Phone came fast. Making a claim was easy and fast. When I got it activation was very easy. I actually placed my order on a Thursday and received my phone on a Saturday. They let me know that my order was shipped.

We had an appointment for someone to call us and they were very prompt. We did have to call back because our phone was not working at the time, but when we did talk to someone they were very professional and countess. We had to call back two other times because we did not know that the phone was not charged and then we had to wait for it to do the uploads, but when that was all done it was a very good experience. I would recommend your service to anyone that is having trouble with their phone or gets a replacement and has to set up the new one you made it very nice. Thank You.

I am so pleased with how ATT has handled my problem. It wasn’t their fault that I got stuck with a huge bill but they not once treated me like it was. Their hands were tied with the way installment plans works but they were able to work out a payment plan without being rude and condescending like I’ve experienced with other companies.

We went to an At&t retailer and they contacted Asurion for us. We had a new phone delivered early the next morning along with clear instructions and a return box and shipping label. We couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Thank you for the prompt response.

My screen went dead one day while I was using it. Went to the store and they told me to file a insurance claim. Within a day and a half later a new S8 Active. The best phone I've ever owned. I have zero complaints.

Received my device within 48 hours, was quick and easy. Return was also super simple, came with box, bubble wrap, label, and it even came with tape for the return box. This was cool, this was great. Very pleased with how my claim was handled.

I was very pleased when I called Asurion. I was having trouble accessing Yahoo email on my new phone. After struggling and becoming more and more frustrated, I called Asurion and spoke to Mariah. She very nicely walked me through what needed to be done, and managed to fix the problem. Needless to say, I was thrilled, and I very much appreciated her knowledge and assistance. She was extremely patient and very nice.

Agent at the Paris AT&T store started and explained the process and we completed the online form later that day. The replacement phone arrived the next day. My son started the transfer of information to the new phone per instructions. Deleted the information off the old phone per instructions. All went well as explained. GREAT JOB! Thanks.

I called on a Friday for a phone replacement and everything went smoothly. A new phone was going to be overnighted and arrive on Saturday. However, the Asurion typed in the incorrect mailing address and the phone was not delivered on Saturday. I caught the error by calling UPS and they said they could redeliver the phone same day but Asurion would not cooperate. Needed to mail out another phone. This one would not arrive until Monday. They would not expedite the phone to arrive in the A.M. It is now 3:30 on Monday afternoon and I am still waiting for my phone. Horrible customer service. No attempt made to rectify THEIR MISTAKE.

I received my device the very next day. The guy was very helpful that helped me. I was not pleased with going into the AT & T store to have them help me and ended up having to go to home to finish the set up. Technically I was without a device for a day .

Excellent experience because I received my new phone the next day. Process was very easy to return my phone. I was provided a box, bubble wrap and tape... convenient. Support was very helpful, patient and pleasant with the setup of my new phones. Excellent experience that I hopefully won't have to go through again.

Buyer beware! I was sold this insurance plan when I got my iPhone. Told it covers cracked screens, loss, theft, damage. $29 to repair a screen. After paying my monthly premium for over a year, I needed to get a screen repair. Told there were no techs in my area so they can't repair it, but if I want to pay the higher deductible of $112 to replace the whole device, I can. Seriously? Any good customer service rep would've apologized for not having techs in my area (which is a major city, so why no techs in the area?) and then offered to send a new device for the price of the cracked screen. Instead, I spent an hour working my way up the chain of command of people who only know the word "no."
I have now written to the company's founder. Not holding my breath that I'll receive any resolution if the company's own customer service people are not given the authority to make good on promises to consumers. What a joke. Kevin Taweel - your company needs a much greater level of integrity. And Brinna, Brandon, and Myra (especially Myra) need to be sent to customer service training. What a joke. This is what's wrong with American business today. Totally lacking in integrity.

Recently, we added screen repair if your device is eligible. The availability of the technicians, time slots as well as parts will influence if your device is eligible. Updated on 01/26/2020: Continuing from my past post - I have yet to hear from any representative from the company. I finally got the copy of my phone purchase and went to upload the documents only to have the claim link expire!! So now I am on the phone yet AGAIN 76 minutes so far - and apparently someone needs to enter a NEW claim since the past documents went through the system generated review and were rejected... and all this following up on why my check was not mailed out LAST September... They SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED to do this to people!!!
Original Review: My first phone malfunctioned - summer 2019. Folks were excellent and replaced it with a rebuilt one that had the same issues - tested by Asurion's tech dept so not a user issue. Told me to go and replace my phone (buy a new one what a check would be processed). Well that was LAST September -- several phone calls later I am STILL jumping through hoops to get my money - today I was told they would process a check with the deductible which I have ALREADY paid - this is the same claim!! That is not right so 30 minutes later I was told ok I can get the full amount. Now I need a photo id of the account holder and a signed affidavit (of course it is different from the one I processed previously). As long as you just need a replacement and realize it is a re-built one you are golden - try to get $$ from them and you are up the creek!! Wish this was a better experience - AT&T is going to hear about this!!

Customer Service Representative was nice, courteous and knowledgeable about the process, and my claim was expedited immediately. I had no issues getting thru to customer service. I received my new phone within the week and everything I needed to return the damaged phone was in the box of my new phone. Rep answered all my questions and was very patient with me. Overall great experience.

Getting my phone replaced was super quick and easy. Took only a couple days because it was the weekend and they said my phone was out of stock. Super quick, easy, and efficient. The one thing I'd change is to make it easier to contact you without a phone, because when my phone was broken I couldn't find any online chat or anything to get a hold of you.

My wife had lost her phone and with much apprehension we contacted Asurion to file a claim thinking it would be denied and or the process would be long and hard to navigate. But was I ever wrong, it was one of the easiest processes and they make it simple and quick. 5 stars to Asurion - I would give them more but 5 stars is the highest you can give.

Brandon just got the new phone last Thursday which he needs for work. We got the screen protection but they had no more case for the back of the phone. He didn't have a chance to he has been working the phone got drop and back of the phone broke. Not happy because if the case was on we wouldn't have this problem. What do we do now needs this phone for work. He needs a new back cover.

Scam...they won't help you. Been paying $40 a month since 2018 and can't get a replacement. I've been through HELL!! Asurion will never ever receive my business. I was instructed multiple times by different reps on how to process my claim, that's the real fraud!

Asurion was understanding with not receiving the old device back immediately. They sent a return label when I requested one with no questions asked. The employee I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. The replacement device was sent immediately. The online process was easy and quick.

I opted for the coverage through Verizon who placed me in touch with Asurion to fill out a claim and receive a replacement phone. Asurion did not have the accurate address for me and therefore would not process the claim. I had to contact Verizon and have a three way call with Asurion to update their error. This had to happen 3 times before Asurion would process the claim. 5 days later, the claim is processed. The 29.00 deductible processed and all damaged described in detail both verbally and documented on their form.
Asurion set up an appointment for my phone to be fixed, upon arrival, the place denied the repair as they could not fix the issue. Day 6 Asurion then attempted to deny the claim all together. I had to call Verizon, conference in Asurion yet again and have a supervisor push to replace the device and finally have Asurion take the responsibility. It doesnt stop here... The replacement phone arrived in error and I am now 8 days without a cell phone. DONT BUY THE INSURANCE AND JUST PAY FOR THE REPAIR.

Asurion’s customer service was awesome! We received the phone in timely manner and the service rep quickly assisted in restarting the phone. The entire process was very easy during a point when we were very concerned about the safety of our daughter.

I cracked my screen and made a claim with Asurion (Verizon). They could either fix my screen for $30 or replace the phone for $250. Obviously 30 bucks is a better deal. I tried to schedule the repair and the first available tech was in 3-4 weeks. They only come to your house for repairs - No repair centers and I live 20 minutes from a major midwest city.
I then bit the bullet and paid the $250 for the "new (refurbished) iPhone". After I paid the money, I was then given the option to have my new phone hand delivered to me at my house the same day. (I submitted the order at 4pm and in an hour I have a person at my house). So... I get same day service for $250 but for $30 I have to wait 4 weeks for probably the same person to come out?? Feels like a scam. Next time I'll get Apple Care. And yes I did talk to an operator at Asurion. Lesson learned.

This is dependent on the availability of our technicians, time-slots, and parts. If the distance of a repair center is more than 20 miles from your destination, that location will not be available to you. The repair options are a secondary option while the primary use of your insurance is to receive a replacement. My only issue was that we opened the case on December 30th and was told that the device was out of stock but that they would substitute with a different one. A week went by and I had to call back to find out that the device did not ship because it was out of stock. The representative on the phone was very helpful and replaced the device with one in stock and we had it the next day.

Son dropped his phone and the screen cracked. The phone turned off. When turned it back on it had a green line down the middle. Called Asurion. Spoke to a very nice professional lady. She was very helpful. It was quick and easy fix. I have never had a problem with anyone from this company whenever I have had to deal with them.

Lost my phone on 1/07 and I called and tried to file a claim and the person who assisted me told me I needed to contact ATT & by the time I called Asurion back they were closed. I was phoneless for 3 days because of this. I definitely do not want to lose my phone again because I don’t want to deal with this company to be honest. It was a hassle. At least they replaced my phone.

Nice, easy service for my iPhone. My phone was cracked very badly and the technician was nice, knowledgeable and fixed my phone with ease. The technician came into my home, he looked and acted professionally. He cleaned up his area when finished and made sure it worked before leaving.

Originally I filed a claim to have my cracked screen fixed. While doing so, the technician damaged the back glass. Without any issues, my phone was replaced. The whole interaction was quick and painless, couldn’t complete my full order online as the device I needed replaced was not available in the color that I had. Quick fix called the 1800 number and was on my way; received my phone in two days, the only unexpected thing was that my phone was not replaced with a new item but an item that was remanufactured which I wasn’t specifically informed of. The phone was remanufactured by (Valutech). The reason why I know is because the phone has it written on bottom back ruining the aesthetic of the streamline design by Apple. I get what I paid for.

Initially I called and got transferred to a few different people. After being on the phone for 20 mins we got disconnected so I made no progress with my claim that day and was frustrated. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Tech came out to do a screen repair. Now we all know you enter what type of phone you have to even start a claim. Takes my phone out to his van for an hour. Brings it back exactly the same. He said he tried 2 different screens before he realized he didn't have the right parts. I called Asurion to try and reschedule and got hung up on twice. After being on the phone for over an hour, still no resolution. They are accusing me of lying that he did repair the phone. I am beyond disgusted with this company. Wasted over 2 hours now and still no solution. A customer care technician is supposed to call me tomorrow to try and resolve. I am NOT holding my breath.

Bought insurance for I-Phones via Sprint, they called it Sprint Complete, but we actually have to deal with Asurion for phone replacement/etc. We had Sprint Complete on all of our corporate I-Phones. One of our employees, my daughter, had her I-phone Xs stolen out of the company vehicle together with her purse including all of her personal documents on a holiday.
We promptly called Sprint and got transferred to Asurion to get the phone replaced. Asurion's staff sent an email to our corporate email on a holiday, as we were not at the office and did not have access to the email, they locked our account and required me to provide a sworn affidavit & proof of loss statement and a copy of my identification. As we were speaking to someone who was located around the world and my daughter's identification had just got stolen this was a very uncomfortable situation. Had the representative at Asurion been more versed in American English and holidays and their own policies, this could have been avoided. Moreover, I personally volunteered to go to the office and get the email, but the representative said there was no need.
Additionally, as Asurion did not like my daughter's mailing address, they were not able to ship to my daughter's address in another part of our state, therefore, she was going to have to drive back to get the replacement phone (a six hour round-trip). Finally, they accepted the claim, this took two days, I receive an email that says the claim is complete. I was advised that we would have the replacement phone the following business day. However, Asurion did not ship the phone, after another irritating call to them, they stated that the claim was not completed. I responded they even emailed me to say it was completed.
A week after being robbed, we receive a phone from Asurion, it was in an Asurion box and was obviously not new. I called back and spoke to someone and again requested a new I-phone Xs. The representative said that she would get that taken care of, the next day, we again received a phone that appears to be refurbished.
We have paid our monthly fees for the Sprint Complete that is administrated by Asurion and the deductible for the replacement phone and we have come to the conclusion that is a huge waste of money and time. Due to this situation, we have cancelled all of our insurance that was administrated by Asurion. We have bought a new phone from Apple and have received Apple Care from them. Please note, that I shorted the situation as I did not want to type more. All in all, Asurion has been aggravating and a waste of my time, energy, and money. If I could review them a 0, I would.

Phone was hot to touch, so went to repair store. Technician said battery was swollen and replaced it. A dangerous situation. I Called for claimed but said it was denied because I didn't call prior. I was paying $15/month for this plan. I have been an AT&T customer for 30 years. Probably no more.

Asurion has always been incredibly easy to work with if we had to file a claim. I received a tracking number right away and I also received confirmation when my damaged phone was received. The only downside to the process was UPS. It took nearly 3 days for my phone to be delivered.

I was skeptical about using Asurion since the previous experience was not great. However, getting a replacement phone, moving data to the new phone and returning the damaged phone was a mostly painless experience. The return of the damaged device is through the post office using a dropbox. Maybe one day Asurion can use UPS or Fedex for people that work for a living and do not keep post office hours.

I purchased the extra protection on a computer from Asurion. This is their main headquarters. I sent it out November 24th to get fixed. Received back 3 weeks later more broken than it was sent to them. Had to send it back out to them to get fixed. Now January 7 and still they sent me the computer back in the same condition. Called again now I have to send it back 3rd time. This is unacceptable.

I had problems with my cell phone and had completely forgotten that I had insurance on it. When I remembered, it was late at night and the offices were closed. There was however, the option to file a claim online and the experience was as smooth as butter. I did not have to call or follow-up once I filed my claim online. Your Company require too much information. When dealing with your customers especially those of age. Each rep that you speak to have a different question and a different response. EX. I spoke to three different reps. I was asked about my secured telephone that was given when my iPhone was set up. The first agent the number ended in 42, the Second rep the number ended in 99, and the third rep I don remember. This to me is inaccurate information and confusing when you are simply trying to get your phone working. I was told that I had to have the "find my iPhone" feature off prior to sending the phone into you. It took three days to get the feature turned off. There should be a way to simplify your process.

Quick replacement of equipment... In all of our year of having this insurance never used. All of a sudden we have had to use it 2 times in the last 3 months. Both times it has been great. Fast service done online.

Submitted a claim for a device that is no longer available and was sent the most recent. However, I think there might be an issue with the replacement. We’ll see what happens. Otherwise will have to call to replace the warranty replacement.

The phone came NEXT DAY!!! The lady made it really easy to set up my phone. I wish they came with headphones but a charger will do. Just really excited about my new phone on top of not having to put money down. Just have it added to my bill!!

My cellphone damage claim was handled very quickly and efficiently. I was offered the option of repairing the phone without any guarantee that it would be waterproof or replacing the phone altogether. I chose to replace it and I received it in a day and a half because of a weekend. I called in to get help setting up my phone and transferring my settings and information. It took about 40 minutes and everything worked great afterward. The only thing I had to do was go in and log in with my passwords on each account. I highly recommend using Asurion as your cellphone insurance carrier, they are the best in helping you get up and running again.

Felt like I received the runaround initially, as I was referred a couple of times. Felt the online system was a little awkward at first, as it didn’t include all options, so I had to call and speak to a person. Afterward, everything was quick and easy and replacement phone arrived quickly. I like that the old phone was disabled and phone information provided to other carriers. That’s a good deal! Quick and easy, did the whole process at work. Took less than 10 minutes. Phone came very quick, I think 2 days. Easy instructions, no hassle. The worst part was remembering all your password to set your apps back up.

I bought a Bisell vacuum like 2 years ago. After 4 months the machine stopped working. I called Asurion and the person responding told me to cut the power cable and send the complaint to the manufacturer which I thought was absurd. Nevertheless I did and months passed by but none of my calls were replied. Why should I call the manufacturer in the first place? Why wouldn't they take care of the problem? I'm writing just now because without noticing I bought a pressure cooker a few days ago and inadvertently bought the Asurion insurance. Hope the same problem that happened to me before does not resurface.

Quick response and easy return of damaged Apple 4 watch. The $149 deductible is way too high. Just bought the watch. Dropped it and shattered the glass. Then had to pay more $ to have it replaced which made it an outrageous amount to pay for a watch. They replaced it with the latest version, Apple 5, which was nice.

New phone was received within 48 hours (good). Phone cost me $125.. I know other people who got replacement phone for free (not good). My old phone (which I have to send back) is currently with data recovery company in CO.. they say it will take them 4-6 weeks before they send it back to me. How do I handle replacement?? Advise please.. can I was it till I get it back and not be charged for new (refurbished) phone??

Utilized insurance for replacing a damaged phone. Extremely easy and great customer service. Replacement was received quickly. I had to call to get assistance with activating the phone and the agents were very helpful. The return process was easy as well. The box and label were provided along with tracking information.

The latest news is that they will not replace the replacement device. They sent me a replacement I cannot use because it is not registered to my mobile carrier. My mobile carrier contacted them on my behalf and told them they cannot unlock the replacement phone as they are getting an error message. They informed my mobile carrier that they will not replace the phone. You sent me a device I cannot even use. Previously they denied replacing the phone because they said it hadn't been used, foolishness since it is my only phone and I use it constantly. With three affidavits and, hours on hold and on the phone this has been nothing but a hassle.
