Great service, my phone wouldn't calibrate after the screen repair, so I was sent a new phone immediately! I was very satisfied with the services they offered! I recommend getting this insurance and using it when needed! I would suggest this to anyone!

My phone broke and they sent another phone. Very smooth! What I find unfair is that I have to write a minimum of two hundred characters it’s such a pain!!! If I need to do this again for anything I will not participate!

The phone replacement process was very easy. The website was helpful and it literally walks you through each step on how to complete the process of rebooting and restarting your phone. The delivery of the replacement phone was surprisingly fast as well.

I transferred files once the replacement arrived and I boxed up my iPhone that had “died”. Stopped by an ATT Store near us in Tequesta, Fl Saturday afternoon. Asked why I didn’t have any WiFi service and the nice lady looked at my new iPhone and said... ”your phone doesn’t have a SIM card”. She took the SIM card out of my old iPhone and put it in the new one and I was in business. We boxed the old iPhone and I dropped it off at our local Post Office.

The technical went above and beyond to help me. I had my screen replaced and he directed me to the partner business in the area that had the part in stock. He also spoke to customer service at great length about getting my daughter’s phone screen replaced. It ultimately ended up being a phone replacement. He was very helpful.

At first I had a problem getting my device to my address (due to fed ex delivery issues) but Asurion continue to work with me and my device was finally delivered in safe and in good working condition. Asurion also was very prompt in email to me that my old defective device was received. I’m very satisfied with Asurion and thank them so much for their support and commitment.

Excellent knowledge of my iPhone, very fast changing the broken screen. Was wearing mask and kept proper distance the entire time. Would hope not to need again but just knowing they are available is very helpful when your screen cracks. Definitely recommend to anyone needing repairs.

Exactly as advertised! The screen on my phone died. I called Asurion and the very pleasant representative said he would send me another phone, which I received the next day. Asurion included instructions to set up the new phone. Asurion mailed me a self-addressed, pre-paid envelope to return my old phone. I received confirmation that Asurion received my old phone. So simple and, again, exactly as advertised. One cannot ask for more from an insurance provider.

The AT&T associate was a great help and spent an awful lot of time with me and my grandkids trying to find an iPhone ES. Please change my monthly charge to the cheaper rate. The store charged me $15 a month.

They shipped to the wrong person and thus I could not receive my replacement device. When trying to remedy the issue, I was told no claim was filed and was not given a new tracking number for the supposed new shipment.

Had to call in to make claim, online wouldn’t allow me to process a claim. It kept pulling up an old claim when I was on the phone with the lady but we finally got it sorted out. I had a hard time understanding her, but we made it work.

It was very easy and quick to get a replacement phone. Online was quick and easy. All is pre packaged for the return of the old device. Due to the damage to my phone I had to go to the store to assist with clearing my phone which the AT&T guys were very helpful. Overall a bad thing was made better with the speed and efficiency of the process.

It was tough getting application for replacement through because I did not have a phone or a tablet that worked. It took me a couple months to figure everything out, because of my busy schedule but once I got it in, it was processed quickly. I called in several times and could not get a representative to help me out. So I had to go buy another tablet to be able to submit for the broken ones. If that issue can be fixed too would be 5 stars all the way through.

Everything was great only for the deductible was twice the amount it was the first time!! I was charge double for deductible and I don't seem to know why!! Hope I will never have to get a replacement phone because of your deductible!! I wish someone will check on that please.

After an unfortunate accident with my iPad resulting in a shattered screen, I contact Asurion for a replacement. The online process was easy and not time consuming. Due to COVID and the high demand for my specific iPad, there was a 4-6 week wait time. Not ideal, but a customer service representative contacted me to offer other solutions and answered all of my questions. Ultimately I decided to wait as my iPad was usable. The return process for the damaged device was also easy. Over five years ago, my daughter lost her phone, so this is my second time around with Asurion. Both experiences were positive and I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

My old phone had a cracked screen, but major problem was the battery was discharging very rapidly. Replacement phone arrived the next day. I'm very satisfied with the service. My problem was getting info transferred from old phone to new one. Verizon personnel wouldn't transfer, so it took me 3 or 4 days, with help from younger family members to transfer. Thank you.

insurance claim for new phone that stopped to function was honored, although it cost us money, unexpectedly. Returning the old phone was made difficult by lack of mailing label, which took me several calls with long holds to get. Frankly, I would rather have mailed the thing myself instead of holding online, but there was no address to send the return to. The new phone works well.

I was overly pleased with the customer service at Asurion. I cracked my phone to pieces on a camping trip and when I called customer service no one made me feel bad or even questioned me. I had a phone replacement within two days (it was a weekend I filed the claim). The ease of getting a new phone and returning my damaged phone was crazy easy. Had some trouble setting up, and thought it was damaged, but customer service fixed It. The only issue experienced with customer service was while troubleshooting, I had to be connected to several representatives to find an answer which was frustrating.

It takes more time and effort to get old my apps working on the new phone, but hopefully I'll get that done in another day or two. The agent who helped me was amazing. She treated me amazing. She listen to me. She solved my problem. I think you guys should have more agents like her. I had several situations and she was able to help me and often you guys have sent me multiple phones and none of my phones have worked one with the cracked screen one where you can’t touch the screen because nothing happens so she made sure I stayed on the line and took care of everything.

My experience with Asurion was very excellent. I was told I would receive my replacement phone in about 7 days. I received the replacement phone in 2 days. The instructions to complete the transfer from my old phone to my new phone was easy. I was up and running on my new phone in a few hours.

This company is a mess and I wouldn't recommend their insurance to anyone. Smashed my screen in June. Went to Sprint in the meantime with a previous device (a Note 5) and asked them to activate it until I received my replacement. Two weeks later I get a letter saying my claim got denied because the phone that was active (the Note 5) wasn't the phone I asked to get replaced (my Note 10+). I explained to them how I was using a temporary device until my Note 10+ got fixed, they recognized their error and assured me it would be taken care of.
2 weeks later... ANOTHER letter saying I was denied due to the same reasons. At this point my backup device (Note 5) was no longer working since it had problems to begin with seeing as it was such an old device. So I told Sprint to de-activate it and re-activate the Note 10+ so there was no longer any confusion at Asurion. I called back again and they said it's all set and to expect my replacement Note 10+ in 1-2 business days. After 2 days the site changed from saying 1-2 business days to 3-5 business days due to backorder.
I waited about a week and a half before I called back again. This time they explained it was on backorder and they weren't sure when they would be getting them in. After talking to a supervisor I was told all they could do was to cut me a check for the price of the phone. Sounds like an ok deal right? WRONG. After applying the amount of the check all it would do is cover the rest of what I owed with Sprint. So now I have to purchase another phone and pay a deposit of $250. Mind you after being told I would receive the check in 3-5 business days over 2 weeks have passed and nothing. In that time I moved to a new apartment so I had to call have them cancel the previous check since I never received and and reissue me a new one. The gentleman on the phone told me he would call me himself once he sent the new check and it's been almost a week now and haven't heard anything. So now I'm just waiting on this check to arrive to my new apartment so I can pay off this phone and receive a working device 3 MONTHS later...

My replacement phone arrived quickly via Fedex within 2 days, and that was after requesting on a holiday. Online requesting was simple. My phone had water damage and glass falling out so I do believe Insurance is always worth it. The packaging for returning the old phone was included pre-printed and easy as well.

I had two claims in two weeks. The first was fine, a lost phone. The second was for a battery replacement which under the plan should have been free, but due to Covid-19 it cost a full deductible. This is not fair nor does it follow the policy of the program. Covid affects both of of us but why do I suffer the higher cost especially since your program should have cover it at no charge?

I struggled because I tried to set up a claim and at the end, it said a claim was not set up because it was not covered. Found out I had to go thru a different phone number and part of the company to get a phone replacement coverage. There should only be a single claim process regardless of the issue. Forcing me thru two different processes was frustrating and made me question spending the money I have for the protection. Finally it got worked out but as a customer, I should have never been put thru that mess to process a claim.

I called Asurion and online and inquired about putting a claim on a broken phone. The online process was very easy. I filled out all the required questions and ask what my deductible is. Once I learned the deductible I put in the claim. The replacement phone was sent within two days. I am very happy of how the claim went.

Due to a miscommunication, I sent back the replacement phone instead of the broken phone and was able to call Asurion and get a credit for that phone and the insurance claim removed so I could make a second claim and get another replacement. The value for the money is very low. Once the deductible and all of the monthly payments are calculated in, I would have been better off just buying another phone when mine broke. And the idea that if I don't return my replacement phone in 10 days or I get charged two times what the replacement phone is actually worth. I will be canceling my insurance policy tomorrow. To be fair, the replacement phone was delivered in two days and is perfect. But the cost is not worth it.

I had a horrible experience up until I received help from Jon **. A brief summary: a phone I received from Asurion Dec 2019 began to have software malfunctions. I went to website and was guided to the claims form which I submitted and paid $199. The Asurion tech who delivered my phone and was supposed to set it up for me in fact did not do it correctly causing me to have to go into Verizon and completely reset and download my iCloud (he did not install the sim card). Then I realized the phone was under a one year warranty and should have been covered.
After a one hour and 26 min phone call, Jon ** went above and beyond to treat the situation humanly and explain my situation to his superiors. Instead of policy/procedure that would cause me to send back the new phone I received under a new claim and then receive another phone from warranty, Jon saw the logical choice and made the effort to do it: I received a refund for the $199, could keep the phone that was delivered to me and send back the original phone. It is very meaningful to have a genuine experience where a large company treats their customers as humans and actually help to resolve a problem in the least stressful way for the customer. He was knowledgeable, patient, thought outside the "box", and provided outstanding customer service.

Was very very difficult to get a claim started. Lots of hold times on phone number and poor direction to direct me back to Verizon and back and forth between Verizon and Asurion. Seemed to be a lot more of a hassle than it needed to be. Once I was finally able to make the claim, the rest went fine. Clean up your process to file a claim. Or don't put charging issue as reason for needing a claim. That is where runaround started on not covering batteries. That was total nonsense.

I paid over $2000.00 in the last 3 years for coverage not counting deductibles. I made three claims and have not made one in over a year. I called because I have six eligible phones but since I made claims on other ones it locks it to those phones. I would be okay if they did not tell me I could switch to an different phone if I have not made a claim in over a year. What is the point it would have been cheaper just to get individual insurance on each phone. They are very deceptive. I asked if I could record the conversation because they lied in the past they said no only they can record but I cant have that record for myself only for their use. Cheaper just to buy a phone online than waste money on their deceptive pratices.

I recently moved from NYC to Saratoga and they quickly were able to get a technician to my apartment upstate to repair my screen (even during the pandemic). The 2 associates that we dealt with were fantastic. I did not catch the name of the women on the 1st attempt. But did get the name of the man on the 2nd attempt. Sean from the Nova Scotia office. They were both fantastic and went way beyond normal customer support. Sean recognized the failure of your computer system and manually walked the claim through all the outstanding steps. He stayed on the line with us and reported the progress as he made successive progress. With the impending Labor Day holiday, we figured that we would not get a replacement phone for another week - but Sean made it happen.
The phone actually arrived the next day. We were very pleasantly surprised. Please thank him profusely. But your computerized system sucks. It canceled our 1st attempt at the claim WITHOUT notifying anyone. And no one could find the issue. If we had not called and checked on the progress we would still be waiting. This needs to be corrected ASAP.

Came on time and early. I would recommend anyone to AT&T. My son was proud and excited. He couldn’t wait to get it in his hands. He even stop the Fedex truck to see if it came but they told him it would be on the next try.

Asurion would not cover my less than 2 month old LG cell phone. The phone started on FIRE in the Sprint store. That occurred in Oct 2019. It is now Sept. 2020. Asurion has been charging me premiums since then fully knowing the device is not serviceable. They recently told me TOO BAD, SUE US. I WILL. CROOKS.

Everything was easy and smooth. Phone came fast and set up was a breeze. Only thing that could have made it better was if they sent the little metal piece to remove the SD card, thankfully I saved an old one just in case it was needed. They do send plastic ones that bend easily.

My wife bought a floor model GE dishwasher. It worked from ~10-17-19 until ~12-23-19. The dishwasher stopped working so I called Asurion. Asurion scheduled Accord Appliance to repair. Accord rep came out five times each time he changed a circuit board of an electrical card. The last time he came out he said he didn't know what else to do as he had changed all the cards and boards. He said we was going to suggest to his manager to replace the entire unit and asked me to call the manager and ask him to replace it.
I called the manager and he didn’t know anything about my problem and said he would call back once the reports were turned in. He never called back. I called him back after a week and he gave me another number to call. I called the number and Asurion rep asked why I was using Accord, "they are not our repair, they are our training department."
They made arrangements for another company to come out and repair our dishwasher. The new repair person came out three times and said I have changed all the electrical cards and circuit boards and it wouldn't work. He said he was going to come back to my house with another set of replacement cards and boards and try again. I got mad and showed him the door. It is now July of 2020 and the dishwasher has not worked since 12-23-19. This all took time because each time I had to prove that the 2016 dishwasher that Home Depot sold me as new in 2019 kept getting flagged because it was out of warranty coverage. I actually made ~20 calls to Asurion and one call to Home Depot and once Home Depot realized that I had an extended warranty they actually hung up on me.

The worker at the repair store and the customer service reps on the phone were both very helpful. They handled my problem fast and efficiently. My screen was repaired and when I was still having issues they sent me a replacement phone for free since the new issues started after the screen was replaced.
