I was experiencing problems on my phone over the weekend. Thought I had issues but I didn't thanks to talking to Gary **. He walk me through what I needed to do. Within minutes you guys did a scan. It was good. Thank you Gary for helping me. I will definitely recommend you to my friends.

I thought my computer had a virus. The technician did a total check of my computer for any issues. The tech was very courteous and nice. Was a pleasant experience. No major issues were found and I was satisfied that the tech did a complete job.

Nicholas ** did a fabulous job for me today. He was patient, helpful, and thorough. I bought a used and buggy laptop. I could not get rid of McAfee and load Total Defense Security suite. I could not do anything because the virus or whatever kept appearing and interfering with whatever. Attempted to do.

I was having a problem with part of my Total Defense so I emailed support. He told me how to resolve the issue but then I had a conflict problem with another antivirus and after hours of trying to remove that software myself, I emailed support again (same person). He requested my phone number, immediately called me, took over my computer and solved my problem with patience and friendliness. I would, and I have, recommended TD to anyone. Thank you so much.

It was a pleasure working with Gary to get my Total Defense activation code for my Mediacom account. Unfortunately, during the install it came back with unable to load Parental Control code 9050. So now what?

Received excellent instructions to download Total Defense onto another computer in my house. Customer service rep was very nice and did not take more than 1 minute to get the download going. It is nice to be able to get a problem resolved in less than 1 minute, that doesn't happen very often.

I had a problem with the product that was installed on my computer when the latest Windows update installed. Lori uninstalled the Total Defense product and reinstalled a newer version for me. The person with whom I spoke was knowledgeable, pleasant, and resolved my problem quickly. The instructions were inaccurate which is what prompted me to call your helpline in the first place. I was told to click on NEXT and it did not exist on the screen.

I recently bought a new Personal Computer. I still had a subscription with another provider and nothing but issues installing it to this new computer. So I decided to install Total Defense. I am a first user of the Total Defense Premium Internet security. I had issues installing the product. I called Customer service and spoke to Gary and within minutes I had my product fully installed. Nick ** was a very calm and kind support technician. Being that I know only enough about computers to be dangerous Nick made me feel I was in good hands. It took us a while to figure things out but in the end my problems were resolved and his recommendation to seek additional help through Toshiba was an additional help in ending my frustration. Lori was most helpful and efficient in updating my account auto renewal for Total Defense-Premium Internet Security due June 11, 1018. My credit card number needed to be updated for the transaction. The card number on file was compromised Oct. 2017 and is no longer active.

Very easy to contact from Australia even if the window is very unsocial [past midnight]. Connected remotely and technician quickly located and removed the offending virus. Minor problem was that I lost historical inwards emails but we had a backup on another machine. Very knowledgable and courtious young man. It gives us outsiders some hope that not all is bad with your great country. Thank you.

I wish to commend Ms. ** for her patience and her dedication to customer service. I had been given a rebate form by the salesman, who sold me the computer, which he claimed was for the anti-virus product he sold me. I activated the product but was unable to obtain the rebate. When I spoke to Ms **. She was extremely patient as she told me to use my smartphone to email the receipt and the rebate application given to me by the salesman. It took me two tries to do it successfully and she continued to help. She processed the rebate request and left me a very satisfied customer. Thank you.

Simple installation via download. I changed computers recently and the customer service department was on top of my questions about transferring my subscription to the new computer and responded the very next day. Since running the Total Defense software on my laptops for the past 6 years I have not had any compromises to my equipment and in reviewing the scan logs it is clear there have been many attempts. I would recommend Total Defense to anyone who has concerns about the security of their computer equipment without hesitation.

I find Total Defense to be one of the best anti virus programs. I have used other programs, but they weren't as good. I will definitely be renewing my subscription once it expires. I would love to recommend this program to others who are looking for an effective anti virus program for their computer. All anti virus programs should be as powerful at catching the virus before it totally damages your computer.

We have used Total Defense for several years now, seems to keep us very well protected, we don't the issues we had with previous companies. In the past I had to take my computer in for service and "clean up" 3-4 times a year, with Total Defense we don't have to. Great product, easy to renew each year and we have no complaints!

I have used Total Defense since about 2006 and the one virus that got through was terminated quickly thanks to the support team. I switched to another antivirus for about a year and will never do so again. Wholeheartedly recommend Total Defense!

I have had the service for two years. Excellent! I have never had a problem. The service automatically scans my computer and laptop and cleans up any possible problems. I get a detailed report of any threats or malware. They also warn me of any possible phishing emails! I highly recommend the service!

Help from Dan your agent at help center - I had some problems with my PC Pitstop download and within a very short time he was able to completely fix my problem. My problem was that the program would open and hang up and would not continue forward. I was so pleased how quickly he solved my problem and I would highly recommend Dan to anyone who has any problems with Total Defense PC Pitstop. He is a professional in my book.

My account was to renew on May 16. I thought I downloaded the updates, and then I wanted to remove the renewal on my account. Instead I denoted my account and was not aware the download was not made. I spoke with Nickolas this morning and he was able to fix my mistake. I have used your software for many years and very pleased with it. I called Total Defense after what I was informed was a browser hijacking. I spoke to Gary in their New York office and explained the problem. Within 20 minutes he had repaired a number of problems and my system runs great. Not the first time they took care of such issues. I recommend this product to anyone who owns a PC.

I received outstanding service from Daniel and Carlos of Total Defense when I had an ad that kept appearing on my computer desktop. It was annoying to have to click off the ad each time I wanted to use my computer. The problem was solved and I was impressed that these employees did not give up on an less than savvy computer user!

I had a problem with my last year download that I didn't know until just recently. I entered an email work ticket repair and called your customer service number and spoke with Gary. He called me back at home and fixed the issue very efficiently in a timely manner. He was very professional and stayed with this issue until resolved. I have used your virus protection for a few years and didn't know last year's update didn't load, luckily I didn't had any virus problems and didn't know the virus scans weren't TD but Windows Defender instead... Guess when I update my Windows to ten, the Defender must have had an issue with the Total Defense virus protection. Your customer service guru, Gary, is an asset to your company. Thanks.

Program protects your computer from all the problems the makers claim to protect the computer from. When I've called for assistance they were able to provide help in short order to get the program up and running. As far as I can tell Total Defense is worthwhile to apply to your device.

I Had Problems Getting it installed on my Laptop, kept telling me it was successful, but then wouldn't run properly. Today I called tech support and reach Gary. Gary was very helpful and able to locate and repair the issues, all while keeping me up to date as to what he was doing. Gary was great in getting my anti-virus installed. I tried to do it on my computer and got a failure message, advising me to call tech support. I'm glad I got Gary as my support person. He eventually took control of my computer, found the problem and eventually brought 'protection' to my computer. Best part was that he was patient with me. This is my first MAC experience so I wasn't very helpful maneuvering the software or hardware. That wasn't a problem for him and he continued to be patient and pleasant. I would definitely recommend Total Defense.

I went to the TD website and verified that my subscription was current thru Mar 2018; so I realized that I had failed to understand (or read) info that would tell me to install a new software version. I did not recall the need to install a new version, but could not be certain that I missed the notice.
I was assisted in this matter by Gary at around 5 pm CST and feel fortunate to have worked with him. He is obviously knowledgeable, and was very pleasant to work with -- as he assured himself that he understood my circumstances and worked to fix them. He used a remote session to work the issue, to clean the outdated version, and to install the newer version of anti-virus. We finished that process by the time we ended the session. Since I have TD installed on 2 WIN10 Pro computers, Gary offered to call me the following day so as to update the second system. The time he spent and his courteous and knowledgeable support made it pleasurable to deal with your support group--as well as very productive. I appreciate his professionalism.

Today I called Mediacom and talked to one of your techs. His name is Gary and he was very polite, courteous, helpful, patient, knowledgeable. Gary installed Total Defense, via TeamViewer. I've had no problems with my Total Defense. It's awesome. Also not a long wait when I had to talk to someone. She knew exactly what was wrong and it was fixed under 10 mins... The program doesn't ask for much. It will scan twice a week and let me know what's wrong and that it's all good.

While playing my morning game of Solitare, a voice came on my computer informing me that a pornographic website was trying to download my personal and credit card information, and would shut down my computer if I did not call a particular phone number. I had a problem downloading my renewed subscription. It said it was loaded but the Total Defense icon was not on the desktop. I had also purchased a 3 yr renewal without realizing my 2 year was already set for auto renewal so I had 2 subscriptions and 2 charges, Daniel set my mind at ease with his professional expertise and refunded the 2 year charge and discovered the 3 yr subscription had not downloaded after all. He cleaned up my PC to make sure there wasn't a subscription hiding and was successful in downloading my 3 yr subscription for me. I really appreciate his help as I am not computer savvy! A++++, it is working super well. They gave me a rebate, and I have three computers connected with it. It scans my computer to check it for virus, It tells me if it found something and until now, my experience is magnificent and my computer is working fast.

I have Total Defense Unlimited which I originally purchased from P.C. Richard. Lately I have been unable to run the PC performance. The scan will run, but when I click on the tune-up, nothing happens. Gary was able to log in to my computer and reinstall my product. Now my PC performance is working again. Gary was terrific. When I wrote in chat for help I was freaking out because I got a quarantee, viruses, infections warning. Never happened before. So Gary wrote back to give him my phone number and he started with the remote feature. I said, "Go for it, you can fix it." "Yes, I can." Wow what a peaceful feeling. He did the removals, he updated scanning dates for me, two weeks interval. He got rid of a bad website on my homepage. He got me a Google home page with my icons. He explained all the steps he was going to take and the results. He removed some bad unwanted "apps" for me. I am with a company internet service called Mediacom. They said you were there for their customers and is free service included. Wow I am so grateful for that from Mediacom and I am so grateful for your Gary ** of Total Defense. Thank you so much.

I'm very impressed I can talk to someone in U.S.A. that understands. :) I was helped with new install on my gaming pc, my old antivirus TOTALAV just decided to not work after they did an update to it, and since they had no means to talk with them other than email the issue never got resolved. They kept saying I had another antivirus on my machine. Your tech never found one lol cause I did not have another one on it. But I'm glad to have your product now. I've had coverage on three computers for years. Would not think of having anything else! They are great. If you have trouble, they are right there to walk you thru the setup or anything else you need. The price is very reasonable for the protection.
