Great experience, great company, I dropped my phone and was beyond repair. I called after 2:00 pm and the next day a new phone was delivered less than 24 hours. Sent me box to return old one. Highly recommended telling friends to have the insurance.

I received excellent support getting my son-in-law's phone replaced after he lost it in the county recycling center. They brought the new phone out the same day. Me being a paralyzed veteran from the chest down makes me very susceptible to the Corona Virus. But the way Asurion handled my problem they went above and beyond my expectations for service. I was never exposed for one second. And made the whole process very convenient. I would highly recommend their insurance.

Fast and reliable service! I called after I had dropped my phone and cracked it, the person I spoke with was friendly, took my information and I had my new phone within 2 days!!! I figured it would be several days before it came in, but it wasn't! Great service.

Amazing. Could not have asked for better service. Had 2 phones that were damaged and received new ones in 2 days because I had insurance on them. The service tech on the phone was extremely helpful. We called when we received and they helped get the new ones set up.

The delivery of the phone was very fast from the time I reported. The included instructions were simple and easy to follow. It really turned a very bad situation into an unexpected better experience. I feel the insurance was absolutely worthwhile and Asurion did a great job.

I love this and would definitely recommend it to friends! I've had insurance on my phone's since I got them and it is definitely worth it it. Things happen and it's reassuring to know that if something does happen I'm covered! The service is always great I've had a few claims before. This time I basically had 1 day delivery which was awesome!!

Phone was replaced very quickly and it was easy to contact Asurion. The replacement was already partly charged, & the instructions are easy to understand & follow. Although the replacement fee of $99 was more than expected, it would have cost much more to have to buy a new phone.

It was a pleasure dealing with you to replace my phone. I lost my phone at the beginning of the isolation stay place order in PA, I was working from home and all my phone contacts were on my phone as well as a security work app. The rep I spoke with was easy to deal with and help me get my phone quickly! I called on Saturday and received it by Monday, had I called earlier I would have had it the following day. I’m so glad I took the insurance and will always have insurance on my phones! I’m telling everyone I know about how quickly you replaced my phone! Great job!!

My toddler got a hold of my iPhone X and dropped it. The screen didn’t crack, but the top 2 inches of the screen was unresponsive. I’m glad I had Asurion. Easily placed the phone replacement claim and received the replacement in 2 business days.

Replacement phone was received the very next day. Very pleased with this service. Would suggest all customers to have this insurance. It is hassle free and very easy to file a claim. In a time where good customer service seems like a thing of the past it is good to know that it is not with Asurion.

While AT&T store disappointed me greatly, the insurance worked as it should. I would recommend the insurance, but the AT&T store here in Starkville provided no help at all. Their attitude has me searching for another provider. Dealing with the insurance company was a breeze.

Great service. We received our replacement ipad and returning was easy. It was also easy to transfer all my data so that I didnt lose a thing. We had our screen accidentally brake and it was right by the camera. We did everything online with ease.

The claim process was super fast! They text me a link and the entire thing took five minutes. I received my replacement within 2 business days. I shipped my broken phone back in the box and sleeve provided and that was it. Super simple. Would definitely encourage people to do it via online. I didn't have to speak to anyone on the phone.

The rep who helped me was so helpful and professional. She was unbelievably patient with me in setting up my new cell phone. I'm sorry don't remember her name but was fantastic! I retired from AT&T after 29 years of service, so I know what good customer service should look like, and she showed it!

This switchover has been way better than the last time! The warehouse lost my return phone last time and I was about charged over $600 because they lost it. Only problem this time is they sent my wife's replacement phone with two SIM cards which made it confusing. I grabbed the first one on top of the box and naturally it was the bad one. Was on the phone with support for two hours until I saw a second SIM card at the bottom of the box. It of course was the correct one.

Easy process and helpful people. Needed to put in my physical address as I live in a rural town without post office delivery system. Wouldn't allow it. I chatted with support, fixed the problem and helped finish the claim quickly and my replacement phone arrived exactly when promised.

I had forgotten that we had insurance on our phones. When I called Verizon to discuss a new phone, they transferred me to Asurion. The rep I spoke to was great. He found our information quickly, explained my options and completed the transaction all within a few minutes. We had a new phone the next day.

Online process was challenging b/c I didn’t know to explain the extend of phone damage. I knew screen was cracked from a drop, but I didn’t know if there was more internal damage or if the “glitches” were due to a sensitive touch screen that was cracked. The Appointment made for screen repair was easy, tech was on time and professional. Screen repair looked good, but after the tech left, something else was wrong and phone still didn’t work right, and after the repair, something was preventing the phone from charging. The charging cable simply would connect into the hole. We called back, discussed with new customer service person and they handled everything professionally and offered a replacement phone which was received shortly thereafter. All around great experience with no hassles.

One of the phones on our plan was accidentally damaged with a cracked screen and became inoperable. We received the replacement phone in less than 24 hours after the claim was made. The whole process was very user-friendly and competent. I only wish our government operated as efficiently. We will always use Asurion.

Needed a replacement phone for the 1 that my son thought he should flush down the toilet from a Youtube video. I was able to file the insurance claim online, track the approval of the claim. I was able to track the phone being mailed to me. Had no problems setting up the new phone and apps from the clouds. Returned the waterlogged phone back to Asurion and was able to track the phone receipt. I feel the copay was a little out for a much outdated phone that I got replaced with the exact same phone. But when in desperate times of need, you take what you get.

The process is great, easy and is done quickly. I could not be happier with the process and the replacement phone. The only thing I would complain about is the cost considering there is already a monthly payment for the service and then you have to pay for the replacement as well.

The call center transferred us to and from AT&T as the first CSR declared it was a warranty repair. A bit frustrating. The phone was damaged on Saturday. We had a replacement phone on Monday! Very fast shipment (hard to do during COVID-19). The SIM card instructions could be better. Used the old SIM card from the damaged phone to activate the replacement phone.

I reported a dead phone on Monday and received a replacement by Tuesday afternoon. Amazing and friendly service. I was very pleased that I used the insurance service otherwise I would have been out of pocket for unexpected and unplanned expenses. I highly recommend everyone using insurance particularly in my situation having 4 lines attached to my account I would not be able to replace all of those phones if needed. Needless to say I am more than pleased with the service and so happy that I have it.

As far as the person I spoke to and was helping me was great! Very efficient and knowledgeable. The timeframe in which I received the replacement phone was not desirable. Phones were not holding charge and really not working well. The phones came the next day and we were able to connect by calling and following instructions by representative. I will be looking to order the new SE that will be coming out in summertime 2020.

I am very happy with the service since it was very fast. I asked for it on Friday and it arrived on Saturday. The only thing I did not like was that the delivery man gave me the package and I was not using mask protection and it is dangerous in these times of the COVID-19.

It was convenient and easy. They said 2-3 days before my new phone would arrive but it was here in 24 hours. This made me not have to be without a phone very long. The box and packing slip to send the old phone came with the new device that could be used to send it back. This made it very easy to do.

Excellent service once we got through the online claim process (it was rejected for a damage claim online, so I had to call and speak with customer service directly to get the claim started). We have not yet received acknowledgement that our damaged phone return was received, so hopefully that will also go smoothly.

I had gotten into a car accident and to leave my car behind to see if it could be fixed well. When I got home I realized I didn't have my phone so I figured I left it behind with the car. So a few days later I found out the car wasn't fixable so I had to go back to empty it out. Also I figured I would find my phone. Well it turned out it was nowhere to be found. So I went back to my carrier and got all the info I needed for you my insurance that I had on my phone. You were all very nice and helpful and i had a new phone by the next day. Thank you.

I am 56 years old and have never written a customer review. I filed a claim with Asurion at 7PM and received a replacement phone around noon the next day. That's SERVICE. I would recommend taking your new phone to your carrier to do the transfer. I wanted to blame Asurion for my problems. Please read my story below.
I could not get my new phone to work. I followed the setup instructions and exhausted the internet, I finally contacted Asurion. I did get a customer service representative after some wait time. The representative seemed knowledgeable but could never fix the problem. I even got a call back. I was really mad Asurion. Like somehow Asurion was doing this on purpose. It could be me being trapped at home with 2 kids. Asurion did everything probable to fix my phone. Don't get mad at Asurion. They are a replace or fix service company. I could not ask for better service. I did take my phone to AT&T and they fixed the issue. That's why I suggest taking your phone to your carrier. I feel guilty for getting mad at Asurion, when they did everything possible to fix my issue.

I have been a customer with Asurion for around 4 years at 15$ a month. I have been paying insurance on my Verizon cell phone even after it was paid off 2 years ago. Recently I dropped my phone and cracked the screen and busted the camera, so I called Asurion to file a claim. I was advised that my co pay was 150$. A new phone matching the same one I have retails for 160$. I have filed 1 phone claim in 4 years. I feel this company takes advantage of people and they have basically been stealing money from me. Just the past 2 years I have given them 360.00 for a phone only worth 160$. They refused to reduce the copays. Absolutely a scam.

Brody, at the AT&T store was terrific. Patient and professional. The new phone came quickly - I'm trying to delete the old one and mail it to Asurion. Service with Asurion much better than in the past. I would recommend them again. In the past, I could not say that - they would try and fix a broken phone. But this time, they were customer centered. I would use AT&T and Asurion again based on this experience.

Took a while to get everything in order as far as the affidavit was concerned. But once everything finally got processed ATT sent the phone out over night. Then she was able to start using her phone again without getting shards of glass in her fingers. Everyone is happy again.

Lack of choices for a replacement phone was very disappointing. Phone was shipped quickly however the directions in the box and online were only good if your old phone was fully functional. I spent over an hour trying to talk to a human at Asurion but could not. I spent over 45 minutes waiting and talking to a Verizon rep in order to get the motoz4 phone to function. I still had to enter my contacts by hand and lost much of my items from my old Samsung.

I was fairly happy with my experience. I had broken my screen, the insurance sent someone the very next day to replace my screen. After the screen was replaced, my phone was not working properly at all. After talking with insurance again, they sent me a replacement device that was a newer model than my newer phone. Very happy with my new phone however, when I sent my old phone back, there was no padding and made me nervous because there was no cracks on the front or back. Other than that, I am very pleased.

Fast and easy service!!! I was surprised how efficient the time frame was. Returning my cracked phone was very fast too!!! Always happy with Verizon's signal and customer service. Will always stay with Verizon.

Sealed tape on box was partially off, inside box the accessories were not sitting in place. Gives impressions that my warranted out phone may not be new, but refurbished. Also, phone was dead and typically new phones come halfway charged. I expected a new phone & phone looks new, but due to packaging & phone battery dead on arrival, I'm unsure now.

The phone got to me very quickly and I appreciated the updates along the way. When I called to activate, the tech went figured out I had done something wrong and took the time and patience to walk me through the process again. She asked me questions along to way to get the answers she needed as she realized I wasn't very tech savvy. The entire process was going to take longer than she could spend on the phone with me so she asked me what number she could call me back on and check on me. AND SHE DID!!! Now that is CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Everything went so smoothly, we couldn't believe it! I received a new phone replacement in just a couple of days. Customer support was very accommodating and made the process very simple. The price for the replacement phone was reasonable.

Very easy to Navigate. Also when you call the lady is nice, polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend my friends and family. It would've been a little easier if I had the tools to take the battery out. Thank You for all your help!

The replacement phone arrived in less than 24 hours. I made the entire claim online, and the process was simple and easy! The new phone works great and is actually a better phone than my previous model. We are extremely satisfied. Thank you!
