The above "Pop up" was next to impossible for me to eliminate and to make it worse it would not allow use of my go to browser. The technician immediately dealt with and eliminated the problem and also went thru system to clean up any other issues. His service was excellent and was extremely helpful to have his service available.

I had a great experience with the Total Defense support team. My wife purchased a new laptop from Aaron's and it came with Total Defense Premium protection. I am a new Total Defense customer. I purchased my software from Aaron's. I am very impressed with the support that I received. I was trying to install my software and having no luck. I called in for help and Gary was able to remove the McAfee on my PC and install the Premium software for me. What great service you guys provide.

I was helped by Gary. He was very patient and installed my Unlimited software. I was not sure which software I had since I also had Premium at one time. Gary was able to figure out which one was my current software and then installed it on my PC. I would recommend Total Defense to my friends and family.

I had to have my motherboard replaced by PC Richard. After I got my computer back, I no longer had any protection on my PC. I called for help and your rep Gary was extremely patient and helpful. Taylor was professional in his analysis of the issue and quick to resolve the same so that the program was successfully installed. I suggest that existing customers be advised that the protection period runs from purchase date not installation date as I purchased program well in advance of expiration of existing program only to find out that I shorted myself about 60 of protection by doing so.

Our lifetime service was expired. The service rep who helped solve the problem was excellent. His name was Taylor **, he was very patient when our computer froze and had to be restarted and was able to remotely access our computer and help us correct the problem.

Service representative was able to assist in resolving problem of downloading new purchase. He was very professional and easy to understand. He requested approval to access my PC to see was preventing me from downloading new program. He answered all my questions and explained what he was doing. The whole process only took several minutes.

Taylor ** was very helpful in guiding me on how to correct my rebate to ensure I received my full rebate in the mail. I was having trouble online so he provided me a second option on how to fix the error that was way less of a hassle and he fixed my problem for me in a 10 minutes phone call eliminating my stress and keeping it short and simple. I just talked with Total Defense support. I had to reset my computer, and when it was done my Total Defense was gone. I've been with Total Defense for many years, the service is provided through my internet provider and it has always protected me from any threats. Recently I've encountered an issue where it started saying I wasn't protected anymore. I called in and spoke with Carlos, he was very polite and courteous. He was able to get into my computer and within minutes everything was back to normal. I'm very grateful for the service I was provided, wonderful job!

Hi! I called when my Anti-Virus wouldn't open today. Daniel went into my computer remotely, found it had been uninstalled and so reinstalled it and told me what to do from there. He also checked that I hadn't downloaded any problems (I thought I might have accidentally gotten My Inbox Helper) and cleared the cache. Good Job! Thanks, Daniel!

My computer crashed in late March. Many programs that I had installed were lost including my Total Defense. I reinstalled most of the programs but I wasn't sure how to reinstall my Total Defense. I called their tech dept. The young man was so patient with me as he walked me through the process. I was so thrilled when I saw that Total Defense icon on my desktop screen! I'd also asked him about installing it in my laptop. He said, "Just do the same thing you did with your desktop computer. But if you have problems, just call us." There again, he was so polite. I love The Total Defense Internet Security program. I feel it's the best one around! Thanks.

First time user and I already feel comfortable with this product. I tried weekend to activate my account but had issues. When I called in today the tech walked me through getting him to have access to my computer. Once he gained access he went ahead and activated my account. He then saw one issue with a virus and went ahead and quickly fixed it. He was prompted and it only took a couple of minutes. I feel totally comfortable with this product and look forward to further usage. This is better than Mcafee.

I could not renew my subscription on line. I use it weekly. The phone was answered promptly with no argument with the computer directing me to my help. Your representative was cheerful and patient listening to me recite my difficulties in renewing on line. Taylor easily connected the remote control of my computer and gave instructions that were easy to follow. That fixed everything! He explained automatic renewal was often denied by American Express. Another card fixed that. Now I have 2 years not worrying about my computer's health.

Numerous TD scans of my PC revealed the presence of a Trojan GenericKD 31771018 virus. I tried many scan combinations to no avail and was very concerned. I contacted TD Support by email (Ticket #**) and after a few emails I finally called TD by phone late on Monday night Australian time 18th March and spoke to Lori ** who provided information as related to Outlook likely being the area of my PC where the virus was residing. She was very professional in her assistance and gave me much confidence in that the problem was not catastrophic since TD was scanning and cleaning continuously. All so far so thanks to TD support.

Your technical support person, Gary **, was very knowledgeable and understanding about my problem and quickly made the changes necessary to allow me to enter the activation code to get the software running again. Great technical support received from Gary. He assisted me with renewing my Unlimited subscription. Then when we realized that my subscription was no longer installed, he was able to install it for me. He was very patient with me since I am not very good with computers.

I called yesterday to ask some questions concerning constant phone calls from a company claiming that I need to renew my Defense program. They also said I needed to get on my computer which I did not do. Taylor in customer service discussed with me about these sort of calls. He was very helpful.

I couldn't get the Total Defense site to accept my password. Dan answered the phone and went through my options as to the cost of TD. Then asked a few questions and it was that easy and signed me back up on my renewal. Dan was very professional and easy to work with. Will tell people of TD as I always have.

Called tech support and spoke with a very nice man named Carlos ** with some issues on my son's laptop. He installed the anti virus and removed a bunch of things off of his computer that had virus. Carlos called me 2 times to let me know how the process was going and reassured me on the timeline of him completing the scan. Total Defense should be proud to have a nice tech support person like Carlos working for them. He answered my questions and fixed the issues.

I made an inquiry with Customer Support regarding my system running slow. The ticket number is **. I wanted to confirm if Total Defense was still compatible with my system which is getting a bit old and running Windows XP. I received a response in my inbox from Taylor overnight advising that although the latest software is not compatible with XP, my current installation which is compatible is still receiving the updates and features and keeping my protection up to date. I started using your software about 10 years ago when it was called CA and have always been very satisfied with the protection that it has given and I am now also very pleased with the prompt and informative response to my support requirements. Total Defense was not working and still not able to upgrade even though it was purchased previously. Unfortunately the upgrade has expired but the technician was able to properly reinstall TD and informed me that the upgrade doesn't work and I can buy the ultimate package after my existing service is over.

I have installed Total Defense (T-D) on several computers. The install is simple and the T-D experience from start to finish was seamless. T-D just works, I just 'ignore' it' and it does its job, which in my book is pretty much perfect. Simply a great product, get it, you will be pleased.

Call Friday at about 6 pm, and a representative very friendly and suggested a quick way to send a copy of a document that was required to request a rebate. Today I received a wire mail confirming the shipment in several weeks of check. My computer is protected by full defense.

I just got off the phone with Daniel in CS, I gave him a brief story about a scam incident that occurred on 02/17/19 on my computer. Daniel was very professional, polite, helpful and listened to all my concerns. He answered all my questions that I had concerning my computers integrity and the scam incident. Please ensure Daniel's manager is informed of this, You very rarely get this type of professionalism any more in customer service. Give him a raise! I recommend very highly Total Defense to everyone.
