Phone came quickly and in good condition. Only minus was there isn't an envelope as stated to return the phone in. I have to send back in the box. It's a shame I am forced to write 200 words with such great service.

Experience was straightforward. No hassles and no hidden “extras”. Received replacement in one day. Have been with Verizon for many years and have used Asurion four or five times and have never had a grievance. I would recommend having your device covered. Registration online was convenient and simple. My phone was here the next day with easy setup instructions that made the transition stress free. I would recommend this service to family and friends. The deductible is responsible but should be less since you’re paying for the monthly service.

I was able to get a replacement for my stolen watch but the deductible was really high. Not sure why? But other than that I received my replacement watch and all works good. I don’t understand why they sent a return label for a device when my watch was stolen hence why I needed the replacement.

It was very easy to file a claim. The replacement phone came quickly and the instructions provided made it easy to activate. Prepaid envelope for remaining phone was a bonus - easily labeled and ready for me to seal and send back in.

With home schooling being our new norm I was freaking out that my iPad had been broken, but my replacement was sent out the same day as my claim and I received it the next day. Very good customer service. Answered all my questions and did everything they could to help. I was very frustrated with Apple because I forgot my password information, which was my fault but Asurion helped me when Apple didn't. Did not get new password for one full month. Very ridiculous especially at this time in the middle of this pandemic when the only way to reach family and others is by your phone. Your people at asurion should be very proud of your people who work for you! Made a bad situation as easy as possible. Thank your staff for me!

It was fast and easy to make a claim. Received my tablet fast as promised. Had no problem sending the broken tablet back to them with the supplies they provided in the new tablets box. I am very pleased with the service that was provided to me.

I have not received the replacement phone yet, and it’s been 5 days. The phone should have arrived in 48 hrs. I had paid my phone in full, and still I had to pay $168 for the replacement. Very poor service. I hope not to have to use them again.

Fast delivery of the new phone. Easy transaction getting a new phone sent to me. Only concern is the new phone that was sent is crashing apps and has a lag when scrolling and typing. Will contact Verizon about this issue.

The device was in beautiful condition (no scratches or damage). The phone is a very nice upgrade from my old one (IPhone 8 Plus to IPhone XS Max). I had issues with SIM card activation but received amazing help from Shalleia from ProTech. Very pleased with my experience! Would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Great experience, first call rep suggested a new battery. After I got a new battery I was still having trouble with my phone charging. On the second call the phone was replaced. The rep offered to have my new device delivered the same day. That was AMAZING!

Quick and easy to make a claim and get my replacement phone back. Only a small issue filing online due to the website not functioning properly during the time I tried to submit my claim. I called and a customer service representative took care of my claim.

Very good customer service. Customer service representative was very knowledgeable at getting me the service I needed very quickly. Very responsive in my needs and also was able to process my claim while I was out of town and did not have access to PIN numbers in so one he was able to use other information to make sure I could follow claim while out town.

I like the service is fast but the only thing I was so disappointed with is when I first called the first the representative I’ve talked about my problem sent me the wrong advice but when I call the next day the same thing again and the third time I called again then reach out to the good representative that solve my problem and now I'm happy.

I originally had a problem with my phone freezing. But then I realized that it was due to the significant number of text messages I had been receiving due to the death of my mom. I contacted the insurance dept and advised of the problem. They immediately began to assist in resolving the issue and ultimately, I thought I needed to order another phone. The representative did process the replacement phone request.
Within a day or two, the telephone began to work properly. I contacted Asurion and advised that I no longer needed the replacement telephone. I explained to the agent that I had received the new phone, but it was no longer needed. I was advised to open the box and place the label on the outside and return the phone and the deductible charged would be removed from my account. The representatives were very knowledgeable. Great customer service, Both were very professional. Keep up the great work.

Once I submitted my claim, there was no hesitation in shipping it to me. Very satisfied with the service I received. However I did have poor service from shipping service which is surprising being fedex. Thank y’all for treating me with professionalism and concern during these trying times.

I've always been more than satisfied with the service Asurion has provided although with the claim I have done I feel the amount I am required to pay is way too high considering that the replacement phone I was sent wasn't the same phone I had and wasn't a newer version of the Samsung galaxy that they sent me... I am paying just a little less than the actually value of the phone when I pay monthly for insurance.

Whenever my son contracted me about his damaged phone, I told him no problem. I've been paying $9 a month for a year on replacement insurance. I go to my AT&T website and file a claim. I answered all the questions honestly and my claim was denied. So I have to go to a AT&T to ask why and get them to check. Staff pulls up my account and told me my insurance would cover the damages. They told me to go to the website and try again. The 2nd time my claim was accepted. With the Covid-19 situation, it was the fact that I had to get out and go to the AT&T store to get this resolved.

They have great customer service support ready to walk you through everything and be happy to do so. I have almost always had good experiences with Asurion and AT&T. I think the description of what happened to my phone was called screen burn. AT&T linked me up with Asurion right away and I had a new phone in less than 24 hours.

The claim filing process was extremely easy to do online and I had my replacement phone the next afternoon. Easy and fast! Being able to do everything online versus having to go through a phone menu made the whole process painless. I use my phone for work purposes and could not be without it for very long, but they got my replacement to me with no inconvenience to me at all.

I was so concerned about the back of the old cell expanding, it was the battery that was swelling, so unsafe, was starting to get hot... Updated on 06/16/2020: It was a rough situation but now and hopefully from now on my 3rd replacement is working great. I was advised to get a replacement device because of the Covid causing problems where I couldn't get the battery replaced. Then I was sent 2 replacement phones that both went black and wouldn't light up. The 2nd replacement I got on a Friday and stopped working that Monday right after. The third one so far hasn't caused any problems. I've been praying for this phone ever since I got it.
Original Review: I had problems with the sim card being recognized and my old sim stopped working also so I was out of phone for a while till a lady on the phone was able to get it straightened up after the 3rd attempt.

It was amazing. My daughters phone was so damaged she couldn’t use it at all. I made the claim easily with the staff. They said the phone would take 2-3 business days which wouldn’t have been a problem but when I got home the next day (a Friday ) the new phone was there. Amazing. Just amazing. Thank you.

I had a lot of help with configuring the used phone that you sent and I thank you for that help but the big problem I had was that the used phone that you sent me started separating and would not click back together. It was not dropped or damaged by me. I was just sent a defective used phone.

Please review your contract and do a google research about this company before buying insurance with them. I had to stay over 5 hours on the phone, their agents were rude and adding what I paid for the premium plus what I paid for the replacement phone it costed more than just replacing the phone myself. All I had was a cracked screen but they refused to fix OR to tell me what else was wrong, all they said was "can't be fixed because of internal issues needs to be replaced". Stay away as much as possible.

My son's phone was broken and they sent us a refurbished one that works perfectly with no hassle and sent us an envelope to send back the old phone. The price was reasonable for a like new phone and charger.

5 Stars-I received my replacement phone the next morning. The instructions within the phone were very helpful in getting set up. I'm still learning to use it. The one thing I feel bad about is, I lost all of the phone numbers stored in the phone. It was suggested that I go to AT&T when the store reopens and seen if they can retrieve my numbers.

I felt the process of filing the claim was difficult and confusing but once I figured that process out. The service was very good. I had a hard time uploading documents- I kept telling me wrong form. I ask for help on chat but they sent me right back to where I was having trouble. Once claim was submitted the phone came quickly and was easy to activate and start up.

Fast service and painless replacement. Definitely glad I had the insurance after my iPhone Xs dropped into the pool. I was only without a phone for a day. Never really know how much you need insurance coverage until something like this happens.

Great to deal with! Was very efficient and very polite over the phone. You could understand her when she spoke to you and seemed to be understanding. Then there was half off the deductible amount so that made things even better. Overall it was a super experience.

I filled out claim online which was very easy to do. I received my replacement phone two days later. It came with instructions to set up my new phone. I called the serve phone number provided and my new phone was set up in no time.

My husband dropped his phone in the pit of the hog barn. We had a new device within one day! I can’t think of anything else to write except that it was a good transaction. I called in to Asurion, and they sent a new device that day so that it would reach us by the next day.

I spoke with a representative over the phone who was able to complete my claim from beginning to end. With no hesitation and within a matter of moments I was off the phone and on with my day. She was very professional, I wish I remembered her name. The replaced phone arrived the very next day. Awesome experience and yes I would definitely recommend to my friends.

Got my replacement phone really fast. My complaints would be it didn’t come with something to open the SIM card slot and it came FedEx but I couldn’t take the old phone back to FedEx. They turned me away to go to UPS which is fine. Just confusing cause it came FedEx.

Fast delivery. Received an S7. The phone is good but it takes forever for the battery to charge and gets hot. I experienced this before I ordered a case for it. Otherwise I really like the phone. Having phone insurance is a great investment.

The screen on my phone was busted and completely unusable. I Went to Asurion's website on a Monday at 4:45pm. I got my replacement phone Tuesday at 12:30am. Asurion processed my claim fast and had my replacement phone to me the next day. Good experience with Asurion.

Literally the worst service I’ve ever had. Completely unprofessional. Had an appointment set for a Friday, called all day to be hung up on. Called Monday and could not reach anyone until Tuesday. At this point my TV is still broken and they closed the ticket. Customer service reps hang up and long hold times. Myself as well as about 500 of my fellow soldiers are writing reviews!

I received my replacement very quickly, but even though I have received an e-mail acknowledging that I my old cell phone I received phone call to check my returning the cell phone. So there must be some glitch in the follow-up system. I was pleased with the Asurion response to my cell phone problem.

The only thing that I take issue with is the obsoletion of devices that I bought and I’m still paying for under a service contract. On one hand I don’t mind the upgrade, on the other manufacture of my device changes it just enough that I need new accessories including a costly case. This is my only gripe with your service.

Got really quick replacement of my damaged phone! Had a little hiccup getting rid of the stuff in my broken phone, but it finally worked. Also had a little trouble transferring my pictures, but got it done. It was probably my fault, I’m not the best at change! Thank y’all!!!

My experience with the technicians was very professional. My only complaint was the amount of times I was put on hold and transferred. On a Saturday, I was on the phone with one tech over an hour trying to troubleshoot the problem, got disconnected and had to start the process all over because he did not call me back. After connecting with 2 other techs that same Saturday, I was directed to go to a Verizon store that was 15 minutes from my home the following Monday because the phone was dangerously faulty. My phone was heating up excessively to the touch. I went to that store they directed me to on Monday and they told me that they couldn’t help me because they weren’t corporate. That was an unnecessary use of gas. I called Verizon again from that parking lot and they started the troubleshooting process all over again. That took another hour. The last techs finally approved the shipment of another phone.

I thought with a cracked screen I would be able to take it to the store for repair. Turns out I had to pay $250 for a new phone. The store just said go to one of those places that fixes screens. They did not even refer me to Asurion for repair. A bit disappointed.

AT&T lied to me about the cost. The salesman that came into my house to set them all up and transfer from Sprint said it would be 50$, not 200$. AT&T are a bunch of liars! The phone that they shipped me was fine and new, however I should never have to pay that much. Liars, liars, liars!

After paying premiums for years I finally had a claim. Without me knowing they jacked the deductible up to $200 and sent me a used phone I could have purchased for $250. The service is a joke and I will NEVER use them again.

I needed to get my cracked screen repaired. The closest location that Asurion had available is 26 miles from my home (even though I live in a major city). When I called the repair store, I was advised that mobile repair is available for my screen and that there is no additional charge for this service. Someone would actually come to my home and repair the screen in my driveway! I would just need to arrange appointment via Asurion. Easy, right? Not when dealing with Asurion.
Asurion advised me that they would not cover a mobile repair from the only location that I can use for this repair. According to Asurion, they do offer mobile repair, but not necessarily through the only place available to me. Asurion does not have any mobile repair units available for at least 2 weeks. And by the way, representative added, if I decide to wait, the $49 deductible option, may no longer be an option and I will have to go with the full $169 option of phone (not just screen) replacement. So, in the middle of a pandemic, instead of having a repair completed in my driveway for no additional cost, I must drive 26 miles to the closest site approved for the repair? Apparently, safety and common sense are not priorities with Asurion.

Service was quick, but the refurbished phone I received doesn't keep a ringtone for over 1 day. It resets itself to a low ringtone that comes with the phone. The reason I never reached out about the issue is because I don't have an hour to sit on the phone with a tech. Last time I made a claim I was on the phone trouble shooting for an hour and a half before they actually replaced my phone.

Even with the Covid-19 going on. I got my replacement device very quickly. The only challenging part, was I had three devices needing replaced at once. I had to do them individually and by the 3rd one I had to print out an affidavit to fill out. Which luckily I had access to a printer at home. So it turned out okay.

My initial call was because I had paid for insurance on a business phone that AT&T had removed without informing me. When the phone became damaged and irreparable, I could not make an insurance claim as there was not any policy. I didn’t like that in order to setup my new phone I needed to confirm a verification code. The codes you all send are via email or text message. How do you expect someone to verify this information if they literally don’t have a phone, hence the whole purpose of getting a replacement.

Due to the circumstance of the hard times we are all facing, I would say that everything was really good and everyone was pretty helpful. The one really big issue I had was that the new phone was sent without the piece to hardwire the old into the new and I had a hell of a time transferring my contacts and messages.

I was happy with how fast I got my replacement phone. I wish I called as soon as my phone was damaged instead of trying to deal with AT&T store who never told me I could just use insurance and replace my phone.. I'm thankful I gave Asurion a call.

I was worried about how difficult and how long it would take to get my broken phone repaired or replaced. I was very pleasantly surprised, the process for my claim was simple and complete in a matter of minutes, and even though I put my claim in around 2 pm, my replacement phone was at my door the very next day! In the end I chose to purchase a new phone because I was sent a remanufactured (still VERY nice) phone, so I sent my replacement back. I do highly recommend this company, easy, quick and good value!

Once I was able to file the claim onine, everything was great. I do have a few tips for you: provide more detailed instructions on installing the new SIM card (and maybe a tool to open the slot); make it easier to file the claim online. It took me several tries to get 'er done. Otherwise, it was great. Thank you!

We received our replacement phone the next day!! Anthony was GREAT assisting us over the phone with setting up our phone. He was patient, polite and very competent! The call was dropped at one point and he called us right back. Thank You All!

It was super easy to file a claim and the replacement phone was at my house in 2 days! The customer agent was really helpful and did my claim pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend a friend if they need to do an insurance claim to go through you guys! Thank you for being friendly & fast.

The customer service rep was very nice and informative. She explained all my options and made everything go very smoothly. She explained every detail in very understandable terms. Had an iPhone 8 Plus on the plan. The phone began malfunctioning and the screen was broken. I called in on a Friday and the customer service rep was super helpful with whether the plan covered the problems. She also explained the process of how the replacement would be sent (overnight mail), how we'd have to return the old phone and the time frame to do so, AND she even walked us through how to transfer the data (we're not exactly tech gurus). Sure enough the very next day (a Saturday no less!) the new phone was here. Transfer of data was easy and the return was super easy. Great service and WELL WORTH the cost!

Glad I had insurance on my phone. Thank you for covering it. The deductible was definitely cheaper than having to buy a new phone. Your reminders were helpful to return the old phone in too. The whole process went fairly quickly.
