Extremely fast and easy to use! Handled my claim and got my wife her replacement phone in 3 days. All of that during the pandemic and having to deal with delivery times being slowed. I was thoroughly impressed and was very glad I got the insurance to begin with.

I was very happy with the quickness and quality of the service provided. Well worth the cost of insurance that we pay every month. I would recommend to anybody to get insurance on their devices. And I even recommended it to my parents that they should get this in their devices.

App was temperamental and I had to start the process over a few times. Once completed, received new phone very quickly. If app can be fixed, I think it would be really nice to use. Also, was happy the deductible was adjusted to be lower and added to next bill.

Starting with reporting issue to receiving replacement phone I had no complaints. Service Rep on phone was extremely helpful and courteous. Phone was delivered next day in less than 24 hours. Cannot say enough about how good service was.

Great customer service, however I did not get a device to plug charger in the socket. Also I was told I would get a car charger and haven't received it yet. The phone is working but tends to freeze up.

Quick accurate and error-free... You can't say that about too much these days. Phone arrived on time and was in great condition... Instructions were easy to follow. Great job and you even sent a reminder about the phone return. The only thing I would add is to make the period longer with COVID going on.

Had a good experience with my claim. I can't think of anything that was negative about the experience and the process. Everything went smoothly and has been completely resolved. Actually, there was one thing, customer service wait time was somewhat slow to actually talk to a human, but other than that, everything was good.

The claim I submitted for my cracked iPhone went very smoothly. I received my replacement phone in two days after submitting the claim on a Sunday and setup was easy. So far the phone has worked very well. I haven’t had any issues and the process was very simple.

My phone screen went blank. Phone broke on sides. You guys took care of it. I just didn’t like the fact that I had to delete everything on my phone And turn off my find my phone until I got the new one. Makes no sense but I got my phone and I’m happy with it.

Excellent service. Very fast. Easy to do my claim online. The package arrived on time and we were able to connect the new phone without any problem. They were always in contact with me through my email and text messages. I am very satisfied with this insurance company.

I returned it. Did not need it. I thought I needed a battery. Turned out I didn’t. When I went online to put my information they automatic sent me a replacement when I didn’t want one. So I returned it.

Fast response but expensive price. It is too much to pay 240 bucks for a replacement phone. I have paid already 16x8 = $128 to date in the insurance cost. Total now is about $368. That's the price of a refurbished phone! And you will my old phone as well. Not a fair price!

We are similar to other types of insurance as there is a deductible in addition to monthly premiums. Many find that they save with the deductible. Had a cracked screen on my iPad. Finding out how to file a claim and then filing the claim was quick and easy. The replacement iPad came within days (even during the pandemic) once I submitted my claim. Returning the old iPad was just as simple.

My Daughter's phone got caught in the car door and broke. The process for filling out the online forms was very simple and the phone came 2 days after I filled out the request. I got the new phone set up and put it back in the box with the pre-made label and sent the broken phone back.

Outstanding. Seems the only focus is customer satisfaction. The model iPad my son had was discontinued. It was then replaced with a current model plus more Hard drive space. Simple outstanding. Being insured with you guys was a great choice. Response was very fast.

Sent my replacement out quickly. Came quick and I have sent the old one back. So far so good. I took new one to ATT store and let them set it up and activate it and update it. Glad I did it took the lady an hour to get it done and transfer all my stuff. I'm not the most tech savvy person.

You did a great job shipping the item but I never received it. FedEx lost it or can’t find it. I did a claim with them and the tracking number I gave them. You all was very helpful and had great customer service.

The two individuals were superb; they were knowledgeable and very professional. They helped me reactivate a replacement phone. The previous phone was lost/stolen. I liked the option of having them call me when I was next in queue instead of me having to wait on hold.

My phone stopped working. I filed a claim with Asurion on a Friday evening. They had a new phone in my hands on Monday with easy to follow detailed instructions. It was up and running in no time. If it had not been the weekend it would have been here in 24 hrs. I've had to use the service before. Always efficient and help is available if needed.

The replacement process was quick and easy. Receiving the phone was super fast. However for an older model phone (iPHONE 8) the deductible was almost just as much as the phone itself. We will not stop using ATT because of this though.

It was fast, easy and the service was great when I had to call about the first phone showing up cracked. I appreciated the help I got. I always get good service when I need to use my insurance. Very quick delivery of replacement device. Friendly, supportive customer service. Broken device was no longer available so upgraded device was offered. Deductible was high but a lot cheaper than buying a new device. I would recommend getting insurance on all devices.

Good response when I finally got to speak to someone. The automated answering wasn't useful at all because the phone screen turned black when I made a call. There should be a better option to speak to someone. Sending the defective phone back was easy.

The protection plan I purchased from Dick's Sporting Goods was a complete waste of money. My bike tire needed repair during the Covid 19 shutdown and I was not able to get my bike repaired, due to store closures. The store I purchased my bike at cannot get the parts in due to higher shipping costs, so I have to wait 6 - 8 weeks and my insurance plan will be expired. I called Asurion to see about an extension due to Covid 19 and the representative said an extension was out of the question. Asurion does not have good customer service, you will be wasting your money!!!

Customer service was such a pleasure to deal with. I received my refurbished phone the next day! However, I do wish that you could offer an upgrade to existing phone with a minimal upcharge. I received the used iPhone 8. But I would have paid a higher deductible if they offered a newer phone.

I broke my phone and needed it replaced. I have never filed a claim before and must say the experience was amazing. Very quick and also helpful/knowledgeable. The only issue I came across was when filing a claim with AT&T. In order to complete the claim, I had to call or put a verification code sent to my phone. My phone was unusable, so this was problematic. Once I was able to file, the rest of the process timely and easy. Thank you.

I believe the process was fast and easy. I would recommend to family to make sure to get the insurance, again this was easy and fast. I loved it. Great job everyone. There are some thing I would recommend to the staff and that will be a little more clarification on the website. I did have to go back and complete the claim a week later cuz it wasn’t clear. Until I went back and I realize it wasn’t complete. But when I did it initially it look completed. The only thing I would change would be that.

I called to find out how to file a claim and a gentleman sent me the link to file online. I had an issue with filing the claim online so I called again and spoke with a lady who was very helpful. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name but she looked up my info that I had filled out online and she was able to process the claim and take care of everything! I'm very grateful her help! I am grateful I have the insurance and my phone was replaced due to being stolen. I thought the police would help recover it cause there was a tracker on the phone and knew where it was but they refused and told me to contact the phone company instead. Asurion replaced the phone no questions asked and answered all questions I had.

This insurance product is exactly what my dream expectations are for insurance. We came on hard times with the phone and Asurion stepped in, not just to help but to get us quickly right back where we left off. We literally filed the case at 5pm And the replacement phone was at my door the next day. No gotchas. No let down. Thank you Asurion. The only surprise was the diminishing deductible. No claims in a year and the deductible was less than expected. Now I can put the pep in my step on that one!

The technician was super supportive. We tried everything that we could. I had to take my phone to AT&T because he said they could probably help me. The thing that was wrong with the phone was that there was a cardboard Sim card in my phone that I received from y’all. None of the steps that were given to me including, "Hey remove your cardboard Sim card and replace it with the Sim card from your old phone." That was a major mistake In my opinion.

I was able to file a claim easily on AT&T’s website, as well as have assistance with a virtual assistant who answered all my questions and concerns. The replacement device for my fiancé who is working out of state was within 2 to 3 days. I was very pleased that I was able to send the device to his job site in another state and he received it so quickly!

Things were handled in a timely manner. Replacement device was in good condition. My phone screen was damaged and then all of a sudden my phone wouldn’t power on at all. I was able to replace the device for $150, which is better than buying a brand new phone.

This is not the first claim we have had to do on this phone and both times is has been fairly easy. This claim was easily done online and new phone came in a timely manner. It was nice to get updates by email about new phone being shipped and old phone being shipped back.

Great service from AT&T, quick shipping just in time before it drives me crazy. ATT has very nice and helpful staff. ATT staff also has a very patient staff. One thing though is when you guys have replacement phones we should have choices between 2 phones so if the customer doesn't like the first choice they might like the second choice. The gentleman that I worked with for 1 1/2 hrs, was so helpful and understanding. He had to deal with someone who was very frustrated and angry...which I told him wasn't directed at him personally! He worked with me through a modem issue and he never showed any type of irritation or sarcasm. We worked through setting my new phone back to factory settings, then the entire set up. I wish I could remember his name. I talked with him Saturday morning 5/16/20 later morning.

The compensation was as promised and the AT&T agent was very helpful in submitting the claim. The damaged old phone has been returned using the same box of new phone and return label provided. The old phone could not be activated so could not erase data and trust AT&T TO DELETE ANY DATA ON IT.

Great response time. All the craziness, didn't do me from getting my phone in less than 48 hrs. I submitted on a Sunday got my phone Tuesday morning. Easy form to use to request the new phone. It arrived quickly. The instructions to transfer data from old to new could use a bit more detail: Should the new phone get connected to the network first, or should the data transfer happen first? Should I finish the data transfer to new, or run the system update on the new phone first? There were a couple of other steps like that, where I had to guess what to do first. A couple of apps didn't transfer, but they were easy enough to relocate and install. Overall, I'm happy with the prompt service, the easy return of the old phone, and follow-up from Asurion.

These people are horrible. I paid 275 dollars for a replacement phone which shipped and was delivered the next day. Went to activate the phone. Took it to Sprint. They gave me the wrong SIM card. It wouldn’t make it receive Calls, texts or go on the web. Took the guy 2 hours before he got it to work then following that the phone kept going in and out of service. Then. It started powering down multiple times a day. They were supposed to send me a replacement for my replacement and it’s been 3 days. I’ve been hung up on several times and now I’m being told I have to wait for a call in 24 to 48 hours. Sad part is I had to go to my local sprint store to make the call to get another replacement phone that I’m still waiting for! Then I put a 50 dollar privacy screen on the defective phone and they tell me they can’t credit me for the new one. I have to spend another 50 dollars on. How is it my fault. You don’t test your phones before shipping.
I trusted you with my money and you can’t test phones but you can take my money and tell me it’s not your problem. I don’t think so. I would piss on your company if it was on fire nor would I refer anyone to you or buy anything from you again. You quick to take my money but you can’t help me get a new phone, a screen protector or even some of my money back. You people have no souls.

Thank goodness I have had Skype on my Tablet for just such emergencies as between AT&T and Asurion there were many, many calls to be made and due to the virus everything was slowed down with no fault to anyone. I originally had a problem with my phone freezing. But then I realized that it was due to the significant number of text messages I had been receiving due to the death of my mom. I contacted the insurance dept and advised of the problem. They immediately began to assist in resolving the issue and ultimately, I thought I needed to order another phone. The representative did process the replacement phone request.
Within a day or two, the telephone began to work properly. I contacted Asurion and advised that I no longer needed the replacement telephone. I explained to the agent that I had received the new phone, but it was no longer needed. I was advised to open the box and place the label on the outside and return the phone and the deductible charged would be removed from my account. The representatives were very knowledgeable. Great customer service, Both were very professional. Keep up the great work.

Whenever my son contracted me about his damaged phone, I told him no problem. I've been paying $9 a month for a year on replacement insurance. I go to my AT&T website and file a claim. I answered all the questions honestly and my claim was denied. So I have to go to a AT&T to ask why and get them to check. Staff pulls up my account and told me my insurance would cover the damages. They told me to go to the website and try again. The 2nd time my claim was accepted. With the Covid-19 situation, it was the fact that I had to get out and go to the AT&T store to get this resolved.

Very good service. Received new phone overnight. Follow up was very good with customer service. Very helpful with set-up of new phone and return of old phone. I'm glad I had the insurance. Would advise everyone to take the insurance.

Great service and fast... took 2-3 days to get new phone.. and it was easy step by step instruction to follow to get it done.. I was very very very please by how fast and easy it was to step up and the timing great job.

New phone came very fast. I had a little trouble figuring out how to activate it online though which I usually do. They have great customer service support ready to walk you through everything and be happy to do so. When your having trouble and feeling frustrated a friendly happy voice ready to help, really matters! All in all very happy to have this service!

Phone screen was fixed but screen did not work properly and when spoke with a representative She submitted a request to have a replacement phone overnighted without any additional cost to me this was a plus. Thanks for great customer service.

I have almost always had good experiences with Asurion and AT&T. I think the description of what happened to my phone was called screen burn. AT&T linked me up with Asurion right away and I had a new phone in less than 24 hours.

My mom is the main user of this account. But my phone is the one that needed replacing. The claiming process was easy and secure. And I got my replacement device overnight! Which was spectacular! Excellent service. I will be careful with my new device but if something happens again. There is no other service I will choose!
