    Intuit has really caused me a lot of stress. They opened an account and were suppose to close it but for over a year they are unable to close this fraudulent account. They charge our bank account every month. Every month I am spending 1.50 hrs or more trying to get this account closed and get our money back. Really has gone on way too long. How many people get charged and never notice. I am so tired of dealing with this.

    We had a data breach from QuickBooks. They pulled 2k a day from our business account, we had to cancel bank account due to their fraud and now they want to charge us stop payment fees too on 4 dollars due to their breach.

      I have used QuickBooks for over 20 years. When it works it is great. Unfortunately, if you have a problem, it is the worst. Even simple problems can take 4 or more hours of inexperienced agents on a support phone call. The Support is horrible at best! One time I spent over 40 hours getting a problem resolved. Every time I called about a problem, the agent says "can I put you on hold for 3-5 minutes while I check my resources". This means they don't know what to do. I have to keep calling back until I get lucky and actually get someone that knows what they are doing. Today I was on the phone for over 4 hours to support only to be told to send them a message through the "help>send feedback>bug report. I have sent messages this way before and have never had a response. I would suggest staying away from QuickBooks.

      OBJECTION to Mandatory Auto File & Pay Requirement – QB ONLINE. I am writing to formally object to the recent change requiring businesses to enroll in automatic tax filing and payment through QuickBooks. This decision is UNACCEPTALBE!!!! As a business owner, the responsibility and authority to determine how and when taxes are filed and paid should rest entirely with me—not be dictated by your platform. THIS IS MESSING WITH THE CASH FLOW OF MY SMALL BUSINESS!!!!

      I have had nothing but problems dealing with Intuit and Quickbooks! I strongly suggest to avoid this program. Worst program I have to deal with.

      My account on the platform is fundamentally broken. The account spontaneously moves transactions around and creates new accounts in my chart of accounts. We can't process payroll, reconcile our books or basically function. We are being held hostage by the platform and the problem is that ticket resolution doesn't happen. They "escalate to the development team" which then does nothing. I have tickets that have been open for weeks and months - no help, no resolution, nothing. I even pay for their "Live Experts" service - they are also unable to do anything because of how broken the account it. If you can avoid this platform, avoid it.

      Beware of a terrible customer service when you are about to sign up for QuickBooks Payroll service. The word "service" is not in Intuit's vocabulary and customer service is especially a non-starter with this organization.

      UGGGGG!! I would give a zero but I do like some of the features to QB for small business. Today I am questioning if that is even worth the absolute nightmare of the last few days in trying to deal with something on our account. Do the online agents have ANY training? Do the online agents even work for QB or are they something like a rent an office space by the day?? I have spent countless hours online and on the phone trying to rectify something and truly think that I have a bald patch!! The customer service, AKA Help, AKA Support is absolutely atrocious! 17 online agents in two days, no word of a lie...I repeat, 17 AGENTS IN TWO DAYS and not ONE of them could do anything for me. Oh and this is just online, I have also phoned a friend on this as well and they couldn't help me either! Girl, don't do it, it's not worth it...DO BETTER Quickbooks Canada, do better!

      Their underwriter misspelled my company name during the verify search. Could let find it in public record, so they froze my company account and transactions. No notification or phone call. This stopped our jobs in their tracks with no funds, as they were holding our deposits and payments. They have thrown off our job schedule. And we are now funding these jobs from our pockets to keep the company going till they release our money.

      I've been using Quickbooks since early 1980's. I always liked it. This Quickbooks online now is a piece of garbage. I don't really understand it. It seems I have to do more to get done what I need. Very hard for me to use. The price is also getting out of control. I am 82 years old and still running my business that we started in 1980. I don't understand why you have changed so much and for the worse. I do not have a receipt as I ordered online very recently thru Quickbooks. Do you furnish a tutorial for using this. I would appreciate one. I would not recommend it to anyone now. I always had Quickbooks and then Pro and wish I still did have it. But I understand they are not going to support it any longer coming soon. Not a very good way to treat a LONG TME customer. Would like to hear from you about why all the unnecessary changes.
