My antivirus is automatically deducted from my credit card, but didn’t update in the computer. He helped me update my anti-virus and made sure it will automatically renew in the feature. He also was pleasant and took his time with helping me.

After installing the software and entering the serial number it would not complete the activation when the button was clicked. The technician was able to correct the problem, and started the scan for me.

Was given fabulous assistance in installing Total Defense on an additional device. Terry was great! Had difficulty with my attempt to install total defense and it was easy to get to support and the tech rep got right on it and solved the problem and kept me in the loop.

Was having trouble getting program to run - Taylor ** was very, very helpful in getting me back into the program. Renewal was not due yet although it was telling me to renew. Did have an activation code and had to reset password which then did not work and let me continue with the updating.

Very helpful. Fast service. Would recommend to friends. Had this plan for 5 years. I had no problems. Operator very helpful and will keep service for a long time. He also gave me a credit for 20 dollars. The total $85.89-20 credit cost now was $65.80.

Taylor was friendly, courteous, patient and took care of my issue promptly. My security link had expired in 2017, therefore, I was unable to process my request on the line until it was reestablished. Additionally, he indicated that if I had subsequent concerns, to please call back.

Call was answered within 2 min. Problem was resolved in less than 5 minutes. Problem was activation of Internet security suite after moving to a new computer. Agent was very responsive. Have had Total Defense since the CA days. Have a great day. No more comments.

Taylor was a huge help in installing my new anti-virus program. He was able to uninstall the old program and install the new one from his office. Very patient with someone that is not computer smart. Had a windows alert error. Tech used remote desktop to resolve issue. Preformed a quick uninstall and reinstall. Tech was quick and easy to understand. Problem was resolved quickly. Called me back as promised and told me when issue was resolved.

Worked with Josh. Was very helpful in setting up my security program. Couldn't have got it done without his assistance. I said I had a new laptop that I needed to set up at another time as it is a gift for my wife. He said if I had any trouble just call back. Very professional and courteous.

When I upgraded my product in August, I never installed the newer version, thinking it was done automatically. When I realized my mistake, I called in for support. Your rep Gary was able to fix the problem fast. He uninstalled my old product and installed the correct one and now I am finally using what I purchased. Activating unlimited internet security on computer - I spoke to Taylor and he walked me through the process. I had previously purchased the product which does not expire until 11/19 and when it asked me to activate 30 day trial I was afraid that I had downloaded the incorrect product. He assured me that I had not had stayed on the phone until I had completed the setup. He is a great asset to Total Defense!

I got a pop up from Microsoft saying that I had to call them (**) to fix it or I would be reported for having pornographic items on my IP address. I started to comply but called Total Defense. Taylor ** immediately assured me not to panic and that it was a scam. He helped me install my Total Defense software that I thought I had already downloaded upon purchase. Everything is fine. Installed anti virus for me. Appreciated the service. I had tried to install it myself a couple weeks ago, but somehow it failed. I had trouble with wifi for my printer a week or so ago, but that has been fixed also.

I called first thing in the morning Monday 10-29-18. I spoke to Daniel. I told him I was having trouble with my computer and I couldn't find my Total Defense to run to fix it. He asked me to check a few things I was having a lot of trouble. (I had a stroke and can't remember things. He asked if he could remote help me and I was overjoyed that he could) he lead me through the steps so he could fix my machine. Somehow my total defense was off my computer files. Daniel put it back on for me. I can't express my gratitude he could help me in this way. Thank you Daniel. He also cleaned up a bunch of junk files I had downloaded trying to fix the computer myself. I'm not the techie in our household, my husband is. I renewed Total Defense from our desktop and my husband activated Total Defense on his laptop when I gave him the activation key earlier this year. I'm not as technically swift as my husband and have been getting warnings on my desktop WRT the activation key/Total Defense possibly needing to be renewed. I contacted Taylor at the Cust Svc number. Taylor helped me narrow down which email address we renewed under (we use multiple!) and confirmed that we were covered. Taylor took remote control of my desktop and plugged the activation key where it was required, made everything kosher so I won't see the warning message anymore and the desktop is secure. Thanks for your help with the not-so-techie member of our household (me!), Taylor.

After struggling with the installation of this service and speaking with several of the customer service representatives I walked away from the process for several days. This morning Sept. 26 I again started to try and install this wonderful looking service. I called the customer service line and to my great surprise I got a tremendously experienced representative. He was very friendly and very professional all at the same time. I explained my concern and he apologized for my difficulties with the installation. He was very precise with the instructions on how to go from start and get my system set up. Within less than 10 minutes we had the system up and protecting my desktop system, something that I had been struggling with for two days and nights.
This service rep was amazing, it felt like he was looking over my shoulder and could anticipate any mistakes I was about to make. I really appreciate the quickness in which he was able to direct me in the installation process; this gentleman deserves a great big " atta boy" and in my opinion is a shining star at your organization. Great technician, helped me completely with my uninstall of my other software and download new Total Defense on the laptop. Dan helped me answer all my questions about the service and was very knowlegeable about the software. I tried doing this by myself and had issues on my own. I couldn't do it without the help of Dan.

Technician Daniel ** resolved my several problems and helped me install the Total Defense program. I was completely frustrated attempting it on my own. He resolved the matter completely to my satisfaction. This was important because I am not technically inclined but must use a computer in my work as an unpaid first responder in animal disaster response for Nassau County, NY.

Gary ** was very helpful in assisting me in my new application for total defense. He very courteous, knowledgeable in explaining Total Defense. He gave me a superior overview of Total Defense security for my laptop and desktop computer in laymen terms. I had no problem in understanding what to look for with security and what action I should take immediately by calling total Defense. Have one of their experts to do a full scan and resolved the issue. I can always look forward to Gary to give me full details of his finding and to resolve the issue.

My Total Defense Antivirus renewed successfully on my credit card but was asking me for a 7 digit alphanumeric character that was not proved in my email. I called customer support and spoke with Dan. He suggested that he remotely access my computer but I was uncomfortable with that so he took the time to walk me through, step by step, what needed to be done. Although that didn't work and I needed to grant him remote access to my computer anyway, he made me feel completely comfortable and talked to me through the process. I am very satisfied with Total Defense and their support team! Thank you Dan!

Received Total Defense from Mediacom. I tried to install and somehow did not do it correctly. Representative came on the line when I asked for help she walked me thru the process of setting up she provided instructions, we were still unable to install since another software was still installed. She was able to remove and update the program and got it activated.

Got a notification from "Microsoft" that my pc was totally locked and at risk of "virus" and could lose files if I did not call an "800" # provided. Immediately thought it was a scam, so I called Total Defense. Was so happy that I did. When Taylor answered, I told him I was not computer savvy and he said no problem. He walked me through a process and I was able to access all my files. He was so pleasant and patient. My issue was resolved in no time. I think I have my account approx. 2-3 years. I've never called for help because I am embarrassed that I' m not more knowledgeable. In the future, thanks to Taylor, I will not hesitate to call. I was very impressed with the service.
