in December. There was a little bus tour. We went through a neighborhood and looked at Christmas lights. Everyone's nice when you go to the events. Everyone's very open to meeting new people and friendly. A lot of good friendships have come to life. It's been a good time as far as getting to know people and getting out doing different events. It's a fun way of doing new things.

I like meeting new people and doing new things so the first event was fine. I’ve done a crafting group, a drag bingo and there was breakfast for dinner. I signed up for a few events that I had to cancel because I've been sick. But for the most part, I find two things a month to go to. My favorite was the craft thing. You got to create a craft and that was the one where I probably got to talk to people the most. It's all been great.

I was a bit nervous and excited at the same time on my first event. But the persons that I met were warm and welcoming. The reps from Events and Adventures were always introducing people to the new members, and they always interacted with us and that was fun. I went bowling, to a couple of the dinners and a Shakespeare musical. But the New Year's Eve Party was my favorite. The experience is definitely an adventure.

When my daughter went off to college, our house was empty. I thought I should get out and start doing something. I looked for a social club and I wanted one where you can mix and mingle. Events and Adventure was the only one of the 60 to 100 that had the mixing with a group and mingling. I was scared to death as I had never done something like that. But I gave it a try.

I've met a lot of friends through Events and Adventures. I've only been a member for three months, and I can tell the hosts care. From what I saw in the past, they do the events seasonally and there are events tailored towards the spring/summer. They have every category. Whether someone likes to go to the bar or see a play at the theater, they have a bunch of different options. They have from karaoke night to trivia night, as well as billiards, axe throwing, disc golf, and hiking. They did a glassblowing event and an indoor putt-putt, which was interesting. The putt-putt was here in Dallas, but it was a different take. It was more towards adults.

I joined back in October, and I was excited with my first event. It was hiking trips, and I like hiking. I've since went on a dog walk, to a comedy show, and to the New Year's party. I've done a murder mystery party too, and that was a good one. I also went snowshoeing, which was awesome. I'm going wine tasting and snowshoeing again the weekend after this.

I went on a go-kart outing. That was really fun. The event coordinators were very good, funny and welcoming. They made sure the newer people get introduced around and were good at making sure they were getting pulled into conversations. They do a really nice job of putting together a variety of different activities. They have large group, small group.

I was very nervous on my first event with Events and Adventures because I was by myself. But everybody was very nice and welcoming, and the host was very accommodating to make you feel good and comfortable. I love the volleyball because it reminds me of when I was in my late teens and early 20s. That was cool and something I enjoyed back then and still enjoy now. I enjoyed going to see The Nutcracker too. It’s something I've always wanted to do but my ex-husband never wanted to go to stuff like that because to him, it was a ballet. So, it was nice to be able to have someone to go with. So, that was nice. Also, there's been some bingo nights at some restaurant bar-type situations and we've done some hiking and holiday-related stuff. There was a pop-up Halloween thing, which was fun. We did salsa dancing lessons and a cooking class too.

I enjoyed the first event with Events and Adventures. I didn't totally gel with the first set of people, but I realized that there would be lots of different people in all the different events so I set my sights on the next one. I did a theater event, a coffee and pastry evening, two online cooking classes and a Christmas Market in Boston. There are some things that have sold out. But for the most part, I find that I get an 80% chance of getting into the things I would like to go to. Events and Adventures make it obvious when the next calendar will open up and they have reminders for that.

I feel like, in my initial visit with Events and Adventures, there were things that should have been communicated that weren't. I didn't get a chance to see what the calendar looks like and with my work schedule, a lot of the events happened during my work hours. So, I'm not even able to attend 90% of the events. Then, the few that I could attend, it has to do with like drinking and I couldn't cancel or change. I didn't realize it until after I signed up. Then I did my Google review and checked on that and saw a lot of people have the same issues. They actually have multiple lawsuits against them.

I had been looking for a way to get out of the house and meet new people. So, I thought I'd give Events and Adventures a try. I haven't been on a lot of events. I've been to about four. So far, my favorite was the Footloose musical at the Chanhassen Dinner Theatre. That was great. The calendar has been great. It's just since I work overnights, it's tough to find time to be able to go to things. It's just sort of working within my schedule. Everyone's been great so far.

My parents kept on telling me to join Events and Adventures. When I first joined it, it was because I was depressed. I needed a way to get out of the house. I was nervous on my first event but it changed after the first three to four events. I haven't attended any of the trips because they've been too expensive for me. I've been doing two to five events a month though.

I was supposed to go on a trip to Greece August of 2022. They did not tell us the cruise line company required full vaccination including boosters until late July approx. 10 days before the trip, it was too late to get vaccines and boosters. The cruise company released their vaccine policy April 29, 2022. They said they had just found out at the last minute. Which was a lie because they attached the letter from the cruise company with the April 29, 2022 date on it. Then they refused to give our money back. $4000 down the drain and the dream vacation down the drain. Terrible company to work with. BEWARE!

My experience with Events and Adventures has been good, and I've met some really cool people. We go to some really cool events. The calendar changes every month, and there's a lot of different events for everybody. There's usually something to do every day, even around holidays, like a Friendsgiving thing going on for November. They're trying to get a party going for December as well.

I needed to build a support system after I got divorced and Events and Adventures has provided that. Also, the people have been great. After two years, I decided to become a lifetime member. I love going to kickball and trivia night. I did twilight sailing, biplanes, and axe-throwing. I really wanna try the bingo because that looked like so much fun. Everybody always gets together for bingo. I highly recommend E&A. I bring potential dates to events to kind of screen them on how well they get along with people in the group.

Events and Adventures is a good way to meet people. The people are great to an extent. The first event I went to was not what I would have expected. They wouldn't put two tables together to make us all sit together. All the people who had been in a group for a longer time sat at one table, and there were two of us that were fairly new. One other person that sat with me at a different table felt segregated a little bit. Most of the events take place in the cities. With traffic, it's about an hour and a half drive home for me. I went to leave, and they made me feel bad about leaving at 9:30. I refrained from going to a few other events because the first one left a bad taste in my mouth.

Events and Adventures was a good way to get out and do things that I wouldn't normally do. I was excited before arriving at my first event but my excitement wore off a little bit so it was less after I got there. The beach trip was my favorite event and I liked that Events and Adventures did a rodeo or a country dancing night. That was cool.

I got a phone call from a salesperson in New York and she was the best salesperson I've ever heard. She sold me on to Events and Adventures. Unfortunately, it wasn't what I thought it was going to be. I joined so that I could meet women and hopefully find a spark. I met no one that I'm even remotely interested in. I had a couple of bad experiences and I talked with Nate about it. He's my E and A rep and he works full time in Minneapolis. I had an instance where I went to this gathering and I was relatively new. Most people didn't know me. I wasn't introduced to anybody. It was very cliquey and I left early because the only guy that I was sitting with was Mr. Untalkative. It wasn't a very pleasant experience. Nate took note of this experience and he said he would take care of it. Nate is very good at some of that stuff.

I joined Events and Adventures this summer. My work schedule was changing so I knew I was gonna have a little more availability. I thought it would be something different to try and some of the activities sounded fun. The most recent events I did were bowling and ziplining. So far, I've met some great people and the events are fun. These were things that I maybe wouldn't necessarily do on my own so that was nice. Events and Adventures has been good. The fact that they offer a lot of different types of events is why I would stay. The cost was an investment. I live a couple of hours away from the city where they do most of the activities, but it's worth the drive for the most part.

My first event with Events and Adventures was a beer festival on the East side. Only five people went but everybody was nice and cordial. So, it was a good time. I was a little nervous because I didn't know anybody and I wasn't sure how it all worked. But as I went to more events and met more people, I became more comfortable. I’ve attended maybe 12 events so far. I went to Lake Pleasant and we went down the slides. That was the most different and not something I do commonly. So, that one is my favorite. I also went to a volleyball in the park, bowling, a new member orientation and maybe four dinners. I've done about three festivals, a salsa dancing night and Dave & Buster’s. The events were well-planned and good ideas. Sometimes it's the same people over and over. So, there's not a lot of variety. If I had to say a downfall, that would be one of them. But I like Events and Adventures and I recommend it.

Events and Adventure is an opportunity to meet people outside of my normal like social groups. But the format of a lot of the events they have tend to be with larger groups and it tends to be less inviting towards newer members. I've attended two dozen events so far. My favorite events so far are the board game nights or the mock game show night.

I go to events frequently and have met a couple of friends. The events I've been to are fun. Everybody else wants to go to them. Everybody has a good time.

Events and Adventures has a variety of events to do. When I inquired about signing up, I was thinking it would be a couple of events per month but they've got something every day. I just joined in July and I’ve been to five events. The first one went well. I was a little bit nervous about figuring out where to go. It was a sand volleyball event and I'm new to the area but the directions that they gave were great. I was able to find it without any difficulty. I found the table and they had me sign in. Everybody was friendly and I liked the event. We also did a coffee walk to see Fall colors.

It's been good with Events and Adventures. I've been to a couple of camping trips over Memorial and Labor Day. We did volleyball in far places.

Everybody was very welcoming and seemed nice. I've been to 10 events already. There was a hayride in Golden, and that was my favorite one. I've made a couple of people who I would consider friends. I have dated two guys already from the club but I haven't met a significant other yet.

I like Events and Adventures. It's exactly what I was looking for. We did a Georgetown Loop, which is a train here and a mine tour that went with up in an old silver mine. That was fun. We've done some campfire kind of stuff at a local fall festival at a farm. There have been movies. There have been all kinds of sporting stuff, like volleyball, wallyball, and pickleball. Some of it are book clubs, brunch, and different kinds of adventurous cultural eating. It still feels awkward to me right now. But I feel that will get better with time.

Once I arrived, meeting people for the first time, I was doing that dance of getting to know everyone. I felt out of place ‘cause I was anticipating something more than what it was. But the people have been nice. We did dinner night and a re-acting of a murder mystery. I attended bubble soccer. I also did 20s and 30s mingle night and a pub crawl. We did a picnic during the foliage change. I thought it'd be interesting to go to the mountains before winter. I thought it was gonna be mediocre but that was a very fun experience, not just ‘cause of the people, but also the experience itself of going through the scenic way. I’m glad that I went.

I have done the camping. I also went to the Palisade Wine Tasting one they had last weekend. And I've been to a couple of other big parties and enjoyed all of them and had fun. If you want to make friends or even possibly meet someone or just want things to do, join Events and Adventures. I talk about it all the time at work.

If you don’t have a busy schedule and you just want to meet new people, I would recommend Events and Adventures. But there’s not really many people my age, and it’s majority women that attend the events. So, for the purpose that I initially signed up for, I wouldn’t recommend it. But if you just want to meet people and have a good time and go to random activities, I would. Events and Adventures is doing a bit more events. It’s still fun.

I found it appealing that there was an event every single day and I could choose one and do anything I wanted to do with the group. It was a short and sweet process to do so. I've gone on a camping trip at Buena Vista as well as wallyball and mini golf events. Those are my favorites. The hosts have been welcoming every single time.

What I didn't like was that they were weird about the price thing. They didn't say anything about what it was upfront. To find out the pricing, I had to engage with someone. The interaction was fine, but it was a "High pressure to close the deal that day" kind of thing. I really couldn't afford it. But the deals kept getting better. Because the deal got so good is what ultimately made me join. The pinnacle example is that one of the events was to go to a zoo. There was free admission to the zoo but there is a suggested donation of $5. It was a good idea, so I did it.

It was a little nerve-wracking to go to an event in the beginning. But now, it's like, “Here I am. I'm showing up.” I usually do the volleyball event and I like that.

I went on a hike and we left 45 minutes late. I’m not a morning person. I was really excited to wake up early and we were just sitting and soaking in the sun for 45 minutes. It was a really big disappointment for my very first meeting. I invited a male guest because both of us had been single for a while. Because he was male, I was almost ignored during the hike. Everybody thought we were dating. Then we went to a food festival and we had the same assumptions made. I spent more money than I should have but it was a good time.

I've been to at least a handful of events. Ax throwing was pretty fun. I've made friends in the sense that I recognize people when I go to places now, but not in the sense that I have their numbers and have talked to them outside of Events and Adventures.

Lots of cool events. It's great that you can kind of pick and choose what you want to do. I'm a hiker, so I would enjoy anything outdoors. All the outdoor activities, so far, have been cool. Tiki Tuesdays are cool as well. The hiking and the outdoor and physical aspect is what I enjoy the most. The pickleball in Westminster was great. It was high-energy, good group of people. Two hours is the right amount of time. Events and Adventures did a good job. Interactions are good. It's neat because there are some people that are there for more of a social club. So, it's a bit for everyone.

The last event I went to was countrywide dancing and I like the lack of pressure of one-on-one meetings and the people were really nice. Also, I'm liking that as the Boston group grows, there are more things closer to me. Before, everything was in Boston or north of Boston and it was tough to travel. But there have been more things added to the South Shore and I'm hoping that will continue as the group grows.

Events and Adventures mentioned skydiving, which I've always thought about doing. I've done a bowling and a billiard event. I also did a taco dinner, and a meet and greet, just drinks and mingle thing. The people seem nice.

The events that I go to through Events and Adventures are enjoyable. It's just that I haven't been to an event for like a month and a half because there was really nothing showing up on the calendar. I've gone to a bunch though. They're fun. There's a great group of people. Everything's been great. If I had a constructive suggestion, it's having more events. The events I see are old and tired. Other than that, I had a good time.

Events and Adventures seemed to target single people for events. That's why I joined. I went to join some of their social functions. A couple of online discussion sessions, and a couple of dinners and drinks. I was fairly satisfied. But I wish it is made easier to see when the deadline for cancellation is.

I'm 52, and everyone's under 30. I felt a little misled that it was a different type of crowd that I was looking to get involved in. But I signed a contract, and it is what it is.

The first couple events I went to were straightforward and decent. Overall, it's good.

My first adventure was bingo at a Chinese-Polynesian restaurant and I had a good time. The people at my table were really nice. They had been there within the club for several months, some for a year. I was brand-new and they welcomed me. This is also my favorite event so far. I liked it because I met so many people more like me, professionals who were of a certain age. They're so busy with work life but they wanted to come out and do something fun and entertaining and just breathe a little bit.

My only gripe with E&A is the way that it was pitched to me during the initial meeting was that there were going to be more discounts on events. But I'm looking at different prices and I’m like, “Is this the same price as just somebody walking in?” It is a little on the expensive side but I kind of understand why and I see the benefit to it so I don't mind paying it. Other than that, it's been great so far. I've recommended E&A to friends.

Events and Adventures gives me a way to get out and do stuff. So far, my favorite has been doing the Salt River. I've never done it before. Everything that I've gone to has been a lot of fun.

Overall, the people are great. They are helpful and cheerful. But they're not my age group, so it's hard for me to interact. Also, most of the events that I wanted to join were already filled last month. I'm looking forward to my upcoming events.

For the most part, Events and Adventures serves its purpose of what I want it to do. Usually, it's the same people that go every time. I don't always meet a lot of new people but I've met a lot of good friends from there. However, I pay a big fee every month. For a lot of the events, we still have to pay. If the event costs money, I understand that. But I feel a lot of times, I paid the same amount that is if I would have gone there on my own. There have been a couple of times that I've paid more than if I would have gone on my own and haven't felt there was anything extra. If we're spending all of this money, Events and Adventures should do more to make it a more special for us that are going. Sometimes, they only allow 10, 15 people there when they should open it up to more people and block off space for us. We'll go to a restaurant and get there early just to get a table. If they're going to have an event, they should block off enough for the whole event or have part of the restaurant blocked for us.

I like Events and Adventures. However, I have a daughter and our schedules are so hectic, that I don't get to go do the in-person ones yet. I haven't had an opportunity because, usually, those are scheduled on days when I have her. So, it's just being able to attend those that I think would make more of a difference. But I like the virtual stuff. For some reason, I couldn't get that to work for the virtual poker night. However, I have done the trivia night and some of the cooking classes. I signed up for a few more things around town to do. So far, it's pretty nice. But I think they should have more stuff a little bit towards the west side of the valley. I know a lot of stuff is in Mesa, Tempe and Surprise. It would be nice if some things were more in Glendale, Peoria, closer to Surprise where I'm at. But the events overall are great.

My first event was a month ago, and I was nervous. It was wine and cheese, and I don't know much about wine or cheese, and still don't after this event. However, I met some really nice people. Did my feelings change? Yes. I felt more comfortable. I wasn't as nervous, and I was looking forward to the second event that I was gonna go to. I've been to seven events, including the wine and cheese, bowling, golf (twice) and Ringling Brothers. On Friday, I'm going bowling again. Every month, Events and Adventures does this bowling social thing.

I was a little nervous arriving to my first event but I was excited for it. I met with somebody who explained how the program works so I wasn't going in the dark. My favorite trip was the Valentine's Day event or the free darts night downtown.

I've done at least a dozen events and my favorite was the dirty bingo. I had a couple of issues with a couple of events. But it’s a nice group. They're all super nice and friendly people. I've definitely made some new friends.

I'm liking it so far. I went to some events in June and it was fun. But some of the events didn't have any food. The places where we had no food, we had to go somewhere else and eat after the event, which I thought would be nicer because it's 7:00. If you arrange events in the evening, if there is food, then that is helpful.

There haven't been too many events that sparked my interest, which I was a little disappointed about. I wish they would do more events that are more up the alley of things I enjoy. And I'm a little disappointed with the age gap. When I go to these events, some of them looked like they're in their 50s. The last event I went to was a brunch at Shooters. Only five people attended and they looked like they were in their 50s and 60s. I'm discouraged to schedule more because I don't want that to keep happening. I don't want to be friends with people that are that much older than me. That's not why I joined. Also, it seems like the ones that I want to do cost. I'm paying almost $3,000 a year for the membership and it'd be nice to have events that I like that don't cost so much money extra.

The first trip was a hike and I didn't last very long. It was gonna take longer than I could stay so I came back early. There was also a game night at one of the members. I was hopeful for making friends but it turned out to be not what I expected. It was because there was some person making me feel uncomfortable because they were being very inappropriate. Other than that, the trips are nice. I have Thailand coming up in December.

I'm enjoying it. It's a little different dynamic. For me, it's harder to come into the group because I'm new. It's harder to really get a feel for things when other people have already been there and they know each other. But the more I participate, the better it gets. Another thing that is more challenging is my work schedule. I don't work a 9:00 to 5:00 and because of that, it makes going to some of the events a little bit more challenging. At this moment, I have the weekends off, so I get to attend those. It spreads out a little bit of what I'm able to do. But overall, it's good.

The host of the local chapter is doing a very good job organizing events here. But Events and Adventures should have an app in Android and iPhone based phones. Having that is so much more convenient anytime. I don't have to log on. Even their webpage doesn't stay on for too long. It gets disconnected.

The first event that I went to at Events and Adventures was fine. It was a party bus. I've never done a party bus before. I also went paintballing, dueling pianos, a white elephant party, a wine down Wednesday and the Fourth of July boat party. The vetting process is great. You obviously want to surround yourself with great people. The marketing that they portray made, at least, the Miami chapter seem a whole lot younger, though. I'm 37 years of age. There are some young people. But for the most part, a lot of the group is in their upper 40s and below 50s. I feel like I was sold something different than what it really is. For such a big decision financially that I had to make on my end to be a part of this network, I was misled. And you only have three days to cancel or to get refunded on your membership.

Events and Adventures has been okay so far. I like meeting some new people and having some fun events that are preplanned to go to. My favorite was the mingling event. I just wish they had more events where it's not just this age range or strictly 39 to 42. If they had 35 to 45 or something like that, that would be cool.

The first event that I did at Events and Adventures was whitewater rafting in the Grand Canyon. It was four days. It's my favorite, so far. I've met some people that are younger than me and most of the people are definitely a lot older than me. But they're all good people. Definitely made a lot of friends. My biggest complaint is that what is listed and how the event is gonna go is not always how the event goes. We don't always get the correct information.

I'm liking Events and Adventures a lot. They do everything they say they would. And if an event falls through, they refund your money. Once in a while, it can be a little disorganized. But for the most part, it's a lot of fun. You go in to meet guys or make dates, but I've made a best girlfriend and made a lot of friends. I've even been on the trips with them. I went to Iceland with them and I'm going to Thailand. I did three events this week.

I did the concert, two brunches, and the Brave game sunset. I enjoyed the Rays game. I liked the cruise, the water activities, and the beach. We get together at the beach. That was awesome. The brunch place that we went to, the idea was great. I also went to a dinner. A great place. And it was great to go around and explore Tampa and new people at the same time. But the brunch places, I didn't care for as much. All the food was natural and I didn't like that. I bit into a pancake and I tasted nothing but cinnamon. But now I know. I pass by that place, I would never have known that I didn't like that if I didn't go there and check it out. But the dinner was great. We went to this little Italian restaurant. I liked a lot of it where we would do more social dinners. Also, they had parasailing and I loved the little getaways that they get. So, I'm very pleased so far.

I've gone to the karaoke event and it was fun. People were singing and it was something interactive. I also gone to the game night and did online events. But some of the events are expensive, so I cannot go to all of them. I also noticed that there were a lot of women but not a lot of men in the events. So it was more like a woman's club than a single's club. Sometimes the girls were nice and sometimes the girls were mean. There were little cliques. So if you're a newcomer, it's kinda different. My first event was karaoke and it was cool because I got entertained by the singing. With the other events where you had to interact with the people and if you were not part of the group, you would just sit there by yourself.

The first event I did was a candle-making activity and then I did two stand-up comedy nights and saw some great comedians. I also did a trivia night at a local brewery place and the most recent one I did was skydiving out at Orange Sky Freefalling in Broomfield. The service through Events and Adventures is great. The people are fantastic and the events are well-organized. If an event doesn't work out, they credit my account instantly and I can do some other events and stuff.

I'm loving the events with Events and Adventures so far. The first event I went to was the meet and greet for new members, which was really helpful. Right after that was an event that was open to all the team members. It was very welcoming. Then, I just did an archery tree class last night and it was pretty cool. They're very good at picking the hosts, from what I've seen - people that are naturally very outgoing and communicate well. We get an email from corporate and on the day of the event or the day before, we get a personalized text message from the host. In case we have any questions or something comes up, we have their contact number.

I like Events and Adventures. There are a lot of activities. They try to have activities in the north, south, or west. So, they try to accommodate to the people that we are part of the group. Also, they're very organized. They always keep you informed. Bowling was fun. Some activities during the week are fun. But Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for me are the days I want to do more activities. Some of the activities are during the week and for me, that is hard. I would rather have more options during the weekend. Very few times, they have more than one event on the weekends. And if it’s not something that I like, what would I do on the weekend? I would also like to see something more about sports, like a group to ride a bicycle, or the kayak, because I like it. Unfortunately, those are not very popular. But I like the activities. They're fun.

I've liked all the events. I had an experience in all of them. 4th of July and rock climbing were fun. I've met people, which was one of my goals, but I haven't made friends. Different events have different people too. So, sometimes I see the different faces, depending on the events I go to. Other than that, everyone has been great.

I enjoy having somebody to plan events for me and make sure that other people are going to be there. Just having a built-in group of friends. I've done a variety of things. Events and Adventures has a good variety on the calendar. I go to Taco Tuesday a lot. I always do bowling. I usually go to billiards. And I like the hiking type stuff, like nature walks.

The last event I attended, we were supposed to go to the movies, but something happened with the arrangement. So, we just went out for food. But I've been happy with my experience to have a lot of different events. It appeals to many different types of people. It has been fun for me. Everybody that I've met has been nice. I have made some friends.

The most recent events I attended were bowling and for meeting new members, which were great. The 4th of July was the one I like the most. The bowling alley was good. Most of the people are good to talk to and hang around. I've met people from my country, too. The cost is expensive for me, but it's fine.

I like Events and Adventures. They did a rooftop pool party one in Fort Lauderdale. And it was fun. I liked it. They also did an art in the park, but it's a paint fight. That was fun too. Just there could be a logistics thing. I live in Miami. And I feel like a lot of the events are catered to Fort Lauderdale. And the way they base it from what I've been told is based off how many people actually are signed up in the group. So, if the majority of the people are signing up in Fort Lauderdale, they tend to have more events in Fort Lauderdale. If they were to have more people in Miami joining the group, then they would have more events in Miami, which I understand.

I like Events and Adventures a lot. They gave me a chance to break away from my normal routine of just going to work and home. One of my favorites is still bowling because it's easygoing. Big group of people, easy to meet and hang out. No pressure, no expectation. I've also been to the hockey game and to those international food nights. Tonight I'm going to LED kayaking. It's kayaking at night through downtown Fort Lauderdale. It's also one of my favorites. It's a really great group of people that you meet. I like the whole group dynamic. I've made a ton of friends already. Once you become friends, you start doing your own thing as well and have other outings and get-togethers, which is really nice.

When I got to the first event, everyone was very welcoming. Also, I love beach day. We go and hang out. We have barbecue. It's fun and very relaxed. Events and Adventures is a great place for single people to meet and find a good community of like-minded individuals to go out and have events and adventures with. I've met friend and I dated someone.

I liked having an activity daily I could choose to go to. I was a bit nervous at the first event. But that changed right away. They were very welcoming. I have been to the 4th of July boat ride thing, fireworks, the paint splatter party, bowling, and cocktail Tuesday. I just did archery last month. The 4th of July one has been my favorite. I've made lots of friends.

It's been fun with E and A and I got to do a lot of things around there that I didn't even know about. That's always cool. The first time, I went karaoke. When I joined, there was only about five of us. Nowadays, things are booking up so fast as there's so many people here now. Also, I work nights Sunday through Wednesday so it takes away a lot of the time that I can go do things.

I've been happy with Events and Adventures so far. They schedule stuff so it's easy for me to plan my weekend. The only thing is they should have an app. It's difficult to track what events I have. I have to always login into a website.

I'm recently divorced. I needed a way to do things that I’m interested in with people that are good. Whether it's to end up in a new relationship or develop new friendships, I need my own circle. I needed it to be in a safe environment. I'm on Instagram a lot and Events and Adventures came through my Instagram feed, and I said, “This seems really safe.”

With E and A, I was interested in being able to meet new people that I know are vetted. I was a little nervous for my first event. It’s a little bit hard making friends as an adult. But I've been to a few events now and I can definitely say that I’m fairly comfortable with the group of people that I've met so far.

I was excited and nervous about my very first event because I'm meeting new people for the first time. The first event I was supposed to go to was roller-skating. It got canceled and turned into bowling, which I prefer because I'm a bowler. It was when the club was very new and there were not many people in the group at all. It was only the fourth event they've had because the club just opened in this location. Now, I've been to a couple of hundred events. I usually do at least one event a week. I'm going skydiving at the end of July and I'm excited about that. I have been recommending E and A to a few friends but unfortunately, there are no groups in their area.

I’ve made a couple of acquaintances through E and A. It's been a positive experience and I like it. My favorite events that I've gone to are archery and one of the happy hour nights.

I liked the possibility of doing things with other people. So far, I've done 15 or 20 events and trips. I was nervous when I got to my first event then I got used to it. After that, I played volleyball, which I really enjoyed. I've gone to Dueling Pianos, bowling, trivia nights, and drag queen bingo. There's a baseball game coming up and a couple of other things. I've made friends through Events and Adventures. I've signed up for a four-day trip to the Dominican Republic. I'm going on a vacation that I wouldn't have otherwise done. I’ve recommended this club to several friends.

I was super nervous going to my first event but I was lucky enough to carpool to my first event with another new member and walking in with somebody made it a lot easier. It's been fine since. After going to a couple of events, I started to recognize some of the same people go and I usually know somebody there already. I've gone to a comedy club, game places, a kayaking event, and musical bingo but of all the events and trips I've attended, the parasailing was the one that sticks out.

I've been to three events with Events and Adventures since I signed up in March. I went bowling, to a piano bar event and the ax throwing. The ax-throwing was intimate. It was a better getting to know you kind of thing, but there were more women than men. The bowling was more of an equal mix. I enjoyed that too. But there could be better leadership and direction with the person hosting the event. The idea was great with the piano bar but I had to leave early because it got louder. If there is an event like that, there should be more time mingling before the event so that we could get to know each other a little better before the loud music. Also, they seem to keep repeating a lot of the same events over and over again. It should not be the same thing month after month, maybe it should be every other month to add more variety.

I love going to events as a member and I also love going to events being a host. Just a really good experience overall with Events and Adventures. I've done a lot of things. I did bowling, beach party and the Van Gogh exhibit. I also went to Italian dinner night, rock climbing, karaoke and brunch several times. I also played pool. I did salsa and shuffleboard. I did the Tarpon Springs Market. Cinco de Mayo was also fun. It was like a karaoke night, too. At every event I go to, I really have a great time. On Friday, we're going to be going on the dolphin tour and I'm very excited about that.

I am a social person and willing to meet people whenever. I was a little concerned that with my limp, I'd be questioned. But when I went to my first event with Events and Adventures, people were all different ages, sizes and physical ability levels, so it was fine. I was, at 41, the second youngest person there. Everyone was nice but I didn't get to talk to people very much because everyone did their own thing.

I joined Events and Adventures at the end of January. I filled out the form based on my hobbies and activities that I like. Since then, I've been to volleyball, to a couple of restaurants, and hiking. I'm going on one of the trips in June to Europe. I'm looking forward to it. But with the war and with the new COVID thing that is going on, I'm just waiting until the last minute to see what's going to happen. Events and Adventures has been amazing and I love it. The people that I see every often are very nice and friendly.

Events and Adventures has been a good service. I’ve attended a lot of happy hour type of activities and I just did a camping trip as well as museum and festivals.

The first event I went to was the icebreaker meet and greet in Seattle and the second event was the Seattle Underground Tour that Events and Adventures had put together. Their service is cool. I was on their website today looking at attending a couple of the other events they have. There's a medieval festival or medieval fair scheduled in Lacey a couple of weeks from now and there's a paragliding thing that they were setting up. That'd be fun, especially up here in the mountains. But I haven't signed up for it yet. I still have to make sure my schedule is clear first. I'm satisfied with the experience. I wish I could attend more though. But where I live, I’m on the outskirts. If I'm heading into an event, because I have to deal with ferries here in Seattle, I have to plan at least leaving an hour or two prior to the event.

Yuri, the person I spoke with via the Zoom call, was great, nice, helpful and very insightful on the whole process. I'm signed up to go to the new member event tomorrow and it’s bowling afterwards. There's a ton of different types of events, which is nice, because Events and Adventures can find something for everyone, for the most part. Being in the Tampa club, there are lots of different areas to do things in. So, I like that they spread it out. They do some stuff in Tampa and some stuff in St. P.

The organizers of Events and Adventures are great and do their best. But I’m still trying to feel it out to see if I’m going to stay with them or not. They put a lot of good thought into making the events that they try to book and I was not able to make some of them because of my schedule so it’s not them. I did the hiking trail, archery, a brewery with a live band and the candle-making, which was one of the better ones.

I’ve gone parasailing, one of those little morning day cruises around the bay, axe throwing, hiking and a beer festival. I like the times we’ve gone kayaking the best and I enjoyed the Renaissance fair too. I missed the rock climbing but Events and Adventures is doing that again. So I'll be doing that too. I’m very satisfied with the service and the only thing is, their entry can be seen as expensive. Although before you get in, they make sure that you at least, make a note, to be able to partake in it. It’s a nice amount out of your account every month. But it’s a very good experience.

I was interested in the experiences and events with Events and Adventures. I've only done a trip to the museum and while the attendance was not that great, I enjoyed the museum. I was really disappointed with the trips because they were all booked, and there's a waiting list. But from what I understand, they were booked before I joined because as soon as I got on, I saw the trips were already booked.

Being a member of Events and Adventures has been really great so far. I enjoy going out and doing things and meeting people. Two weeks ago, we went to play sand volleyball. It was great. I had fun. I love playing volleyball.

The activities with Events and Adventures are good but the people are weird. It wasn't worth the money and it didn't live up to expectations. This program gets a lot of people out of their shells and the activities are actually fun. But it's just not worth how much they charge you. The last event I went to was a game night, which was a ton of fun. They feel like a lot of organized activities on a college campus. It's a lot of meeting new people and you get one of two types - the ones who are lifers who have been on the program for years or the ones who are brand new and still really trying and giving it a go. If you're new to the area, if you don't have people, and if you're looking to add a lot of social activities to your schedule, go for Events and Adventures. But if you're looking for your person, don't do that.

Events and Adventures seemed to be a fun way to get out and meet new people than going to clubs. I did volleyball, beach ball, and another version of racquetball. You shoot the ball into the hoop in a park. The events have been cool. I'm looking forward to the out of the country trips the most. I paid for the two-year plan and it's going good. I might continue this program.

I found that the events are much better than the first experience that I had with Events and Adventures. The new member orientation that I went to freaked me out a little bit because it was very corporate and awkward. It was a mixed crowd and it was all the new members. I walked in and they said, "If you want to meet guys, you should go to things that guys like, like axe throwing and barbecues.” That was not subtle at all and it made me feel really uncomfortable.

Events and Adventures is an opportunity to get out and enjoy activities with decent people. Because a lot of times, they do the background checks. So, it makes me feel safer. Even though my membership started a few months ago, I've just gone to a few activities because of my time limitations. I wish I had more activities on my side of town. If it’s something during the week, it’s for the other half of town. There's no way I can go. So, I’m limited to weekend outings only. But I enjoy being out, doing any activities and talking to different people. It has gone well.

The few things I've done with Events and Adventures have been fun. I went to a mixer, which was nice, and I've done Summer Olympics, which was lots of fun. We had a tug of war, a sack race, and they had an aquatic obstacle course. It's nice to try new things that maybe I wouldn't try before and everything is organized.

I like the variety of options with Events and Adventures. But it's not going to be for everyone. Most of the events happen during the week and you have to be able to make time for that but unfortunately, not everyone can.

The person that did my orientation did a very good job of explaining it to me. I found out it was more of a social group, which is great. I'm very happy with it and I plan on using it quite a lot. But it's a little bit falsely advertised. It's a great way to create a social life for somebody who is new to town and who wants to meet new people and try new things that they wouldn't normally. But it's not good for dating. If you're a person that has an established social life in a city, you don't really need it. Other than that, it's great for what it is and the people that are there.

All of the events I've attended have been fun. Although some things are a little pricey compared to the services offered. But the good thing is you know before you sign up, they don't force you to. Also, once everybody takes responsibility and brings in the best attitude, it seems like a good group.

With Events and Adventures, I've gone to some dining events, painting, and arts and crafts type of stuff. I've met a few people that I like to chat with. I also went on an eight-day trip to Iceland. They recommended places to eat and we got to do a lot of activities. It was well-organized and our guide was a stellar guide. All those things combined, it was really nice.

I like Events and Adventures and I'm still going to a couple of events because I've met some people that I really like but I'm not signing back up. I went to an event back in November and here in Seattle, you had to show proof of vaccination in order to eat out or anything like that. Somebody showed up to an event without their proof of vaccination and proceeded to argue about why they should be allowed to stay. I want to meet people and be safe.

I decided to go the route of doing the new members thing first. I'm very process-oriented. So, I went in to do the new members’ game night, and getting to know everybody and all the things about it first. That was the very first event I went to so I would know other new members were there just like me. And I would feel less awkward. I was excited. It was a game night as well. So, that was a fun kind of deal. It was, here's how this whole thing works. After that, it was a mingling situation with all these new members. I also got to meet older Events and Adventures members too.

There's a real lack of some organization because some of these events could have been kickass, but they weren't organized properly. Events and Adventures has all these different branches. How often do the actual coordinators sit down across the table from each other? Develop a strategy for each location. Here in the United States, geographically, everything is different. And if the organization itself got in tune in that everything is happening and works together, they can have one kickass organization.

Back in March, I attended three events a week because everything in that month was some things I have tried before, and just that I wanted to do. This month, I’ve only been to two because it has been exactly the opposite of that. And I've just perused the main calendar. But it seems like it's going to be along the same lines of there's only going to be a few events that I'm going to attend. March was much more exciting than April and May have been or going to be. The events are well-organized and very interesting. The hiking events are my favorite events. I am able to meet people. There are not so many people in my age group, which has been a bit of a letdown. There are more girls than guys in our particular branch. That has been my downside. But overall, it has been a great experience.

I knew some people that are in Events and Adventures and they said how good it was to join the club. So, I did. I try to attend two or three times in a week. When my schedule from work is available, I try to do that much. Physical activities are the ones that I normally attend to. I'm doing Sunday for skydiving. In the beginning, I was not comfortable around people because I didn't know who they were. But attending all these events, right now, I like them. I'm always excited to see the people who attend in those events. I look at it like a social club. I've met a lot of great people.

Signing up with Events and Adventures was fine. My first event was a game night. It was a taco social in the middle of the day. I don't think it was the best first event for me to have gone to. Most of the people there sat on their phones. I just introduced myself to a few people at the table. That's something that the hosts that they have now have really made an effort to change. I go to events regularly now and it's a ton of fun because I know everybody in the room. I've gone to Roars and Pours, which is an event at the zoo. I've gone to the Evening in the Botanical Gardens, Wonder Spaces, Puzzles at the Park, and the game nights. I've gone to the restaurant nights because usually, they do one barbecue place in a month. I also went to a cheese-making event.

I reached out to Events and Adventures because I wanted to find people that like to do stuff that I like to do. At my first event, everybody was really friendly, so it was a really positive experience. Each event offers something different. Each one is a little bit different. I really enjoy the hikes more than sitting at a restaurant. Restaurants are still fun too, but I like the more physical activities. I’m about to go ziplining. I've done a bunch of hikes, and some dinners. I went to a couple of personal events with them. Now that it's summer, there are some more hiking events. We're doing a horse racing event, too. So, those are things that are coming up that I'm looking forward to.

I was looking for a single guy that would like to do things, travel, and have similar interests as me. Dating is really hard and I do not do well with online dating. I did one hike with Events and Adventures and the newcomer’s event. The hike was fun and I really enjoyed it. I had never gone to Balancing Rock and I love hiking so it was fun to see a trail I hadn’t been to.

I moved to a new area and didn't really know anybody and was trying to put myself out there. I signed up with Events and Adventures and have been to one event, so far. Events and Adventures is a good service.

At the time when I first heard about Events and Adventures, I was in a relationship, and I didn't realize I could attend it until I was single. But I found out as long as you're not married, you could. I liked the idea of the activity for adults. My first event was the Slip N Slide and it was one of the most memorable events. I met a friend who's one of my best friends now from there, and he took me rock climbing right after. I'm doing skydiving and an obstacle course. I also did fencing, bowling, billiards, a ropes course, skating, a lot of hikes, a fine dancing club and karaoke. We have birthday bashes at different clubs. We recently did trampoline dodgeball. That was a lot of fun, too. I recently met who I would consider my best friend. She and I put shirts together for our events.

I knew about Events and Adventures from about 20 years ago when I lived in Denver. I did it back then in my early 20s and had a good time. Now, I'm a lot older but still single. So, I figured I'd give it a try again since I moved to Arizona and I don't know a lot of people. It's a good way to find some friends. The game nights are fun and I like them.

I joined Events and Adventures in March and went to a new member event. After the new member event, they had a game night. It was nice. Then I went to a dance party which was nice too. The coordinator greeted me at the front door and made me feel comfortable. He even offered to walk me to my car afterwards. The event was a little far away though. Most of the events are in Dallas, and I live north of Dallas, so it was a little bit of a drive. But it was fun. They had 80s on one side, and 90s on the other. Everybody was friendly and nice.

I've been to two events with Events and Adventures and so far, it’s good. Some of the people are very into drinking but other people seem nice. There was a girl there that I could possibly be friends with. I'm going to a comedy thing tonight and I'm going to see the Everglades on Sunday. I like that. I’m gonna see the Heat game too. I like that also. I went to one event around here and they said that a lot of events are not done around here. I also noticed that there aren't as many men. If Events and Adventures could somehow get more men to join, that would be great.

I did bowling and billiards with Events and Adventures. The bowling event had a better venue. On April 7th, I have a little symphony orchestra. Then I'll be traveling to Chicago for work and I plan on attending some events out there. There are more guys than girls but everyone's been pretty cool. However, what was advertised isn't necessarily what I experienced as far as this outgoing singles kind of group. I'm entering this world after 15 years so this is a little bit new to me so maybe I had some false expectations. But overall, it's a decent avenue to get out of the house and meet people.

My first event was an art show in Scottsdale. It’s like a vendors thing where you can walk around the vendors. I liked it. I try to do an event once a week and I've done snow tubing in Flagstaff, Arizona. It was a whole new experience for me with snow tubing. I talked to a lot of new people. I also did candy pairing and wine tasting. Events and Adventures is a great group to meet new people in town, do fun stuff and explore new things. It’s more of a self-revolving experience when you want to get over your fear of talking to new people and overcome the anxiety of being social.

I was a little nervous for my first event ‘cause I didn't know what to expect, but it was fun. I've now done close to eight events, and there are a couple that I liked. I liked that we did a salsa dancing night. That was cool. The crowd is a nice mixture of people, especially age groups, and everybody's just there to have a good time. Everybody's really nice and nobody's disrespectful. I have met people, but I haven't given them my number personally yet. I don't know the protocol and I don't wanna rock the boat because I'm in this for the next 18 months. People should definitely give Events and Adventures a try. It's a great way to get out, experience life and meet new people.

Events and Adventures offers a lot of different opportunities to get out and do stuff in the area. I’ve done a lot of dance classes. They also do weekly get-togethers. It's a lot of fun. It's definitely worth the membership fees.

I like the events at Events and Adventures. It’s been fun so far. They are cool and people are chill. I made friends. I went to an axe throwing last week and I do one or two events a week. There have been so many good ones and my most memorable one was a Halloween party. We did it in a pool hall where you could play pool. They had music and you could dance. There was also a photobooth. They had drinks and food catered.

I've gone to three events and didn't enjoy them. It seemed like there were way too many events that were surrounded around eating and not enough real physical activities, like hiking, as I'd like to see. I would also appreciate if they had some sort of cancellation fee that I could possibly pay so I no longer have to pay the contract price. I had no idea going into it that I would end up getting into a relationship. Now, I've got a year and seven months of contract that I need to pay and it's for something I don't enjoy and something I'm not going to do because I'm no longer single. Not only would it be greatly appreciated, but also it would give me an opportunity to recommend them for other people who would like to also join. Otherwise, it's not worth it. You don't get to have a whole lot of adventures and you're stuck paying for however long that you've committed if you end up meeting somebody.

The pricing is great and the events, from the weekend getaways to some of the physical activity like volleyball and going to different restaurants, were great too. Part of the intention is singles mingling and getting connected. I don't see a lot of potentials for that kind of relationship within the group, at least of those I've met. However, I have made several awesome girlfriends that I wouldn't trade for the world and signed up for their camping trip at the end of May. I'm looking forward to that. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to attend a whole lot of things lately. I was enjoying it quite a bit then I started a business, so I haven't been in attendance since early December.

With covid and being locked up, Events and Adventures seemed like fun and an opportunity to be able to get out of the house without having to do too much thinking or planning on my part. So far, my overall experience has been positive. There are a lot of good people there and there's plenty to do. There's a new calendar every month. Every other Wednesday, we do volleyballs and I enjoy that. It's something that week to get out. I mostly only go to the events where there's drinking. Those are always fun. Events and Adventures has met my expectations.

I'm able to go out, meet some new friends. I'm having fun. With my work schedule, I can mainly do some Fridays and Saturday events. We've done some karaoke, beach volleyball, and there was a brunch cruise I took part of. We’re going to a comedy club. Just all-around some good adventures. I wish it didn't cost so much. But things happen.

Events and Adventures has a lot of activities. They arrange everything for you and all you have to do is sign up for the event. I am social and outgoing. So, I'm not nervous about social events. I have been a member since end of October last year so I’ve attended a lot of events. I've lost count. They do dining events with cuisine from around the world and I like a lot of them as well as some of the outdoorsy events, the hiking and the comedy events. There were a lot of things in the Boston area I was not aware of which I figured out.

I have not attended a single trip, but I've attended 20 events by Events and Adventures. I've gone to an Asian food event, a wine tasting and The Main Event. I was nervous before my first event, but it went fine. I'm kind of a recluse, and I definitely ended up talking to a lot more people than I normally would have. My favorite event was the game night. We went over to someone's house, and they had a bunch of different games. We played this one game where you choose your specific generation (like Boomer, Millennial, or Generation X) and you get asked a series of questions that could only be answered if you were from that generation, like things that happened in 1980 if you're a Millennial or in the '60s if you're a Boomer. It was pretty fun. Right now though, I'm a little swamped with my work, so my singles life has to take a backseat until I can get caught up.

I like the pottery and the archery events. We're not that big of a group yet, so we're still growing here in Boston, but everything is good. We are just going on our pace and they're introducing more travels too. Overall, the events are fun, and I've met new friends who are wonderful.

The sign-ups for the events are easy. The directions provided on how to get to the events and the communication between the host and everybody that's attending is really good through the apps that they use. There have been very open, honest communication, and they are willing to do whatever they can to help you get there and to enjoy your time. I was definitely more excited than I was nervous at my first event then it very quickly became a relaxed environment. There was a host that saw you when you walked in, so they made it a little easier for you to meet everybody else. They introduce themselves and then everybody else.

The person that I talked to when I joined pretty much went over everything. Events and Adventures has a good variety of stuff.

I enjoyed the first event that I went to. It was really good. I went to an escape room last week, which was awesome. I also attended an online dating course. I like the virtual events for the nights that I don't wanna get out and go anywhere. I've made friends with several people and we went to an awesome brunch about a week and a half ago. If you ever have suggestions or if there's something that you wanna see organized, you just put it out there, and Events and Adventures do their best to accommodate because they're always looking for new ideas and things to do. So it's great in that respect. In general, it's a great way to meet people.

So far, I've had a good time at E and A events. I've met some interesting people and done some things that I probably wouldn't have done by myself. I did a general meet and greet game night at a pub, played some games, trivia night, group movies, Valentine's Day party, and group mini golf outing. I would tell others to join, have a good time, and meet interesting people at E and A.

I like E and A, so far. I've only gone to a few events and they've gone pretty well.

I love Events and Adventures. I had been to bowling and went to play darts. They have great activities. It’s a good group.

I've been with Events and Adventures for two and a half months and I got adjusted to it. I met people and started hanging out on the side. I liked the bowling event I went to and I had gone to three of them. It's been pretty interesting so far. I also went to an event that was only for people in their 30s and the consensus within the group at that event was we should have more of that because it was fun. They segregated the decades of people in these groups and you got to hang out with your peers. For those who are thinking of joining, don't come in with any expectations. Just go to have a good time and commit on your commitment to go into events.

It was mentioned that there were singles at Events and Adventures. I recently moved from Miami to Denver and so far, I like to meet people that way. The people at the first event I attended were very nice and accommodating. Most people already knew each other and there were two of us that just got there for the first time. Since I enrolled, I've done four events and my favorite was a large event where there was a lot of people. I like the big gathering because you have more opportunity to meet people. It was the 80's theme party and that one was really cool and fun.

The trips that Events and Adventures' guys go on are what made me wanna try it. I just scheduled one in July for a Yellowstone backpacking. It's expensive, but I'll figure out a way. Events and Adventures has a cool payment plan. I like their affordability, too. However, the user interface is a little clunky. It's hard to use the tool when I already have a busy life.

I was so nervous before arriving to my first event. I was like, “What if I get there and nobody wants to talk to me?” When I got there, everyone was so nice. I've made so many friendships through the event so I'm happy that I went. I also like the karaoke night events, bowling, and the more chill events. Some of the events are really expensive and I was doing those in the beginning. I realized they were expensive so I ended up going to the casual meet-up ones. So far, the New Year's Eve event has been my favorite. Everyone came and we were all dressed up. The venue was really nice and I was impressed with it. The food was really good too. It was worth the money.

I've gone to a few events at E&A and I met some nice people. I went to a Japanese cultural garden thing for my first event, which was really neat. From there, we went to a street vendor art museum type thing that was going on, and a lot of stuff that I would have just never known was going on 'cause I don't really follow that kind of stuff. E&A gets you out socializing, doing things that you would otherwise definitely not go do. In that aspect, it is good.

My first event was a little awkward ‘cause I joined really early on in the club and it was a hike. But when more people started joining and going to different kinds, it got a lot better. I like the outdoor ones and the more activity-based ones rather than the food-oriented activities.

I went to a trip to Iceland for eight days with Events and Adventures. It was an amazing trip. It was tough and last minute. I had just joined a week and a half before it happened, but I was able to make it work and I'm glad I did. I made a good girlfriend and a couple of other friends.

Everybody’s been very accepting at Events and Adventures and it’s been a lot of fun. I got plans to go to more events this month and looking forward to them. There are so many choices of activities for all kinds of people. There are some that I would have never thought of doing such as going blacksmithing next week. However, the particular chapter I'm in is having a minor issue with the person who does the scheduling. There have been a couple issues the past couple of months where times were posted incorrectly for the event. We had to wait longer for the start so that was a little frustrating.

So far, Events and Adventures has been good. I'm satisfied. You're made to feel very welcome.

The way Events and Adventures represents itself is very nice and everybody's friendly. Jamie is the person in charge of Boston. She seems very conscientious about the well-being of the people in the group. I enjoyed the bowling event. However, they had an event where you had to get the free tickets and I signed up to try to get the tickets, but they were sold out. If they're gonna have an event, I don't want to be the guy getting the tickets then them being sold out. If they're going to have the event, then they should make sure that they got the tickets.

This experience has been incredibly rewarding and life-changing. I felt like I needed to change my network of people and I've found a group of friends that are at the same level that I am. I'm extremely active with the group and I've made significant connections. Also, everyone is very conscious and responsible about their expenses. It is incredibly rewarding that that is not an issue or a subject within the group. Everyone is a responsible adult. I can tell they're going to be lifelong relationships. There's a significant cost involved but I understand the cost behind it. After seeing what I've gotten for my money, I didn't even look back once on the cost. I'm incredibly happy and I've recommended a lot of people.

I've only been to two events so far but the first one was great. It was a small group but it was still big enough to have different people. We went kayaking. So, it's a good activity where you're out and about, but it's easy to row up to or behind other people to talk to different people. The second event was lackluster. We went to this rock climbing place and it was crowded and there wasn't a lot of choice which courses were good. It seemed like it was more about how hard can we make these handholds than just enjoying the rock climbing and exercise.

The last event I went to wasn't my thing. They were doing country line dancing and though it was kinda nice, the rest wasn't for me. The event before that, everybody left as I was getting there. But the event before that was awesome. It would be really awesome if we could do more adventure-type things like whitewater rafting and hiking. That's what I was hoping for but it's not everybody's speed.

It's fantastic. I wish I had more time to do more things. I'm on the Facebook page. Everything gets shared. And I can see what other people are doing. I would be like, "Man, I need to get out there again."

Single people meeting up to do fun activities was appealing to me. Events and Adventures is okay. So far, I've been to 10 or so activities. The airsoft and rock climbing activities were fun. I met some people and made some friends. I would just like to see more active events because everything seems to be about going out to get alcohol or maybe to a restaurant, drinking afterwards, or let's go to do this for 30 minutes then go drinking. We could go shooting, do some paintball and go rock climbing.

I had a very good experience. They are doing an amazing job. I like the activities that they usually do, like the outsport activity. I've been to some brunch, bowling and the obstacle something. I made new friends.
