I’ve been using Crest for as long as I can remember, I’m 64 now. I know prices have gone up and the size of the tubes have gotten smaller. (I’m ok with that) My complaint is that for the past year or so I’ve noticed that there’s more air in the tube than toothpaste. I checked my wife’s tube last night and it had air in it also. (She uses the 3D Crest) I love your product but if this continues I’ll have to find a new product. Thanks

I have been using Crest Tartar for years. I recently bought a new tube and notice on the box it stated Tartar Plus. I use it. It burns the mouth, gums and lips. Never had this problem either the original Tartar brand. I had awhile back tried the Pro Health and was not able to use it. So I can only assume that what they had in their Pro Health brand is now in the Tartar brand since I’m now having the same reaction.

Crest user for over 60 years. I read a lot of reviews here about runny toothpaste and the feel of it. The air in the new tube. It's all true. Crest you better bring back the old formula and change the tube. I see you losing profit. Colgate is no better.

Terrible customer support. They took 7+ days to post a payment, in an attempt to force us to use their preferred payment platform. Hard to get complete answers. We had to write multiple emails to get answers piece by piece. Frustrated!

I have used Crest for years but I'm tired of only getting 2/3rds of a tube of toothpaste, about 1/3rd way through a tube of toothpaste there is a big air bubble and you have to push the tube about 1/3rd of the way to get toothpaste to come out, it's a rip off and I'm done, if you want to sell two thirds of a tube of toothpaste then that's fine but quit making it look like you're getting a full tube when you're not, CROOKS.

Been using Crest for almost 60 years but when the pandemic hit, I noticed the decline in the product quality. The toothpaste tubes had gotten smaller and just recently the toothpaste has become more liquid and contained more air inside the tube. I go through the whole tube a lot quicker now even though I used much less than before. I also switch to the cheaper Crest because I can’t afford to shell out $4.89 for a higher-quality tube any longer. I’m so disappointed with these products that I’m going to switch to a different brand like Colgate instead. Their quality is much better now and I can get better return on my money. You lost me as a customer P&G. Greedy corporation.

ALL PRUDUCTS ARE A RIP OFF: Been using for 40years and the final straw was after covid, P&G decided to change container (tube) in Crest toothpaste so it could lower the quantity per tube. After you squeeze the tube twice it collapses LEAVING YOU TO KNOW HOW MUCH IS REALLY IN THE TUBE.

So I started to use the Crest Pro Health Mouthwash and started to notice my gums inflamed, but thought I was using a too hard toothbrush so I changed the toothbrush and started using the Crest Gum Detoxify and Restore. I noticed bleeding gums, I’ve never had this issue before so I stopped using it and switched to Colgate and Listerine. Yes the one with Alcohol and noticed no bleeding gums or inflammation. So not even 10 mins ago I see I still have a small tube of Crest Gum Detoxify and decide to open and use maybe the bleeding gums before was from a hard toothbrush and I have a soft one now, my goodness my gums have never bled so bad and they looked red and inflamed. I am never ever using that stuff again or any Crest product for that matter.

Our family has used Crest toothpaste for over 50 years, with complete satisfaction and good results until recently. I purchase a two or three month (average 12 tubes) supply for our family of four. The original product of baking soda and peroxide whitening was perfect for our needs until I purchased its replacement 2 months ago. Crest Plus is very watery, does not foam well and lacks micro scrubbing crystals. It’s a shame Proctor and Gamble has taken a good value product, raised the price and cheapened their product for profit! I’m done with Crest and looking for a USA made replacement. Colgate made in Mexico.

I can no longer find the gritty paste Crest I've used my entire life (49 years). Baking Soda Peroxide Whitening Tartar Control Fresh Mint for a decade or two. It's all Crest Plus now, like the other dozen Crest formulas (including freebies from the dentist that I never open and donate) the disgusting runny stuff. Crest is now like every other manufacturer. Chinese maybe? No other toothpaste than gritty Crest left my mouth and teeth feeling clean and polished. In fact, the soupy "Crest Plus," like all the others such as Colgate, leaves my mouth and teeth feeling like I did NOT brush my teeth an hour or two later. I wrote a letter asking where I could find OG Crest paste, because Walmart etc only sold "Crest Plus." They had their robots respond with repeated "health surveys" - attempting to gain my personal health information so they could use it for free. I'll never purchase Crest again. I'll pay $10-12 for gritty toothpaste that does the job.
