Phone was not charging. I was shipped a replacement and received the next day. The phone replaced was Samsung Note 9. Despite not getting a pink as my former phone (I got a black); I would say that all else was excellent.

Your customer service is excellent. I received my phone the next day after my call. The helpline was very helpful in transferring all my stuff to new phone and will call them again to clear my old one. Thank you since our cell phones are so important!

I truly appreciate Asurion for all of their excellent help when my Smartwatch was damaged. They are truly professional and courteous. I am thankful for all that they do for their customers. I don't think any other insurance company can even compare to their professionalism of Asurion!

My assistant was very helpful. Asked the proper questions and got me the answers that were needed. She got us a new device and made sure insurance was all covered. Very respectful and intelligent. Will call again if we ever have any problems with devices.

Excellent experience with the process. Reported loss on Friday and the new replacement phone delivered the next day, Saturday. What more can I say.. Highly recommend Asurion. The return of the damaged phone was also very easy, and convenient process which Asurion has developed..

Hey. This is Mohammed **. I need to know why I don’t have to change the screen. Only when it’s cracked for $30 like T-mobile company and you charge me $250 to change new phone and same it with t-mobile 100$ for new phone because you don’t tell me that before I get the insurance.

There was a problem with my phone. I couldn't turn off "find my phone" for some reason. Everyone at Asurion patiently and courteously worked with me to fix this. They even worked with Verizon and Apple to correct the problem. I couldn't have asked for better service.

My daughter's iPhone XS was splashed and wouldn’t turn on so we went to ATT and they told us to get online to file the claim. Was very satisfied with how fast we received my daughter's replacement phone. The online process was very easy.

I submitted my application and you sent a replacement a few days later. It was very easy to do and not intimidating at all. You gave a package to send the broken phone. So it was cheap than replacing the cracked screen.

Quick and efficient experience in receiving my new phone when I replaced a phone with a cracked screen. The only thing I had difficulty with was exporting some of the images from my phone onto my computer. Not sure if that is Asurion related or not.

Our greeter was very pleasant and greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. She helped me with my payment and since the other associates were busy she assisted with the phone issue. And still greeted people when they came in. Great job AT&T.

Horrific on my third phone, this one overheats. I never have had an iPhone shut down for overheating. What they do is they take probably trade in phones or something like that and it’s not fair, because someone probably trade that phone in because it overheats. I’m not sure the tester diagnostics they do but my experience with the Asurion has been horrible. They had someone on my for my TV state that the tv is covered because the screen is cracked, or it looks like it has visual damage, and they did not say this and we paid for someone to come out and tell us that it’s a shame.

Super fast shipping. I lost my phone on vacation and within 2 days I had my replacement phone at my house. Friendly and efficient customer service with activating my new phone as well. It was definitely worth having the insurance for all my devices. Highly recommend getting it if you dont already have it.

Once we decided to go ahead with the claim, the process seemed fairly quick and easy. My wife was able to get the same device she had. Overall I believe the experience was relatively painless. I cannot see any reason to not use these services in the future.

I have had this insurance for the past several years, but have not had any need to utilize it, so was unsure what to expect. After spending 2 days working with Apple support it was determined that my phone had an internal screen issue. I then contacted Asurion. And the claim was easily filed, and I received my replacement phone the next day. I had had a small issue with the activation, but this was handled very quickly. I would certainly recommend this insurance.

Upon receipt of new phone, we took to the ATT store for set up. However, we transferred photos to new phone on our own. Everything went smoothly. The new phone arrived on time as indicated. The forms to fill out the claim were not so easy to get through but accomplished in the end.

Received my replacement phone within 48 hours & was able to get everything except my service transferred over by following the tutorial. Called the next day & was able to get my service transferred over in just a few minutes. Very happy to have a fully functional phone with a battery that holds a charge again!!!

Thank you. It worked great, I asked for repair and since phone wasn’t being made anymore got the latest for less than $200. I was giving my old phone to a grandchild so this was very nice. I try to always carry insurance on my phone.

Old phone started going wonky. Went to Verizon the same day to make a claim. By 4 pm the next day my replacement phone And SIM card had arrived even with all of the covid-19 stuff going in. Great experience all the way through.

Seamless process, quick and easy. Replacement device came in Monday from a request on Saturday. Swap out was simple. Web browser was very easy to use and didn’t take long at all to fill out. All in all this was a great service.

Asurion sent me a replacement phone through the mail and when I received it there were multiple cracks on the screen. When I contacted them about it they informed me they wouldn’t be able to send another one until I sent them additional documentation. I contacted them the same day I got the phone to inform them of this in which it took them multiple days to get back to me with directions on what I’d need to do to get them to send me another one. They sent me a cracked iPhone 6.... Terrible just terrible. Thanks for nothing Asurion.

Efficient and effective replacement of the broken AT&T Samsung phone. Which was a must after paying insurance on the prior phone for 42 months, so I'm not sure the cost effectiveness of having smart phone insurance. A model smart phone users should employee is to have insurance for about 1 year then cancel it. After that, it's not cost effective.

The process was good. A replacement phone was sent out very fast. The only problem I have is that they sent me a refurbished phone to replace a phone that was one day old. They should have sent a brand new phone. I’ve never had a refurbished phone, so I may never have an issue. Only time will tell.

Anytime I've had to deal directly with customer service, they are ALWAYS very helpful and quick to respond. I just get frustrated: once the replacement phone is received and activated -- get an email once they receive the damaged phone to "turn off Find My Phone" which I know I did at the time of filing the claim.

This was by far the worst customer service experience of my entire life. As soon as my contract with AT&T is over I will be finding a carrier that does not use your company. How do you justify a 250$ deductible for a phone that costs around 300$ to manufacture (how much the phone retails for is irrelevant) then send me a refurbished phone that you folks put together from sent in phones that you part out? Your company is crap and has lost at&t a customer as well as a potential customer for Verizon. Not that I expect you to care, as you already got your money...

It was a good thing that I’ve been insuring my grandson's phone because it broke and this insurance sent him a brand new one including a new battery and charger too. I also didn’t have to pay any activation fees either which made me happy to hear.

Everything went smoothly for the most part. I did think I had completed my order for new phone. When I didn’t get it in the 2 days it said I would, I checked back in to be told I had not completed my claim. Everything was great!! The person I spoke to on the phone was helpful and I got my phone quickly! I was happy to get an iPhone 11 VS - the iPhone 8 which I had prior. I also got a reduced deductible due to not making many claims. That made me super happy too!

This was probably the best experience I've ever had with a insurance service replacing my phone. Everything came in the Box and it was so easy to do and it didn't take me very long at all. I really appreciate that. There was even a piece of tape in there to seal the Box. I mean what more could you ask for? Great service!

Fast delivery and great service!! The only reason I didn’t give it more stars is because I didn’t get original charger and the charger that I was sent was an OEM and my original charger was messed up. The one they sent take longer to charge.

Their service is excellent all the time; This last time I place my order, I take more than 8 hours by phone to have my replacement due to multiple factors; It would be great to be able to talk to the adjusters when more than 2 calls have already been made for the same case and thus speed up the processes.

I dropped my Samsung out of my scrubs while transporting a patient to the Adult ED. I discovered I broke the liquid crystal on the bottom right hand corner of my screen. Verizon said with no insurance my phone would need to be replaced at a cost over $1,000 – and, of course, that didn’t happen. I have no complaints. To be honest, this would be my first time using Asurion, I was with At&t years ago, but I'm not sure if asurion was valid back then. I'm happy that there is a company now called Asurion, I don't know what I would do if there wasn't a company like Asurion. Asurion is the best place to receive insurance from regardless of what carrier you're with, stand by asurion. The staff are amazing, they're helpful, understanding, they make sure that you're taken care of before you leave. Charisma is hard to come by and asurion has it hands down. I would recommend Asurion to anyone who desires an insurance company that satisfies all of your needs and wants.

Everything was easy, however, there were no instructions on the transfer of data from phone to phone. Although it was easy, it took me a while to find out that all I had to do was turn on the new phone next to the old one. Also, I was not aware I would be receiving a refurbished phone without the accessories (if it was stated in the claim, it wasn’t obvious). I’m ok with a refurbished phone but I was hoping to get a new set of headphones with it since my old ones have been worn out for the last 2 years. The headphones are included with a new phone, I don’t know why they wouldn’t be included with my replacement. On a very positive note I was upgraded to 4x the storage from 64gb to 256gb. I think, however, that was done by lack of inventory. On a negative note: This phone was around $800 new. When I purchased it originally I was given a choice of color. My replacement was whatever they wanted to give me.

Unbelievably fast replacement phone. Wasn't refurbished either. Brand new, manufacturing date on the box was for May and I submitted my claim June 1. Less than 24 hrs after I placed the claim my phone arrived. Great service overall. Have not had the best experience with Asurion in the past but this was definitely better.

Almost everything I needed for the return of my damaged phone was in the box. The directions for transferring information from my old phone was easy. The box didn't include the little key to remove the sim card. I did go to the phone store so that they could assist me to make sure I didn't lose any of my information.

I had an awesome experience working with Asurion. I cracked my phone screen and was calling to have it replaced. For my model (iphone6) there was no plan for a cracked screen but they sent me a whole new replacement phone instead! For the same price! I had some frustrations with the website, recording my answers incorrectly. I had selected the reason for the claim was accidental physical damage to the phone and the website kept stating that the phone was covered by AT&T warranty. I requested help through chat and that agent kept insisting that I had selected phone malfunction, not physical damage. I told her 5-6 times that I hadn't, I had gone back through my answers and double checked. She told me to go back and file the claim again through their electronic procedure. I kept telling her there was some issue with the system, but she kept insisting I try again (poor customer service).
I tried again, but of course had the same problem. I returned to the chat help page and second time was a charm, the agent was very helpful and filed the claim over the phone. The very next day my son had his replacement phone, less than 24 hours later! The quick shipping of the replacement and the helpfulness of the second agent was worth 5 stars, but the couple hours lost messing with the malfunctioning electronic claim process and the refusal of the first agent to be helpful, resulted in a 4 star review.

My phone began to zoom and the print and icons on the face of the phone were so large that they were not readable. We couldn't get the zoom to disable. I took the phone to my AT&T store and they said it was broken and should be replaced, and told me how to get that started. I called the number given and talked to a lovely young lady from Arkansas who took care of ordering a new phone to replace the one I couldn't use.
She said it would come in 2 working days, and it did. When it arrived, our daughter was visiting us and said she knew how to set it up. I began looking for the old one that we had turned off two days earlier to show her what it had been doing. She swiped up on the face and was able to disable the zoom feature and the phone worked fine.
We had tried that earlier with no results. We called Asurian and reported that the phone was fixed and the nice man who answered the call said I should return the new one and get a credit and, if it happened again we would know what to do for it; also, if we couldn't fix it in the future we could call you again and get a new one. That is what we did. Our daughter had already put the sim card in the new phone and she didn't take it out since it was feared it would get lost since it wasn't attached to the card it came on. The old phone has worked properly since that time. We sent the new one back to you. All of the agents we talked to were knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. It was a great experience. So so pleased. Quick. Pleasant. Approved immediately. Very happy. Satisfied. Arrived day later due to Covid but very very grateful. I will be sending the other phone back Saturday morning promptly. I’ve had surgery. I’ll be able to go out then.

I am very pleased with the service that I received from Asurion. I would surely recommend them to all of my friends and family because it didn't take long for them to process my claim once they filed my claim. It took about two days for my phone to arrive.

The claim process was seamless from the ease of the website to the receipt of the replacement phone. Every aspect was simple, fast and efficient. The claim was filed on Sunday and the replacement arrived two days later with instructions and a postage paid mailer to return the defective phone.

The assistance offered by your staff was excellent. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I did find the process difficult to navigate with little information provided with my new device that was delivered. The online portal I was directed to was also difficult to log in to despite having the correct credentials.

The service was great and accurate, very helpful people in getting my phone connected. Also I loved the speediness of receiving my replacement phone. I’m glad that I have insurance for this reason. The person that helped me activate my phone was very patient and understanding with helping me.

They did a wonderful job on sending my phone to me even though UPS delayed my package and I didn't get it until 2 days later than I was originally was supposed to. I wasn't too happy with ups with it.
