They were prompt at the store and the shipping was right on time. I like doing business with you guys. Set up was real easy as well. Prompt service when we needed to replace my daughter's iPhone because the speaker wasn't working. The new phone came the next day. After going thru the setup process with a representative on the phone, she was able to use it successfully.

Filing claim was easy, getting the phone not so much. It was put on backorder. I called week and a half later and got one drop shipped next day... seemed like I was forgotten. Shouldn't have had to call to ask where my phone was. Updating with emails or texts would have been nice.

The person that helped me was so patient and took me through every step to make sure my device was working properly and even called me back to make sure I was still okay because we had to disconnect because my WiFi was slow.

We had a great experience with Asurion. I received a replacement phone that was malfunctioning and Asurion sent out another replacement for my defect replacement. They definitely were easy to work with and understood the situation. Would definitely recommend them.

Just know that if you have the insurance to use it as it’s not as stressful as it is when your phone doesn’t work and it’s like “oh no”. They did an excellent job sending the replacement and returned envelope. It was really helpful and not stressful getting the replacement! I would recommend them.

The process was fairly simple! Found it was much easier from a laptop with a printer and not using a phone! Shipment was quick and early once process was complete. Would be easier if it was explained to use a laptop in the beginning.

My phone was stolen, I turned in my claim and received the phone 24 hours later. Everyone I spoke with was professional and very helpful. It was a stressful time and your staff was calm and helpful. I recommended your insurance to all my friends.

I had a cracked screen. It was replaced promptly and on time. Once it was replace it started not wanting to charge. I was then sent a new one, but when I received it my old phone started working so I sent the replacement back because mine was working fine.

I called the customer service line because my 65" sharp SMART television stop connecting to all the apps that come with the television. When I would go to the Netflix application for some reason, I was getting kicked out of the app. I called Netflix to troubleshoot with them m multiple times and they told me to call Sharp because it's the television not the app. So, I called Asurion, the warranty protection team and they told me they was going to send me a remote and NOTHING.
A month later, here I am, writing a horrible review and I never write reviews. So, I called 3 weeks later because I'm still having trouble with my television after speaking to customer service twice and NOTHING. I called again and Asurion customer service and spoke to a manager told me that they were going to send out a repair technician and the technician never called me after the 3 day deadline they told me. A week later, I called customer service again and my husband got so upset and frustrated that they finally gave us a claim number and the number and name of the repair team. This has been the worst experience I had ever with any type of warranty I had. Do NOT get warranty with team.

Customer service is always the great. They are always very quick with the shipping. Everything went smooth and quick. The person I spoke to listen to my details, asked me questions and about the problems and at the end understood everything and satisfied me in the very polite manner.

I would of liked my headphone replacement to have been Samsung instead of the cheap ones that were sent. Other than that I received my phone in a timely manner and was pleased with the customer service. All in all a pleasant experience.

Phone battery was swelling so got a replacement phone in quickly without hassle. New phone works great and got broken one returned. Glad I didn't have to just buy a new one. Everyone handled it fair and justly. I had no problems with the transfer. Was easy getting the help that I needed. I really am relieved to have my phone again. I do need one.

Unfortunately, we have had several claims with some of our phones. Asurion has always been quick in replacing them. Fast and easy setup and very convenient to mail back old device. I highly recommend them if you are an accident prone as we seem to be.

I have been trying to get a replacement for a damaged phone for 2 days now. I have been been given bad information after bad information. They wanted a signed affidavit & photo ID; which I immediately sent. Then they said “Oh, not that ID, we need the primary ID” so I sent that. Then they said, “Oh, we meant to say the affidavit needs to have a different signature.”
I send what they ask for only to be told, “Oh, we didn’t mean that we meant this”. So for 2 days I have been getting the run around by employees & people they are claiming to be supervisors. I have repeatedly told them that this is a business phone & the longer they keep giving me bad information the more money I lose. Their incompetence has cost me $1000 in only 2 days. Their employees apparently don’t know how to convey CORRECT AND COMPLETE information & their supervisors DON’T CARE that they have incompetent employees that are causing loss of income for their customers.

I love how fast and easy it was to claim with Asurion. My boyfriend have T-mobile and had to to jump through hoops to even put a claim. While all I did is sign in, provide a couple information, pay my deductible and got my phone within 2 days.

I was out of town and my son lost his telephone. Currently, I filled one of the security questions, and was told to submit additional information. The agent help me through this process. The phone was slurred two business days later to my son.

Only disappointment was that you did not have in stock the color that I wanted, so I had to settle for something else since I needed the phone quickly. Otherwise, both the front end (requesting the phone) and the back end (getting the new phone registered and connected thru your tech support) went well.

This was not a good experience. I’ve never had an issue before. The “new” replacement phone was not new. It was a recycled used phone. Came with a blocked caller from Atlanta on it. The phone itself is defective. Calls ceased to be able to be received or could calls be made. Keyboard ceased to function. ATT did its best to try and correct to no avail. We have returned SIM card to old phone and have turned off new phone. Will be returning it. If you have any questions please call **.

This was the easiest and fastest to file a claim and get our product. Would def recommend this service to anyone. Worth every penny that is paid. Have not had any problems with the replacements we have gotten. Put in a claim and got a replacement the next day, can't beat that.

From the time you file to when you actually get the phone is pretty quick! I love how now the deductible goes onto the bill instead of paying it before the service is done. It's Definitely worth the couple extra bucks a month for insurance!

Was fairly fast and easy process. I think phones should be delivered a little faster though. My SIM Card didn’t work that was sent and used my old one instead. Confirmation of receipt back seemed to take a long time too.

Great customer service. I filed my claim online and received my phone the next evening!! No problems at all! It was the easiest online claim I have ever done! I am glad we decided to take out the warranty on my daughter's phone. My daughter dropped hers and cracked the back glass! She only had to pay a 112 dollars and received a brand new phone!

Happy with the insurance. Not happy with time limit and the high deductible. Life gets in the way and the time limit puts some people in a bind. The deductible used to be 90 so dollars for smart devices now right at 200. Just my account alone pays in 648 dollars+ to the plan in a year and I believe we have only replaced 5 phones in 12 years and one of the devices we had to get a replacement for because it was a bad referb from Asurion.

I sent my extended warranty Walmart tv, which developed a grey screen on bottom half to these people 2 months ago and still don't have it back. I have contacted them twice by chat and was assured it would be dealt with immediately. That was two and three weeks ago, and there is still no tracking number. Avoid Asurion and save yourself a future headache.

You responded quickly. I found my "lost" phone 3 weeks later so now I have 2 phones just alike. Don't know what to do with it since all family & friends already have phones. I couldn't sent new phone back because I was very sick & unable to get out. The $ 149.00 I paid was very expensive, but a lesson learned. By the way my phone had slipped down in the back of chair.

I don't think that representatives on the phone know their job very well. We have been customers for many years and I was always please with the way how my family was treated. I had to file a claim for my child's lost cell phone. The first representative told me that model is no longer available and I can choose between other two upgraded models. I choose one of the offered ones. I received an email stating that the upgraded model will be shipped soon. In 3-5 businesses days I receive the model of the phone that my daughter lost. They found it in stocks and mail it to me. I decided to call and see why I received email about one model and got another one just to make sure it is not a mistake.
The second representative told me that it was a mistake, I should ship it back and wait for upgraded model. I ask if I can wait until I receive it and then ship it back. He said yes. Then I called 3rd time because the upgraded model didn't come in timely manner. All this time my child was without a phone. The 3rd representative told me that they will be able to ship the model I was promised first but then they put me on hold for 30 minutes and I couldn't wait till I get someone on the line. I called in today, spoke with 3 people, they all apologized for how unprofessional and incompetent their workers are but I should keep the model I received the first time. I am ok with that but in professional way and for the sake of the business reputation, in supervisor's place, I would admit the mistake of the people work for this company and try to keep my customers happy especially when you put your customers on hold for 10 days without a phone.

Technician was very knowledgeable. She was able to get the phone activated. I had trouble finding where to place the SIM card, but she made sure I was able to find the tray. I did not have my contacts backed up anywhere, but she made sure to look everywhere before she gave up on finding them.

This phone was not dropped or physically damaged. Somehow only the camera glass is shattered. I called 17 days after I received it, because I haven't had time to call. I explained to someone on the phone what was wrong and they apologized before I even finished. I said, "I didn't even tell you what is wrong yet." This happened the first week. Nothing they will do about it, want me to pay another deductible on a faulty phone. I've been paying into their fund for over 2 years. I am extremely disappointed.

It took a while to complete the switch over to new phone (4 hours), but it's because we have horrible cell service in our home. We also had to start over 3 times and delete. This was very stressful, but I felt at ease because the person helping me was so patient, kind, professional and compassionate. Overall it was a blessing to have worked with her and be able to stay calm and confident.

In submitting my initial claim the shipping address was incorrect and I was not able to edit or correct it. I had to call and speak with a representative who was unable to do anything and instructed me to contact FedEx to redirect the package however I was unable to. After repeatedly calling and speaking to different representatives I was assisted by asking to submit a copy of my photo ID and document. I was unable to submit the documents online or via fax but I was able to send them via email which was very helpful.

Was on the river and canoe tipped over lost everything. Was so grateful. I had the insurance as my phone was my only means of communication as I do not own a landline or a laptop computer at home. I purchased a replacement phone for my nephew which he had less than a month before the screen completely froze on him. Unfortunately, we had to purchase another phone instead of waiting to for Asurion to send us another piece of junk. Finally, I called in order to get a replacement only to be told I couldn’t because I voided the warranty and the defective phone is now my issue. After spending so much money on phones and insurance to receive sub-par customer service when it’s a mistake on their behalf was a big slap in the face... I refuse to utilize their services anymore especially after receiving not one but two defective devices from this company.

I’m paying for 3 phones insurance. On one of my phones the screen was broken. Instead of charging 29$ as needed they wanted to charge me 200$ for phone replacement because they don’t have screens at the moment!! After talking with 2 supervisors who avoided me for long, they gave me other option TO CALL them in a week or 2 to check if they received screens!!! Only Apple Care from now!!!!

At that time, your primary insurance would kick in and instead of paying full retail cost of a replacement device, you can receive a device for the deductible. The information on the website was not that easy to follow. Fortunately I have a Macbook Pro along with my iPhone 7 and I regularly back up to the Macbook. This allowed me to restore from a backup that morning. Nothing lost everything is there. The instructions on how to reset your old phone before you return were very clear and easy to follow.

I got my S10+ replaced through a claim. Yes it was prompt how fast I received my phone but the quality of my replacement was nowhere worth the replacement fee. I pay monthly and always keep my insurance fees paid but to get a Walmart quality phone, I am not keeping it anymore. I could have had it fixed with better quality products for that price. My screen is not crisp as it should be and it has a brown tint. The vividness is not good with the screen and the camera. I would highly recommend you save your hundreds of bucks and have your phone professionally fixed. The quality is not worth it and they will not send you a different one. If you just want to send a couple hundred bucks for a low grade refurbished phone, then you'll be okay.

I had a replacement iPhone XS sent to me by Asurion. The replacement was obviously a refurbished unit, the back panel never felt like it lined up properly. I was assured by their customer service, that their refurbished devices were up to Apple factory standards. Now, this last weekend, my replacement phone got splashed by the pool. As of the next day, there is condensation inside the camera lenses, and the screen is beginning to artifact. This is a phone that is supposed to be water resistant according to Apple, so this is obviously a defect caused by refurbishing the unit. ASURION WILL NOT WARRANTY THIS DEFECT. This is completely unacceptable that they would claim their phones are up to factory standards, and not warranty what wouldn't be a "factory" issue.

The phone arrived in the time promised. It looked to be well packaged and in great shape. After activating the phone and setting it up, I found that it has a sort of ringing or horn sound when I make a call. The noise goes away and isn't really an issue. However, the other issue is that I have to put it on speaker sometimes to be able to talk to the person I call. I realize that the phone is probably a used reconditioned phone and that is how business is done. I'm not unhappy with the phone, I would rather keep it than go through the activation and set up process again. The only negative thing I will say is that, I am still paying for a 700$ phone and it would seem fair that my insurance company would take that into account when they replace that phone with equivalent quality.

My Samsung 7 phone was recently damaged while I was out of the country. The phone is over 3 years old and the replacement cost was $150 which is an absolutely ridiculous deductible for such an old phone, in addition to the monthly insurance fees. I should have just purchased a brand new phone!

The phone arrived quickly once we resolved the issues. At some point in the last few years, and for no reason, Asurion changed my spouse's name in its database. Now there is a mismatch between AT&T's records (the real name) and Asurion's. This the second time we have made a claim and the issues was not resolved and we are still listed under the wrong name. This caused trouble with many hours of negotiation on the phone both times we made a claim.

I feel for the amount I pay monthly for the insurance on my phones the deductible is way to high. I looked on eBay and I can buy a refurbished iPhone for 200 dollars. I pay about 35 a month for coverage and had never used it and I had to pay 112 dollars for a refurbished pink phone. Not red like the one that was damaged.

It took 3 tries with 3 different agents to file a Claim, took 2 weeks to get filed, due to some complication that wasn't described to me. My job requires me to use my phone sometimes 24/7 and not being able to file a claim and

Starting my claim and receiving my replacement phone was much easier and faster than anticipated. I waited to process my claim since I thought it would be more time consuming. My daughter couldn’t login to turn off find my iPhone before we sent the damaged phone back and they gave me an extension. Overall very satisfied.

I was recently on business internationally, when my cell phone screen cracked. I called Asurion to find out what I could do. I was told by a representative that I could get my screen fixed at a local business then email the receipt to an email address they provided, along with a US address for reimbursement (minus a $29 deductible). I went ahead and got my screen fixed and emailed the receipt, but the email bounced. After spending over an hour on the phone and five transfers (including one back to my service provider, Verizon), I was told that international cracked screen repairs are no longer covered by Asurion. I was also told that it was my fault because the fine print in the insurance agreement that we signed when adding this insurance contained this information (I do not travel with such documentation). There was literally nothing anyone could do.
After talking with the Chief Executive Office and pleading my case for several minutes, I was transferred to an automated survey without as much as a "goodbye." I tried to keep my calm during this entire phone call experience (if they do record their calls, then they will see this is true). However, I am left wondering why I should have to pay the cost for the false information and erroneous instructions that were provided to me when I called in need of assistance. Apparently, nothing you hear from Asurion representatives over the phone can be trusted, so buyer beware. I have no satisfaction from my claim. Replacing the entire phone, which seems wasteful and would have taken a lot of extra time, would have cost me less than fixing my cracked screen.
I would appreciate a follow up with more than an explanation that the manager of the department that provided me false and costly information will pass on the correct information to their employees to prevent this in future. This action does nothing to help me now, and I have no way of knowing whether this action will even happen. I feel like an exception should have been made in my case (with full reimbursement) because I followed the directions for the claims process to a "t".

I had been upset before I walked into AT&T because of the horrible treatment I experienced at Apple. So, having this positive experience really meant a lot to me. Verizon made me file a claim because my iPhone 7+ screen was cracked when I went to trade in the iPhone. NOTHING else was wrong with the phone. I just wanted to update! Asurion sent me to have a new screen placed at uBreakiFix closest to my home. They apparently replaced my screen with an incompatible part, thus phone would not work! Took it back the very next day, as the store was closed. Asurion would not let them replace again. The store called Asurion, and they said they would be sending me a new iPhone 7+ Overnight. I received this USED phone that does NOT work! It will NOT download my apps from my iTunes account or cloud when I try to set it up.
I called Asurion. They had me reset network settings, then erase and reset the whole phone. Still not working. They said to reset phone and someone would call me in one hour! No return phone call. I've was on the phone with them or Verizon from 3-530 pm! I had to leave my home to go to a funeral. I tried calling them back. They keep transferring me to Verizon technical support. I have to Start ALL over with my issue with every new person, as it seems like it’s too much for them to actually read all the notes on my issue. Then they transfer back to Asurion. Now Asurion said they can't do anything until ONE more test is ran on phone where I have to hook it up to a computer to test iTunes from home!! I'm on the road to a funeral now! I was home for 2 1/2 hours and not instructed to do this until I get in my car!
My phone had a crack in the screen.... nothing else was wrong with it!!! I have received no help ALL week long!!! A week of frustration, and anger!! They had me so mad I was in tears!! So stupid! Just the runaround from Verizon and Asurion! And now I have a broken phone that I cannot conduct our business on!I finally told the guy how can I get a new phone? I am not home now to do this iTunes thing, and won’t be for a while. Y’all obviously sent me a broken refurbished phone. He told me I could go to the Verizon store and just outright purchase a new phone. He said he will send me another envelope to send this broken phone back to them and credit me my $30 deductible. That makes absolutely NO sense!!!!
I started with a working phone with a cracked screen!!! Now I’m supposed to send the broken phone back to them, and be left with nothing to trade in on my account?? This company is a scam artist!! I have paid insurance on ALL of our devices for years. This is the first time I’ve EVER filed a claim, and it’s only because Verizon told me I had to! I’m now looking at switching to apple care or ANYTHING besides ASURION!!!

I chatted with an agent and in 5 minutes, had a confirmation email for my new device. My brand new phone was in my hands, activated and set up within 24 hours---It was the easiest process ever! After being quoted $600 at the Apple Store for a replacement, knowing the deductible was less than half that amount---and added to my phone bill made it even better!

I am going to be honest, last year I filed a claim and it was not a good experience for a variety of reasons that I will not go into. This most recent one went off without a hitch, good customer service and quick response. Phone came within 2 days. I think you have made positive changes to your program however; I do not like the extra steps I have to take by filling out additional forms and sending a copy of my Drivers License to you. It is unnecessary as you have all of my information already. It is overkill and an annoyance for the customer.

I received great customer support. Submitted my claim over the phone and the customer service team answered quickly - and were very helpful. I had a little difficulty turning off the “find my phone” app because my phone didn’t work ... but they walked me through it. Received my replacement phone the following day. :)

Process was lengthy. Initially I was told they would not honor the contract because I did not have a valid address and there were no technicians in my area to assist. After they decided to bypass the address issue and they received my phone I was asked via email to call them. The service agent indicated that I was not authorized to speak on my account and could not explain the email. Interesting as I had already made at least two contacts because of the address issue. I was required to have Verizon confirm that I was the actual account holder. It seemed to me they were going out of their way to make fulfilling the contract as difficult as possible for me. The matter was only resolved after I demanded repayment of my contract or the repair of my phone.

We try to ask for information during this process that normally only the authorized account holder would know. This helps prevent fraudulent claims against your account and helps keep premiums from rising. The technician at At&t was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. He helped me file my claim. The claim was filed and processed quickly and efficiently. I was very satisfied with the whole process. I highly recommend it my family and friends. I also plan to renew my policy.

The repair person was late without any communication and when she showed up said she does not guarantee the screen change! So we had to go with changing the whole phone. I think there has to be some kind of guarantee with screen change.

I dropped my iPhone7, which sadly, holds my life! I filed a claim and was pleased to find that my new phone $149 would arrive two days later. Receiving the phone, I went about activating- how hard could that be? I spent two hours on the phone (landline) talking to the support Techs at Verizon, Apple and Asurion. Phone wouldn’t activate. Why? Because the software was so outdated. Attempted twice to update it via iTunes, both times failed. Two hours, 30 minutes, another call to Asurion. The answer? Some of the iPhone 7, model 1660, have defective motherboards! Why in the F would they not test them or simply pull them off the shelf. Complete waste of time and money!

Was told that I would get my phone within 24-48 business hours of filing my claim. They acknowledged receipt of my documents (documents they requested from me) on Saturday July 6, 2019. It is now Friday July 12, 2019 & I still haven't received my phone!!! They stated to me that within 24 hours of acknowledgement of my documents that they will get back to me with the next step towards getting my new phone (even though they said 48 hours in the acknowledgement email). The excuse they've given me is that my phone company hasn't fulfilled the steps that they're supposed to fulfill. I contacted my phone company (Freedom mobile of Canada) & they said there's no record of any correspondence from Asurion. A very frustrating experience dealing with this company. I definitely DO NOT recommend Asurion!!!
