Very quick service. I appreciate the fact that this service is available. I wish that screen replacement was more available in my area, otherwise we would've replaced the screen rather than replacing the entire phone. Thank you again for your assistance.

Great service. I just wish for that robot to go away. Is better when you have a person to talk to. Am sure problem can get resolved way faster but if you guys had 10 stars I sure will give you guys that. Thanks and great customer service experience. Was awesome????

Received the iPhone and I was able to transfer my information from iCloud to my new phone. Now I’m cleaning up the old phone and then shipping it back in box provided. Everything went well and I have used y’all before so I was used to the program. I am very satisfied with the complete process and will continue to use y’all.

My daughter was kicked by her horse on the pocket where she had her phone. I applied for replacement and she had a new phone the next day. I applied from my phone and lost service. When I asked for help customer service was helpful and competent. This is the 3rd I’ve had to use the insurance and it has been good every time.

As soon as I received my email the claim was being processed, things moved very quickly. My dad received his phone Sunday. The phone was brand new. My dad doesn't have much on his phone so I just took the sim from his broken phone and installed it into his replacement.

Hard to close find my phone due to password issues. Overall great service. Make initial claim easier. Otherwise. Worth the monthly fee. Phone too expensive as it is. So when you have a loss it should be easy... thanks.

I needed a phone as mine had went out from a crack after it fell. I had a replacement within 2 days. It was sent FedEx to assure I received it in a timely manner along with the necessary items to mail the damaged phone back to them.

The claim went well and I received my phone within 2 days of my claim, the only negative I tried to call to talk to someone about this claim, but was unable to discuss with this with a person. Only had recorded option to select?

Excellent!!!! Had the new phone in 15 hours. It was great. My phone just kept dropping calls so it was becoming very frustrating. I would suggest that everyone have phone insurance. My replacement phone is great. I also have an Otter case that I really like.

Amazing service that is worth every penny. This is the 3rd time I have had to use service in the past 8 years. Every time I am impressed on how fast and easy to use the service is. It was late on a Friday when the wife ran over the phone, figured it would take till the next week, but instead she had a new one on Saturday! I will never have a smartphone without this coverage.

Fast service, Nice phone, Sent it to my employee's home over the weekend. Helps the process a lot not having to back to the office to get a phone replaced. So my weekend plan didn't have to be changed to get a phone replaced. I will always let friends know about the insurance that is provided. Well worth the price.

Phone was replaced promptly. It was a simple chore of filling out a form, with no hassle. The only complaint was I wished it could have been overnighted. It took a couple of business days to receive. However, maybe I could have requested that, I did not look into it until it was too late.

The experience with the associate who assisted us was great but I do have a complaint about the process. This is a family account with me being the person who is responsible for payments etc. When my daughter misplaced this phone and we were trying to work through the process to utilize the insurance the email to authenticate would not come through. I requested that the verification be sent to my cellphone but they insisted this could not happen. That is crazy - you know my cellphone number since it is the main one on the account. Instead I had to change the email address and wait 48 hours to order the phone and another 5 days to actually get the phone.

I dropped my phone in the ocean. Within 24 hours I had a new phone delivered to my address for a nominal charge. Outstanding service, very easy to navigate online and saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend using Asurion to insure all your cell phones tablets etc.

My experience with Asurion was awesome!! The forms were easy to follow with concise instructions. The customer representative was polite and professional. Once the paperwork was received and competed, my phone arrived the next day via Fed Ex. Verizon treats their customers the best and would definitely refer anyone is need of a cell phone carrier to them.

I got a replacement phone that’s having trouble. They said they will get a new one on the way. The tec- coach did a good job. Very courteous. I explain to him how the wireless charger would not work with this replacement phone and that this phone was freezing up at times.

Seamless as always. I got the replacement phone within 48 hours, sent the old one back in the same box, and set up the new one. Had to call the tech line because my email wasn't working to get the verification code. But they helped us out and it was all done.

The phone works great but when it charges it gets very hot. It takes out a thermometer and it is useless for an hour or more. Please work with the phone. I need help me. The service was very good. Happy. Have a good night.

I sent off my Alienware 14 laptop that I had purchase several years ago because the laptop would not stay on without the charger connected. I had just gotten Verizon home a few months back and thought I had timed my investment just right and was very glad I had opted in and got the service. Unfortunately by the end of the experience I was very disappointed. After I sent the laptop in I received a confirmation that they had received my laptop and had begun working on it (Great news).
3 weeks went by and I had heard nothing else so decided to call. They informed me that they needed parts and had them on order and should have the laptop back soon. Another month went by with no update so I called again. They told me that the part they needed was on backorder and were waiting on the part. I say okay and ask how long they think it will be. They tell me they have no idea. So I keep waiting and finally receive a call 2 weeks later saying they have the part. Another 2 weeks go by with no update so I call them back and they tell me that they needed another part and that part is on backorder as well. I was frustrated so I asked to speak to a supervisor so I can escalate my claim.
They tell me there is nothing they can do but have the service center call me and give me an update. When the service center technician calls me all they can tell me is they are waiting on parts and they do not know when it will be in (Very unhelpful). A few more weeks go buy and I finally get a call and they tell me they cannot fix my laptop so they will be issuing me a replacement and will send me a list of options to choose from (Finally relieved to have some sort of resolution). To my dismay they offer 3 low price alternatives (est about $700-$900 replacement options), none of which are Alienware. **Beware if they have to replace your device you will receive whatever they feel your device is worth, you will not get anything comparable to what you paid for your device**.

Took a while longer than it should have but it all worked out in the end. Still 5 stars. The value of the plan makes it so worth it. So so worth it. A complete bargain. I love this plan as much as I love chicken marsala over a spiral pasta with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.

I got my new phone right away. The tech team was helpful in setting it up. I have been with Verizon for many years, since I owned a cell phone. They have always done their best to be helpful. The only thing I was not happy about was having to pay $100 deductible.

Phone came in 2 days, very fast shipping. Replacement phone was a level higher than damaged one. I had never placed a claim before, it was simple to place order. If anybody asks, I would suggest using Asurion. Returning old phone simple also, use box it came in and supplied tape to retake and included return label.

They had cleaned out the claim was fine. The part that bothered me was that I expected the phone to be delivered based on the information through your call system and your website for a particular date. It never arrived when I called to talk to someone they told me the phone was back ordered and that I will receive it about four days later. The part that bothered me is that the information you provide on your website and in your calling system was not accurate. Expecting the phone in a particular day waiting at home the entire day and worrying that somebody may have stole it was bothering. Perhaps you should update the information more accurately. Other than that the attendants that I spoke with were very helpful.

ATT worker was helpful and gave instructions for submitting claim which was very easy. Replacement phone, an upgrade, arrived two days later. ATT worker helped erase all personal info from damaged phone. It was very easy to return damaged phone with materials in box replacement came in.

After 45 minutes on the phone with Asurion, getting hung up on, getting calls and texts about paying for a new phone from scammers, I finally went to the AT&T store and the rep there helped me log in and get my new phone for a $200 deductible. After that getting the phone was fast and smooth.

My phone was stolen from someone I knew. He took it. Broke it and returned it to me. I was so upset. I did nothing to this person to have my phone completely destroyed. Thanks to Asurion, and the fact that I pay for insurance I was not worried about a phone replacement. My cost was $250 for my deductible. My phone arrived within 3 days and sent the broken one back. Thank you asurion and AT&T for having my back. I hope I don't have to do another claim. But right now I am grateful.

Once I got to Asurion I was help but things didn't go smooth as they said and it took one too many calls but was completed. And I got the phone fast after the back and forth. Help us consumers make the process smoother when you have been paying monthly for insurance. Say you don't see it and the automate screening don't let you pass that part.

Dropped my phone, got quotes of $140 to $200 to replace glass. Went to Verizon to see if I was eligible for a new phone, was told no, however you have insurance. Call this number and pay a $30 deductible and they should cover it. Call, deductible was only $9, and 2 days later, had a new phone. I'm a happy camper!

Replacement phone was received swiftly with easy to follow return instructions. I recommend adding instructions/information when phone is dead/unable to turn on to delete personal information. What happens when personal information can not be deleted? Water Damage does not always allow for the phone to turn on.

Wasn’t expecting deposit or copay. We cleared that us with persons who sold us phone. But that was cheaper than an upgrade it new phone. We had trouble getting SIM card in or remembering we had to put it in.

They were very nice. I had difficult with my phone (my problem was with my tablet) and we got cut off several times before we were finished. They didn't mind and were still so nice about it. After we finished the paperwork, it was very soon that they replaced my tablet. No problems at all.

The underwriter did her due diligence by checking and rereading previous notes left by the Customer Service and found the mistake that the lost tablet was approved to be issued but somehow someone who was responsible denied the claim and sloppily sent me a denial, verifying the the date it was lost and the date it was reported lost.

I was given Asurion as the insurance services for my carrier ATT&T when I purchased my IPHONE XR. I lost/stolen reported my phone when I could not find it after a trip to Orlando. Asurion gave me a replacement which cost me about $170. Later the next year I actually found my phone in my travel bag. It was perfect timing as my replacement phone was no longer working. I called Asurion and my carrier to advise I found my phone and would like to use it. I was told not a problem by all parties.
Later that day I found out my phone was blacklisted. I called Asurion to advise why and if they could take it off the list since I am the original owner. They sent me to Asurion/ATT&T department and advised due to a 90 day policy they could not (even if I am the original owner and found my phone) unblacklist my phone. I was very frustrated because the only solution they gave me was to pay another $200 and get another replacement when I have a perfectly functioning original phone in my possession. I don't understand why they will not let an original owner who found her phone and informed them to reuse it and remove from blacklist. This would help me during these tough times in pandemic to not have to put myself in more debt to get a refurbished phone from Asurion which in my opinion don't work the same. It would be great if Asurion can help with a better solution or simply take my phone off blacklist.

After getting a new watch ordered from an AT&T Corporate store, the first lady on the phone I spoke with was very helpful and informed me that this insurance was available and covered my previous watch. When I was in the store I asked the salesperson if there was any coverage on the watch before I purchased the new one and he informed me, “No there isn’t because your watch is already paid off.” This was frustrating to find out later that I didn’t have to buy a new watch and could have made a claim. I had to take to a store for help as I couldn't make calls only receive on old phone... please consider providing detailed instructions for these types of problems in switching and starting up new phone to ensure not losing contacts and pictures.

The service was beyond horrible. They shipped the phone and when I found the old phone they refused to turn it back on while I returned the new phone. When I returned the replacement phone they still charged me the $200 deductible. When I then bought a brand new phone from the retention department they blacklisted my new purchased phone all because the pineybose slow carrier took forever to return the insurance replacement phone. The service sucks.

I am very happy with the ease of replacing my cell phone. I've carried this insurance for years and had never had a reason to use it. The only downside for me was my model was no longer available and I had to upgrade. I'm over 60 and get less tech savvy by the year. It would have been much easier for me to use the old model. All that said, I'm learning the new phone and love that it recharges quickly. And, I'm grateful for the insurance.

They were very quick in responding and sending me a new phone. The phone I replaced was a phone that I got from them that I paid $100 for, was guaranteed for one year. Because the screen was cracked, I was forced to pay another hundred dollars for the new phone! When I had tried to fix the cracked screen, which was a benefit of the insurance (I was told unlimited screen replacement for $30 apiece) I was told they don't work on this particular phone, so if I wanted it fixed, I would have to pay again, $100. I don't think that was fair! I used the phone that worked perfectly good for only 2 months before it went completely blank for no apparent reason. It appeared to be a refurbished phone, and the one year warranty was not honored. For that reason I was not completely satisfied!

I received my replacement phone the very next day after filing my claim. That said, I only was without a phone for like 24 hours. So I bought the premium AT&T extended repair service that was offered through Asurion. I had a few minor cracks on my Galaxy Note 10+ and scheduled an appointment for as early as possible during the daytime. The tech first called and said he would be a few hours late due to other customers being further away. I then received a second call from the tech stating he would be not able to make it due to the company's gas card provided to him had ran out of funds and I would have to call the company to reschedule.
Getting an actual representative on the phone wasn't even an option they offered so I had to wait until the automated system put me through. The lady whom I talked to tried to put me through to a higher up (they never answered). Finally after waiting for 15 mins she gave up and helped me reschedule for the following day. I recommend people avoid this company and just go to a local repair shop and avoid the hassle altogether to save both time and money.

Asurion made the claim process painless. I filed the claim on a Saturday night and I had the phone replacement by Monday evening. I have carried the Asurion insurance for many years and filed many claims. I have never regretted the purchase. It gives me peace of mind that knowing no matter what I do to the phone it's covered. It's worth the cost.

We received my grandson’s new phone with a couple of days, of contacting Asurion. The Customer Service Rep was very helpful, and nice. His Mom did take him to a Verizon store for set, and everything turned out perfectly. Thank you!

The replacement for the phone was easily done and thanks to the young man at Verizon who gave me all the info needed to contact Asurion to help us. The phone arrived quickly and my husband was able to get it up and running without too much trouble.

Asurion replaced phone in a timely manner. Filling out the paperwork was easy. Cost to replace phone is high. Make sure you follow direction closely when setting up new phone. It took me longer than I expected to get new phone working.

We went to AT&T for help. They told us what to do. We followed the instructions to file a claim with Asurion and got the replacement phone in less than a week after it broke. We were very happy to have such fast service.

Pretty easy and quick. I wish they'd do something different with having validate your claim, after you've just put the exact same information online. It makes it quite redundant. Other than that, works just fine. Yep, pretty easy.

I struggled a little bit trying to reach customer support by phone for an issue I had while putting the phone back in service when I received it. But generating the claim and the shipping process for the phone worked very good.

The first agent was helpful in diagnosing my phone problems and quickly directed me to the dept that could help me apply for a replacement. The next agent was also very pleasant and helpful. To amend my previous review of a terrible company, I finally got a representative who, after researching my claim, approved it. She stated the warehouse must have misplaced the package as it clearly was signed for and knew that expecting me to continue to wait on the warehouse finding it was unreasonable. So, after 3 weeks vs 3 days, my claim was approved and Amazon GC received.

The USB broke connecting our wireless headset. We filed a claim and were told we would receive an Amazon egift card within 72 hours of them receiving return. It is now July 15, 2020. I have a confirmed tracking showing they received on June 30. I called July 7 and told it was in claims review. Called 3 days later and was told they were trying to verify the contents in my return. Today. Same response. I think they are waiting for me to give up. I noticed Amazon no longer uses them for electronics. Wish I’d have gone with Squaretrade.

Needed a replacement phone because mine broke on vacation. I was not thrilled that I had to do this via mail however the phone did come the next day. It was an iPhone so I will say it had instruction like I needed to call and have my phone activated which was confusing because in reality all I needed to do was replace my sim card and restore my phone from the old back up.
