    I cracked my screen so I scheduled a repair online and had a technician come out and repair my phone which went smoothly. The problem I experienced was that the screen cracked 3 days later while the phone was in a rubber case and without any drop or significant impact to it. I believe the screen replacement quality is sub-par and now I still have a cracked screen and can't trust that if I replaced it again that it will last. I would not recommend paying them a monthly fee and then a deductible for the quality of screen replacement you will get.

    Bought items from both Home Depot and Walmart not knowing Asurion was providing warranty for both items. For instance, I was under the impression the Home Depot offered their warranty because of the name, however didn't find out different until my 2 y/o washer stopped. Asurion would not cover warranty I paid for. Even filed with BBB. Don't waste your money with them. If you find they're behind your warranty, just ask for money back.

    Scheduled 1 week ago for simple screen repair. No one shows up. No call or explanation. Talked to Asurion customer support, and they have no contact with tech. Offer to reschedule 1 week later or drive 1 hr to one of their 3rd party repair shops. Poor service and even worse service recovery.

    So much emphasis is put on security and has to be but then why stumble on security? Why be so secure and safe and then blow it? I was told three times they can't (won't) send to PO boxes because of security measures so I had to use a false address to have my deliveries. Twice I came home to my RV which I live in at a lake to find my package on the step of my RV. In a campground. On a lake. But not in my PO box, that's insecure.

    My iPhone X's screen quit working and since I had insurance I figured I would be able to receive a replacement without any issues. Unfortunately, this company makes me provide 4 forms of identification through paper form and even faxed if you cannot scan as if it was 2003. Even an affidavit is required with my signature because the 3 forms of identification while logging were not suffice. Yes, the next day shipping of the phone sounds great but it's not till after I find a fax machine in the old town dump.

    Received a replacement device, it came quickly, as have all devices replaced in the past, the problem was the phone they sent. Refurbished piece of garbage. When I went to request Warranty which all replacement phones come with 90days they refused to warranty the phone. After 1 month of battling I was able to do an upgrade with Bell. When I did that Asurion canceled my claim, Would also like everyone to know that the refurbished phone sent has someone credit card address and named stored in it, so think long and hard before you send them back your phone.

    DO NOT BUY A PRODUCT PLAN THROUGH THIS COMPANY!! I bought the plan through Walmart when I bought my laptop. Now, not only am I never using Asurion again, I’m never buying electronics through walmart either if they’re offering this crap service. I wish I could give them zero stars. They’re completely ridiculous. My laptops LCD broke in June. I didn’t have a computer or internet or money to print a shipping label. I had to wait MONTHS for them to ship me one. Then I had to pay for the box and stuff to ship it in.

    When they finally sent my laptop back they forgot to include my charger. Then they ship me a different charger, not the charger I had sent them. It sure did fit in my laptops charger port but the voltage was so low my laptop gave me an error message that told me it wasn’t able to charge using that charger. So now I had to call them back AGAIN to tell them they need to send MY charger back or one that is going to have a high enough voltage (I supplied the information they needed). I’m STILL unable to use my laptop. It’s NOVEMBER. I submitted my work order in JUNE. I’m posting this review everywhere to warn people what they’re getting into.

    Filing the claim is like being interrogated for murder, constantly felt like they were accusing me not helping me. I was told 4 times I'd receive my replacement in 1 day. Their website states you'll receive your new device within 1 day of your claim being approved, don't believe it for one second. I'm waiting four days for my replacement. My email address was verified at least three different times by three different people. I did not receive a link. After a week I attempted to contact Asurion again.     Unless you can go without your phone for 2 weeks don't waste your money on a warranty. When I bought my phone I also purchased the extended warranty, I have had to use it in the past and always felt it was worth the extra money. I ended up having issues with the phone not staying charged so I filed a claim. I filed a claim online and received an email stating that a return label would be MAILED to me (I guess e-mailing a label would be too convenient) and that once the item was received, the new phone would be sent to me with 2-day shipping. It took a full week to receive the label, no big deal.

    In the past, once the package is scanned at UPS, it has been considered "received" and Asurion sends the new phone. However this time, that did not happen. I called Asurion to find out what was going on and found out my phone has been selected for a random check so not only do I have to wait the 5 days for it to actually arrive at the facility, it will also take them 3-5 business days to inspect it before they will send me my new phone. I will have to be without my phone for 2 weeks all while trying to juggle life with 5 kids, going to school, and my husband heading out of town.

    Overall experience was fine. My issue lies within the multi-step process. There was a lag between steps and it was a bit difficult to follow. My suggestion is to automate the process so that it is seamless (lessen the wait) and customers can see their progress as they complete each step ( I didn’t know if another step would be waiting after completing any steps). Once steps were completed, my new iPhone 11pro was delivered in excellent condition and a timely fashion, but it took me days to complete the multi-step process.
