The service of Netspend over the years has been outstanding!! When they change the format is not as good as the original. They need to go back!!!

I have had my account with NetSpend for years now and I have not yet been disappointed. It is so easy to use and easy to get started. It is efficient because the bank doesn't hold onto your direct deposits until the pay date but rather as soon as they receive the deposit. I love my NetSpend account and card.

I've had my NetSpend account since 2009 and it works better than my ordinary bank account. It has so many features that I don't mind the small fees. Especially since the interest I earn on savings is double that. And NetSpend will bend over backwards to fix any problem I've ever asked about.

I have been a Netspend cardholder for many years and have seen many changes that the card has gone through. Unlike many other prepaid cards whose products/services can vary greatly, the basic core offerings that Netspend has remained stable and has offered superb Customer Service that I've not found with huge mega-corporations. A huge benefit with Netspend is having direct deposit funds available up to 2 days faster than its competitors. Since my disability check direct deposit is on the 3rd day of the month, I had been consistently 2 days late on payments until Netspend rolled out the up to 2 days faster program. My mortgage pay record was always spotted with late pays, and had late fees applied... Well, it is clear now and I am closer to getting a 2nd mortgage for remodeling. I am always telling folks about Netspend, have a smile on my face when I'm talking about getting my direct deposit 2 days faster and basically starting my month with my money on the first of the month rather than the 3rd.

I was having a terrible time with my traditional bank when due to a small error I would be charged for several fees amounting to hundreds of dollars. They had an unfair system of paying my checks according to the largest amount going through first, regardless of the order they were presented for payment, and then charging me for several very small checks that should have cleared days earlier. The Netspend card enabled me to avoid these unfair charges and have control over what I paid from my account. If I didn't have enough in my account for a payment I had authorized due to some mistake on my part, there would simply be a decline to pay without an overdraft charge.

Netspend is the best! I love getting my balance every time my card is used, that's one of my favorite features. It makes me feel safe!

I am a member of what is gently called the "undeserved banking population." Working poor and I walked away from banks and credit unions 15 years ago. I have used a Netspend card for the past 10 years, perhaps longer. Their customer service reps have been courteous and helpful on the rare occasions I have had to contact them. Before I retired, there were a couple of occasions when I was working temporary jobs, going to an Ace location and depositing my check on my card was far cheaper than using check cashing services.

I love my card!! I had it since 2009 & it's very handy. I hardly carry cash & direct deposit is even more awesome. I get paychecks & refunds a day early. I don't have to worry about checks being lost. Also text alerts on balances after purchasing is very helpful!! Keep up the great work!!!

I have never had a problem with Netspend. They credit deposits very quickly and allow you 24 hours before they charge overdraft fees. I have wondered about some of the charges, but they are never enough to cause me to think of changing. I love that I can go and put money on card and it appears immediately.

This card does everything that they say. I get my text fast. Paychecks earlier. I am very happy with Netspend.

The Difference between a Bank Debit Card and a NetSpend card is the bank lets others go into your account without letting you know. Until you see your bank statement. Visa Netspend gets your direct deposit (two) days before others get their pay and the most important part one can go into their account and see what and how much money he or she are spending. I just wish for Netspend to have two cards, one for bill payments and the other for personal use, without having to deal with one account.

Like it so much that I've been a customer for 5 years and counting...

I was recommended the card by a coworker so I could get direct deposit. I get my checks earlier than anyone else with direct deposit. I get text alerts when the deposit is made. My only complaint would be the online - it wouldn't accept my password and customer service would never help me in resetting it, other than that it's a great card.

I love my NetSpend card account. Actually this is the first debit card with a savings account I have owned. I use it when I shop and pay bills and it so easy, no switching between accounts. I have recommended it to all of my friends. Thank you.

I love this card, it lets me have a debit card when most banks wouldn't give me one or they would make me be on a waiting period. But with this card I can load money and only spend what I put on it so no bank fees or anything!! Plus I get paid early and I really love that.

I enjoyed using Netspend for my direct deposit. The fees are reasonable. I like it better than any bank. I get my funds 1-2 days earlier. I can pay my bills online without any security threats. I can monitor my spending monthly. Netspend has great features and it is very easy to use.

I love my Ace card but I can't Never overdraft all my money & I wonder why. I UNDERSTAND THE OVERDRAFT FEE.

I've been with NetSpend since 2009 and they have always met my needs without all the fees brick and mortar banks try to beat you out of. A flat $5 a month and no overdraft fees since it's prepaid. Any question I've had they always answer quickly and politely. This is honestly the first bank that has not made me mad one time or another and I've been banking over 35 years. They are doing something right!

My husband was on business in Hawaii. He had his prepaid Netspend card. The trip went over, so he needed more funds. Normally I would have Western Unioned it to him, costing me money. I put money on my Netspend card, then came home and transferred it to his card. Took all of 5 minutes. Saved my sanity and his. No Charge for transfer. Thanks, Netspend.

I'm able to receive my deposits a lot soon. Have direct deposits I never have to worry about banking problems. Able to internet banking watching where my money is at. And have over draft when needed, which I really try not to use unless it's a must. I'm very happy my acct with Meta Bank.

I got my Netspend card when I filed for my tax refund last year. I love it! I immediately enrolled in Direct Deposit with it, and I get my paycheck 2 days early! And, when I did so, I got a reward of $100 restaurant certificates! Netspend is so much better than having a checking account through a regular bank. The NetSpend card is easy and convenient and the alerts are very useful especially the purchases. You can know immediately if some unauthorized has used your card and the balance helps prevent overdrafts.

Since I have gotten my Netspend card and account my ice is much easier. They don't hold on to any money that is yours. It is deposited to you as they get it. I would get my pay checks a day before the rest of the people I worked with. I look forward to using my Netpsend account to get my tax returns this year. Thank you Netspend.

I was notified by Netspend customer service to call them about my account. I do this and get charged 50 cents to an account I can't even use as it is locked. I wanted to get my direct deposit info and can not access that either. I like Netspend but am having to resort to another card from someone else to get my check direct deposited. If Netspend figures this out I will gladly have my check deposited on my next payday.

Netspend has been very good to me. I have had a few experiences where I was unable to regain money I had spent but I would not allow a few bad experiences to prejudice the excellent customer service and experience that I have had overall.

It has help me in so many ways from helping my family when they needed it most, I enjoy the card specially when I have a question that need a response, put it in box and I get the answer. I enjoy all the service on this card and hope it keep working the same or better.

Extremely easy to do personal banking, transfer money from account to account and low cost for the member. I like the convenience of the card and as a busy mom with a houseful of teens and college age kids, it was easy to ensure the kids had money for expenses when they are far from home. I wish all online banking was so simple!

Let me start w/ my exp. w/ insights card, got talked into it @ check cntr., they charged me $1- for every debit card trans., a co. from Facebook used my card for $450- unauthorized, I pleaded for my $$ back, can't tell you how much they could care less @ me as a cust., took those ** to Dept of Justice. They started singing like canaries, got $$ back, so don't know why I thought of replacing Netspend. You guys have been so good to me, no fees, except monthly, very professional, easy to load & manage, great job!! Didn't know how good I had until I got hosed, thanks again for everything. Hey, if anything, please open up the $900 load limit, higher, thanks.

I have tried other card services, banks, but Netspend has been beyond fair and knowing that I am on a very fixed income and on SSDI having the overdraft protection helps so much. It is hard after paying all the bills, then you think of eating and you find yourself in the store counting days when you buy food. This package of meat is for day 1 & 2, then you go to the next least expensive package of meat of other groc item and when you get to check out and you are short putting something back could leave you with 5 to 6 days of not eating because you are buying for day by day. And then even if you apply for assistance from the county state program and get only $14.00 from Calfresh, not good.

I started with Netspend 3 years ago. Netspend has the most features out of any prepaid company out there. Not only is my government checks deposited, my wife's payroll and our tax returns are deposited onto our card. The BEST feature Netspend has to offer is the fact you get your money deposited earlier then any bank on the market. My wife, daughter, and I all have personalized cards to use. We can control how much our daughter can spend too. Every time a transaction is made I'm alerted immediately. That's peace of mind folks. The more you use your card the more the rewards you get. The customer service is outstanding. I was notified and sent a new card when a scam took place at a nationwide store. I didn't have to do anything. The easy website and apps are so easy to use. I have my direct deposit posted every month and I have electronic payments handled by netspend. I use many of their features. Can't think of anything that Netspend can't handle. I've been a Netspend user since 2004. I initially purchased the card so that I could have direct deposit at a former employer. I must admit I was leery at first but after my experiences, I ended up referring Netspend to my family and any of my friends who didn't have a traditional bank account. I must say it "works" for me. It's easy to use, works just like a traditional bank account and more importantly won't allow you to spend money that you don't have. There are fee plans that allow you to pay according to your usage or you can pay the monthly maintenance fee, which is under $10. It's been a life saver for me. There are no tricks. It actually does work just like a regular checking account (without the fees!).

I can't imagine NOT being without Netspend. I have records each month of my bill payments, doesn't matter what year I can count on them. Each time I use my card, I get a text of where it was used and balance. I trust them completely and I couldn't be without it. Thank you for all you have done to make it easier for me.

I love having my Netspend card. I got myself in a lot of trouble with banking at a big bank before I canceled my accounts and switched to Netspend. All the fees I paid at the big bank were taking half my paycheck and I would overdraft constantly. By using Netspend, I pay little in fees and I can feel confident making my purchases. A couple of years ago, my card was compromised and Netspend caught it IMMEDIATELY. They take security of my account very seriously and because of that, I did not have to go through the hassle of disputing fraudulent charges. There was another time when my wife was far from home and running low on gas and because of the overdraft feature she was able to refuel and make it home safely. So of all the prepaid debit cards out there, the ONLY one I would recommend is Netspend. I also like the fact that I receive my gov. benefits up to 4 days early.

I hate "regular" banks and using this card has been a good substitute for dealing with their endless nonsense! The few times I have encountered problems they have fixed them quickly. Their Direct deposit always grabs deposits faster than all my friends with their "regular" bank accounts.

This is the card everyone should have. I needed a dependable card with low fees for my direct deposits. I came across this card on the internet and it sounded very good. I got it and arranged for my direct deposits. I've never been sorry once. The website is impeccable. You do not get lost in it. That's very important. The money is always on time, in fact, early. The best thing about this card is the deposit capacity. Whether it's receiving my paycheck 2 days early, a cardholder transfer, or some sort of refund, I always get instant notification of the deposit and have access to my funds immediately. This is so much better than any bank or credit card that usually will make you wait anywhere from 3-5 business days!

The only good thing about Netspend, you get your money early. Other than that, the customer service is HORRIBLE. Netspend needs some improvements. They need to add more and better programs.

I have used Netspend for over 6 years. I do not trust the banking industry and Netspend gave me a way around having a true checking account. I have never had a problem with accessing my money with Netspend. I even receive my paycheck deposit a day sooner than I would thru a traditional account. I started with Netspend after having so much trouble with the Medicaid/SSA about how and where our bank account was joint. They needed to track of all monies since my husband was on Supplemental Security. Netspend was a way I did not have to disclose my salary and the extra monies that I earn thru my other job. With the card I cash my check and deposited there and used my check stub for his supplemental activities. I enjoy my card. I recommend it to my family. And if I need to know what I paid with it I can print it out. It was a safe haven for my income tax. That way, it was not counted as asset for my husband.

I have found this card to be extremely helpful with monitoring my spending. Their direct deposit works well, I have always had my money a few days early. Their customer service is very helpful. It's a way for me to not have to deal with the banks. There has been a couple times where I had to use overdraft. Netspend contacted me right away so I could get a deposit made within 24 hours so I would not be charged the fee. I have been able to use my card everywhere that credit cards are used with never having any issues. I highly recommend Net Spend.

I love my netspend because it is great. I love the customer service at the location where I received my card and all the knowledge they know about the card. I love it because it's like a drive thru bank no long lines and complaints just in and out from what I have experience. Also the customer service at the location always point out the customer service number behind the card and to go to the website. It's the knowledge, skill, experience behind the card and I never been turn down or decline because of the features and apps that is attach to the card. Plus the design but I really recommend your own atms instead of others that will always make it a plus.

I have had my Netspend card for several years now and I would not want to be without it. It assists my budget in that I can use it for my spending cash while not touching my checking account. A sister has a card also and we can transfer money back and forth as we need to. Netspend is the greatest saving tool.

So, I had misplaced my Netspend card, and I waited for about 2 days, hoping that it would appear (It didn't). So I then called Netspend customer service dept. and got a nice man on the phone, I began telling him what had happened. I had my soon to be husband's Netspend card with me, and asked if he could transfer what I had left on my card to his card, without any hesitation he did it and all was good. My experience with Netspend is just wonderful and I have told my tax lady about Netspend just yesterday. She then told me that she is going to get one for her child. Thank you again for all that you have done for me. 1000 times thank you....

I have been a most satisfied customer of netSpend for almost 4 years, there are just not enough good things I can tell you about my experiences. As a cancer patient I struggled every month getting my Social Security benefits check cashed, getting and paying for money orders to pay my bills with and never being able to shop online because I wasn't able to pay without getting a money order.

The Reasons I have stayed with NetSpend the number of years that I have is because they have made my life quite easier. When the IRS took my money it didn't feel good. After this I found NetSpend and I have peace because I don't have to worry about overdrafts... If there's no money, there's no charges. All places should be this way. NetSpend is a lifesaver, I don't want the worries of a bank right now. I rather have a pay as I go. This method is a stress relief. They recently changed the window to which you view your account, not sure if I like this but since no one asked, I guess I have to deal with it. There's nothing wrong with the system. When I had a fake charge it was proved and they refunded my money. It wasn't a lot of money but it proved to me that they were a good company to deal with. Thank you NetSpend.

I have had my NetSpend account for almost a year now. I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs to be able to have a credit card but may not qualify for credit. I am able to have my paychecks deposited directly to my card, no going to the bank and standing in lines. I am able to pay my bills either online or over the phone. It has made my life much easier.

This is the best card for paying your bills online. You put the amount you want or direct deposit pay your bills and it's the safe way because no one can hack your account and take money. If you do leave extra money it's still safe. They send you alerts any time you spend money to your cell phone and you catch it as soon as someone tries to spend your money. It's a great card. I recommend everyone to have this safe card.

I have been with NetSpend for 5 years. As far as prepaid cards go, they are the best option! Numerous reload locations are available across the country (helped me in a tight jam out of town once) - low fees, savings account option, and the best feature is my social security goes on early! I tried switching to my credit union account and got a rude awakening when my funds were not available until almost a week after I would have had it with NetSpend! I quickly changed my direct deposit back and will NEVER change it again!

NetSpend was a Godsend. When I faced economic difficulty from being out of full time work for a couple of months, I fell behind on student loans and credit card bills. At that moment, I had little to no banking or debit card options. When I was able to secure full time employment, my NetSpend account provided me the comfort for depositing my check, electronically making purchases as well as setting up payment plans for my bills. Without my NetSpend account and NetSpend Visa card, I also would not have been able to take advantage of low bus, plane and hotel options that are only available to Visa/MasterCard holders. With my NetSpend account, I was able to travel and spend time with my family and friends at a modest cost. NetSpend was definitely a life saver during my rough patch and I'm very grateful for its benefits and services. Thank you.

My Netspend has helped me and my family so much. I can send my Daughter money online and add money to her card from my card. Pay bills and my cell phone bill, this card is great and any problems I have they have always fixed them.

My card was blocked with no notice or attempt to reach me during the time I needed my money most having car problems and card was blocked. I have used you all for a very long time but no longer and your hold time and risk dept - getting in touch with you, ridiculous.

I have always used a regular bank account card then switched to Rushcard where I became very disappointed. Two years ago after filing my taxes with TurboTax I applied for a Netspend card. I have never had such an incredible card where I receive my VA disability and college money faster than I imagined possible. I have been using Netspend for several years and I must say that 99% of the time I have been very satisfied. Initially when I first received the card, I had to contact customer support and they were prompt and excellent on resolving any issue I've ever had. I use the card because I didn't like the extra fees associated with a traditional card at most banks. There are some fees that I don't like with Netspend such as depositing cash on the card but I have saved a significant amount of money using Netspend.

We had a normal bank account for years and every time we turned around we had a service charge for something. We live payday to payday and if we were one dollar short in our account, the bank would charge us $35.00 and the charges added up. Finally one day I found NetSpend While I was shopping and tried it and fell in love. They are very helpful with everything and if you are short they don't charge you all these expensive bank charges. I have saved a ton of money and am able to save money now. Thank you NetSpend and I will recommend you to everyone I know.

I have been using my Netspend card since 2010. I LOVE receiving texts reporting all actions taken on my card. It keeps me totally aware of what is happening. I appreciate that if I go over a couple of dollars, I am covered. I now have a second card for personal transactions. I would HIGHLY recommend this card system to anyone!!

I have been a Netspend customer for several years and I am truly satisfied with their service, from the getting my pay check 2 days earlier than my co-workers, and even if I'm in a pinch at the end of the month the over limit options help me out until my paycheck posts which is a great benefit to me.

I have been double charged and charged from a company who had no authorization to charge my card. One call to NetSpend customer support and within a matter of moments, I had my money back. No bank had even been that quick and helpful in those situation. I was so shocked. I also love the text notifications. No over overdrawn accounts, because I see what and where I spend my money and how much is left. I love it!

Had my card for about two years and never had a problem, even get my direct deposits two days early. No complaints.

I love my Net Spend Card. I have had negative interactions with the banking system and NetSpend has been a great asset to me. They have allowed me to keep my safe in an account while allowing me the opportunity to have a debit/credit card for everyday use. Without NetSpend, I would not be able to have a debit card, utilize direct deposit or purchase/pay for things online. Their fees are reasonable and in line with the regular banking system plus I love the ongoing text account balances/security feature. I always know how much I have and where my card was used.

I have held an account with Netspend for about 4 years and I love it. I am able to receive my paychecks 2 days early, also my federal refund has always arrived sooner than usual. I love the fact that I know what my balance is after every purchase, an easy way for me to budget. Also the new overdraft protection service has saved my family and I on numerous occasions! As we all know there was a tremendous security breach at Target and I had shopped there prior to the incident but without having to request a new card because at the time I did not need one nor did I think I needed one. Out of the blue I received a brand new debit card. Wow, I was just so appreciative of the fact that Netspend took the care and effort to make sure that I would have no issues with my account and without having to request a new card they sent me one just to make sure. So far nothing has breached my account but just knowing that Netspend took proactive measures to make sure their customers/clients are being taken care of is just awesome! Thanks again for great customer service and in this day and age that is becoming a rarity! Good job!!

The past few years have been really hard on my husband and I financially. My husband always had to commute to work and I was struggling to find a job close to where we lived. We couldn't afford to move, the bills kept piling up, so much got past due, we lost one of our cars. I then had to find a job within walking distance of our house. Finally I did and things started turning around....with one little (HUGE) problem! I couldn't have a bank account! My husband had to sign his checks to his parents and I did the same, I went to a credit union and they would only give me a savings. That might not seem too bad, but my husband couldn't be on the account, I couldn't get to my money if the bank was closed, no debit card, and no way to a checking account unless I paid off old debts. I tried but with only cash, paying off bills can be a pain.

It's easy to look up my spending per month.

I would recommend NetSpend to anyone. There wasn't any issue that I encountered that NetSpend didn't handle almost immediately... Great customer service.

I can honestly say that Netspend has made receiving my benefits hassle free, up to 6 days early & being that it's a Visa I can use my card anywhere! But I strongly disagree with the monthly fee, especially since my benefits are SSI and SSDI and both are direct deposited. Therefore I believe there should be certain exclusions pending the situation. Also I was told my first withdrawal every month would be free & that I could be able to withdraw all of my money @ once. I'm already on a fixed and limited income so let's be honest barely get enough money for rent bills & stuff for hygiene. To get to the point, I really need all of my benefit money because seriously being disabled sucks but so broke that every month I start off in the negative.& it's as the good book reads "Do unto others as you would have them do it others as I would have them do unto you."

Hi NetSpend, I wish I could have more good words to share, but I am still waiting to be fully ID verified. I sent emails with passport ID and mail package with my name and address, but I never got a response. I hope I can still use my card.

I am very happy with my netspend prepaid debit Card, because it save me money by not having to pay for over charges and give me a sense of security, that no one can charge my card after I use all I have loaded. THANKS NETSPEND.

The plan I have gives me more freedom and options to help me manage my money spending..with text alerts. balance transfer from card to card at my age this is wonderful, anywhere, anytime from phone, tablet, computer. Very nice.

I have been with Netspend for about 5 years now. I love the improvements over the years and when it came down to how I want to get my funds this card was the and is the best. I have no complaints. If there's something that I have a problem with I can call them anytime of any day even open on holidays SUPER PLUS because nine times out of ten that's when your having something happening. But they are there to help always. My funds ALWAYS get loaded two days before payday. My tax returns come 2 weeks faster than others. I did try another card one year just to compare and I sure found out that I made a MISTAKE because boy did I have the worse experience with that card.

Easy to use to pay bills. Don't have to go to a check cashing place.

I've had 3 or 4 cards already within the past 4 years. If I cannot find the right Q & A issue on the Netspend.com pages, the customer service 'consultant live' on the telephone tech support # - is kind enough to talk 'n walk me through the issue related to my card. If I cannot access my account info, after I register a new card online, there is a nice feature called, 'new', where I can have access to my balance/debit information until my info is considered a few days 'current/new card #holder' for that card number.

I'm so happy with the services. I really recommend it. Help me pay my bill by online and very trustful.
