The process was simple and easy. I got my phone the next morning. THAT WAS FAST, but I'm sure it might not be for everyone depending on the time they file. It would be helpful to speak with someone sometimes as I feel a lot of companies have lost that person to person interaction. Maybe in the future this can be addressed. Thanks.

Thank you for the multiple ways of learning how to use your service. I heard about it from my local Verizon dealer and the website may not always have worked, but the mailed instructions were simple enough. The replacement was easy and happened quickly. The staff were knowledgeable about the process. The phone got to me quickly. Just get a little confused about the return process but I think I got it to work. I didn’t realize Asurion was a company separate from Verizon.

Fast service, easy clear instructions. I submitted a claim online and by the next day the phone was already shipped. Just had to fill out an affadavit form and submit identification. I was able to do it all myself and didn't even need a customer service representative.

My phone was replaced within 2 days. I was in a motorcycle wreck and needed a replacement as soon as possible to contact my loved ones and keep everyone informed. Thank you for an easy process. I filed a claim through the app. At first it wouldn’t let me file, probably because of power issues from the weather but nonetheless, a very easy efficient process.

I had a great experience replacing the s10e which we have to pay $200.00 but when it came to getting the IPHONE 10 XR replaced under warranty which was no cost I didn’t get that done. G1ot disconnected when the transaction was just about complete then couldn’t get back in contact with anyone to finish it.

My phone had a major malfunction. After trying to resolve the issue on my own, I took it to a repair place and they were able to correctly diagnose the problem. I’m thankful we had Asurion, as my phone was “toast.” I contacted Asurion and within an hour my claim was approved. I received an upgraded phone the next day! Transferring all the data from my old phone to the new one was simple and didn’t take long at all. I boxed up the old phone (Asurion sent all the materials for packing and shipping the old phone back to them) and mailed it off. Simple. Easy. Thank you for your excellent service.

The insurance claim process was fast and easy. I would recommend getting insurance from Asurion to anyone. My insurance claim was filed and processed on the exact same day and I even received my replacement device super fast. I believe the new device arrived the very next day.

Easy online steps, super fast!!! Just thought it would’ve been a little less then what it was but overall I’m satisfied! Honestly thought I wouldn’t get my device for weeks but I got it the very NEXT business day. Only why I’m not giving 5 stars is because of how much I had to pay for a new device, even though it was the full retail price I thought I would’ve gotten it for less but all and all I’m satisfied.

Actually at first I was denied because my phone sometimes worked and I was miffed. However after I live chatted with an agent and was more specific things went well. Once I was approved then my replacement phone arrived in a timely manner and after a few days I got my old phone on the way back to ATT and things went smoothly.

The process of filing a claim and receiving a refurbished phone in 1-2 was quick and easy. The process of setting my phone up at my house was easy as well. I love how you offered me the box, packing slip, tape, so I didn’t have to worry about needing to find those products. Delivery of new phone was fast. The only problem I didn't know the SIM card was in two sizes. I had to go to Verizon to get help. There needs to be more instructions on this matter. Also. Verizon said I needed to come to the store anyway, probably because old phone was lost or stolen.

First time, they connected me with Samsung to get me the phone replaced for free. However, they were going to charge me for it. Asurion helped me at a very low rate to completely replace my phone. The customer service reps were very helpful and friendly. I was given 50 percent off due to no other issues in the past.

The phone came quickly. The only issue is that the phone already had the liquid indicator set off. Phone looked brand new, so the fact that the liquid damage indicator was already triggered is concerning. Other than that, it was good experience overall.

I had my new phone in less than 48 hours. The replacement phone is great. Same phone I had just a newer version and a slightly different color. I love this new phone. I had ran over my old phone and recommend having coverage on your phone because no matter how hard you try, something bad can always happen.

Asurion did a fantastic job in getting my replacement phone to me asap and it was a simple transaction. However, getting my new phone up and running was a horrible experience. When called the toll free number to transfer old phone to new phone was told to go online. Went online and followed instructions and didn't work. Found another toll free number and when talking with the Verizon person got disconnected. Called back again and person said ok they have it and then got disconnected again! Then found out they shut off the wrong phone and mixed up two of our phones! Had to make a trip to our local Verizon store, wait 30 minutes for them to fix our phones in 2 minutes time. Needs to be a better way to transfer old phone info to new phone.

I recently fell in the Gulf with my phone in my pocket. It fell out and went to the bottom. Next day I went to AT&T store and was informed we had purchased insurance. Gave me a pamphlet to file a claim and the next day I had a new phone and back in business. Thank you very much for the fine service.

Quick process, easy to call in and redeem warranty, replacement phone came in the mail the next 2 Days with a return label and packaging. The only issue I had was I received a refurbished phone and the battery power runs out quicker than expected compared to a new phone with a new battery.

ATT was able to get my new phone up and back to normal within 2 days except for AOL and I had to go directly to AOL in order to get my mail back. While it took 2 days I am certain my technical ability was part of the problem.

Within one day I had my new replacement phone. My customer service agent was very friendly and helpful. I would use this Insurance service again because I feel that they listen to me. My 13 year old son's phone stopped working. We thought it was the SIM card so we went to Verizon. They tried a new card but it still wasn't working. You guys did a great job in replacing my phone. I smashed my phone on a Sunday before the Coronavirus got really bad and you guys said it might be 3-5 days before it shipped. I was bummed but accepted it, as I was the one who broke my phone. It arrived 1.5 days after I submitted the claim! Seamless transaction and sending you my broken phone back could not have been easier. I would not recommend breaking your phone, but if you do, you should hope you get to deal with Asurion!

I tried to place a claim on my phone that has a crack in the camera lens, not the actual screen. They wanted $200 deductible for that. I pay $17 dollars per month for the coverage times 21 months totals $357 plus the 200 equals $557. The phone was only $480, can someone explain why this insurance is so overpriced? Unless you lose your phone right after getting it, then this insurance coverage is pointless. The trade-in value on this phone is $175. I will try to avoid this Asurion in the future. You're just paying for the phone twice anyways. They are just stealing your money.

But the screen repair options are only for the front screen. If any other damage to the device is there, it will disqualify the device from the repair. However, you are still able to use your primary insurance to have the device replaced if the crack on the camera is bothersome. I am here to help you. My experience was awesome! I made the claim on Friday and I received my new phone on Saturday! I was extremely impressed on how soon that I received my new replacement phone. I am not tech savvy, so I took the new phone to the Att store and asked them to set it up. They didn't get it working/apps not up & no email. I then went to the Geek Squad at Best Buy and they were able to get it all activated and transfer my files. My last issue is that it is not synced with my car. I imagine I'll need to go to the dealer to get that set up. I have a mostly functioning phone but it wasn't easy!

My experience with the setup portion was good. The tech person was patient as I didn't have the WiFi password handy. Walked me through the process and as the system was downloading said they would setup and call back via text message to finish the process. I never got a call or text back. I ended up finishing the process on my own using the directions on the screen and in the box. Hopefully you will get my old unit shortly.

This caused further confusion as that company informed me I would receive a response shortly. I never received a response. I went to a Verizon store with an insured phone. I was told I could get a replacement according to the terms of my policy. The agent assisted me to file my claim. I gave him a transposed number in my shop to address. 16452 instead of 16542. I have spent 8 hours trying to fix this. No matter what I can't get through to anyone who can help me. This company is great unless you make one small mistake. UPS can't change it because of their policies but I can't get anyone to help me from them, Asurion, change it.

I dropped my phone and the screen cracked. I contacted your company and set up an appointment for someone to come to me and repair my device. The agent contacted me as promised. He showed up to my location and he was very quick and fixed my phone with no issues! Thank you so much!

I wish there was a way to provide a half a star or negative star as this company is a scam! I've been paying for insurance on my phones for SEVERAL years since I have 5 phones and 3 belong to kids. With that said, I made a claim and they quickly denied it for a lost phone. When I called to find out why and to re-instate, took me over 40 minutes and had to talk to a manager that finally approved the claim and took my deductible of $250. They stated that they would send out the phone within 24 hours. As they sent the replacement phone out, an adjuster contacted UPS and stated to bring the shipment back and my tracking information stated that the sender requested the shipment back.
After calling again and asking for details they stated that "due to insignificant use of the program an adjusted denied the claim." They would not provide any additional information and makes no sense as they had no problem taking $50+ a month from me all these years but yet won't proceed with a claim for a lost phone when their policy clearly states that they replace phones. They stated that a "letter will be sent out with more details" which again all make no sense as this was approved twice and then they revert it. PATHETIC SERVICE! TRUE SCAM! Calling my carrier and demanding a refund for all the years I had the service. I'm sure that will equal more than the phone itself!
