The process was fairly seamless after I was able to actually make contact with the company. I believe that due to COVID it was a delayed interaction. But once I got through and got my phone it was very easy.

Quick and simple service. Gives you options of replacing screen or phone. For the amount insurance cost a month it would be nice if phone replacement was a bit cheaper. Overall great service and the replacement phone arrived quickly with no issues.

Excellent help on phone everything was taken care of and replaced. great people skills. Would recommend to anyone that this is a great thing to add to their phone service. Everyone should do this so they know they have a great backup to phone repairs.

Very easy to submit claim. Phone came by Monday even though it had been a holiday weekend when my phone broke. So glad I have this service. I will definitely keep this service for my current and future phones.

Well I bought my item and the insurer promised to pay me the amount of the accessory which I am sending the receipt of the purchase. They showed me trust and honesty. They were very kind and very happy that they solved the problem for me very quickly. I thank them all patience and kindness.

I enjoy the times I've had to replace my phone from cracks. Great service. I was worried at first when I received an upgrade for my Note 9 but after talking to my carrier and Asurion I was no longer worried.

This service was incredible. I filed the claim and within a day and a half I received my new phone. They were helpful and very understanding. 100% would recommend this service to anyone. It was worth the wait and I will use it again if I need to.

Fast service. No runaround. The staff helped me with paperwork and it really cut the time I spent worrying if I had done it right. Faxing is not easy to access, this is a small town and I was so thankful!

They are a scam company. Look at yelp reviews. Don’t believe the reviews on this website. They are rude and don’t show up to repair your product or appliance. I have scheduled multiple appointments and they will not show up or late cancel- same day after waiting for week to get an appointment. I would avoid Asurion like the plague.

Representative was wonderful. Some issues when phone arrived. The iPhone that was sent wasn’t rose gold, it was gold. And only holds a charge for two hours after a full charge. I’m not happy. This was obviously a used phone with issues not resolved!!!

3rd customer service person finally helped me enough to get the device operational. The 1st customer rep said I was a biz acct and after much time waiting, a 2nd person after a long hold answered then we got hung up and your salespeople didn't call me back and they had a backup number. I called again talking to the 3rd rep and she said no idea why the 1st person said it was a biz acct which it is not.

After experiencing issues with my WIFI for about a week, I was happy to receive my replacement phone in as little to 1-2 days. However, it was a bit tricky to activate my phone because I had to call ProTech multiple times.

My phone was dropped in water and ruined. I went to my local Verizon store where I was my problem was noted and I was quickly processed to get my replacement phone. My new phone arrived at my house by 10:30 the next morning. The entire process went very smooth.

Initially I twice received the wrong phone but eventually Maria spent two hours with me on the phone to submit a new claim and I received my new phone 24 hours later. It was also upgraded to an iPhone 10! Well done Maria.

I had a new phone on my doorstep in less than 24 hours! That is amazing! Same phone, and little cost compared to what I could have had to spend on a new phone. The only rough part was the activation part. The people were very slow to respond and get a hold of online.

Had cell phone with broken glass. Called carrier and was directed to Asurion. Representative took our information, asked a few questions, explained cost of replacement and promised to send out replacement phone. It came second day after call. Only had to deal with broken phone for 3 days. Very pleased.

Everything went well except for my other phone. It died and there's no way to charge it. Other than that got some of my information back on the new phone. Call the AT&T office for advice to turn the phone on. Receive the answer was looking for.

It was quick and easy. Set up at home was a little difficult and had to go to Verizon to verify. But overall it was an easy process with great customer service. I got a quick response via email and all instructions were included. It was easy to follow and no red tape to have to jump through.

Super excited that I didn't have to pay a high deductible. I did experience difficulty transferring my info over. After talking to 4 pro tech support to no avail. I ended up taking my phone into the store. I'm happy now Jarrel at the store in Snellville was very thoughtful and helpful with getting all my info back on my phone.

Yes he was very helpful. Called and showed up on time. He went over the new phone with me and showed me how everything works. I’ve never had that service offered to us before and we’ve been with AT&T for probably 15 years at least. This is very helpful for people that’s not up to date on all the advanced technology. I filed claim via phone. When you DO NOT have your phone (reason for filing claim) it is challenging to file a claim. Once able to navigate the IVR to real person I found the process to be very consumer-friendly. Thank You for having trained personnel. It made a VERY unfortunate situation on my end seem like I had help and I wasn't in this alone. Go grab someone's phone and watch them come unglued as they realize it's gone (stolen or lost). It is amazing how connected to this I have become and I'm not alone in that. Only word I can use to describe that feeling is "disheveled" . THANK YOU to you and your team!!

I made my claim and by the next evening the phone was on my porch. The whole process was very easy. The claim process is very straightforward. The only thing that I have to complain about was that they forgot the little piece to put the sim card in the phone so I had to take it to AT&T to fix.

You have one of the most efficient and valuable services I can think of. Nothing works better and save you from going down a potentially dangerous situation when your phone is lost, stolen or damaged. Excellent professionalism! Thankful for the delivery of the phone. However I was on hold for over 90 minutes on Thursday only to be hung up on. Again on Friday three times I was on hold and disconnected. FINALLY I got someone that actually took care of getting the phone working. SIM card that was sent was not set up,.

It took 4 tries to get it resolved, but finally a phone that works. They kept sending me defective replacements, so that has been a huge time killer and a pain to get this situation resolved. I would recommend that refurbished phones be better tested before sending them to customers.

My daughter’s screen needed to be replaced. The tech arrived, but said he had a defective replacement & couldn’t replace her cracked screen. Phone shipped to me very fast. Which was very helpful. Only complaint is had to do everything online without online access to my email. Wish there was an alternative way to view and complete claim without having access to online. My phone complete crashed and wouldn’t turn on so until new phone arrived. I had to try to make other arrangements to get access to my email.

The assistant helped me very quickly in getting my device replaced. I had my new replacement overnight shipped to me. Will most likely contact them if any other issues arrive. I will also recommend other AT&T customers to think about covering the phone with Protech protection.

Website was easy to navigate and service was prompt. We received the phone timely. The color and size was exactly what we needed. The deductible was reduced because we had no claims. Service was wonderful - I received my replacement phone quickly, and returning my old phone was a breeze. Unfortunately, my phone was so damaged that I could not turn it on to erase it, so I had to send it back with all my data still on it. In fact, ALL directions were based on the assumption that your old phone was still working. I found workarounds for everything but how to erase it.

Very timely and efficient. Customer service was excellent. Think a replacement should not cost so much even though it's less than buying a new one even with paying for the insurance each month. Phone still gets hot and says temperature. Other than that the phone is working great.

The beginning process needs to be reviewed. You are only given the option to chose either damaged screen to be fixed or internal damage to be replaced. Need an option to replace the phone for a damaged screen. After that everything was easy and smooth. The case is not closed yet. Let's see.

My phone was broke and I went Verizon, I was told, due to the damage I would have to go online. It was hard because I had an older phone and the system would not recognize me when I put in all the appropriate information. So I would get frustrated, and quit. When after numerous attempts, I called customer service the technician still has issues with my phone, but was, able to get me taken care of. It's a great service.

The initial goal was to have the screen repaired and we had to schedule a week out, then they called and rescheduled for another week out due to COVID, we understood as COVID is effecting everyone, however the service tech never showed up and never called. Without Asurion I don’t know what I’d do. I have certain family members that go through phones like I change my clothes. Dropping them on concrete and in water all the time. The experience with the associate who assisted us was great but I do have a complaint about the process. This is a family account with me being the person who is responsible for payments etc. When my daughter misplaced this phone and we were trying to work through the process to utilize the insurance the email to authenticate would not come through. I requested that the verification be sent to my cellphone but they insisted this could not happen. That is crazy - you know my cellphone number since it is the main one on the account. Instead I had to change the email address and wait 48 hours to order the phone and another 5 days to actually get the phone.

I sent off my Alienware 14 laptop that I had purchase several years ago because the laptop would not stay on without the charger connected. I had just gotten Verizon home a few months back and thought I had timed my investment just right and was very glad I had opted in and got the service. Unfortunately by the end of the experience I was very disappointed. After I sent the laptop in I received a confirmation that they had received my laptop and had begun working on it (Great news).
3 weeks went by and I had heard nothing else so decided to call. They informed me that they needed parts and had them on order and should have the laptop back soon. Another month went by with no update so I called again. They told me that the part they needed was on backorder and were waiting on the part. I say okay and ask how long they think it will be. They tell me they have no idea. So I keep waiting and finally receive a call 2 weeks later saying they have the part. Another 2 weeks go by with no update so I call them back and they tell me that they needed another part and that part is on backorder as well. I was frustrated so I asked to speak to a supervisor so I can escalate my claim.
They tell me there is nothing they can do but have the service center call me and give me an update. When the service center technician calls me all they can tell me is they are waiting on parts and they do not know when it will be in (Very unhelpful). A few more weeks go buy and I finally get a call and they tell me they cannot fix my laptop so they will be issuing me a replacement and will send me a list of options to choose from (Finally relieved to have some sort of resolution). To my dismay they offer 3 low price alternatives (est about $700-$900 replacement options), none of which are Alienware. **Beware if they have to replace your device you will receive whatever they feel your device is worth, you will not get anything comparable to what you paid for your device**.

They had cleaned out the claim was fine. The part that bothered me was that I expected the phone to be delivered based on the information through your call system and your website for a particular date. It never arrived when I called to talk to someone they told me the phone was back ordered and that I will receive it about four days later. The part that bothered me is that the information you provide on your website and in your calling system was not accurate. Expecting the phone in a particular day waiting at home the entire day and worrying that somebody may have stole it was bothering. Perhaps you should update the information more accurately. Other than that the attendants that I spoke with were very helpful.

ATT worker was helpful and gave instructions for submitting claim which was very easy. Replacement phone, an upgrade, arrived two days later. ATT worker helped erase all personal info from damaged phone. It was very easy to return damaged phone with materials in box replacement came in.

Broken phone and it was replaced quickly and it was easy to set up the new phone. The return package was easy to put the old phone in it and send it all back. I called the helpline and the person I worked with was very helpful.

Very helpful! I was on vacation last week when my phone arrived so tomorrow I am going to the ATT store for them to help me transfer information because I'm not very "techie". At that time I will send back my damaged phone. Thanks for all your help!

After 45 minutes on the phone with Asurion, getting hung up on, getting calls and texts about paying for a new phone from scammers, I finally went to the AT&T store and the rep there helped me log in and get my new phone for a $200 deductible. After that getting the phone was fast and smooth.
