I had just upgraded to a new phone and was waiting for my new case to arrive. My phone dropped & the screen cracked. I was upset because it was brand new. I contacted Asurion through their online claim process. The filing process was simple & in no time I had a replacement phone.

The person I spoke to, Aaron, was very helpful, accurate in responses and educated me during the process. Activation of my phone was painless. I did not have to leave my home to receive assistance. And... this was all done on a Sunday.

Truly amazing. I got the FedEx shipping confirmation before I got the actual shipping confirmation through Asurion. It was that fast! Received my replacement phone the very next day and was ready to roll. Phone came in a box with everything I needed to return my old phone. Thank you again. Paying that little extra for insurance definitely is the better way to go.

The person who helped me were timely, very courteous and appeared quite knowledgeable. I did not like putting in the SIM cards and also it was a challenging to put in information because of the type of telephone I have.

It was very easy to file a claim. I did it all online with no problem. They sent me a new device and I had it within a few days. I would recommend this service to any customer, especially if they have kids. I would purchase again.

Dropped/damaged phone replaced. Online information on setting up new phone was a complete WASTE of time. A call for assistance was quick, helpful and successful. You need some serious IT work done on your website. We wasted over an hour of our time being sent in online circles and getting nowhere with the process.

My daughter had her phone for less than 6 months and she dropped it. Thank goodness for insurance. ???? We will always make sure we have insurance on every one of our cell phones. It give you peace of mind knowing that you can have a new phone shipped to your house in less than 36 hours. Thank you.

Received new phone within 2 days. Had a little trouble trying to Activate on-line, but went to At&t and they had me back up and ready in just a few minutes! Thank you for the hassle free replacement of Rico's phone.

Asurion did well but It took 4 days before my replacement phone arrived. FedEx did a terrible job updating the tracking information which was inaccurate at best. I would not use FedEx in the future for your overnight shipments. You are overpaying for a service they do not even provide.

Overall this was a great experience. However if you could start a claim on-line and then be able to modify or cancel and start again, that would be awesome. I started the claim thinking the phone needed to be completely replaced, then found out that it might have only required a technician, but I couldn't go back and change the claim.

Couldn't be happier with how fast the phone shipped and how much easier it is to replace a broken phone than it was a few years ago. I had my phone in 24 hours. The transfer instructions were not 100% accurate but getting the phone replaced could not be easier.

Problem with saving data. Saved about 70% of my pictures. Completely lost qpdf app I use to fill in my pdf form for my business. I have tried 15 different apps. Bought one that is about 70% as effective as app that was lost.

Super quick service, sent to me by mail within one day! Even customer service representative was very professional and easily answered all of my questions. Would highly recommend Asurion to anyone needing insurance for iPhones. They went above and beyond in trying to rectify the situation I had with my phone and getting a new one to me as soon as possible.

I filed a claim, got the new phone in a timely manner, I was disappointed to see that stuff was missing from the new phone box. It did not have the key thing to get the SIM card out and also no charger or ear buds. All in all good service.

Worse experience I ever had in my life! 3 days to file a claim after they cancel on me then leave on hold until they close! Biggest run around for service I pay for and never use! Bad business! Never ever again. Been a customer long time and you will lose me for sure!

Great customer service on the phone and it was quick and easy to fix and exchange my phone, received my new phone within one to two business day and it was it. Very easy to set-up my new device and they sent me the address to send the broken device back.

Unfortunately the first phone that was sent was faulty. Everything arrived in very good time, but due to the problem with the phone I had to return twice in two days to replace my phone. During Covid 19 that is tricky at best. Otherwise the experience was well handled.

My son got his phone wet in the ocean. We went to the ATT store, and they recommended an insurance claim since it did not work. The Asurion representative we spoke with was very knowledgeable about the claims process, and we initiated the claim on the phone. The phone arrived by FedEx in a few days. There were no problems with the replacement process. I received the replacement phone within 5 days from ordering it, and I was able to easily transition from the broken phone to the replacement phone. Packing up the broken phone was easy and convenient.

I have two phones on my account. One for me and one for my daughter. My daughter tends to lose or damage her phone more often than myself. Like this last time she forgot where she had it last and then it’s lost and then they find it down the street. Once I made the claim online the replacement phone was here in less than two days. Always great service! Highly recommend getting the insurance especially if you’re like me and can’t live without a phone.

My Samsung Galaxy 6 active phone was having issues with battery life. I contacted Asurion and filed a claim. The representative was very helpful. I received my new phone in 2 days. The process is quick and easy and I would recommend this insurance.

I was sent a replacement phone with Non working GPS. What was more shocking was the lack of help after receiving the phone. Asurion sent me to Verizon, who sent me back to Asurion for days. I spent HOURS on the phone and never got an answer, apology or solution. Ended up returning the new phone for a refund and buying a new phone outright. Years of insurance payments were a waste, given the fact that they couldn’t help me and shifted the blame when I finally made a claim.

Yes the customer service was great. She was personable and understanding. I did stress though that our phones did NOT have any water damage or cracked screens. My phone cost me 1500 and in 3 months time I had to have the manufacturer replace due to screen issues. Then I asked for a replacement again recently because my phone was heating up when charging. But again customer service was wonderful. Thank you to you agent in Missisippi.

The submit claim process was very quick online, the phone arrived next day, and pre-printed labels as well. The whole thing took maybe 10 minutes altogether. Very happy that I was able to get my phone up and running next day.

While the process seemed fairly straightforward, the information sent in an e-mail about setting up the phone did not apply to the phone I purchased. There are also a host of problems even after getting the phone set up - I had to go to a non-AT&T phone service store to get help migrating my accounts. I have also run into problems with the phone being vulnerable to external tampering. I have had phone calls dropped and put on hold because someone is trying to "Blue-jack" my phone, AT&T text messages overriding my phone calls and cutting them off, etc. It would be nice if there was some kind of support for those issues.

When my son told me his phone suddenly wouldn't turn on, I silently hoped his one one of the phones which carried insurance. It was, and replacing the phone could not have been easier. A new one arrived literally the next day, along with a box to return the broken phone in. End of story!

Everything was perfect except I was told it would be replaced with a S8 Active. Since I had an S7 Active but what I received was an S8, not Active but I'm not complaining, all went smooth. This phone seems to be a good replacement.

The first Asurion rep was kind and helpful but gave me incorrect information that cost me an unnecessary trip to a Verizon repair dealer. The second Asurion rep was amazingly helpful! She helped me remotely turn off find a phone and process a replacement phone.

No problems, easy and able to get it next day. Friendly service and helpful. Our dog ate my son’s Gizmo and there was no getting it back. I filed the claim and it was quickly taken care of. We ended up having to get an upgrade but so far it’s worked very well.

Asurion did an ok job. It was a little work filing a claim. Had to send them paperwork copy of license etc. UPS had the phone for three days!!! They stated there was no apt number on address. Well I put the apt number on the claim and somehow Asurion never put it on address label. Name was on mailbox also. Had to call UPS and finally three days later got the phone! Was not happy.

I was very satisfied with my experience. Getting the phone was very efficient. One of the things that could be improved is greater clarity in the transfer of data. There were just a few tweaks in setting up the new phone after the data is transferred.

I was very happy with the turnaround time with the phone; however, I am bothered by the fact that Asurion/AT&T is charging me $200 for the phone claiming it is my 2nd claim within a year but, in fact, our prior claim (yes, it was less than a year) for a lost phone was returned to them unopened on the day the new phone was received because the old phone was found. I don't believe I should be charged a $200 deductible.

I waited 4 days for my first phone which had a dead battery but when I called to let you know about the dead battery my second phone was here the next day-GREAT! Thanks. That wasn't the case with AT&T. They have problems at their centers with staffing.

Daughter lost her found. Straightforward to get a new phone. They made it easy to fill out online. Replacement came in 2 days! Looked new. Swapping out the card was easy but getting it to recognize phone was more challenging. Verizon technician was excellent though and got it done.

Had an issue with replacement so I got another and all is good. They were out of iPhone 8plus so I got iPhone XS Max. But I am disappointed that I had to spend 45$ on screensaver and case for the replacement that was defective and they went to waste.

I put in a service request on on April 21st. They ask for a credit card. I gave it then I didn't hear anything or receive my phone for over 17 days so I called back in to be told that they don't know if they got the payment with zero follow up over the 17 Days. Then I was told to check if the payment was ever taken out of my bank account with zero follow up again. Then I called back approximately two months later without hearing anything or any follow-ups from a request that was already made in April to be told when I called to start a new one that it's been over 60 days and they can't do anything about it and that they're going to send it to their claims department and let you know within 48 hours if it can be approved or not.
I can take some consideration due to the Covid-19 situation. I just don't know what kind of a service provider that you pay monthly for doesn't follow up with their customers when they already have a claim that's many months behind or call and see if it ever came or explain why it never came other than well maybe the payment didn't go through. One of the first person that I called said the payment went through. I would not ever take the insurance with this company again nor would I ever tell anyone I know to ever go with this company again.

Making a claim with Asurion has been good. First, you go through the process of answering a few simple questions to determine if you need a repair or replacement. Then you have to send them a couple documents through the email they send you for verification. They shipped my replacement phone the same day and arrived the next day. The only downside is tracking or looking at the status of your claim. There’s no option to input your claim #. Instead all the “resume claim” buttons return you to a new claim page.

Experience was good and very timely. AT&T agent saw damage to my phone and filled out all the forms for me. The phone came in 2 business days. Very good service. The AT&T agent then transferred all my data to replacement phone. Now I am good and back to normal.

I went to AT&T because my camera on cell stopped working. The could not help me but gave me the Asurion's phone number. I knew I have insurance but couldn't remember their phone number. I called, spoke with a knowledgeable, very pleasant and helpful person. I wish I had written her name down. Within 48 hrs I had a replacement phone, in excellent condition, a return prepaid label, etc. So satisfied. If you don't have cell phone insurance through Asurion, GET IT!

The cell phone burned up in a fire, we made 3 phone calls to AT&T with the last being Asurion because we had insurance. Within 10 minutes we were able to file our claim and get a new one shipped. Friday night at 6:30 pm by Monday morning at 9:00 am the phone was in our hands. Excellent customer service with a very satisfied customer for having insurance!

Easiest insurance claim that I ever made. I submitted the claim online and everything was clear and to the point, absolutely no hassles or misunderstandings. The BEST part was the quick turnaround, I was only without a phone for about 36 hours. The incident happened on Thursday about 11pm, I made the claim at about 11am on Friday and the new replacement was in my hands before noon on Saturday. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

My phone was recently destroyed, so I am having to replace everything on my phone. Thankfully I had previously had a screen protector and had a "lifetime" warranty on it. It was on backorder when I first filed loss claim, but was back in stock a couple of weeks later and have received it and placed on my phone. On 6/24 I went to the Kapahulu office and received great information from Nimpha. Returned with replacement on 6/25 and disappointed with service since I couldn't transfer any info from old phone. I was very pleased with my experience with filing an insurance claim with Asurion. My iPhone was in great condition and less than 2 years old when it got liquid damaged, and I was devastated at the thought of having to purchase a brand new phone, especially when they are so incredibly expensive. I knew I had protection through my carrier, so I looked through the handbook to see if liquid damage was covered, and was so relieved to find out that I would be eligible for a replacement device. I filed my claim online Tuesday, had a small deductible charged to my account, and received a new device in the mail by Thursday.
I called Asurion to activate my new device, and the process could not have been easier. The representative was so friendly and helpful, and quickly got my new device activated. Sending in my old device was easy as well with the box, prepaid label, and even strip of tape provided for me. The entire process was so easy and so worth the small price each month to make sure mine and my family's expensive devices are protected.

Once my device was approved to be replaced everything went seamlessly. The issue I had with the process was getting the review done promptly. I called in and made the claim on a Wednesday June 17. Within an hour of making the claim I submitted my verification and documents. I received an email saying they had been received and was told within 24 hours the review would be completed. I let 24 hours pass. Nothing and at the 36 hour mark I called in to ask about the status of my claim. This is on Friday June 19.
At this point I was told it was set to be reviewed by Sunday June 21st 96 hours after I had submitted my documents for verification. At noon Alaska standard time I had received no notification and proceeded to call again. The woman I spoke with was pleasant and helped get the verification done after about 15min on hold. Once things were processed I recieved the replacement promptly. Not sure why it was so hard to review but this definitely was a pain to get done based off the information that within the 24hr period after my initial submission of verification we would have this wrapped up.

Great experience, delivery of new item was fast and timely. Replacement device given so I didn’t have to wait and be without a phone. I would recommend to a friend. Updates given on the progress of the order placed and step by step of the delivery up until it arrived at my door.

Although, I’m still having reception issues with my new phone. My experience with Asurion was good. I’m not sure what I need to do at this point to get good reception in my home. I never had this issue before.

Phone ship the day I file my claim. Excellent customer service and quick claim processed. I would have be lost without this add up to my service. I would definitely recommend to everyone. I added to every phone on my plan.

With my first contact with Asurion. I was given the runaround and told that I Couldn’t get my cracked screen fixed. First it was blamed on the technician. Then I was told they didn’t make the screen (BS) then I was given more lines from Asurion. I was furious. The lady was actually rude. I’m sure the conversation is recorded somewhere. I was told I was going to have to pay $250 for a replacement phone and FOR A CRACKED SCREEN. So I waited 6 months with my broken phone and called back. I somehow had a technician with the screen at my house in a matter of hours???? He proceeded to butcher my phone to where the screen would come on but all function was lost???? So at no charge I was sent a brand new phone airmailed the next day.
I’m baffled by how good and how awful my experience has been. I wish I had just gotten Apple care. They are much easier to get ahold of and do proper screen repairs. Asurion should be ashamed of themselves total incompetence all the way around. Without my persistence I’d be out $300 for a cracked screen on an insured phone. I wouldn’t recommend Asurion to anybody unless I didn’t like them.

Customer service was excellent and promptly handled the situation. They were friendly and polite. They also made sure we understood each other as we went through the process of the claim. I was surprised as the express shipment of my device as well.

My company is sending me overseas to work for 6 weeks and the only connection I have in a foreign place with other coworkers is my phone and of course right before my trip my original phone starts acting up. Asurion replaces it within 3 days and the replacement phone works just how it’s suppose to and I also got a charger and charging cable.
