Thank you for your superior service. The process to order and receive a new phone was extremely easy. And the new phone arrived within 24 hours. The process to return my old phone was made very simple because of the return packing box. Great job!

I would not leave a review this bad unless it was crucial. After 10 years of paying for Asurion insurance for four phones (regretting that now) we utilized it to replace my daughter's phone. She was heading out of country. We got the phone the day she left. She activated the phone, got on the plane and at her first stop realized the phone emitted a shock every time she made a call. Ridiculous waste of our money, dangerous equipment delivered To my daughter, and now she is out of country without a phone!!!

I would most definitely encourage all of my friends and family to get the insurance that you guys offer on their phone plan, fast, Easy, Smooth. My Brother and my sister both say they are more then happy about how fast you guys ship out an how easy the process is . Love you guys over ATT pro tech. I called on a Monday late afternoon, to order a replacement phone for a Samsung Galaxy S8 Active that I lost. I was told that I would receive a S9 Active. I had fast & prompt delivery. But when I received my replacement it was a S9 not what I had been told. I called to ask why & make sure that I had the correct product. Then I proceed to used the online chat to activate the replacement phone & everything was supposed to be set & it wasn't. I had to call Asurion back & have them activate it correctly. Everything is working correctly now. Other than these two issues, I have not had any problem from this company.

Service was good. Had all my contacts, pictures and emails transferred to my new cell phone. Serviceman was very efficient and knowledgable. Appreciate that he was able to transfer everything over to my new cell phone. Service person was very professional, courteous and friendly.

I wish I would have called sooner to straightened out my abnormal large Bills. I think that updating the online site should be a priority. I've paid the balance on there for a year and I hope to get credited the overpayments.

Very good service. Phone came fast in the mail. New phone is in great condition. Switching over some things took time but not to bad. Operator on the phone was good. I could understand her. I thought the amount I had to pay was high.

Fantastic customer service! Super easy to work with and answered all of my questions. Extremely fast shipping. We opted for a replacement because my daughter’s phone was dented and the camera lens had a crack. Replacement device is brand-new, exact same phone. Very satisfied!

Very fast and very fair for a claim. Not sure I could live without the insurance as my wife has used it two times now. I have also used it two times as well. The camera lens broke, and the battery was failing as well. Thanks for the quick shipping!

I filed a claim and it was approved. They said my replacement would be here within 3 or so days. A week went by and I never heard anything. I checked on my account and it said canceled. No one ever called me or told me or was going to. I had to call them and confirm, "Hey yeah I'd like a phone because mine is broken and I pay you every month."

We did a replacement for my son’s lost phone. We were having trouble getting it to make/receive calls. It took three calls before I finally got Olivia, who was the most helpful in resolving our problem. She was very kind and patient. Thank you Olivia!

AMAZING service if you CALL DIRECTLY! Fast, accurate and polite. Phone came. Turned it on. All my stuff started copying to the new phone like magic! Couldn’t believe how EASY that was! They even made the return dummy-proof. I simply handed the box to my mail carrier and it was done. Don’t even bother with the online method because it’s too confusing and you will be rejected. That’s the reason for only 4 stars.

Courteous and fast, overnight shipping and clear instructions to set it up. Process of filing the claim was self explanatory and a quick response. Asurion provided an envelope to return the damaged phone to them. I have used Asurion in the past and will continue to protect my phones with them.

Phone was stolen and Asurion replaced it within 2 days. This was only 2 months after the last phone was damaged and replaced. The deductible was $200, but that was better than having to buy a new phone. The high price of phones nearly demands that you need to buy insurance. The same goes for health care and health insurance. It's a scheme between the insurers and the providers of the phones. High priced phones drive people to buy the insurance plan, it's a win-win for both of them.

Great experience with the company. Didn’t expect to pay so much of a deductible. Hopefully in the future you guys can find a way to keep that cost down as I already pay a monthly charge to have the peace of mind to know if anything happen my phone is protected.

I was very happy with my experience. My daughter's phone screen was cracked. Asurion had it repaired for my agreed on fee, but the phone stopped working less than a day later. Asurion replaced the phone with a brand new one at no cost to me.

The replacement was quick, smooth, and very little effort on my part. Only disappointment was I had to go to a smaller replacement watch. I was used to the 42mm and had to go to a 40mm, but it is a very nice watch nonetheless. I was glad I carried the insurance coverage.

I broke my phone late on a Tuesday night. I went to Verizon the next morning who referred me to Asurion once I found out I had an insurance plan on the phone. I submitted an online claim with them WHILE on the phone with a Customer Service rep for Asurion. I am then initially told that I will receive my replacement phone on the same day Wednesday night between 5-7pm. I first thought this is too good to be true and WOW was I right. At 645pm I receive a call from what I imagine to be an Asurion warehouse/shipping department as they tell me they do not have my iPhone in stock and will have one out to me Tomorrow, (Thursday) at some time before 7pm and that I have to sign for the package.
I stay home all day on Thursday waiting for said package, trying to track it on their website which just refers me to re-submit my claim as if I didnt do all of it the day before and was told by the Customer Service rep that everything went through and everything was fine. 7pm has come and gone only for me to find out that the claim WAS NOT entirely submitted properly even though I was told otherwise. So the first rep I spoke to had given me wrong information, and the second one told me a payment has yet to be processed (a charge of ZERO DOLLARS had to be authorized???). It wasnt until the third Customer Service rep I spoke to that FINALLY gave me clearance that all the claims were submitted and my new phone is "on the way".
I am now supposed to receive my phone at some point tomorrow, (Friday) as opposed to the original time (Wednesday Night). This entire process has been very frustrating and I put multiple things on hold to wait for this phone to supposedly arrive today. I will be sure to cancel not only my Asurion plan but my Verizon plan as well as soon as I receive my replacement phone, (if I even do).

I dropped my phone in water, and destroyed it. Verizon reminded me I had insurance on it, and gave me the details of starting a claim. Within 2 days, I had a new phone. It came with reminders of all the apps I had on the one I dropped. It was great! Thanks ever so much!

I successfully filed a claim with Asurion for a replacement of my iPad Pro. I paid the deductible and was notified that delivery of the item was scheduled for the next business day (2/10). Later on 2/10, I receive a notification that the shipment is delayed. However, there is no tracking information. I contact Asurion via chat and engage four different times until I am advised to call another number for resolution. The solution is to either purchase the device and submit a claim for reimbursement or wait for the company to issue me a check. Both options require seven to ten business days to process. Not once, during any of these conversations, am I informed that the item is not in stock. I was told that a call was made to the fulfillment department and research was being done. I was also able to confirm that my account was debited on 2/9/2020 for the deductible.
I shared that I was traveling and needed my device prior to leaving. So four days later, it is finally shared that the company does not have the item in inventory. Sprint upsells this insurance whenever a device is purchased. Specifically in my case, insurance can be purchased via Apple. This is sold as product service to maintain continuity of use with your device. Unfortunately, in this case, not only has the vendor failed to provide that service, they did not fully disclose why they were unable to honor their commitment.

I had an issue with my phone where the speaker quit working. I was in and out of the ATT store with my replacement ordered in less than 30 minutes. What a great experience! Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to use the ATT store at Juban Crossing!

They must have a better customer service. Claims should be made in person with an agent who gave you explanations or solutions. I made the claim online and the page is not efficient. At the end I did not use the equipment that they sent.

We are pleased with the process (prompt service) when replacing a damage or lost phone. I do feel as though the deductible has become a bit too step at close to $200. I would think that business from Asurion would grow (monthly payments) represented by multiple new customers if the deductible were lower. Otherwise, I'm glad to have our devices covered by insurance. Thank you.

One problem at first is the lady said my find my iPhone wasn’t turned off but it was indeed turned off she just couldn’t see it on her side yet... The Asurion agents were great on the phone and in the store while repairing my screen. My camera and speaker stopped working after the replacement and the agent got me all set up to get a replacement phone right away. Within a few days I had a new phone and was back on my merry way.

Online was a joke. Went to the local AT&T store. They did what the are allowed to do. Helpful. By telephone the person screwed up another family members phone while trying to activate my phone. What a mess. Went to local store. They put in a new card and all was good.

My husband's phone was severely damaged by a tractor tire, but thank goodness it is insured. I called Asurion and they made my claim process effortless. Had a replacement phone in a few days, sent the damaged one back in the enclosed packaging. Their support team was quite helpful in getting the new phone up and running! The three different people I talked with were so considerate and understanding. It took 3 calls to get my last phone replaced because of my failure. We had lost our phone and contacted Asurion. They immediately sent a replacement by the next day. I was told that I would receive email notification when the phone arrives. I did get my message but no one came with the package. I called UPS and was told it was delivered to my address. I explained that I was home all day waiting. They told me to look under the welcome mat or around the house outside. They would not listen to me that I waited for someone to come to the door. I called Asurion again and told them what happened. They immediately sent another replacement.
A couple hours later, a lady from another street delivered my package said someone delivered my package to their address. I called Asurion back to stop delivery on the second replacement. They called the warehouse and that item had already been packaged and shipped out of their warehouse. I told them that they were too fast and too efficient. I asked what I was to do when that package arrives and I was told to just refuse it. Needless to say, UPS again delivered the second package to the other street again. Again, the lady delivered the package and I took the package to a UPS store for return. Thank you so much Asurion for your fast response on helping out a customer. Many many thanks.

The process was easy to follow, and my new phone came very quickly. The 2nd rep that helped me was awesome. The 1st rep put me on long hold 3 or 4 times, the last time I lost the connection and she didn't call back. I was offered, and I selected, a Galaxy 8 Active, but they sent a S7 Edge. I'm fine with it, but they should have sent the one I picked. Overall the process worked well though. Easy set up instructions, and a ready to go return box for the old phone.

Let me start with the bad first...You NEVER SHOW UP FOR A REPAIR... THEN ON THE RESCHEDULED VISITS THOSE APPTS POOF VANISH. So then you replace the device. Skip the crap next time. That's 4 times out of 4 repair visits that happened the same way. Device replacement was a snap. If you didnt want to repair in the first place, then don't offer. I hate BS. And unfortunately I give you an F for that... 0 out of 5. Device replacement... 5 out of 5. If it happens again... Strike 3 and you are out!!! So will AT&T.

The whole process was seamless. My new phone arrived within 24hrs. Way better than my experience with Sprint's service. Set up was a breeze and the agent was very patient with me. The only part of the return process that was a pain was USPS not picking up my package even though it was scheduled.

Very easy to get a replacement phone. Was delivered at my house within twenty four hours. The only issue I had was trying to get it to work. So I had to go into a local AT&T store and get a new SIM card.

After being told by AT&T to go to the Apple store across town with a sick toddler only to be told they cant fix it to go back to the AT&T store and then they told me to call to get replacement I was happy. It had been a long day at that point without a phone to reach my hubby out of town or even use my phone gps to get to where they were sending me. The entire process of getting my replacement phone set up was super fast & easy. The gentleman that activated it was very friendly. I’ve never done a transfer this easy before! The sim cards we received were for the wrong number. ** is the correct number for the phone that had the issues. Not the number you sent the sim card for. Thanks for making the setup process a little more difficult than necessary. At least the phone works.

The representatives were a great help to me in getting the new phone but I still have not got an answer on my old galaxy s5 phone. I want to keep it, it has pictures and other information personal to me. From Asurion I was pass to ATT and then back again to Asurion from ATT and my call was drop more than once in the transfer so I keep calling back. Each of you claim the other is responsible for the phone return. To me Samsung does not support the galaxy s5 with parts or exchanges. Can I keep my phone and not pay any processing fee... Thank you.

In order to avoid the non-return fee, the device will need to be sent back in. I received my replacement very quickly, I wasn't able to fully transfer all my content from previous phone for several days, though, after receipt, due to the condition of it. But when I contacted Asurion to explain my situation, they were very understanding and extended the timeline for return of old item. I began a claim on the Asurion website for my google pixel which stopped charging and burning smell came from both phone and charger when plugged in. I submitted my claim on the 4th of this month and have not heard back from the company in two days other than one automatic email with my claim number, okay. Now I have tried to track my claim on the website but I am only able to make a new claim. I do not want to make a new claim and use up TWO insurance claims on my Verizon account for one incident.
Also- when I fill out the information when attempting to look up my FIRST claim a NEW claim number appears and the claim states that I have a cracked or chipped device -BUT- I never chose that option, instead I chose charging port damage option. I am very frustrated because I am with out a phone and even more frustrating is that I stay at home with my baby and have NO WAY of contacting someone in the case of an emergency. I do not know what I can do to continue with my FIRST claim I submitted.

I lost my device on February 4th 2020 around 6pm. I immediately contacted Asurion and spoke to an agent Who sent Me an email with a link that I used to download documents that I had to sign and upload to their website. The process was inconvenient But everything seemed to had worked out ok. I received a new device on February 5th around 7 p.m. After setting up the device, I noticed that the Bluetooth, The Bluetooth tethering and Wi-Fi tethering feature of the phone did not work properly. Also I had problems hearing my callers And they had problems hearing me. I reset the phone and spent an entire day waiting to receive a software update Before calling Asurion and reporting that the device was malfunctioning.
At this point I was told that another device would be sent out to me immediately And it's simply use my card information That they had on record in case the old device was not sent back, I agreed. And a new phone was sent out to me that night and received by me the very next day. As I open the box For the second device I noticed that it included accessories the the first devise did did not. There was a case, a charger, headphone and a few other things, I really appreciated the extra accessories But on examining the device itself, I noticed that it was very flawed. On the back you can see that the manufacturer's data was sanded off. It was ugly and unprofessional, There was also a slight Gap Between the metal ring that goes around the phone And its glass seal.
I contacted Asurion to report the condition of the device and expected to receive a replacement, I was told that because they had sent me two defective devices I would have to wait. Until at least one of the devices with shipped back before I can receive another. Naturally, I was upset because I didn't think it was right that I was being penalized for their lack of quality control. I asked to speak to a manager who told me that I can speed up the process by taking the phone inside of a post office. And that way they'll have the information that it had been shipped and they would be able to send one out immediately. I left work for about 40 minutes And took a $8 Uber to the post office. Walked inside. Shipped the device then got back on another Uber this time for over $12. On the way back to work. I called Asurion to let them know that I had shipped The device and had a tracking number and a receipt.
The customer service representative been informed me That it would take them about 24 hours To see that the package was on its way. And at that point I have to call again And explain my situation before they would send me hopefully a phone that works. I explained to the representative that I was told by a manager that if I went to a post office walked inside and ship the device that they would be able to see that information And send me a new device immediately. Anyway, she explained to me that that is not the way it works and their system will not update for at least 24 hours. So here I am left without a choice but to wait. I remember a time when replacing a device Was fast, friendly And efficient, when Asurion seemed to appreciate your time & business. But unfortunately, this is what happens When companies are allowed to grow without competition.

I have to wait 5 days for the delivery. But, AT&T webpage said it will be on 1-2 days. Then, the activation was somewhat difficult. Actually, we need to communicate with customer service for 2 days to complete the procedure. Our AT&T passcode didn't work anytime. I guess, it should be improved.

DO NOT SEND YOUR PHONE IN. I bought a brand new Pixel 4. Unfortunately, 2 days later I lightly dropped it and the screen cracked. It was a minor crack and normally I would have been fine with it, but Verizon said "Asurion is easy to use and will come right to your door to fix the screen." Since it was a new phone I thought I might as well have it fixed. Asurion did not have options to repair screens in my area and recommended I send the phone in.
Upon receiving my phone they charged by $199 instead of $29 stating that the phone wouldn't turn on. This is absolutely FALSE. The phone was completely operational and the only damage was a small crack. I spent 2+ hours on the phone with Asurion only for them to do nothing about the issue. In addition, by the time they bill you, your phone has been torn apart for parts so they can't demonstrate in any capacity what the issue was. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. I'm so disappointed. I never would have sent the phone in if I had known what a terrible experience and scam this would be.

One was screen replacement, tech running behind so another called and came out. Very quick and professional. Second was on an android but phone had to be replaced. Customer service was confused about the cases for the phones. When I originally called they asked if I wanted the case and I said yes. Then when I called to make payments they said they dont come with a case and if they did they would be cheap ones. I never received the cases.

Fast,easy and convenient. Received new phone in 2 days.. Claim was easy to fill out on line. No questions asked, filled out claim application Thursday night, received new phone Saturday morning. Pre addressed package to mail broken phone back. So glad I had the insurance.

Very pleased with the customer service received by the Asurion reps when we reached out for a replacement device. We had a slight issue in getting our claim processed online so we called to complete the claims process on the phone. Phone was dropped at the gym after a long day at work and a "relaxing workout." After a false start (my fault), everything went well. The replacement phone arrived on time, and the process to get the information and apps moved to the replacement phone went more quickly than anticipated. Altogether about 2.5 hours start to finish. The insurance coverage certainly saves a lot of aggravation if the protective case fails on the job.

Received replacement phone very promptly with excellent instructions to activate new phone and how to remove all personal info from damaged phone. Also had a phone number to call with any issues. I am glad that I pay for the insurance monthly, now.

My Apple ID was under a different email which I hadn't used in years. But this caused many issues. So to download from iCloud to new phone and to delete information from old phone we had to go to go to my computer and open iTunes to complete the process.

The service was fast, no hassle and got me a new replacement overnight. The great folks at the local Ithaca AT&T store helped me with the claim and follow up —seemed as though everyone was on the same team — mine. Can’t think of a single thing to criticize it was that good.

I have been going through hell trying to get my replacement phone set up. I spent hours last Thursday trying to get set up. Asurion sent me to Apple then got nowhere. I called today and FELICIA got all problems remedied. I was staying in line to do a survey but the phone disconnected, she said she was forwarding my call to survey. But it went dead.

I've had Verizon for more than 10 years. It's the only provider I've experienced. Verizon provides excellent service to more than 10 or more of my family members ranging in age from 14-71. I'll hang on to you for 10 more years! It's obvious the company is doing well!

Asurion handled my case with such ease. They cut right to "the chase" and resolved my issue within 2 or 3 minutes. I had my new phone the very next day. Really excellent service with a very well-trained staff. The particular agent that helped me seemed to love what she was doing. She was intelligent, charming and compassionate. Asurion first sent me a replacement phone that was a downgrade from the phone I had Insured, then after asking them to fix that issue they did everything possible to frustrate my attempt to resolve my case. I finally had to drive to an AT&T store to get the staff there to call Asurion on my behalf at which point I got a whole different story from Asurion. All in all, I would consider this par for the course for insurance company behavior but I still may bring this up to the Department of Consumer Affairs.

Waiting 9 days because carrier or system didn’t want to deliver to my resident because of the business downstairs. I’m not sure but they made me supply a different address which was a family member to receive my package. Another than that, everything else was fine.

My Verizon store gave me a guide book on steps. Then Asurion's online steps were pretty easy. I called them first. My replacement got to me quick and I knew how to transfer data. A paid envelope came and I mailed my broken phone back. My replacement phone is working great.

Quick turnaround on getting another phone. Customer service was friendly. I was on vacation in Florida, but they couldn't deliver next day to Ft Myers Beach so phone was sent to Indiana where I picked it up when I returned from vacation.

The protection plan I paid good money for is supposed to cover 50% of the cost of replacement parts, including the water filters. I CANNOT get Asurion to reimburse me. Even when I call Home Depot, they said I should be getting reimbursed, but Asurion just ignores me and refuses to give me my reimbursement. DO NOT BUY A PROTECTION PLAN THAT USES ASURION. They will not even acknowledge your existence. They're scammers.
