The phone was delivered very fast and I have no complaints with the entire process. I will be sending the damaged phone back but I am unable to clear the content due to the screen not working. I am satisfied with the process.

Excellent customer service. Very professional. Outstanding overnight delivery on product. Very satisfied as a long time customer with using AT&T as my carrier. AT&T Protection Plan is great. It was easy to file my claim and got my replacement phone the next day. If I didn't have insurance I would have had to pay so much more to replace my phone so I think it is worth it!

Fast and helpful and understanding agent was accurate. Also polite and made sure that every step of my claim was handle in an appropriate manner. Process was very simple and quick. The activation of my new phone took forever as the new SIM card would not register and chat assistance was not very easy to use. Once I called customer service directly, the associate was able to resolve my issue.

So. I wish 2 1/2 stars was a thing because that’s what I would have rated. Getting in touch with someone was no problem, the only problem I had was getting my contact number on the claim changed because it was wrong. I had requested to have my phone delivered to me by a representative, I was told I would be called 30 minutes before said rep would arrive with my phone. Well. The person I had set up my claim with typed in the incorrect contact number, causing me to have to get in touch with someone to get the number fixed so I could get my phone when I needed it by. After 3 separate conversations with 3 separate people from customer service, the contact number was never fixed & I had to have my phone mailed to me. Other than that, no complaints.

Replacement phone was sent in 1 day. It was a very quick response. Set up was easy as well. AT&T handled everything smoothly. Having insurance on my phone was definitely worth it seeing as phones are so expensive these days.

My daughter left for her first college experience one day and texted me the next asking if we still had insurance on her phone....because she had dropped it- just like we all have, but it shattered. Here she was 4 hours away from home during COVID restrictions and closing at the Verizon stores. I called your company and the person on the other line said "oh my let's get that girl a phone, she can't be away without a phone :)." Within in minutes a new phone was on its way to her at the University. She got it the next day. Thank you!

Great customer service. I hate calling for these things. But it’s not so bad when I am talking to a person who is helping resolve my problem. I wasn’t on hold for too long. It wasn’t as painful and dreadful as I expected. The agent was helpful and friendly. That really helps when I’m feeling stressed out already having to call. Again, great customer service.

Had trouble with the website because the phone in question was displayed. I called the number and found the woman who helped me very knowledgeable and the whole process went very quickly. I received my replacement iPad, but never heard back from the tech to have my cracked screen on my iPhone replaced. Have tried to call several times phone is not an active number. Would like to have contact with someone to have that part of my coverage taken care of. I assume it’s going to appear on my next phone bill and it has not taken place. I would have much rather speak with a person on the phone instead of a chat. I was at work trying to handle my situation and with your tech person handling my case and I guess others at the same time it was difficult going back and forth with my work and checking for a response from the tech. At one point I got so busy. By the time I got back with the chat they were trying to close out because I had not responded. The second reason I would rather speak with someone on the phone instead of chatting I don't think we trouble shot enough to find the problem before suggesting just get a replacement phone.

Exchange went smoothly. Although when I was transferring data from old phone to new phone, I used online help from ProTech Setup. I was instructed by an agent to place one of the 2 sim cards that were sent to me. They instructed me to put the wrong sim card in the phone, and throw the other one away. The phone did not work. I had to take it to the AT&T store where they fixed it by putting the other sim card and said I was told wrong by the online agent.

I had bought a new phone, the first new phone in 4-5 years. I went to buy a case for it and ended up dropping the phone before I could get there. The phone landed on the screen and busted the screen. The phone came in super fast, before the schedule date. All I had to do was swap my sim card. I wish it was a way to retrieve all my photos from the old phone after the fact though. If I could I would definitely have given a 5 star rating.

I called AT&T and they transferred me to Asurion and in less than 10 minutes, the file was claimed and in 48 hours, I had my new phone The person who helped me was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I put in a claim last night and got no response today. Contacted customer support and they didn't know what's going on. I pay insurance so if I break or lose a phone I can get a replacement the next day. This is the 3rd time in 10 years I've had to use them and it's always a hassle. Maybe they will call tomorrow?? Who knows?? My business is dead in the water without a phone. Asurion is trash. A competitor needs to take them out.

If you have to enter a chip into your iPhone it would be nice to have instructions bc we had to call in order to get cellular data up and running because we could not figure it out. We are in our early 20s so we are tech savvy, but still could not get it..

We purchased an Asurion warranty from Amazon for an electrical scooter. It stopped working. Asurion was helpful, however their National Service Depot/LEVT that they have the products serviced are terrible. We attempted through email and phone to assess the issue and they basically make wrong assessments. They say it's a battery issue and the battery is not covered under warranty. It was not a battery issue. They are very professional over the phone and courteous. They ask you questions about the product so that they can come up with ways that you are at fault.

My device was damaged on July 2, 2020. When attempting to file a claim they wanted to send me a Sony Ericsson W300i even though I have a Samsung Galaxy S10 128GB. I have made multiple attempts with no success. Every time I attempted to file a claim they would have me wait 8-24hrs with the end result being denied multiple times. I called AT&T for help and they were very helpful 5-5 stars for AT&T and their service. I can't say the same about Asurion. On August 31, 2020 AT&T contacted Asurion on my behalf to fully testify that the device on my account is indeed a Samsung Galaxy S10 128GB and not a Sony Ericsson W300i.
Asurion still refused to replace my device, the agent from Asurion was very rude to the the agent from AT&T. She refused to put a supervisor on the line or transfer the call to the appropriate department for resolution. AT&T made multiple request to Asurion to override their system and replace my device with the correct device, but were unsuccessful when Asurion disconnected the line on a conference call. Very unprofessional and it seems they will do anything to deny a claim yet they have collected insurance fee from me for many years.

It was surprisingly easy to transfer from my broken phone to the new quickly delivered phone. I would have been better if there had been a note to switch out my SIM card so I could have used it right away instead of the long involved process of getting through the automated phone system from a land line to a human who then immediately turned it on.

I had my S6 tablet stolen and insurance replaced it fairly quickly. If I'm not mistaken I believe they over nighted my shipment and I got my replacement tablet the very next day! My only complaint is that the deductible was so high/expensive. The tablet is worth $500-$600 bought outright and the deductible was like $200 or $250 which is kinda high considering the overall price/value of the item. The claim process is pretty straightforward and I do like that they are relatively hassle free. You aren't having to fight with them to get the service you paid for, so huge thumbs up to them for that! I will definitely continue to purchase their insurance service in the future and for many years to come.

I sent my phone in to have the screen replaced. A week later it was sent back not repaired. They sent a card with a number to call. This number just says go to the website to make a claim then hangs up. After hours of trying to find out why, I was told they could not replace the screen because it had a Google lock and no other problems. I took the the phone as suggested to the Verizon dealer and had it confirmed there was no google lock. I shipped the phone back in, this time they sent it back still not repaired.
I called again, this time they stated the phone was not fix because it the back had a crack. It did not had a crack when it left, in fact it has always been in a rubberized case. But the back is cracked now. I observed the crack under a microscope and can clearly see the crack is fresh with glass crystals still in it. By far this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Since inspecting the phone under a microscope, I have been on hold for the last 75 minutes. It appears they do not repair the phones but push you to pay for a new one. looks like I may be forced to buy a new one then cancel this worthless insurance.

I completely understand the insurance racket however, I couldn't stomach being employed by a soulless company. In this trying time the consumer should be treated in higher regard and not made to feel as if calling in a claim isn't what they're supposed to be doing. My scenario shouldn't have to receive additional approval from management in order to process. Policies should be streamlined in order to ensure transparency. Customer service reps should unequivocally be willing to help the consumer rather than trying to dissuade assistance. I'm willing to work part time as a consultant but until I get hired, I'll be hoping my phone doesn't have to get replaced through Asurion. I'm feeling like Americans should feel fortunate that I don't have any hidden agendas as I do my job as a Soldier in the Army. Imagine the press.... -Be safe and well!

When we went on Asurion’s website, it said our deductible would be $125.00 according to the brand, model and storage (iPhone 6S 32 GB) but when we actually filed the claim it turned out to be $200.00. It definitely felt like “bait and switch.”

At the beginning your customer service send me an iPhone XR instead of my iPhone X(damaged device). It is not fair to pay $250 deductible and take a low performance iPhone instead of what I have. I called back and asked for iPhone XS, which is similar to iPhone X. The customer service offer me to send back the new iPhone XR, and My damaged device, then they send me a check that they buy my phone. This is a fair deal and I am happy with this deal, because I pay for the insurance to feel safe and happy.

Asurion was unable to replace the lost device as soon as a claim was filed due to the device being on back order. What’s the point of coverage if a phone can not be replaced quickly and easily? Also, I was made aware an Affidavit had to be submitted once the phone was in stock. The affidavit could have been submitted and processed as soon as the claim was approved in order to help speed things up. I did not appreciate being told of an affidavit through email and then have to fill it out and send it during my lunch and not get a chance to eat the entire day.

Horrible experience. Had a appointment to get my screen repaired at my home. They canceled 2 hours prior to. Tried to reschedule. Now they couldn’t come to my home. Had to drive to a store (uBreakiFix) 1 hour from my home. Asurion said it would take 30 min to fix. The store told me 2 hours and they couldn’t do it that day. (Asurion assured me I did not need an appointment) so the gentleman at the store tells me to come back the next Wednesday. I frustratedly agree. I come back that Wednesday. The gentleman tells me he cannot do the fix because he is having trouble with his claims system with Asurion.??. Call Asurion.
They send me to the next closest Ubreakifix store. Another 20 min away and in a downtown area. Not convenient at all. Wait 2 hours to get it fixed, and here the best part. It’s all for not, because the replacement screen didn’t even work properly. Worst experience I’ve had with a company in a long time. Just another example of a company with too many hands in the pot. Horrible communication.

Phones are expensive to replace and because they’re so important we always carry insurance. The replacements come super fast so you don’t have downtime. The replacement phone was supposed to be an 8 but they offered us an Xs for the same deductible price which made my daughter very happy! I’m very grateful we had insurance on the phone.

Cracked glass on the back the phone also was damaged on the corners. The phone was in operating order but was close to failure. The service was efficient; notwithstanding, the several weeks until the replacement. The new phone arrived in good order in perfect packaging.

Asurion done great with helping me on replacing my phone and getting it to me safely green courteously. There was a slight delay at first due to being a new customer but after we got past that everything went great and smooth and got a great phone. The questions and instructions on the claim form were concise and easy to follow. Once they received the required information, they promptly sent the replacement phone along with guidelines enabling me to activate the phone. Had a great experience at AT&T. Had to wait a few minutes because of number of people that could be in the store at one time because of Covid. Kept me informed as to the time that I might be waiting. Andrew helped me the first day I went in for info on replacing the phone... very helpful! Patrick helped me get the phone set up so I wouldn’t lose my contacts. I’m 65 and am NOT tech savvy!! He made me feel as though I was as knowledgeable as most people. Both young men were extremely friendly and very customer oriented. Made sure I knew I should come in whenever I had a question. A+ to both Andrew and Patrick at AT&T in the College Mall in Bloomington, IN. You are lucky to have them in your employ.

I tried to use Asurion for a claim on my iphone. I have spent multiple days trying to process a claim, only to be give the run around at every turn. I have been on the phone for 4 hours today, hung up on 3 times (after over 45 min with an agent) and have been told that they didn't receive my affidavit (not true, they found it), my find your iphone was not turned off (spent an hour with apply to confirm it was), my claim was deleted (agent error) and the latest is that my phone was not in use when it broke (phone was only 6 months old and my phone bills prove without a doubt, it was in use). Clearly, they will try anything to not provide coverage even thought I make the payment on time every month. I tried reaching out on chat- the Bot just kept disconnecting me- even when I chose the option of providing feedback to the CEO- laughable! Do not ever use Asurion for any coverage if you value your time and a company's credibility.

Within 36 hours I had my new phone. Took old phone to Verizon and they transferred data - no charge. I will always get insurance when I get a new phone. Worth the cost. Even sent a free return mailer. I will recommend insurance to everyone.

My experience with Asurion was great. When we reported the issue we had a replacement phone within two days. With the phone we received a postage paid envelope so the defective phone could be returned. Entire process was very easy.

Great customer service once I actually spoke to an Asurion representative. It took me over an hour to get in touch with one of the representatives. I had major volume issues with my phone so that in itself made it difficult to get the automated system to understand me. Also, $200 is kinda step to pay for a used refurbished phone especially after paying insurance every single month. I understand they are in business to make money but the deductible should be lower. I could have paid that money towards a brand new phone on trade in. But I didn’t want additional phone payments for another 2 years. Lesson learned though. Next time I will trade it in.
