I had issues with the online application accepting my address, forcing me to call in to complete my claim. I went through 3 technicians in all for this claim. I talked to Kati last, she was amazing and got everything figured out and moving.

Great, prompt, courteous, quick service I can rely on to replace my phone in a reasonable amount of time. I was very impressed with the quickness in which the phone was delivered to my door. I do think the replacement cost is a little bit high but overall it was great and I’ll keep insurance on my art iPhone.

Process was simple and easy to make a claim, claim was processed quickly and phone was sent next day. I did not have high expectations and was pleasantly surprised at how fast and easy it was. Start to finish was hassle free and glad I had the protection.

Quick response and I had my new phone the next day. Very pleasant customer service person. Understood my needs and situation and got right to work to solve the problem and keep a longtime customer very happy. All in all it was a very good experience and I would recommend Asurion to anybody.

Your service replacing the phone was excellent and my customer service rep went above and beyond and then some. I was supposed to take a survey but never got the chance to tell you how great he was. My problem was trying to do the initial claim because your system that was my address wrong and it does not allow me to edit it, did not allow my customer service rep.

For the most part this was a seamless exchange. It did take longer than expected to get my new device. I started the return I believe on Sunday. I was told if I got it in before 5PM it would be there the next day. That didn’t happen. Everyday the delivery date was pushed back. That was a little annoying. All in all I’m satisfied.

Thank you for the new phone. I was unhappy that only the color black was available. It is my least preference for a phone color. It cost a lot of money to not be completely satisfied. There needs to be more options for phone colors.

My overall experience was great. It was a pleasure working with you. The phone arrived pretty much on time. Taking the phone to UPS was not a headache at all. I am glad the replacement phone worked without a hitch. Thanks again for providing excellent customer service.

We needed screen replacement for two iPhone 8 devices. The technician was a good communicator, punctual, friendly, efficient, and replaced two screens in one visit. We were pleased with her service, the ease of scheduling, and the convenience of the home visit.

uBreakiFix came to the house, was very pleasant, took my son's phone out to his van, fixed the screen and returned it. It was very quick and efficient. We were very pleased with the entire process and thankful for them coming to our home.

The whole process went very well. My replacement phone arrived when it was scheduled. Transferring data between phones was a little confusing. My local outlet assisted when I needed help. Very convenient for returning my original phone. Having insurance sure paid off on this instance.

It came so fast and it was so easy. Received my phone in 15 hrs from 9:00pm to 12:00pm. That was amazing!!! I did the computer thing. It took literally five minutes. I thought it’d be a hassle but it was like 123.

They sent replacement and received it the next day. I also had a problem with the phone we were replacing and they helped me with that. Lost the original return envelope. They sent a new one and extended the time to get the old phone returned.

The whole replacement process took 2 weeks! I was overnighted the WRONG phone twice. Dealing with the people on the phone a total nightmare. I even called corporate office. Got no help. You get a 1 rating for this whole nightmare.

Time on the phone answering questions was a bit drawn out and had to go through it with a couple of people. However, the product shipped and arrived the next morning which was great. It appears to be working as expected.

Very timely handling of the claim for my broken phone. Very easy request online to report the claim. Replacement arrived quickly as promised. Easy setup and packing for return of the broken phone. Appreciated the confirmation of the receipt of the broken phone.

My camera lens shattered and then later I got a green line going down the phone. When I got home I filed my claim, I had no hassles, or issues of any kind. My claim was approved and in 2 days I had my new phone! Very satisfied. They put my deductable on my cell bill so I just pay it all at once.

My experience with the claims process has been easy and painless. From the ease of the initiation of the online claim to the actual repair, all went smoothly. The technician was on time (or early) and was pleasant and professional and quickly fixed the issue and had me up and running in no time at all.

For the most part getting the phone was great - next day service, installing it was a bit iffy - a few more details/explanation during the procedure would have helped. The Asurion help desk was very good, though a bit slow. My frustration was that the "option" to return the phone for repair wasn't an option - who wants to send their phone with all that information on it off to a stranger with no guarantee of when it will return? So, I was charged an additional $200 for a rebuilt phone that I could have gotten off Amazon for the same price. Not sure why I have insurance.

I was well pleased. I will recommend Asurion insurance to all my friends. Very easy to follow all instructions. The replacement phone was mailed within 24 hrs. The staff at AT&T were very helpful with my claim. They also help me to remove all my apps and delete all information from my old phone.

Yes I would recommend a friend. Service was quick and easy. Deductible was costly but other than that no other complaints. Website was easy to use as well. Shipping was delayed but I don’t think that had anything to do with Asurion.

Disappointed that the last 2 phones I received were rebuilt. And with poor workmanship. A Samsung S10 Plus is a water resistant phone. I got the last 2 phones wet but never submerged them and they took in moisture and died. One of the reasons I purchase that specific phone is because it is water resistant. I know Asurion doesn't warranty against water damage but a water resistant phone should be rebuilt with better quality.

Speedy service! I received my Replacement phone after it was stolen out of an Uber. I filed the claim on the Fourth of July and receive the phone on the 6th! The phone is just like my original and works great! I’m back in business thanks to Asurion.

Quick delivery of phone. Set up didn't go so well, so I took to a store and they helped. Why do you send what looks like a SIM card that doesn't fit the phone? I got a small upgrade to my broken phone. It works and all is good.

My daughter’s phone was ordered in a Friday and it arrived at my house before 12:00pm the next day. I was really shocked about the turn around but less than than 24 hours the phone had arrived. I also received an email on how to set up the new device was it arrived. Awesome service.

Process was fairly easy. A little difficult to find where to start a claim from Verizon website. Very difficult on a phone. Once started easy to navigate. Quick turnaround! Easy return instructions & activation instructions.

When we ordered the phone on a Saturday it took till Tuesday or Wednesday to get it even though it was overnighted. The battery life on the phone sucks. You can fully charged your phone and it be dead in a few hours. The phone that was broken was literally a month old and we received a phone that was refurbished. I don’t believe that was right. I paid 200 extra dollars for a phone used by someone else.

This was a really easy change over! Everything downloaded from the cloud and I didn’t lose anything! I had an old iPhone 6 that I put my SIM card in and used it for 24 hours while I waited on my replacement, good job guys!

I am very pleased to say thank you Asurion. You have some very helpful workers who go all out for their customers. They make sure to ask 50 questions and then some but makes sure to answer everything even if they have to ask someone else.

Although the process for filing was originally problematic as no one said there was a secondary affidavit request, once that process was understood the replacement phone was sent out expeditiously. As I now have a new phone, which works perfectly, I’m quite happy with the result. Having your phone stolen was not fun, but at least I didn’t need to buy a new phone for almost 41400.

The claim and device replacement was super quick and very professionally handled. However, I didn't realize while filing the claim that I was paying a deductible of $250 for a phone which is available in the market for less than that (brand new). I ended up paying $125, thanks to some generous discount. However, I felt like cheated by not suggesting me about the phone's current average cost before I submit my claim.

My son Accidentally immersed his phone in salt water at the beach. Once I placed a claim The phone was replaced within 24 hours. I figured it would take 3 to 4 days due to the 4th of July holiday, but the phone was shipped that day.

I am not satisfied how the prices vary dependent upon location. A broken phone is a broken phone in need of repair no matter where the owner lives. I feel customers from rural areas are being penalized for receiving the same service as city customers because of where we choose to live. I’m wondering what happens to customers who live in the really remote areas. Are they forced to purchase a new phone in place of a simple repair?

Did not care much about the automatic service. The 3rd representative was very helpful. Understood what the problem was and resolved it. Very patient and understanding. Automatic service understood me but wasn't very helpful getting me to the person. But in the end it was resolved. Thank you AT&T.

Asurion was fast and easy to deal with to file a claim. I got my certified restored phone overnight. I wish it was a new phone especially that the deductible was $250. All in all I was glad to have the insurance as the phone I broke when I fell sure was expensive.

The Representative was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable about the services. I was well informed and pleased with the information, detailed outline and overall professionalism displayed by this Rep. It’s because of Reps like him who keeps you connected and an ongoing customer.

We left California and landed in Memphis Tennessee and the next day or the phone started acting crazy. It took two more days till I finally called it in Friday afternoon and it was delivered to my place in Pennsylvania Saturday afternoon when we got home from the Fourth of July parade. Everything was so easy, from reporting my broken phone, getting a replacement phone ordered, getting it, and getting it set up. So glad I got the insurance on my phone, and even more happy that the claim process was so easy to get done!

The Tech I used today Resolved all my issues and comfortably dealt with me having a brain injury. The process took approximately fifteen minutes. The Process had previously taken longer. The Tech information provided was informative and personal. The Tech provider enabled me to have one of my best phone customer service experiences. I'd use this service again because of him. I believe his name was Anthony.

Great after the first claim filed. 1st claim I found out a whole day later and after driving back and forth with 30 min commute each way that the phone was needing to be replaced vs repaired. Afterwards the replacement claim went by pretty quickly. The online way to file was very user friendly, easy, and quick.

I got my replacement on time. But I couldn't get my information from my old device. I wish I can get them back. All of my pictures left in the phone. If I get my pictures back I will be very happy. I could get it back because my old phone broke..

My phone was stolen on Thursday and I was able to order a phone and receive it by Saturday. Everyone was so helpful and the set up was very easy. I also did not have to pay anything due to having insurance. So glad the process was stress free.

Very quick to verify and provide replacement for lost phone. Got the phone in a day. The website is not user friendly when it came to activating the replacement. Many error messages of the website not working and trying to find a phone number to call, however, customer service was terrific.

The woman I spoke with who works out of Nashville was awesome and very helpful. I originally ordered to have the glass repaired but thought it best to just replace my phone. When received I was satisfied with the quality of the replacement.

I recently laid down my cellular device only to accidentally leave it behind and it subsequently was stolen. Asurion simplified and streamlined the process so that I had no upfront expense replacing my device but they even upgraded my Galaxy A12 to a new in box Galaxy A12.

My replacement arrived in a very timely manner but the directions to move data from my old phone were not very helpful because my phone was DEAD!! I needed assistance both online and from the Verizon store to transfer information to my new phone. I also had problems with the configuration of the time display. But that was not really your problem!!

Asurion insurance has saved me and my family countless times. I only once had a difficult customer service experience. That seems to have been a one off bad egg. My last replacement phone failed within 20 days (unusual). Customer service had a replacement in my hand the next afternoon.

We used to go to the Middletown store, where we lived the manager there, but we’re sad the see that they closed. So we went to the Hummelstown store where we had to wait outside side while the employee took a 45 minute break. When we got inside, he didn’t even try to help us and handed us a brochure with an 800 number on it. Terrible service at that store. So now we are going to the store in the Harrisburg East Mall where two lovely associates both helped us. We will be going there again.

Very easy and intuitive along with some YouTubes to maneuver the SIM card and info off iCloud to new phone. Only weird thing is I lost FB content friends and history. Does Mark not like me? It was pretty easy for a 68 yr old woman.

Good turnaround on getting my phone fixed and the guy that fix it was very knowledgeable about my phone and what he had to do to my phone. I like that they came to my work to fix my and that way I didn’t have to leave work to find some place to take my phone.

It is hard to get in contact with you but once we did you were very helpful. The first replacement device didn't work but you quickly sent out another. I think that you should never talk to an answering machine.

The AT&T store rep was useless. She simply directed us to do a report online, but we kept having issues. The only useful thing we got from her was Asurion’s phone #. Once I called them, the agent knew exactly what needed to be done. She was fast and efficient and very kind.

File claim online, all easy to file, quick response, receive replacement phone in about 2 days, took phone to the Att store and helped us transfer information from original phone to replacement phone. So far so good, I will keep track of the refurbished iPhone

They outsource to the Philippines. Can never reach an American for problem that happened in US. You call they say the offices are closed. When you call during business hours you're routed to the Philippines.

The people that have assisted me with my claims have always been courteous, friendly, extremely helpful, and professional. I would highly recommend Asurion to a friend. Having to file a claim can be viewed as a negative because of the circumstances, but my experience with the representatives there has always been positive.

The automated system was lengthy but once I got through that and interacted with the live representative, the process was quite easy. Everything was thoroughly explained and repeated for clarity. AT&T is awful, they sell me the phone, tell me it's waterproof, then when it gets water damage without submersion of any type they tell me it isn't their problem. However Asurion made it easy after that....

After I filed my claim I was today I would get a replacement phone on the same day. This did not happen and was told later that same day that my replacement phone was not in stock. I took several phone calls to finally get an ETA for my phone. The whole process took 5 days. Terrible experience.

The claim procedure went very well. I received my replacement in a timely period. The replacement was a newer model than the one that I had, I assume the one I had was not available. I did have issues in retrieving my data from the damaged phone, the personnel at the local AT&T couldn't get to the data. I had to drive to a nearby town to get the data transferred to the new phone. I shipped the old phone back yesterday. THANKS!

Easy, problem-free, great. Also the guy I called to set up the sim chip was super great. I wish I could remember his name but I think he works for AT&T and not Asurion. Anything it was an easy process and was nice to get it done and over with.

After a couple of replacements your service was great. I’m, however, very disappointed in the large premium increase. Again, the service was top notch. I really don’t want to move on just for cost. I realize I have claims which on frowned on in the insurance.

Fast shipment, the only thing was instructions are not very clear with activating replacement. It should just take a phone call without any hold time. The slip had a website it brought me to instructed ok how to activate it but it went to a chat and it was just confusing overall. I’m not new to tech devices. Device came fast within 2 days.

I was able to get a phone fixed through Asurion but had to go through several steps for it to be done right. A tech was not able to fix the phone the first time. So a 2-hour phone call with call reps approval for a replacement device was required. The replacement device that was received the next day had a broken camera. After another 2 hour call troubleshooting the device and seeing that it was a software issue and another call center rep manager approval for another replacement device to be shipped. After 3 days and hours of phone calls I was finally able to have a working replacement device. Reason for the 5 stars is because the tech and call reps were pleasant and worked with me throughout these issues. I only recommend for the process not to take so long.

The tech came to my house (I had expected to carry my phone IN and likely be without it a while). I met her in the yard. She checked the owner, the damage, went to the service truck for about 5 minutes (it seemed) and brought back the repaired phone. Noted "If there is anything else, let us know,..." She was pleasant, very efficient, and with no further charges, drive off. I SOLD on the system!!!

They did a great job. I just am not sure what to do with my broken phone as I don't remember receiving directions on that. Would be great if someone could contact me about that as I want to make sure I am not charged.
