Lost phone and got replacement really fast even got an upgraded phone. I will always carrier insurance on all my phones for now on. They are the best. I will tell everyone I know to carrier insurance on their phones. I make sure my family have insurance on this phones.

I initiated an insurance claim for a badly broken screen for my husband’s phones. Within 2 days we received a new phone at home through the mail system. Very pleased; no problems at all. Glad to have this as an option when needed.

Replacement phone arrived next day. It was easy to set up and was almost the same as my old phone, so very easy to use; no learning curve. I didn't have to remove everything off old phone right away; was given 10 days to do so and given packaging to send it back in. Very handy. Thank you very much!

The replacement phone arrived in one day. It required two trips to AT&T to get the apps transferred from the old phone to the new phone but everything is completed and the new phone is working great. Everything is was fast and handled great. Thank you for taking care of this quickly!!

No notification of tracking info. I had to make several calls to resolve otherwise just ok service. I have used before and I feel the service level is lacking. You as the customer should not have to make calls.

Technician who helped set up my phone once received was wonderful. Getting through was kind of difficult because the system kept locking up, but once started, the procedure was expeditious. I received my new phone the following day. Overall, I was pleased.

After U Break I Fix turned a small corner crack on my phone into many cracks after being unable to update software and having to put the old screen back on, I contacted Asurion. I don't remember the rep's name I spoke with now, but she was totally AWESOME! I had a new phone the next day. As a manager of a customer service group for many years, I would hire her in a second! Very nice job young lady. I wish I remembered your name. I did do a survey at the end of the call and sang her praises. World class!

Great Service. Phone loss reported on Sunday and Replacement was delivered on Tuesday. My son had reported to me that he lost his phone while at the lake over the weekend. We will continue to use and sign up for the replacement service when purchasing phone in the future.

Had shipping issues and it got resolved in a super cordial manner and extremely fast. Product didn’t get deliver to the proper place. I try to get it deliver to the proper apartment. Unit delivery driver never contact me to resolve the issue. Item got put in hold. I had shipped to my job address and it got deliver the next day. Super efficient and immaculate customer service.

My phone was destroyed by my lawnmower and Asurion worked diligently to get me a phone. I reported the accident on Friday when it happened and I had phone Tuesday morning. This was and still is my only connection to my family, friends, but not my connection to God. Thank you helping me. God Bless your company and staff.

Phone wasn't working. Went to AT&T and they said to put it in on Ins because it was old and they were not able to make it work properly. AT&T filed the paper work and I got my New phone the next day and then they helped me set up the new phone. GREAT SERVICE!!!

The service received from Asurion was fast and convenient. The phone had been badly damaged. Making the claim online was very easy. We received the replacement device in two days with simple setup instructions. All items were included to return the damaged device along with a return label.

My husbands phone was ground to powder when it fell in a grain auger! Asurion had a replacement phone sent to our house the next day. It was a Smooth transition other than my husband hadn’t backed his Cloud in a long time so he lost a lot of important info but that wasn’t Asurion’s fault! I’d recommend this insurance company for your devise coverage.

The process went well for replacing the phone. I used the online request and paid the fees and the phone was sent the next day. It was simple to program the new phone so I am satisfied with the overall process. I do not have any complaints with the process so I will be able to use the process again in the future since I used it during this time. Please continue to keep up the good work and I will be with Verizon for a while to keep my phones.

I had an issue with my phone breaking, I applied online and the replacement phone was there the next day. Problem is the replacement phone speaker was broken so no sounds could be heard. I called and after a wait of 20 minutes, they sent me a new phone no problem which I had in 24 hours.

Everything was great except someway I made a whole new account like I had a whole new phone instead of just transferring everything to the new phone. So maybe make it easier for people that are not Technical on that part. Verizon fixed the problem quickly for me so all is good????

I would have given 5 stars but the verification process is horrendous. There has got to be an easier way to verify who I am!! Check the last 4 digits of a credit card, ask my mothers maiden name, ask who my best friend is. I spent absolutely hours trying to verify who I was, trying to scan documents, etc. It was absolutely ridiculous! What if I put your company through all that before I decided to give you my credit card to pay for my replacement phone. Not looking forward to having to go through this together. Worst experience ever! I made a claim and paid my deductible as normal. When I received my replacement it wouldn’t not work properly. The issue was the phone would randomly mute on speaker and never work holding it to my ear. I called to get a replacement and they sent me another phone. This phone would not work with GPS or Bluetooth. I took it to Verizon and they confirmed it was the phone. I called Asurion again and they said they would do a claim after I filled out another form. This took multiple days. Then they told me I needed to pay my deductible again to get a new phone!! Asurion sent me a broken “replacement phone” 2 times and they were both broke. Then they wanted me to pay my deductible AGAIN to get a replacement! When I asked them how this was right I was just told “sorry that’s just how the process works”. That’s it! I was so mad and felt so helpless I just went and bought a new phone. How is this ok to do to the customer!

I have to follow up a few times to get the phone replace. The confirmation took 3 days to complete. I even tried to call into a live person and they told me I had to wait. I became very frustrated with the process.

The experience was great. I submitted my claim and the replacement phone arrived the very next day. The process was easy enough that my Italian girlfriend was able to transfer and get through the activation process on her own. I would (and have in the past) recommend Asurion to anyone I know with a smartphone. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Setting up the claim took a while to start, but once I was able to work with an agent, they cleared all the questions and roadblocks to getting it done. I am tracking the return, but I feel confident that the device will reach Texas and I will be off the hook for additional charges. Shipping has been ongoing for a week now, from Los Angeles to Texas. It seems a bit slow, but I understand that it is probably the lowest controlled shipping price in use.

The person I talked to was very polite. I called on a Thursday night and my replacement phone was delivered that very next Saturday before noon. Very satisfied with service. The screen on my old phone (galaxy s10+) suddenly had 2/3 go and stay blank. They didn't have an s10+ to send, so they sent me an s20+ instead.

We were really skeptical at first about how this insurance would work but were pleasantly surprised when my husband's phone broke. He had cracked his screen while in his pocket with his keys (had a screen protector on). The screen had lines in it and went black. He called Asurion and the woman spoke extremely fast that we couldn't understand her. I finally got her to slow down so that I could comprehend what she was saying. I completed the form and sent it back through a digital upload. Although, I did not like the idea of sending them a copy of my driver's license. The next day my husband's new phone was delivered by Fed Ex. He went to the local ATT store and they were able to transfer all of his information to the new one.

The replacement phone is it great condition and arrived quickly. I was please with what I’ve been given and how closely it resembled the phone I already had. Setting up my phone was fairly easy, I did lose some things but that was a fail in my part for not backing it up more recently.

The online process automatically denied my request. After I contacted a real person, the process went smoothly. The certified replacement phone arrived in under two days after it was processed. Transferring data from one phone to another was a little tricky but it worked in the end.

I spoke to 2 people. One person over the phone to help me set up my new device & they were OUTSTANDING!!! They were patient & helped me through the entire process. They kept checking in with me & being very empathetic re: my concern for losing data. Highly recommend! Second person was also very helpful. They helped me in less than 10 min regarding my concern for deleting data off my old device. I had already packed it up, couldn’t turn it off because of device issue so I couldn’t delete my data on it. I was very nervous to send it with all my data nor did I want to get charged a fee. I received my phone quickly and although the sim card that was included was not activated the Protech, instructed me to just swap out the current sim card with the old one and problem solved. After that everything was fine using the step by step instructions. I would suggest including instructions on getting rid of photos and contacts though.

I was pleased with how prompt they handled my claim. Only disappointing thing was I had a white pearl looking phone and they sent me a black one. Also I was told I could get my information off my phone but I couldn't. I told them I couldn't turn it on but they said I could any but whatever.

Replaced my phone which was stolen while shopping at a grocery store. Both ATT and Asurion did an excellent job of “blacklisting” my stolen phone and issuing a replacement. Took no more than two days w/ shipping. Still expensive to lose your phone even with insurance but a lot cheaper than if you didn’t.

I found it difficult to to turn off the feature “find my iPhone“ and I had to get technical help from Apple to set up the new replacement phone (which required a long wait). With what I pay Verizon every month I think you and they could have been more helpful. I think your basic service of replacing the phone in an expedited manner was excellent.

Except for it taking almost 2 weeks to finally get a replacement phone. I was very happy. I did get a newer phone than the original phone I bought, I understand my old phone was out of date and this warranted an upgrade. Overall it was fairly easy.

I received my replacement phone a day after I placed the insurance claim online. I was able to easily navigate the instructions online to set up my replacement phone. Also why my account was linked to my father in-law email. I have done 5 claims now and this was the first I had ever done that. Plus the verification process needs to be linked to my ATT account so I dont have to go through that again. I pay a lot a money each month for service and protection warranty.

Spend over 6 hours driving and waiting at different locations I was sent to by Asurion for free battery replacement. First location didn’t have a battery. Second only had one and it was defective. Finally broke down and paid another location over $100 to replace my battery. Much less hassle to just save your money each month than deal with these crooks. I needed my battery for GPS during my move across country. Instead of helping me Asurion wasted an entire day and had no solution for me. Just repeat questions from service personnel, constant call transfers, and lies.

The turnaround time left a little bit to be desired, and I wasn't able to select USPS as carrier, meaning I had to play "tag" with the UPS delivery person over a couple days (because they can't deliver to my building without a key, unlike UPS).

Went online to get a replacement phone for my wife’s phone that fell and broke the back of the phone. Automated call said this was not covered and call ended. We called back the next day and spoke to an actual person and went through the claim process and she got a new phone in the way and we paid the deductible. She was a little hard to understand but all went well and we received the phone in 2 days. We got online and tried to follow the steps to activate new phone but it was not clear and there was not a real person available to talk to.
We went to our AT&T store and the representative was very kind and got us started on activating the phone and providing exact instructions on how to restore the phone from a backup on our computer. All went well and we now have a new functioning phone. We know there are many difficulties with the coronavirus going on now, but a lack of personnel to help restore the phone during a phone call is sometimes needed for people that are not technically inclined and do not want to lose or mess up their new phone.

At first in the claim, the unit that I received had motherboard issues. Whenever there was a glitch, or perpetual spinning wheel, he knew exactly what to do and got me through the process from beginning to the end. The process was quick, painless and easy. I simply said what was wrong with my phone and they determined that they would send me a new one. It arrived the very next day. I simply backup my old phone and recovered it on the new phone and the problem was solved. They also sent a prepaid postage envelope to return the old phone to them. I just had to drop it off at UPS and they scanned it end and sent it back. I revived an email saying they received it and the case was closed. Great service overall.

I think the deductible is too high especially with the monthly fee to carry Asurion but the service is good. Turnaround time is reasonable too. When you pay a monthly insurance fee though why should there be $200 deductible, seems to me that $100 or less should be sufficient or maybe the more expensive the phone to begin, the lower the deductible rather than just one deductible size fits all.

The app wanted to send a code to the cell phone that was stolen, couldn't get past that. So I tried calling Asurion time and again but no one ever answered! I finally had to call ATT to get them to connect me. I do want to thank the Asurion gal that helped us get our granddaughter's replacement phone operational... She had the patience of an angel in dealing with our angry and abusive granddaughter. She kept her cool and did a great job!

I’m very pleased with the fast turnaround. My kid uses this phone for medical needs multiple times a day. It was accidentally damaged to the point of it being unusable. We had to resort back to old school methods of dealing with the illness. So glad to have the phone back and working correctly. Thank you.

I had to actually call Asurion as my phone would no power up to receive a text message to complete an online claim. The hold time was a little long. Once I was able to speak with a representative they were very courteous and helpful. I received a new phone promptly. I am very happy with the service and plan.

This was a quick and easy task. I use my phone for work and it was detrimental I get it replaced ASAP. I had my replacement within 24 hours and back on the right track. I recommend Asurion to everyone. Great service.

Asurion folks were informative, accurate, and prompt, and the website was easy to use. We got our new phone earlier than expected, and even the activation was easy! We hope never to need Asurion again (the loss of phone can be devastating - and even unsafe!), but they were such a pleasure to work with.

My replacement phone was received quickly on the the next day. The new phone looked nice. The directions to follow made it easy to get the new phone in working order quickly. Mr. ** at AT&T was excellent in assisting me in setting up the new phone.

I am careful as can be with my devices but accidents do happen. The repair was very smooth, there were no problems at all. The technician did a great job, he communicated the process of the repair in advance and had the phone back in our hands very quickly. We were very satisfied with the repair.

The whole process was very fast, from submitting the claim, to approval, to getting the new device. The instructions were all very clear throughout the process. They provide clear instructions, with the right amount of detail, for copying data from the old device and activating the new device. They provide packaging and a prepaid postage sticker for returning the device.

I kept losing contact, they could hear me but I couldn't hear them. I had to make 3, 50 mile round trips before the problem was corrected. The phone was reset, a new SMS chip was placed, but it didn't help! So I filed a claim!
