Great with Asurion, but the FedEx driver left the phone on elderly neighbors front porch. did not receive replacement phone for over a week. Neighbor has Alzheimer's. Fed Ex insisted the package was delivered to the correct house. Purchased new phone because my replacement phone could not be located and FedEx was no help in locating.

I was somewhat disappointed when receiving the phone. It took two weeks, not two days. The phone I received was a refurbished phone with both OEM and aftermarket parts. Just be aware of this, although the phone runs, and looks new it is noticeably slower than my original Samsung Note 10 plus.

I had damaged the USB port of my phone. I made a claim and Asurion replaced it within 48 hrs even though the claim was filed on a Saturday. I got an email with the Fedex info and I could track delivery easily.

The process of first filling out a form online before calling a representative seemed to work well. The person I finally spoke with already had access to my personal and phone information and I didn't have to repeat it all over again. The replacement phone came as promised in a timely fashion.

I contacted Asurion on a Friday and the next day FedEx delivered the new phone. I called Asurion to assist with the setup of the new phone and they walked me through it. They provided clear instructions including everything that I needed to return the old phone. Thanks Asurion.

Everything was handled great, after I was finally able to get my claim in. Then it went even better. The communication was perfect and I was kept informed about my claim. The device I did receive does not seem like a new device but refurbished. I've had some issues with the device and have had to do a factory reset 3 times already. But I don't blame Asurion. I am just happy that they were able to help me with the main problem. Thank you. You guys are doing a great job. Customer service is wonderful.

Prompt and easy replacement of a broken phone. Two screens successfully replaced. With two teenage boys I’m using my cell phone insurance more than I thought possible but we are happy with the service we’ve received. The two screen replacements were curbside and virtually non-contact. Appointment were scheduled within days. Replacement was received within 48 hours.

The salesperson at the AT&T store was friendly and helpful. The claim was made immediately and I received my phone in less than 24 hrs. The set up instructions were easy to follow. I had already talked to my daughter about coming over to help but by the time she arrived I had already set it up. GREAT JOB!!!

Getting my phone replaced was a fast and super smooth experience. Could not have been easier. They even offered to come to my home to get the new phone set-up the same day. The hardest part was simply finding out I needed to connect with Asurion as that was not obvious on the Verizon website.

AT&T did a great job for me. My only problem was waiting over one hour in the parking area and then over an hour to download all of iCloud. Extra time was also used to download many apps and set up passcodes and fingerprints.

Once I was able to speak with a Rep, it was easy to complete the claim. Online claim, in sending a verification code, was very difficult because of incorrect email address or the phone number that needed to be replaced. After completing the claim, the phone was replaced within a day and a half.

Overall I had an okay experience, but I got frustrated because I got transferred from one person to another and had to repeat myself over and over. But my main complaint is I made an error when I first submitted to claim because I said the device was available to be returned. However, that is not the case. When I called back to correct the information, I talked to probably four different people, was on hold FOREVER in between people, and am still getting phone calls and texts saying I must return the defective device. I CAN'T do that because it is not available!

Okay, let’s start off with the 1st step. Signing up for insurance for your device. The misleading “pay $29 to have your broken screen replaced.” They don’t disclose their absurd stipulations because then you wouldn’t waste your money on the chance your device was damaged to their perfect specifications. If you have a blemish anywhere else on your device that doesn’t bother you, it bothers them. So they choose (funny how it’s not your choice even though you pay for their coverage every month) to only allow a full device replacement. Not everyone wants to fork over $199 to replace a phone that only *needs* a screen replacement.
This company just feels like a scam. Take money from people and barely provide a service in return. And good luck trying to speak to a representative. They’ll dodge that option with their automated phone call robot that tries to direct you every other direction. The lady I finally ended up speaking with didn’t even try to rectify my situation.

This is the second time I’ve had to use Asurion’s services for my family’s devices. I am very pleased with how easy the claims process was and the quick replacement of my lost device. I was most impressed with the service. I received my replacement iPhone7 in less than 24 hours. In Louisiana, we had experienced service loss which has prevented me from restoring service, however. Since restoration required Internet service, which is limited and sketchy, I was unable to restore service. My old phone no longer displays, further complicating the issue.

I have never had a problem with a shrink replacements. They’ve always come quickly and the product works perfectly. Customer service is very good and helpful. The only thing I don’t like about the phone is the Asurion branding on the backside of the glass but other than that the phone works great.

The phone screen stopped work and phone stopped responding. It was a refurbished one that was purchased from Verizon within the last 6 months. It was replaced with a 99 dollar fee which fair as the screen was cracked and could have been dropped or fallen.

The transaction was fairly simple and the claim was processed quickly. Submitting the forms was a little difficult at first, but was much easier to do using the cell phone option to upload photos of the forms. My replacement device was sent out right away. The return of my damaged phone was very easy because a postage paid envelope came with my new device.

Got my watch fast. Great service outside of the price it cost me to replace the watch. Wow that hurt. Almost didn’t replace it. It would have been worth paying just a few more dollars a month to have a 50 dollar deductible. This high deductibles are crazy.

Be very careful with this coverage, my deductible was $250.00 and then I had to wait weeks for a replacement phone. Had to purchase a used phone to use while I waited for them to finally send a replacement phone out. The first replacement failed within days so I had to wait again for a 2nd phone.

My phone fell to a hard surface and became unreliable instantly. Being insured, I took it to AT&T for replacement. The process was seamless and within 36 hours, I was up and running again. It was the first time I had used insurance (I think), and it certainly made it worthwhile. I guess the saying, You don't know how good it is until you need it. Great Job!! I received my replacement phone the next day and the transfer of all of my apps were easy to follow from the website directions. Although my second phone number won’t upload to the new phone replacement. Due to the fact I also upgraded to a new iPhone 12 Pro Max which doesn’t arrive until Nov 16-30, 2020. So I will have to wait until then and use both phones with separate numbers. I will have to call Asurion and asked for an extension on sending back the old phone to them. So I won’t be charge a $650 fee. But other than that my experience was great!! Love AT&T.

The process of getting the GizmoPal replaced was pretty easy. After Verizon told me to go online and I actually cut Verizon out of the picture it was simple. This was not a phone though, it was a GizmoPal. So my only complaint is that there were no activation directions. For that I had to call Verizon and spent over an hour on the phone trying to get the GizmoPal activated. I would suggest that the directions that come with activation have more options than just phones! I realize this was a special case but nonetheless it was a pain in the butt to activate.

The process for filing a claim for damaged phone was quick and easy. Took less than 10 minutes. My only complaint would be the $200 fee and receiving that is nearly 4 years out of date. The S8 is a great phone but it is lacking by new standards.

Lost my phone on a Friday. Got my new phone on Monday. Had some issues setting it up, once that was resolved took about 15 minutes to have it up and running. After 3 weeks of filing my stolen phone claim and 8 phone calls, and hung up on 4 times, they actually told me that I didn’t even own an AT&T phone nor had insurance with them. I have been with them for over 10 years and have my bank statements to prove that I have been paying them. The FTC should take immediate action against them for the scams they are pulling. I know I’m not the only one that they have broken a signed contract with. I’m not letting this go! No one should do business with them.

The replacement process was simple and quick. My phone was delivered within 36 hours. I was notified by email when it shipped and arrived. Unfortunately the UPS carrier delivered the phone at 11 pm while it was raining. Thankfully the phone was packaged securely in 2 boxes so there was no damage at all. Hello! My mother, who lives out of state, has her cell phone on my account. She discovered that her phone (a Samsung Galaxy about a year old) was warping due to an overheating issue and the side of the phone had opened up. The phone was still working, but clearly not going to last much longer in its current state. She went to her local Verizon store to begin the replacement process. Because the main account is in my name, I had to make the formal request for a replacement device. I very clearly explained to the Asurion representative that the phone in question is my mother's and that the replacement needed to be sent to her, provided her address, and confirmed it.
The rep repeated the correct info back to me and told me the new device would be delivered to my mother the following afternoon. Instead, the new phone was delivered to my address (2000+ miles away). I called Asurion back and explained what happened. I did not open the package, as it was clearly my mother's new replacement phone. The Asurion rep instructed me to take the package to a FedEx store and ask that it be returned to sender. The rep apologized and assured me that a new phone would be sent to my mother right away. I took the package to the FedEx office the next day, said this was a return-to-sender situation, as directed. The FedEx rep made sure the package was unopened and said there was no more paperwork to do for return-to-sender.
A week passed and my mother still did not have her new phone. I called Asurion and they had no record of the new phone being returned and said I would be charged for it if I didn't return it. I explained that I did return it to FedEx, as they directed. Asurion had no record of the phone in their system. I went to FedEx, who did have a record of the phone as returned to Asurion the previous week. I called Asurion back the next day, and they still didn't have confirmation that the phone had been returned properly.
My mother called Asurion and explained the situation to the rep, and they finally sent her a new phone to her address. I haven't been charged for the missing phone yet, but would not be surprised if that happens given the errors and unnecessary confusion caused by what should have been a straight-forward replacement. This is my only interaction with Asurion and I am not impressed.

Process to get replacement was very easy, the only thing I didn’t care for was that I couldn’t speak to live agent to determine if it may just be screen needing replaced or whole phone. I was disappointed at the high cost of the deductible considering the monthly premium for this service. The screen on my phone got cracked which was my fault but because the speaker on the phone wasn't working as well (not due to anything I had done but probably a manufacturing issue) Asurion charged me the full deductible to replace the phone. Also ran into some issues when trying to set up the new phone I had received. I feel like for what I pay per month and the additional deductible I probably could have gotten it fixed cheaper somewhere else.

To place claim to get new phone it is very difficult to reach the company, then they ask all sorts of info including an affidavit and then they send you an old phone. On top of this the waiting time for a new phone can be up to 1 week without a phone. When you are paying over $10 per month you would expect a new phone and next day delivery. Who wants to wait without a phone?

The ease of the whole process was a relief. No hassle, or questioning about what happened. Replacement phone arrived the next day. Straight uncomplicated instructions on how to start up new phone and wipe out the old phone. Convenience of turning back in old phone was a relief! Definitely glad I have kept the option of replacement insurance.

The customer service was great. My problem was a cracked screen and was told the service was not available so filed a lost stolen claim. It took 3 weeks to get the new Stylo6 phone. Poor turnaround time for a brand new phone.

100 percent pleased with the claim process. Doing it online was fast and easy. I didn’t have to speak with anyone. The replacement of the cell phone was expeditious. Asurion also made it easy to return the damaged cell phone.

I was so concerned about getting my phone working and went to Verizon and even the Apple tech locally for help. Finally Verizon said, "Your phone will not work right & needs replacement!" Going directly to Asurion for this was so easy. The online support was awesome to establish coverage for getting a phone replacement. They mailed me a new phone within 3 days. Such a great organization and insurer. I highly recommend them.

Everything went smoothly. Phone arrived quickly and setting it up was easy. I was easily able to cancel my screen repair that I has scheduled and get a replacement device with no hassle or difficulty. The people with Asurion were very polite and helpful. Thank you.

They did what I paid for had, a two-day turnaround was not really inconvenienced even though it was the weekend was able to have the phone in hand Tuesday morning. It was my second time using this service both times have been positive.

I made the call. Explained everything. They reviewed and accepted the claim promptly. The representative was very understanding and worked with me to get everything I needed completed accurately. They sent the new phone out and I received it within 3 days due to the weekend. Great service Asurion did.

My experience with the agent at Asurion was superb. She was polite, patient and very knowledgeable. It was so refreshing, as I have had 2 months of non-help from AT&T with the loss of my old phone. Thank you. It was a Sunday as well, was not expecting a response that day, but I got one.

Phone screen damaged, pay $15.00 every month for NOTHING. You must make sure to file a claim first, otherwise if you have it fixed first there is no reimbursement/recourse. I had it fixed and they stated, "We can’t reimburse for repairs."

Great communication through computer and follow up. Options were laid out so I could make an informed choice. Very satisfied. Phone had a cracked screen so had 2 options. Replace screen in home for specific fee or replacement phone for, $199. Since battery was also weaker ordered replacement.

The phone was delayed in arriving but the agent I spoke with to activate the phone was very helpful. Returning the phone was made easy and I would recommend your service to others who may be in need of insurance for their phones. I would only recommend that you notify a customer of delays instead of making them rely on the shipping service to do so. Your customer service was adequate and the whole process took only a week to complete but I was originally told the whole process should only take a few days.

I purchased a treadmill and bought the 4 year EXTENDED warranty and it was explained at the time the EXTENDED warranty starts AFTER the manufacturer warranty expires. I recently had an issue with my treadmill and this terrible insurance company will not honor the warranty. They are telling me the 4 year EXTENDED warranty I purchased ran concurrently with the 5 year manufacturer warranty. Does that make any sense to anyone? Why would anyone purchase an EXTENDED warranty that is less than the manufacturer warranty? DO NOT BUY ANY INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DO BAIT AND SWITCH AND DO NOT HONOR THEIR POLICIES.

Filing this claim was very easy. We had difficulty completing the claim online, so we called it in. The employee helping my daughter was very thorough and knowledgeable, making the process very easy. She received her replacement phone within 2 days and was able to send her non-working phone back. Very easy process!!! Thank you!!

We were thrilled to have my daughter's phone replaced after the screen cracked on front and back. However it took several phone calls and wait times that were excessive. We were also not informed initially about what the process entailed. If we'd had all the info the process would have been smoother. We did not understand that we had to wipe the phone and turn off find my iPhone. All in all it went ok but it could have gone smoother. Once we completed all the tasks the phone arrived within 1 day!
