They did a wonderful job on sending my phone to me even though UPS delayed my package and I didn't get it until 2 days later than I was originally was supposed to. I wasn't too happy with ups with it.

After waiting for some time they finally had an iPad mini 4. I ordered it as soon as I saw it available. I would suggest them only if they carried the same item. The turn around is great. Cost you pay monthly is good but the cost to replace is high.

The process was easy. I did it all through the Verizon app. The phone came quickly and was easy to set up. I was very pleased with how easy the replacement was. The envelope to mail back the broken phone made it easy to take care of the return.

We had to wait on hold for an hour and 20 minutes. Very long time but when we finally got someone on the phone it went pretty fast. The person that helped us was patient and understanding. We got our new phone in two days.

Knowledgeable people; simple process; swift response. A few details had to be revisited, but then that should be expected. There was a message sent to me that I did not understand concerning storage, but that did not involve Asurion. Very quick process to validate the claim and record processing.

After I made my claim everything to do with getting a new phone went so well especially after the fact that my original claim was only to get my screen fixed, but when the technician accidentally broke the home button I thought it was going to be a hassle to get my phone replaced.

Getting the phone took a day longer than was said. I wish the cost was lower. But overall a very good phone. I would recommend to a friend. Don't know if they have the option, but would like to be able to upgrade to a different model.

Prior to 4/29/20, I called the company twice to discuss the extended warranty on my monitor. I had gotten a really good deal on the item and was asking to see if they could fix it. If they couldn't, I asked to get my monitor back. The money they would offer me would not cover another one. I was assured on two separate calls that they would reach out to me before a decision was made. On 5/21/20, I was told that it was not repairable and, "Here is your gift card." From 5/22-6/1 I have been trying to get them to give me back my monitor before they trashed it and on 6/2 they told me that they scrapped it anyway. For two days I waited for a resolution and all I got was here is your money (1/4 of the price for a new one) and have a nice day. Now I am stuck with no monitor and no way of obtaining a new one. They wouldn't even provide me a used one or offer more to correct the mistake they made.

Very nice people on the phone and very helpful. They explained everything and the time frame and the process. The Phone came fast and the return process was pretty easy with easy to follow instructions. I found the whole experience to be pleasant and fairly straightforward. Made me very glad that Asurion was there and that I had the insurance. The online steps were simple and straightforward as well as their technical staff being professional, knowledgeable and highly competent. The only hiccup was the presence of 2 SIM cards which of course I selected the wrong one to install. Easy fix with the help of their competent technician. Highly recommend this service.

I have a friend who lost his job so I put him on my phone plan. He has been struggling with alcoholism, well he got drunk and burned his house down by passing out with a cigarette, it built up enough pressure that it blew him out his bay window and the phone burned up and you replaced it right away no question asked. Thank you. It is nice to have a company that treats you right and even promptly. Normal INSURANCE companies just want you to pay in and never have a claim and treat you like crap. So again Thanks.

Great customer service to have my phone replaced. I was told it would arrive in three or four days but the phone got there in less than 24 hours. The online portal was a little screwy so I had to call and file my claim. Other than that no issues at all.

I attempted to get the screen replaced but it was too badly damaged so I went forward with replacement. I was told it would be a long time on hold to speak with a representative but I got through very quickly!! Finished up everything online and got my replacement phone next day! Awesome job! And the instructions for transfer were so simple. Even me, a technically challenged person, got it done. Happy camper!!

I had to replace my phone because I dropped It and the back of the phone cracked. After a while it wasn’t working properly. I decided to use Asurion. The operator was very nice and explained the process. The process was very easy and I had my replacement the next day.

My experience with Asurion was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. It took away any stress in having to set up my new phone from the cloud since my old phone would not function at all. Two suggestions: (1) Add a description that phone is totally inoperable in order to transfer info and (2) old phone unable to Delete personal info - please remove all stored info. Also, deductible is too high. $125 for a replace iPhone 6 Plus. Ok if newer phone replacement. Thank you.

The service itself was great, especially when I was able to get the case started. The problem however and the reason for 3 stars is the website. I attempted to get a case built several times and with several different browsers (Safari, Chrome, and Firefox). All three had problems moving from one screen to the next. In the end I gave up with the website and just called in, which took about an hour to get someone on the phone. The service itself is great!! It's getting the process started that was very frustrating and a bit of a nightmare. You might want to look at your website and make sure it's working properly.

Contacted Asurion to claim damaged phone. Provided required information on damage and approximate date. Asurion responded by sending replacement phone next day with instructions on how to handle transferring data and how to package and send damaged phone back. Everything went great. My grandson damaged his phone or playing outside during the coronavirus epidemic and he fell and broke the screen on his phone. I forgot I had insurance and call Verizon. They gave me the number to file a claim and after that everything went smooth. Two days later my grandson had a new phone and was able to keep his parents and me and his grandmother from going crazy. I tried to do my claim for a lost phone online. However, a code I needed to continue the claim was only able to be sent to the lost phone, there was no other phone number option. So I ended up having to call and make a claim. The claim was easy and the lady was able to send the code to my email. The associate was very helpful. Got my new phone fast and associate was very helpful activating the new phone.

I had lost a phone. Replacement was easy and smooth. Phone came in 2 days and Protech helped get it activated very quickly. I upgraded to the better insurance plan. Very pleased with the customer service. Online claim file was pretty simple to use.

Was terrible at first. On hold forever. Cut off 3 times. But once I got thru to a young lady who stayed on the line until the warranty dept actually picked up. She was spectacular and then the warranty young lady killed it. So would have been 5 except for the 3 cut offs on transfer.

Got a replacement phone immediately Iike a day or 2 Later and was easy to set up. Called Asurion just to ask one more final question on returning old phone back. If I can set up a new phone anyone can. I’m just glad I had insurance. I don’t like the fact that it cost me 112.00 plus dollars for a refurbished phone.

All I need is for them to replace a lost phone and fulfill their end of the contract. But, Every single time I call it is another problem with this “insurance” company! I have updated my address 3 times with different reps and they still don’t have it correct! I’ve uploaded an Affidavit and a picture of my State ID, and now I’m told that I need to upload the exact same items AGAIN!! 6 times I’ve called, gone to the @Sprint complete app numerous times, and gone to phoneclaim.com/sprint Lord knows how many times without resolution and every time the rep seems to care less about my frustration.
BEWARE of @Asurion tech insurance as their customer care is terrible, their competency is beyond subpar, and their professionalism doesn’t even exist. This is the poorest excuse for an insurance provider I have ever had the unfortunate need to deal with!! If ANYONE has an alternative to @Asurion, even if it’s more expensive, I would highly recommend never even considering this laughable organization. A true, recent experience from a long time customer of @Asurion giving them ZERO out of 5 stars!! This is a TERRIBLE company!!

When I was talking on the phone, many of the people would tell me I was fading in and out and they could hear my echo. It was frustrating for both of us. I kept repeating myself and they kept saying they couldn’t understand me. Finally, I contacted Asurion and received a better phone.

Damaged my phone which was insured and got replacement within 48 hours. Took to the AT&T store and Christian was extremely helpful in getting my new phone activated and all date transferred over to new phone. Was concerned about not being able to erase data as previous phone would not work at all so unable to clear phone prior to shipping. Called AT&T and they were able to guide me through process to delete the old device. Good job!

Son's phone was stolen. I’m on Memorial day, I was able to process a claim and get a new phone within two days. The Asurion rep was very helpful getting a new phone set up and on suspending the account so he could use it. It took a while but he was very patient, greatly appreciated.

It was easy. I went to the store with my claim, they had me wait in a socially distant way for the rep. The rep looked at my phone determined the issues and determined there was more wrong than I thought. She helped me complete the claim to get a new phone. Went smoothly. The only negative was they made me turn off my iPhone Locator and reboot my phone before they would send the replacement. I could use my phone with the broken screen but once I rebooted it I was unable to enter my PIN code therefore I was completely without phone until the new one arrived.

It was difficult to get the back up done as the stores are closed and unable to assist... I ended up having to increase iCloud storage to accommodate. But the ship back went smoothly once that was done. The SIM card needing to be activated was the only thing that was not clear in the instructions. I ended up leaving the house and wifi only to find out I had no data or phone service. I was able to correct that once I was home.

I processed a claim with Asurion, and paid for the expedited next day shipping. The next day I call because I didn't received my phone, only to be told I had to wait the holiday weekend. I was assured several times by a supervisor that my phone would be delivered. When my phone still didn't come they then claim that my account is stuck, and they will have to wait for IT Department to look at my account but that will not be done for 24-48 hours. After IT looks at my account, the phone will either be delivered or they will tell me what we can do. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable, understanding the Panademic, but there needs to be a better process to assist customers. Waiting a week without a phone nor answers is not good customer service nor is it good business.

Quick response and immediate action is what a customer really wants to hear, when they are in need of service. I only made one call and told the customer service agent about the face of my Apple Watch that was coming up and it was coming apart.
