    When trying to file a claim for Verizon when my phone malfunctioned, I completed through step 2 and it asked me if I want to register the device. I click, "Yes," and it brings me to a screen with no option to move forward. There is no, "Next," "Continue," or "Okay," button. No button at all on the screen. I cannot continue to file my claim. Very disappointed.

    Got sent a refurbished device twice before getting my full refund back on my device. Was so disappointed in getting 2 refurbished devices after being assured I would get a brand new, as well shipment was assured to be there in 24 hours, didn’t arrive until 72 hours later. Completely disappointed with Asurion, and I sell asurion logistics in my metro by T-Mobile stores as a third party insurance provider Myself. I don’t know how I feel selling this product in my locations any longer.

    I took off my screensaver and was going to put a new one on right away and dropped my phone while it was off. Ugh!! The screen not only cracked but the edges were sharp so I couldn't even touch it without getting my finger cut. I called Asurion and was sent a better phone right away (mine has been discontinued).     You pay for insurance to help alleviate costs if the unexpected occurs. Asurion charges you monthly fees for insurance and then as much as they can if you happen to need their services. $80 for screen replacement that voids the water resistant guarantee of phones then $200 for a replacement phone (if you're lucky), but it is refurbished and doesn't work so you have to play phone tag to get a working device. After two phones that don't work you can no longer request a refund and must continue to play this game until you get a "working" phone. Impossible to work with and completely unapologetic in their work. I am cancelling my insurance and would honestly rather deal with getting a new phone than deal with their nonsense.

    I honestly am amazed at how quickly my claim went through and how fast I received my replacement phone. The claim process was super easy to get through. My new phone was delivered the next day!     I have an iPhone 7 plus I bought over 3 years ago in almost new condition. I purchased the insurance plan to cover the battery. I use to go day or two without charging the battery. Now I have to charge it two or three times a day. I spent almost an hour on the phone with a claims agent and they determined I did not qualify for battery replacement by the policy. But they will replace my phone for $200 (deductible). Two plus 2 does not equal 4. It is cheaper to replace the battery. I do not want to replace the phone. What is wrong with this picture. I looking into another Wireless phone insurance plan.

    Terrible program!! The motherboard went out on my phone, so the AT&T store worker submitted a claim on my behalf. While I received email confirmation that the claim had successfully been submitted, there was no follow up msg regarding shipping. The next day when I called Asurion, I learned that the claim had been cancelled, without notification. At the end of that call, I was told that FedEx would deliver the next day. No phone again. In another call, the next rep couldn't explain what happened but my claim had been cancelled (again, without notification). A third time a claim was initiated and I finally got a phone FOUR days after my initial contact. What arrived was a refurbished phone! So I paid for insurance for 20+ years, then paid a deductible, had an incredibly frustrating experience and got a used phone I could have purchased on Amazon.     Easy to place a claim, phone arrived quickly. This was a defective phone with a broken button (up volume). The phone was approx 8 months. They’re referred me to the carrier who does only factory support. I was advised to take the phone to the store for inspection, and was advised by ATT that the length of time would end up with a damage evaluation. With the Coronavirus in place, the Company store was closed, so I took the $200 hit and have now have a working phone.     The Asurion Protection Plan is useless. I am a distraught and angry customer at Asurion. I bought a Fitbit Versa 2 on Amazon along with the Asurion Protection Plan. Back at the end of February 2020, I sent in the Fitbit to be repaired. It would not turn on. Two weeks later, I received a "repaired" one with a note that there was water damage, and it was fixed. After trying for several hours to get it to sync to my phone, I could not get it to sync. It would scroll through the initial screen in the various languages, but when placed in the charger, it would not give the % charged display. Just the little battery indicator would blink. So, I sent it back.

    Two weeks later, I get a "repaired" Fitbit back with a note saying it had damaged "motherboard," and the same damn problem happens again. What the heck! I go back through every troubleshooting step again and no luck. So now I am on my third time to go to UPS store across town to ship this one back and then wait two weeks to get another "Repaired" one back to do this again. This has taken a month and a half, and it is still not resolved.

    This is not my first time dealing with Asurion. My last experience was equally dissatisfying. I believe the Asurion business plan is to keep sending back a defective product until you get frustrated and give up. I have learned my lesson; I will never buy an Asurion Protection Plan. I will buy the product directly from Fitbit. The Asurion Protection Plan is useless.

    Today is the 29th of March, I filed a claim on January 28th and I still do not have my tablet. Unfortunately, my experience with Asurion has been excruciatingly frustrating. I am on a never ending loop of listening the the asurion elevator music play while waiting for a representative to pick up the phone and tell me to wait two days. In January I broke my tablet and cracked the screen. I was relieved that insurance could help me cover a replacement, as I use my tablet daily as an animator. I called and started a claim around January 15th, to replace my device. I was told I would receive a box and to send out my tablet to be fix or replaced.

    I waited a week for the box before calling 3 times to fix and restart my claim. For two months I have been calling on almost a biweekly basis waiting for this box to arrive "within the next 24-48 hours". Once they directed me to the office of the CEO, I thought I would be finally taken care of. Finally after three more phone calls, a week later the box arrived and I was able to ship off my tablet to be fixed. It arrived at the facility on March 12th and I was told via email I would be contacted in five days. I have called twice since then, being told both time to wait for 48 hours.

    Now it's March 29th and still not a single email, update, or sign of getting my tablet. Two months I've been told to wait while I lose time and money doing my work animating without tablet. The worst part is the lack of communication. None of the representatives can give me any answers to when I will receive the device. In conclusion, it is outrageous that the process has taken so long and I have had to call this company 12+ times. I would advise to find your insurance elsewhere.
