    The phone on the policy is my husband's phone. He dropped it and the screen cracked and went dark. He had an old phone so he out the sim card in that old phone and I went to a Verizon store to see what they could do about his phone. They reminded me of the Asurion policy. I made multiple attempts to make a claim and were unsuccessful. Finally, someone at Verizon realized that it was the sim card switch that was causing the trouble. Once that got sorted, the process moved along quickly. The replacement phone that was sent to my husband is not new as advertised. It looks to be a used/reconditioned phone. That said, so far so good.

    I lost my cell phone.. called Verizon, I was told to call Asurion.. which I did. Was told I had to delete the phone, unfortunately I could not remember the password. I had to go for five days through the phone company to reset password. Called Asurion they sent me a phone, two days after I had the phone in my pocket, felt a heat on my leg, took the phone from my pocket. The phone was overheating. Try to turn it on the phone would not come on, called Asurion got another phone. Very very disappointed, I called Verizon, cancelled the insurance. Not a good insurance, also I had to pay $149 dollars unbelievable!!

    Once the claim was complete, the phone was received the next day. That part of your process was outstanding. As far as the process of the claim. In the middle of the claim it makes you call a tech pro - the phone would not turn on at all and it had been checked out at an AT&T store and an Apple store. So there was no way for anyone to talk me through anything. I had to get on live chat and that CSR was amazing. She answered my questions and explained a couple things. But again the process.     Last night, Sunday, I completed a claim for a phone. Upon completion, a message was sent that indicated I would be notified in 3 hours of the status of my claim. Within an hour, I received an email asking for documentation. The requested documentation was the same exact information I provided. On Monday morning, I called and spoke to an agent, who sent an email to fill in the same information! They have supposedly fixed it after having it over one month, but when I try to get confirmation that it is "on the way back" to me, I get no response.
