The whole process was so easy. I went online and filed a claim, by myself, without speaking to anyone and got my replacement phone two days later. There is an option to speak to someone if you have any questions or concerns but it was so simple just to do it myself.

Great service. The system was easy to use. Phone was delivered very quickly. No issues what so ever. Happy to have the insurance. Verizon in Vails Gate was professional and took care of the entire situation immediately. No problem. Thank you and I'll continue to use this carrier and provider.

Son had screen go bad. Phone replaced. Nice and quick. Only thought.... If I paid 2 years at at a 15 month (360) then 149 for the deductible it was over $500. Doesn't quite seem like having the insurance actually saved me any money.

After submitting my claim, it took about 2 weeks to get my replacement cell. I followed the procedures for activation of the new cell, and was able to successfully transfer my data and get up and running. As of today, I have experienced no difficulties in using the new device. My experience was easy and the technician guided me through the process with ease. I would give AT&T a very favorable rating.

Had a problem with my phone and went to their site to put in a claim. Paid a small deductible. I had a choice between 2 phones. Picked 1 and it was sent out overnight. Received it quick. Great company.

The directions for the consumer to transfer from one phone to the other is way too complicated, I couldn't do it. I had to call the "help" line & spoke to a very nice woman named "Ria", she was very patient with me & she did a super great job and walked me through the process with ease. Kudos to Ria. It was a relatively painless process. So glad I bought the insurance on my teen's phones. They have both had to have them replaced even though I insist on super-strong cases. Kids are careless and drop them. The hardest part was waiting the 3 days to get the replacement in the mail!

My iPhone was damaged and they had a new one to me the next day with an envelope pre-stamped to send back my damaged iPhone. It was amazing how quick it came in how quickly the problem was handled. I would definitely recommend anyone that has Verizon or AT&T to go ahead and pay for the service because it’s definitely worth it.

I had an issue submitting claim online and the person I was able to speak to was so helpful and patient. Great call. I even had issues when the new phone arrived and someone sat on the call for almost an hour to assist me and make sure the phone worked properly.

Lack of choices for a replacement phone was very disappointing. Phone was shipped quickly however the directions in the box and online were only good if your old phone was fully functional. I spent over an hour trying to talk to a human at Asurion but could not. I spent over 45 minutes waiting and talking to a Verizon rep in order to get the motoz4 phone to function. I still had to enter my contacts by hand and lost much of my items from my old Samsung.

The person I chatted with was very helpful with opening the case and getting my phone sent out. I am having issues with the new phone though and may have to contact them again because the screen is not sensitive to touch. But overall experiences was great.

The claim process went smoothly and I received the replacement within 24-48 hrs as promised. After pairing the new phone I had difficulty receiving service. One call to an Asurion rep took care of my issue. I also approved the instructions to download pictures app so I do not lose my photos. That was a big concern of mine. Very smooth process.

Everything went well and the phone was surprisingly at my doorstep within one day. The old phone fit perfectly in the box, the new phone arrived in and dropping it off at the Post Office was simple and quick. The new phone was an upgrade, so I don't feel like the price I paid for the claim was too high.

I was fairly happy with my experience. I had broken my screen, the insurance sent someone the very next day to replace my screen. After the screen was replaced, my phone was not working properly at all. After talking with insurance again, they sent me a replacement device that was a newer model than my newer phone. Very happy with my new phone however, when I sent my old phone back, there was no padding and made me nervous because there was no cracks on the front or back. Other than that, I am very pleased.

Other than the time it took having to print, review and load the affidavit, the process was fast and easy as usual. When I called for help, the representative was fairly nice and explained everything I needed to do, fill out and load the affidavit. The phone was received quickly and works great.

Sealed tape on box was partially off, inside box the accessories were not sitting in place. Gives impressions that my warranted out phone may not be new, but refurbished. Also, phone was dead and typically new phones come halfway charged. I expected a new phone & phone looks new, but due to packaging & phone battery dead on arrival, I'm unsure now.

The phone got to me very quickly and I appreciated the updates along the way. When I called to activate, the tech went figured out I had done something wrong and took the time and patience to walk me through the process again. She asked me questions along to way to get the answers she needed as she realized I wasn't very tech savvy. The entire process was going to take longer than she could spend on the phone with me so she asked me what number she could call me back on and check on me. AND SHE DID!!! Now that is CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Came quick but it didn’t have headphones so I’m a bit disappointed about that. I would like if someone can reach out in ref to that or send the headphones. Other than that I’m wonder why this time my charge was $200 instead of $150. We have been customers since 1999.

Customer service was really great, only issue was that week of the 1st replacement, the baby dropped the phone, that caused a tiny crack on the top side before new case arrived. No problem for wks until it stopped charging & something else. Yes, knew no warranty on it, but geez. It was hard enough paying for 1 repl, but the 2nd within a mo? I take care of my daughter while she's back in college & 2 grandbabies, money is tight. Anyways, other than that, Asurion CS is great.

The entire transaction was painless. Within two days my new phone was at home and set up. The only problem is that the new SIM card would not connect and receive service. So I just placed my previous card in my new phone. I just wish there was a technician to change the screens in my area. That might be a void that I might be able to fill in the future if the price of oil doesn't climb back to a good price.

My phone was replaced and arrived very quickly. The customer service rep was knowledgeable and was very efficient. Returning my damaged phone was easy and my new device arrived in perfect condition. I’ve paid 8.99 each month, since 2012. I think it’s odd I have to pay any deductible or return my phone. When it’s already paid for. Some would say it’s not the best, but it does work. I did get a refurbished phone in a couple of days.

The agent did an outstanding job. However my old phone will not allow me to transfer my data (such as contacts, etc) from it to my new phone. The agent offered to help me. My old phone looks as if it has been crushed by an eighteen wheeler but more likely it was crushed by a garbage truck in the alley behind my garage since that's mostly the only thing that comes down the alley behind my house except for handymen picking up used appliances and other throwaway items.

Filing claim went pretty easy. However, was sent a letter in mail that said the device that was broken was not on my account. Confused about that. However, replacement sent following day and set up myself since Verizon decided to shut that store down overnight.

After powering my phone down & charging for the night, it would not come on (was stuck on black Apple screen & wouldn’t go any further). AT&T made multiple attempts of trying to rectify the issue to no avail. The rep reminded me that I did have insurance & provided me with contact info. Asurion was expedient at getting me a new device, less than 24hrs by mail.

Worst customer service I ever had! I should have been able to upgrade my phone to the latest model since I am 2 months away from paying off my phone. Replacement phone refurbished and not working properly! Shipped wrong. No loyalty rewards or even an apology for all the inconvenience.

New phone was delivered the next day.. super easy return. Easy over the phone setup. Even had a return label with no fees. I recommend using Asurion at all times even if it’s your own fault. I am very happy with the new phone. Although I had a rose gold and they sent me a silver one but it’s all good!! Just happy I was able to transfer my contacts and apps with no problems. My experience with Asurion was absolutely wonderful!! Asurion's process was very fast and efficient. The only caveat is the website insisted on only 2 choices for setting-up the new device -- using the old phone or the new phone -- but my device was a watch and I could not use it for the set-up. It was an easy process. Was ordered on a Tuesday, arrived the next day (Wednesday) and returned to you on Friday. Thank you for your assistance. The only thing I cant figure out is why when I replaced my tablet in march it was $37 when my son's tablet went bad the next month it cost $50.

One of our phones was lost and Asurion insurance replaced it in a couple days. Very fast and efficient service. Definitely would recomend asurion insurance to anyone that needs to cover their phone for being lost or damage that might occur by dropping their phone.

Claim was easy, it shipped overnight. But I needed tech support to activate it. To do this they had to text a code--to a phone without service. I called the 800 number off my landline, it said "this number isn't registered" and hung up on me!

I dropped my phone in kitchen sink and it was ruined. I had insurance on it and paid $99 for a replacement that arrived in 2 days. I was very pleased. The phone I received was an identical replacement to my previous one.

The process is very straightforward. It’s a very simple to use claim process. This was my second time filing a claim, the last one was back in 2016. Even back then it was simple to use. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Very happy with the ease of submitting the claim. Very happy to receive the replacement phone so quickly. We looked for it for almost two weeks as knew about were lost but with no luck. Very glad to have the insurance even though not cheap but cheaper than another phone.

Apps would close randomly. Did not seem to matter what app it was. This happened several times a day. Personnel was helpful and friendly. They sent out a replacement phone quickly. Switching the phone over was quick and easy. I would recommend this service to anyone.

The phone was delivered in a timely manner. The process for a damaged phone is different from a phone that just stopped working or crack screen. This caused some confusion as I communicated with your service department. In summary all was resolved.

The phone was here very quick. When the phone is used as a work phone. The activation was a bit difficult, but we finally spoke to an agent that was very nice and had the phone activated in less than 10 minutes.

They were exceptional at replacing my phone. I have first my Moto was not available so they sent me a Samsung. I was very unhappy with the Samsung and immediately reported it and they were kind enough to send out a Moto once they got it to me immediately. And then I was happy. Best decision I ever made was getting this insurance.

Great service but the deductible was very high at $200. $50 would be more reasonable and realistic. Other than that, no complaints. The shipment and delivery were awesome. I received the new phone the next day. I would use this company and service again.

AT&T. Let me start off with explaining that I'm incredibly intimidated by technology. With that said, I was able to process the order online, and I had my new phone within 2 days (even over a holiday weekend, during a pandemic). I received my phone, set it up, and transferred the data without needing to call customer service. I'd say that's a success!

It was very easy to file a claim and the process was quick. I did a phone replacement and I had the phone within 24 hours of filing my claim. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. Returning the broken phone wasn't an issue except the time frame at which I had to return it by. As it was part of a company account, I needed more time to verify that all the information was transferred and the new phone was working correct. Maybe a 15 day period would be better?

Got my new phone within 1 day. Same brand but 1 model better. (old-LGK20, new-LGK40) Was able to set up new phone with instructions provided, although I did have a bit of trouble. I am not that tech savvy, but I worked through out. Did not have to call the Asurion tech support number provided. All in all a good experience. I was glad I did not have to go to AT&T store at this time.

Everyone was so helpful throughout the entire process. At first I was just going to get my cracked phone repaired, but realized that it would be less expensive just to get a new one. I walked into an ATT store and reported the loss. An employee helped me through the online paperwork, not that I couldn't have done it myself. That was Friday morning. In Saturday afternoon my replacement phone arrived. It was all just so simple and easy. There was a SIM card in the box. I returned to the ATT store and an employee installed the SIM card and made the necessary phone call to get it going.

Crack screen but replaced the whole phone due to a problem with iPhone. Could not turn off the locate your phone so they replace with new phone at no extra charge. The service technician was very friendly. Everyone was very nice.

We are pleased with the final results. The process went smoothly after we had to resubmit a second time (no additional cost). Phone is my spouse's and she now enjoys using phone and glad that all pictures and other files transferred with little problems. She is watching that once phone is charged that it is removed from charging and not left charging overnight.

Everybody was great. The only downside was long hold times and confusion over repair vs replace. The website indicated that a repair was valid, but it took me three phone calls to confirm that the iPad could only be replaced. Then the online activation site was unavailable and I had to wait on hold again, but that's on AT&T.

The only drawback is while did receive device that was better than the device I Previously had I wish I could’ve been able to get my same device. Cracked screen but would not replace inner screen so had to pay deductible and get replacement phone. Would have been happier if would have just replaced both screens as the phone worked just fine. Instead had to pay deductible during this Covid19 when no one can afford to put out money that is not needed. The phone worked fine. Both screens should have just been replaced. I paid good money for the phone and they are going to fix it and resell it to someone else for more money.

Once I finally found the right place to submit my claim, everything went fast and smoothly. You can only submit claim online. All phone numbers just refer to go online so you can't talk to anyone which was a drawback.

Pleasant experience. Phone was delivered quickly and instructions were clear and concise. Data transfer was very painless and quick. The only problem is that I paid 150 for deductible for a refurbished phone and could have had a new phone of the next series for 300. Might have been worth upgrading. Hopefully this refurbished phone works well.

Not the same exact phone as the one I had, but otherwise good service, with an easily claim process, and fast shipping. This is my second claim and each time it’s been very easy to file and get a replacement device.

My son’s phone stopped working. We tried everything to fix it. Contacted att, filed claim. Within a few minutes claim was approved and a replacement phone was sent. We received it the next day. Considering we are under quarantine due to Covid 19 and the fact that his phone is how he communicates with his friends and sometimes School (he’s 17) this insurance did a phenomenal job.
