Very courteous and very helpful. Help with getting me another phone in a timely manner. I was not on hold for a long period of time and she had great customer service. She was able to answer all my questions and concerns.

I had a great experience using Asurion as my insurance provider. I filled out my claim online and it only took a few minutes rather than having to wait for a customer service representative. I received my replacement in a timely manner and was kept up to date throughout the entire process.

I was pleasantly surprised with how easy and quick this process was. The communication was excellent and the service was outstanding. My claim was responded to on the same day and by the next day, I had my replacement phone.

Representative was professional and easy to talk to…. Everything was explained perfectly. No issues…. Very satisfied with overall experience. Was easy and straightforward. Store representative made the initial call and then I took over. Very simple and nice. I didn’t take much time and I was on my way. Appreciate the professional representative and their knowledge.

It was the most time consuming horrible process I have ever been there just to replace a phone. I ended up getting almost 6 claims for the same phone. Massive waste of time. I would not recommend this to anyone. I had to use them because I have no choice.

After a few attempts we finally got the issue resolved of adding the number of the tablet to my account and getting a replacement tablet. I am pleased with the upgraded tablet and look forward to using it. Look forward to doing business again with any other replacements.

Easy process from beginning to end. Charges and fees were explained clearly. The only issue I had was not having a number to call and speak to someone that could be a liaison between Asurion and AT&T. This piece to the puzzle is very important so we can avoid going back and forth between companies.

My sim dropped my iPhone and cracked my screen. Asurion sent someone out to my house to replace my screen and they did it right in my driveway. The guy was very nice and did a great job! I would recommend anyone to use them again.

It was a business phone that I truly needed. A new phone was shipped “overnight” and was in my hands the very next day. Have a Galaxy S-9 that looks and acts like new.. Activation of the new phone and deactivating my old phone were 5 minute procedures.

The whole experience was pleasant and easy. The lady who helped me was also very nice and helpful. The phone arrived very quickly and made my grandson very happy. I hope I don’t have to file any more claims but it’s nice to know that the experience is not hard.

The phone was shipped fast. Easy to transfer information. Wish the claim cost was cheaper though. Going through the website to make the claim was easy too. My phone replacement was a Samsung S-20 plus. It even came with a new charging cord also. The phone I got works great.

I lost my phone on vacation, I made my claim online and by the time I had returned home, my phone was waiting for me. Never had to call them or email them to ask about my replacement. Using the online app makes things so much easier and less stressful for the customer. Great, fast, reliable service. Good job Asurion. I will be definitely using them again if need be.???

Replaced phone, battery was not holding a charge and the screen had dark spots on it. Phone came in time frame that was noted by Asurion. Instructions were perfectly laid out. I did contract the local AT&T store for a little more direction in transferring data.

I accidentally dropped my phone in the lake of the Ozarks and within a day and a half I got my new phone. The application was easy to fill out and it was a very good experience! This is awesome insurance!

The service tech called when he was about a half hour away and was here when he was suppose to be. He was very nice and seemed to be knowledgeable in repairing my phone. This is the second time they have came to my house to repair our cellphones and both times we have had a good experience. We will definitely keep our insurance with Asurion!

I lost my Apple watch, and couldn't find it anywhere. I contacted Asurion, and was extremely pleased to find that they would replace my watch with no hassle at all. All I had to do was pay the fee as stated in my policy declaration, and the new watch was on the way. Shipping was quick. Merchandise was perfect. Customer is happy. Of course I covered my new watch with the same policy. It's a "no-brainer".

The tech was very helpful and very knowledgeable. She was able to fix my problem very fast. She was also very patient. The wait time wasn’t that long like I expected either. If I have any more problems I will be sure to contact the tech specialists again.

I was so worried when my screen cracked and thought I would have to spend a lot of money. I called Asurion which offers fast and easy service with great customer service. My repair was under $40.00 and Asurion came to my house and repaired my phone in no time! I will used them again for my warranty needs.

The replacement was fairly quick & easy. I sent the damaged pieces of phone back however since my phone & my mother's phones both were ran over by all kinds of vehicles & tractor trailers in the highway, figuring what parts when to who's phone was a guessing game & the envelop was way too small. But apparently the receiver of the package got the gist of it from the variety of pieces sent.

Customer service was great & efficient, phone was delivered next day. I was told it would take 2 to 3 days for delivery so when I received it the next day was very surprised & the transition to the new phone was easy fast. Thank you.

Replacement phone was delivered less than 24 hours after filing the claim. It worked out of the bix as needed and all is well. We will always use Asurion for our phone service insurance. AT&T was a big help also. They were there to help when we didn’t know how to call.

So far I have had a very good experience with the Asurion insurance. My phone screen and my wife's recently cracked and bought were repaired promptly and the same day. That said I hope that not registering my devices at home won't be a problem when any of them needs attention.

Speedy and good service. New phone came quickly and without incident and was easy to restore and get operating. Seems like a new phone even though says it was refurbished. Super happy with the outcome. Sent return label and box as well to send old phone back as well.

The process of getting the screen of my phone fixed was very easy and everyone was very helpful. I would definitely recommend Asurion to family and friends. It is definitely worth the added cost to have the insurance on my phones especially the phones the kids use.

I was frustrated and irritated with my phone And I called AT&T that gave me my insurance Carrier's name. I called them and right away they went to work. Asked me a lot of questions, got the whole thing results. Sent me a new phone And took all the stress off my shoulders. It was actually a painless process Because I virtually live on my cell phone. It was a Google phone. It got dropped out of a pocket onto asphalt while playing basketball in the driveway. It cracked the screen. There was not an available person to fix it locally so a new one arrived the next day!

I purchased my iPhone about a year ago and since it’d been damaged by every day abuse, with numerous cracks, a wet speaker and scrapes on the exterior my phone needed replacement. Within days of filing a claim another iPhone was shipped. Upon arrival the super easy transferring of data & set up was done in moments. Now, it’s like nothing ever happened and again I love my device.

Cracked screen was handled quickly and very professionally. From making the claim to picking up the phone everything went very smoothly. I would recommend Asurion and uBreakiFix to anyone that asks. Very pleased all the way around. Not too happy about Verizon taking over my insurance but I guess it is what it is.

The representative was very helpful in answering my questions. Was informative and was helpful in having my cell phone replaced and where I could go to get help with transferring my data. She was friendly and upbeat which always makes a stressful situation.

It came very quickly. The only thing that was hard was because since I didn't have the original phone it was very hard activating my sim card. I had to go through multiple agents since I did not have a separate phone to figure out the issue. All the agents were very nice though. Unfortunately took a long time to do since I didn't have access to another phone.

It took me longer to figure out how to contact Asurion, than it did to receive the phone. Once on the right track it was so easy and received the phone in like 2 days! I am still amazed. The postage paid return envelope was much appreciated too. Popped it into the USPS box and all has been good ever since. Thank you Asurion.

I wish I could remember the name of the representative who helped me. I called 611 and she was perfect in customer service. I had a convoluted situation and she made the recommendations that made my experience awesome. I don’t generally have issues at AT&T.

Having the damaged iPhone replaced was very easy. The replacement arrived very quickly, and it took only minutes to drop the old one in the same box (different mailing label) and send it back. The replacement iPhone was also set up in a few minutes.

The only difficulty was dealing with Verizon customer service on a weekend night via text messages to customer care people who had no idea how to help me. Once connected to Asurion, it was fairly smooth going. Phone arrived quickly and as promised.

Phone LCD went out and had to replace phone instead. Opted for the insurance because this isn't the first nor the last time I am going to accidentally drop my phone! Great customer service! The rep wasn't pushy and let me debate on if I wanted the protection or not. Since I own a company, it was the best decision for my family!

It's ridiculous how much it costs for the insurance and deductible. I had it for years. I used on my new LGV60 phone, the one that comes with the dual screen, well your insurance does not cover the dual screen, you consider it an accessory even though it's a selling point as part of the phone, and the phone's functionality. If you're not going to adapt with the points that change then you're truly just taking advantage of people and ripping them off. Canceling this was a great and easy decision for me.

Asurion is very easy to work with from the beginning of claim to the end of claim. The online form was easy to use and very informative so you can start the claim with no problems. I have submitted a few claims through Asurion and each time, it has been consistent and understanding.

After being unable to file a claim online I called customer service at Asurion and was given very courteous and efficient service to complete the claim. At this writing I've received the replacement phone and returned the damaged phone. This experience was very professional yet friendly. I had a smile on my face when I was done.

Jessica was our Rep today and her customer service was outstanding!!! It was a pleasure dealing with her and she went beyond to help set us up and answer all our questions. This is my second claim of a broken screen and these people are just horrible! They claim they will repair or replace the device within 5 business days. That could not be further than the truth! You submit your paperwork and they review it for a couple of days and then pass it to a claims specialist which is when your 5 days actually starts! If your paperwork has any mistakes, they contact you within 5 days for the new paperwork to be uploaded. Once you upload the paperwork, they review for a couple of days and then claims specialist gets it and the 5 business days restarts! If you make any changes that may be required, they restart the 5 business days and that 2-3 days after the adjuster gets it!

If I hadn't broken my screen so late in the day I'm sure they could have fixed it same day. I had an appointment made and the phone fixed in less than 24 hrs hassle free. I know that Samsungs tend to be harder to work on but they had it fixed in just 2 hours or so.

Asurion was very helpful with my phone. Even though I was the one at fault for losing it, they still provided me a replacement at a lower cost to me. The replacement phone was also delivered to me like the next day.

Great service. The ease of using their online service to file a claim and get my iPhone replaced is quick and easy to follow and use. The time from submitting my claim to receiving my iPhone only took a couple of days for me to receive. Comes with an easy return process as well. Highly recommended.

Started off with the chat. The customer service rep was great. He answered all my questions and made getting started very easy. We did run into some problems getting the service to work but he did the best he could. He directed me to another service rep and she got the phone working.

My phone fell and when I picked it up I noticed liquid fluid in the screen. I knew the LCD screen broke and the fluid was preventing me to use the phone. I called Verizon and they gave me the information how to submit a claim to Asurion. Once I submitted the claim and paying my deductible I received a new phone within 24 hours. I’m very happy with this company and highly recommend them. My first claim in 3 years….

Great service. We received our replacement very quickly and was able to easily get everything converted over. The quick shipment was a blessing and greatly appreciated. I would recommend this insurance policy to anyone that doesn’t want to be unconnected very long.

Once we got through the phone tree **, it was good. Chris lost his phone, and Asurion kept wanting to send a code to the phone number that was lost. Finally able to get through the **, we had the phone the next day. That part was great. Getting through the ** to get to the replacement... not so much.

Screen replacement for iPhone at my house was convenient and professional and hassle-free. I called and they came to my home in 24 hours and replaced the screen while I waited in the comfort of my home. I Will definitely call again should I need a new screen.

I made an appointment to replace my screen. The phone still didn't work well. Asurion promptly sent a replacement after being notified of the problem. The new phone is working well. It was also rather simple to transfer my data from phone to phone...TWICE! Many thanks, Asurion.

AWESOME SERVICE! My phone fell out of my pocket while I was on my zero turn mower and it got mulched... I called Asurion about 3:00 P.M. and my new phone was here by 11:00 A.M. the NEXT DAY!!! You can’t ask for better service than that! I’m glad I have asurion and I always will, as long as the price stays reasonable. GREAT SERVICE!

Quick replacement of broken item. Though the replacement wasn't what I really wanted, I contacted Asurion and discussed what I needed (there wasn't an option at the time of claim). The agent was very helpful in finding what I needed for a replacement and helped me swap out the item they originally sent. It only took a couple of extra days, but otherwise all went smoothly.

I received the replacement phone within two days. It was fast and easy. And it was easy to return the defective old phone. There was an enclosed box with no postage needed to return phone. Just dropped it in the USPS mail.

Too complicated to set up. After 2 hours had to take to ATT store. I don't have anything to add. Claim was simple but hard to read and understand instructions for a 71 year old. You just lost 1 star....

Asurion is an excellent phone insurance! When my wife's phone stopped working, they had a new phone to us in almost a day! Which was super important as her phone is our lifeline to our kids and grandkids! It came with great instructions to pull everything over from old to new phone! And with new phones costing four times the amount of a lap top, you would be crazy to not carry insurance! Especially when the insurance is as good and professional as Asurion!

Yes I will recommend family and friends. The two ladies I spoke with explained everything where I can understand. The phone arrived two days after the claim. They helped me set the phone up after it arrived and and it was fast.

At first I thought we just needed cracked screen repair, when trying to schedule that the appointments were very far out - like 10 days. That we were not happy with. You should have more places to go to get a cracked screen fixed so you don’t have to wait forever. Tried calling to see if we could get something sooner and were on hold a very long time. It was off hours though. I then looked at my son's phone and it was not just a cracked screen. Whole parts of the screen were completely black. I couldn’t cancel the cracked screen repair online, had to call - which didn’t seem great either. But this time I did speak to someone right away who cancelled the original appointment and entered the claim for the damaged phone. We had the new phone the next day.

So my daughter broke her screen (no surprise there). We took it to UbreakIfix. An hour wait. Typical. No worries. We get back up there about 30 minutes before they close (I'm slow at driving). We get there and the screen looks great! Phone was not communicating with Apple servers. Phones not working software wise. Let me tell you, those gentleman spent over two hours, and past closing time, doing EVERYTHING they could to fix my kids phone. You WILL NOT find a better place to get your phone repaired. EXCELLENT service. I would have given them 10 stars, but the website could only find five....

I was shopping at a store and needed to use the restroom. I set my phone down and left it and continued to shop. I searched for it but unable to locate. Asurion coverage was able to get me a the day after I filed my claim.

The time management is good. Only thing I’m not happy with is when the company give you a replacement phone the quality. And it’s not the same color as the original phone you had and paid for. I’ve replaced 3 phones and had this issue. I’m confused I’m not understanding why they don’t give you the color you originally had.

I got a pretty decent phone that appears to work about the same as the one that it replaced. I don't know if it was a brand new phone or a refurbished one, but it was acceptable. It was shipped promptly with instructions; however, if the instructions told the user to replace the sim card from the old phone into the new phone, it would streamline the setup procedures.

Didn't know I wasn't getting the exact same device I had. I got a Samsung S10 instead of LG g8. I like it so I'm happy. It was just unexpected & I wish I had gotten a case for it ahead of time if I had known. I am just glad I like Samsung & LG. Some people might not be okay with getting a different model. My son's phone wAs destroyed. I submitted a claim at my local ATT store. They were very helpful. Reminded me that if I don’t ship it we will be charged more. We shipped it back and received a new one for the deductible! It was easy as that!

Asurion tries mightily to delay and discourage claims. It's web-based claims process doesn’t not work and refers users to the phone number. The phone number has limited hours and operators, and its auto messages actively discourage your call, both through saying it’s too busy to warning prosecution for fraud. The call center, if you reach it, transfers you out to AT&T at the drop of a hat, even if you say please don’t. If they send you a replacement device, your address will be slightly off so the carrier can’t deliver and returns it to the warehouse. Then, you have to get through on the phone two more times, 24 hours apart for resolution. Once you get your device, the instructions are terrible so you have to research on the internet how to enable it. Do yourself a favor: Don’t pay for this insurance. It is a racket.

Filing the claim was easy and the rep was very helpful. The phone did not arrive, by Fedex, the next day. I have problems with FedEx. I was assured I would get it the next day and I did. Then I could get the SIM card tray open on the new phone and had to take it to a store, who was very helpful.

It was awesome. I submitted my claim on a Monday and received my new Tuesday by noon. So that was cool. The only thing was that to return my old device it was through the USPS, whereas when the new one came it came through FedEx. So I'm a bit nervous about sending it. However I sent it on Wednesday and it should arrive by Monday!

I had a nearly new iPhone 11 that ended up with moisture in the camera and then the whole phone failed. After a very quick form online, the process was started for a replacement phone through Asurion. The replacement phone was at my door within a day and a half and I’m rural!!! I was shocked at the speed. In addition, the ease of setup and sending my broken phone away was mind blowing. I’m a skeptic when it comes to insurance programs but Asurion definitely stood by their promise. I’m one happy customer.

I had damage to my phone and my local AT&T office helped me file my claim - it was on a Sunday afternoon and I received my replacement phone on Tuesday. I had no problems setting up my replacement phone and the online tech support was very helpful. I highly recommend this service.

Phone was broken. Went to ATT store. They referred me to call the 800 number. Called the number and was told was too busy and to go online. Online wasn’t working so I called again and waited for a human. She had me fixed up in no time. Was told phone would be overnighted but didn’t receive for 3 more days, but included a weekend. Great customer service. Fast shipping. A couple of glitches in their phone tree (had to repeat order multiple times and talk to several agents, this was their automated system, not their agents.), but other than that a great experience. Everyone was nice and helpful.

I purchased a Bose Pro1 Speaker, I have been Calling Asurion for help to service my speaker., I have been talking to a service rep. Did not help, I talked to a manager. Did not help either. This has been going on for the last five weeks. They keep telling me that they have contacted the right department for them to send a shipping label through email. I have called over 5 times. They keep telling the same answer that it will take 24 hrs. to get a response back, I called again the next day. Same answer. Again talk to a supervisor then a manager and neither of them could help. For the future don't buy a ASURION COVERAGE. IT SUCKS. DON'T WORK AT ALL. I ADVICE YOU TO THINK TWICE. BAD SERVICE. NO HELP AT ALL,

I explained to the representative what happened with our daughter's new tablet. I explained to her that we went into a store and a whole bunch of kids went running out of the store and basically shoved my daughter and had her knocked the tablet out of her hand which was devastating because she had a cast on her arm from a previous injury and the representative on the other end helped me out tremendously and got us a new tablet delivered to our house by the next day. She was magnificent.

Great customer service and fast service!! I was very satisfied with the customer service and would definitely recommend to friends. I received my cellphone within days of damage to my phone and it was no problem transferring my contacts and pictures from my old cellphone to my new cellphone.

Weiss was very helpful and even though the store was busy I never felt like I was a problem to him. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff was helpful and kind. I was at the store in Blaine Minnesota.

Less than 24 hours after losing my phone in the river another was delivered! I was on a mini vacation away from home and by myself too. Excellent respectable staff attended to me on arrival. My phone was repaired with no unwarranted questions. It was done within an hour and was handed over to me with an appropriate receipt with due respect. They represent Verizon as a good ambassador with their diligence and respects.

I had sat my phone on my desk and it slid off and hit the edge of the trash can on its way down. Asurion was fast and sent my phone overnight. The only thing that could have been better was if it had been free but other than that I had no problem.

The person fixing the phone was great. Getting it all handled went very well. Easy process. Was not happy with the finished product. The screen is different now. This phone was brand new. 3 weeks old. The screen cracked. The new screen is not the same that was on the phone prior to the repair. But it works so I will make do until I replace the phone.

Quick and easy to replace the phone that was lost. We have never had to use the insurance, but do glad we had it this time. Would highly recommend this service to my family and friends. Much cheaper than paying off the phone and buying a new one.

Service was fast and it was easy to communicate with customer service. Phone looks and works great! We had never used the insurance on our phones and debated on discontinuing the monthly payment on insurance but so glad we kept it, because it was well worth it!

I really was in a panic as I had been without my phone for 24 hours and I just wanted to give the claim and get off the phone. I really didn't like the person helping me trying to sell me other products. My phone did arrive the next day so that was a good thing.

User interface very simple and intuitive. Despite not having my specific model in stock, delivery was prompt and painless. Between online and physically speaking to a customer service representative, all concerns were addressed and solutions were recommended. The upsell however was mildly annoying as it was presented at an inconvenient time.

I lost my phone while kayaking and had a replacement phone in less than 24 hours. You were great although I hope to never have to use you again.... lol. I would recommend the insurance to anyone who kayaks or goes to places that they would or could probably lose their phone.

Went well but a little difficult to switch all info from old cell to the new cell. We ended up going into the local ATT store to finalize. It would be nice to just have a step by step instruction sheet to follow.

Customer service was great, she assisted in giving me options on how to erase my information on my device that was broken before I send in my device. She provided clear instructions. But it was information that I could have found on the internet and didn't have to be on hold for the time I did. Regardless, the experience was pleasant.

The replacement phone arrived on 2 days. The only difficulty I had was the sim card included in the package was defective. I had to go to the ATT store to have my old sim card put in my new phone. I did encounter great difficulty transferring info from one phone to another and spent well over an hour at the att store trying to get it straightened out. I'm still working on getting the info in the apps to transfer. Part may be due to my ignorance. I need a teenager to help me! Ha ha.

Phone arrived quickly but even though directions were clear, I needed help from AT&T to set phone up. Returning old phone is easy. I like the features of the new phone and I was also glad that all the things that I had on the old phone could be transferred to the new phone.
