My claim was handled quickly and professionally. I’m very satisfied! My new replacement phone was mailed and delivered to me the next day after filing the claim, even though I opened the claim late in the afternoon. My phone arrived by FedEx in the morning.

My daughter lost her phone on by leaving it on the bumper of her car when getting air. Confirmed lost at 4 pm. Received the new phone by 10am the next day! So happy and pleased with the service! Thanks.

My last experience with Asurion was easy and pleasant - had no difficulties getting it approved and confirmed. There have been times in the past when it was difficult to get approval but the system seems to have changed to make it easier. Great Job!!

I was very happy with my experience with Asurion. This is my second time using their service (with two different phones), and both went smoothly. The only reason I did not give five stars is that I was a little confused when going back in to check on my submission. I felt that I was making a new submission, even though the site showed new submission and check on submission. I still use this service and will in the future.

I had an excellent representative who was very knowledgeable and, though she wasn't able to assist me, transferred me to the correct department (I'd mistakenly selected an option for cellphones and I needed tech support). Once I was able to speak with the correct department, my request was well-handled. I appreciate everyone's professionalism.

My phone was destroyed when it fell out of my car during a rainstorm. I opened the door to untangle my seat belt. I didn't realize it had fallen out until I was at the store. I had no problems getting it replaced.

Great customer service, informative and professional. I was kept up on the tracking of package via email and even when it was delivered to my door. Asurion reminded me to return my defective device before the expire date and even notified me once they received the defective phone.

Asurion has been fair and responded to my needs very quickly. My only issue is that they would not repair my cracked front glass because my front camera was not working properly, which I did not care. It is their policy that everything has to be working properly to repair the glass, so I had to pay the deductible for a new phone.

It was what I expected for what I pay. Nothing more, nothing less. The online process is a little tedious. Also, I believe the phone could have been fixed without replacing it, but you really don’t offer that service. It’s either replace the class or play for a full replacement.

Everyone was helpful and quick to get my device switched out. Very pleased. I was a little disappointed to find after being told I could submit the forms, it ended up being my husband that had to since he’s the account holder. Other than that, everything went great.

Great service. I received a very good tablet. They were very responsive and courteous and professional. They listened to me and responded accordingly. The tablet came before they said it would. Fast and easy the make the claim. Excellent and FAST replacement of iPhone. Have the whole family insured. Well worth the money to protect your phone and have it replaced, especially if you have children with phones. They will eventually crack the screen or the charging port will go out from their constant use. Asurion takes the worry out.

Getting phone replaced was simple logged online filled out form.. replacement phone was delivered by next day. But due to COVID 19 getting to get the phone set up was a several hour process. Was next to impossible to get in touch with a live person to help.

Process was very efficient from filing claim to receiving product, instructions for transfer could have been more detailed. There was nothing on installing SIM card. Otherwise was pretty straight forward. Tried calling the assist number but had issues with connection and the tech hung up.

Speedy service with a great upgrade. Sent overnight which I SO appreciated it since we were about to travel. AT&T service representative helped me file the claim which is not hard but appreciated someone taking me through it. This is a great option to buying a new device.

I would have given it 5 stars, but activating the phone once it got here, was a real pain! Other then that, we received the phone really fast! When it came time to activating the phone, we were passed to three different people, who we had to give the same numbers of the phone to! It was a bit irritating.

In February(26th) my son purchased a used head amp and cabinet speaker from Guitar Center in Williston, VT. He worked his butt off for this amp and spent well over $400 for the cost of everything INCLUDING insurance through Asurion. 10 days later the amp caught on fire and we returned it to GC for a refund. They had to mail the damaged amp to Asurion HQ but couldn't do so until we received a shipping label from Asurion. We were told it would take 24 hours to receive the label through email and then we had to bring the label to them so they could mail it. They can't issue cash refunds for this only sore credit.. This was March 13th. We received nothing from them. I called and got the run around to keep checking my email..
Then the country shut down and every place was closed so we we knew we had to wait because the pandemic was a little more important than an amp at this point. So in mid April I called GC just to see if anyone was in the store and maybe they could at least check on the status of this missing shipping label. An employee at our local store looked into the matter and called me back with the information he had received. I was told Asurion emailed the label on March 13th to my son's email address. I called Asurion to cut out the middle person and I asked if they could email it again but to my email address instead of my son. They said yes. I waited a week for that label to show up in my email. It never came. So I called Asurion and they said they mailed it me because they aren't allowed to email shipping labels... Ok great. I waited another week...still no label.
Called again and was told they sent it U.S mail to my street address but a different town.. I had them correct it and waited another 8 days for this shipping label. It finally showed (mid May). Same day it came, I brought it directly to GC and they mailed it right away. Once Asurion received the damaged amp they would issue a store credit. So I waited again.. I called on June 3rd and they told me that the refund was issued on June 1st and I would be seeing the email with the refund within 24 hours after issued..again it was June 3rd when they told me this. I explained that if they were correct then I should have already received this refund email. So I asked what email address they sent it to... They sent it to the wrong email.... Told me I had to wait 5-10 business days so they could cancel the last refund sent to the wrong address....
On June 10th I called to check on the status of reimbursement. I was told they U.S mailed me a bank check to the same street address again but in a different town in and I should receive it by Saturday June 12th.... I told them that it was sent to the wrong address yet again! I spoke with the supervisor and he told me that it would be another 5 to 10 business days before I see a refund because now they had to cancel the check they mailed to the wrong address and once that check was cancelled they send another one out to me. After letting them know that I was more than angry with them they said they could shorten to business days.
I called again today, June 19th to check the status and was told the check was issued on the 15th and mailed priority mail. I asked for a tracking number and was told to have a great day and hung up on. A few hours later I received an email telling me that there was an issue with the check they issued and to be patient with them. I've been patient long enough. Protection plans at Guitar are processed through Asurion. Buyer Beware! I have no problem with GC. They've helped as much as they could. Maybe Asurion should stick to insuring phones. The customer service and communication is horrible.

Very easy and simple transaction. Staff at the Verizon store were very knowledgeable and helpful. I received my replacement phone next day and it appeared new although it wasn't. I used the mailer provided to return my original phone and was notified when it was received.

ATT should hire Asurion to manage their business. ATT sucks and Asurion rocks. They have a simple system that works and is WAY better than the service you get from ATT support. And ATT should completely dump DirecTV too.

So far things have been good. My replacement phone is working fine, things transferred over without any major snags. My wife had her phone replaced back in December after hers was stolen. Since then we recently discovered that it has ruined 3 micro SD cards. She did contact Asurion who told her she needed to contact Verizon. Well that has been an experience...we have been unable to contact anyone with Verizon. We both got on a call back list and when we took the call it was a recording telling us to call back. Not real happy with Verizon at this point! Any suggestions from your end?

You did real good, but you forgot to send me my deductible back to me, $149. You can't send it back to the card I used because I am no longer with that bank. I do have another phone that was stolen back January 2020 that I reported, Iphone 11 Max Pro.

The service was great, I received the 1st phone in 2 days and although they helped me to get it working the phone did not work properly. So I called back and was sent another phone overnight. This phone still has some issues, it does not compare to a new phone. It is a replacement and just that. It cuts off, the volume can be problematic, but it works most of the time.

Some Asurion customer service are really very good and some are very bad. Gave me hard time and refuse to send me a replacement. They asked me to go outside while Atlanta protesters all over the place and find ATT store. And other were so good and easygoing and they sent me a replacement right away.

When your phone is damaged it is the most stressful thought on how to navigate life without your phone for a period of time. Using your navigation system, checking your calendar, using it for work schedules, etc. The Asurion team handled the replacement professionally and quickly. In what seemed like only a few minutes of filing my claim that I received a response. Although my phone had been discontinued, the phone was replaced within 2 days with an upgrade, albeit for a small charge. I love Asurion.

The representative was kind and courteous even when I got upset over the fact the phone had broken during installation and I might have to have AT&T send me a replacement. He was upfront and honest explaining exactly what had happened during the repair. He said he would see what he could do and in no time he had my phone working like brand new. He apologized for the problem and stressing me out. Your company needs employees modeled after him. Unfortunately 2 days later my phone was destroyed after it fell out of my pocket while I was mowing my lawn and cut up beyond recognition. I am blessed that I was able to file a and claim with the insurance company and I now have the replacement phone lol. Everyone has been great. Thank you.

I couldn’t complete the claim online because I had to verify it using the broken phone, hence, “broken.” I didn’t have to do anything but call. Horrific on my third phone, this one overheats. I never have had an iPhone shut down for overheating. What they do is they take probably trade in phones or something like that and it’s not fair, because someone probably trade that phone in because it overheats. I’m not sure the tester diagnostics they do but my experience with the Asurion has been horrible. They had someone on my for my TV state that the tv is covered because the screen is cracked, or it looks like it has visual damage, and they did not say this and we paid for someone to come out and tell us that it’s a shame.

I have had this insurance for the past several years, but have not had any need to utilize it, so was unsure what to expect. After spending 2 days working with Apple support it was determined that my phone had an internal screen issue. I then contacted Asurion. Asurion sent me a replacement phone through the mail and when I received it there were multiple cracks on the screen. When I contacted them about it they informed me they wouldn’t be able to send another one until I sent them additional documentation. I contacted them the same day I got the phone to inform them of this in which it took them multiple days to get back to me with directions on what I’d need to do to get them to send me another one. Efficient and effective replacement of the broken AT&T Samsung phone. Which was a must after paying insurance on the prior phone for 42 months, so I'm not sure the cost effectiveness of having smart phone insurance. A model smart phone users should employee is to have insurance for about 1 year then cancel it. After that, it's not cost effective.

The process was good. A replacement phone was sent out very fast. The only problem I have is that they sent me a refurbished phone to replace a phone that was one day old. They should have sent a brand new phone. I’ve never had a refurbished phone, so I may never have an issue. Only time will tell.

I just get frustrated: once the replacement phone is received and activated -- get an email once they receive the damaged phone to "turn off Find My Phone" which I know I did at the time of filing the claim.

I found the customer service Very helpful. The phone was sent out quickly. No troubles setting up new device etc. My daughter was very happy with her replacement. I feel that the insurance is worth the cost.
