I usually call in my problems but this time I did it online. It was so easy. But Asurion all the people I ever talked to there always so helpful. I'm within a day I had my replacement phone for my third Samsung that blacked out.

It was easy to file the claim. The new phone came next day. Setup was very simple and quick to completely transfer photos, contacts and apps. The return packaging was complete and simple to use. Thanks for a great experience.

Very Professional. Had an issue with tracking number not displaying through the hyperlink. Issue resolved quickly over the phone. Delivery timeframe was right in point and the replacement phone was in excellent condition.

Receiving the phone and completing the claim was easy. However, it's just the price when it comes to the replacement device. Asurion does a great job when it comes to reminding notifications as well providing free shipment and the materials.

Customer service was very helpful. Thank you again. They did their very best to help me with my problem and they were very understanding about my issue. They went beyond what I thought they would do and sent a new phone out the very next day.

Paid insurance for 6 years on my phone. It began to freeze up. Asurion sent a phone far worst. Cannot send or receive calls from this new phone. It is worthless, will have to get a new phone from the store as I am learning this may be a used phone.

Great service that was very personal & more than satisfactory. The Agent I spoke with on Saturday was fantastic and very patient with me. The process didn’t take forever and everything was explained along the way so nothing got lost or caused confusion.

We went Sunday to store. Got deliver that evening 5-7pm. Never came. Called cust. Service and did 24 hour delivery. Never came again. Was delivered Tuesday afternoon. And y’all say same day replacement. 3 days is not same day. It was my husband’s business phone which is why I have the $25 a month insurance. It was the first time using it and it’s not worth the price. Been paying for 2 years on it $600..And still have to pay $125 for Replacement phone.

Called on a Friday with my wife’s iPad (dead battery). We had replacements on Monday. They assisted with activating the new SIM card. Very pleasant experience. The insurance was a great investment and I strongly recommend everyone get the insurance.

Came to house, early and on the weekend. Fixed phone very quickly. Made sure everything worked and that I was completely satisfied before leaving. Was an awesome experience! And great price! I would definitely recommend this company. Very easy to set up appt. They came out the very next day very early.

Very fast service, easy to fill out claim and great instructions for setup and return of my old device. The entire claim process has been very easy and got me back up and running faster than I thought. When I rely on my phone for work service like this is a lifesaver when I have an accident with my phone.

Received my replacement today but had to do some chasing down with FedEx. Overall a good experience. I took my phone in to AT&T and had them transfer everything over. Good experience. It is well worth it to have insurance. Thank you.

They were really easy to work with and the phone assistant was very patient with me. I would recommend them to friends. The phone was delivered on time and you can track it, had return box in package. They really did a great job.

Problem free replacement of a phone with a cracked screen. There was a short delay as the model was not in stock. I was notified of the delay in advance and had no problem with the delay. I received a brand new phone the same model as the old one.

Very prompt service and the service man was polite and on time. They Scheduled the appointment in less than one week and I really did everything online so it was easy. The serviceman was quick and efficient.

They took their time and guided me through returning my phone and took time to explain what to do when I received the new phone. And to contact them after I received my new phone if I had any trouble getting it activated. They also sent me a couple reminders that I would need to send my old phone back so that I would not have an extra charge.

I spent an hour in the store not getting any relevant help. Plus waiting for the representative to open the building well after opening time while he sat in the back of the store not doing anything. Less than 20 minutes with the Asurion rep and all was good again. Truly happy with the service I received.

It was fast and easy. I just wish I was offered for someone to deliver same day or next day. I was offered that with a recent claim on another phone. That was awesome and the person was fantastic and super nice.

My phone did not work at all, I put in a claim and received my replacement phone in 1-2 business days. Although I could not recover my contacts I am very happy that my doctors will be able to contact me! Thank you so much for the fast service!

The speed getting the phone here was exceptional. Plenty emails informing me what was going on. Not sure how the email I got today is going to turn out. You asked that we delete all information from the phone before we send it in or we would be bill $275. The phone is inoperable or we would not be filing a claim on it. I plan to send an explanation. We'll mail the phone this afternoon but concerned how that is going to turn out.

Plain and simple, my lost phone was replaced quickly although I think the deductible of $249.00 was a little high. A new phone and sim card were delivered within three days. No hassle, no problem. Glad I had insurance and didn't have to purchase a new one at full price.

I was pleased with how quickly we were able to report the phone missing and to receive a replacement. My only concern was with the communication. I clearly said phone was lost. Yet communication said if phone was not returned we may be billed 850 for it. I can't replace what I don't have.

I had talked to 3 different people at different times with no success. I don’t have the name of the lady that finally got me a replacement phone due to the external speakers not working correctly. She was amazing. The AT&T cell service and plans leave a little to be desired for working properly.

Replacement the next day and communication was great. My teenage son was very pleased that he was able to get his replacement phone the next day. He was worried it would take longer. Although the tracking was experiencing technical difficulties, you still provided a tracking number which was great.

I needed to use my Asurion coverage due to a LOST phone. The online process required me to verify my identity using a text message to my phone which I had LOST however a phone agent was able to verify my identity via email. The agent was helpful and clear in explaining the process and supporting my request.

My grandson's first replacement phone didn't work from day one. 5878 and then instead of sending him a new one you were sending him another refurbished phone. We've been customers for a long time and we're hoping better than that.

Super simple screen repair. The repair service guy rang my doorbell, and confirmed I was me. Then he took my phone to his repair studio. *His van. Then in about 10-15 minutes, give or take, he rang my bell again and gave me back a repaired phone and with a new battery. I used my phone with a broken screen for over a year, and all it took was one phone call, 15 minutes, and hearing my bell twice. Thanks.

Great and quick service. Filing the claim was easy and very user friendly. Price of the replacement could be a little lower seeing what we pay for the insurance. Have used this service in the past and everytime it has been stellar and I have no complaints.

Needed to trade a phone that was not working. Went online, filled out the form and got the phone the next day. You sent a label for us to return the phone to you so we were able to send the bad phone back right away.

Asurion Tech called two hours before my appointment saying that he was running ahead of schedule. I explained I was still at work. He said he could come to my employer's parking lot since it was on his way. He arrived at the time said he would be there and within 15 minutes have my phone repaired. The service van was very clean, and well stock with tools and service parts. Tech was clean, well dressed, very polite and professional. After my experience with Asurion I would highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again.

The beginning process is step by step easy and very self explanatory. The new phones came really quickly and had the return envelopes with them to make it super easy to return the broken ones. All in all it was a very easy process.

Great. So glad everything transferred over after losing my phone when I fell in koi pond. Only problem was in delivery by UPS. They were not delivering when they said they would. You need to find a different shipping company that delivers when they say they will.

The gentleman that helped me file the claim did a great job. He made it very easy to do. However, I was supposed to get it delivered to the house that night and that didn't happen. Phone call was made and was told I would get it next day. That didn't happen either. This all started on a Tuesday and I finally got the phone on Friday. So for same day delivery....the ball was really dropped!!!!

I called 3 days in a row for technical issues. I was hung up on and transferred to the wrong department multiple times each day. I was on the calls for 2-3 hours being bounced around. My phone still doesn't work.

A tech came to fix my screen. Upon that repair my backlight would not turn on. My phone needed to replaced. The process was quite easy. I wish it could have just been a screen fix instead of the more costly phone replace.

Besides upping the price to $250 because I used my insurance twice in 2 years, after paying $10 a month for the insurance and then Getting charged a deductible. I know how it’s worth just going thru Apple insurance because there is no deductible. Just a one time fee to but the insurance from apple. It’s pretty obviously you're overcharging.

I have Verizon and I lost my Apple Watch on vacation. Asurion was very prompt and efficient in replacing it with a similar model. I am very pleased!! Asurion has always been very prompt with helping me when my devices were lost or damaged.

Everything was great and on time as promised. However, you sent to us a wrong color (white) instead of gold iPhone and that is a big concern. We were also charged a full co copy of $200.00. Thanks. AD

Very easy to make a claim. Made the claim with ease on a Friday night and received replacement device that Monday. I wish it could have been next day service because these are our business phones and we work on the weekend.

Good customer experience on phone. The only thing I wish was that I was able to get the same color phone I had. I was not given that option. Also, it took 5 days from initial phone call to arrival of phone and the website read same day delivery. However, experience was good.

Once got online to accept claim delivery of replacement device fast. Was a bit of a delay in confirmation of return, but I imagine it’s busy and hard to find employees. Could initially confirm by delivery tracing. Replacement device working.

The phone is not working properly. It's not charging all time. I try different charger plugs. It will stop charging overnight. I did try the charger plugs that came with the replacement phone. It seem like it's a problem with phone plug in.

I couldn't get a hold of a live person. The recording said they were out of stock. They would let me know when they would have one. l got a phone in about 6 days. You say within 24 hours. I never received an e-mail that the phone was on its way until after l received it. I was inconvenienced.

Fast and courteous service for a broken phone screen. The tech came to my son's residence and fixed it there on scene. Very convenient. The tech was running late but was in constant communication with my son and gave him updates on his arrival time.

I finally got my daughter’s phone request done after about 3 - 4 days. It took a while for us to get the find my iPhone off. But once received had l issue with setting her phone up. But with my son's phone I had no issue or problems.

My phone was less than 2 weeks old when I broke the screen. I asked for a new screen for my 2 week old phone. All I got for an answer was that those were not the terms. It was very unsatisfactory to be told I would receive a refurbished screen for a 2 week old phone. I paid for the screen replacement myself.

Phone came quickly, but it wasn’t the same color. I filed a claim with and it’s refurbished. I don’t mind the color but I think the phones should be new. If you're paying monthly and have a deductible no reason why they can’t supply new phones. AppleCare maybe a better route next time.

My wife’s Apple 6 could no longer update and she was losing the ability to run apps she used on a frequent basis. She called Asurion, told them her problem and was quickly informed that an Apple 7 was on its way in exchange for the 6. Set up was easy and so was the return.

DON'T be fooled by the 4-5 star rating ANYWHERE! Especially on the Better Business Bureau's website - **. First, I don't believe for a second ANYONE uses the BBB website to leave 5 star reviews of a company, with very, very, very few RARE exceptions. On the other hand, to see a FLOOD of no doubt BOGUS 5 STAR ratings to COVER UP the mudslide of LEGITIMATE 1 STAR COMPLAINTS, that is believable. Especially if you have dealt or attempted to deal with this company before.

I was very happy with how easily it was to report my phone damage and I have a new one shipped ASAP. I forgot that I had the insurance and this saved me a lot of money. I didn’t think that water damage was a covered Occurrence.

I received a refurbished iPhone 10 for my iPhone. I wish you gave me the option to just upgrade my phone and put the $250 co-pay towards a brand new upgraded phone. Although the service was quick and easy. The insurance is good, that is a large co-pay for a refurbished phone only worth $250, so in that vein, it is not a great deal. In hindsight I could've got $250 for the phone as a trade in and received a brand new 12.

Our experience with the replacement and shipping process was very efficient. The staff was courteous, helpful and professional. The internet and filing my claim on-line was easy. I followed all the questions and completed the process in about fifteen minutes. I had the phone shipped to Verizon store in Las Vegas, Nevada and my daughter found the store and picked up the phone. If I had another choice for insurance I would use it because the level of service I received was subpar. And I spent over 12 hours on the phone trying to get my issue resolved to no Avail no Avail so therefore I would never recommend this company even if it was the last company on Earth.

It was easy to file a claim with Asurion, when my screen went blank on my cell. I was able to have a replacement phone, mailed to my home within 2 days. It was easy to swap the chips in the phones and have all of my apps, music, pictures, etc. without hassle!

Have used Asurion several times in the past and every time everything from beginning to end of claim process went extremely smooth and went thru without any issues. Highly recommend. Also you get your phone within one day which is extremely helpful when you have teenagers.

I’m not in the habit of arguing with customer service and I don’t like that encounter. Verdict still out on the phone as I just got it after being told I would have in 2 days. I hope the adapter fits as one wasn’t sent with replacement phone.

Thanks for sending me the replacement phone for the cracked screen. Filing the form was a little frustrated as I did not know which operating system I was running and then activating took me a little while due to my lack of technical skills.

I was devastated when my phone cracked and couldn't fathom being disconnected from communication too long. My phone came quickly and I wasn't charged much as expected due to declining deductible. I did get a bit frustrated when I thought I wouldn't be able to transfer my pictures and contacts. After all it involved accessing a part of the phone that was black and not working. I'm so glad the Samsung has the ability to touch and transfer.

The old phone's faceID would not work. I contacted ATT and they used the insurance to switch the phone out. Sent a new replacement phone out. Contacted support via chat to activate new phone. The chat support session was quick and efficient. My phone is activated and working great.

Excellent service in response to my query. Prompt delivery of replacement phone within a few days. Provided what I needed to return damaged cell phone with ease. Reliable and can be counted on to replace a phone when needed with ease.

Straightforward and easy to complete the process. Replacement came faster than expected. There was no way I could purchase a phone without insurance. Coverage is great for the accidental screen crack or won't charge issues. Cellphones, can easily get lost or damaged, but I am impressed with my choice of coverage.

There were a couple appointment constraints that delayed the tech and car trouble. After, arrangements were made and we did receive the rep, the customer service with the representative that came out was great! Very helpful and knowledgeable. After we had the phone repaired we contacted Asurion that there was still a problem. They quickly responded, sent a replacement phone and since then everything is great. Was a pretty smooth process.

Had an issue with FedEx with my package being stolen and it took me a week to get my phone because they had to send me a second replacement phone but otherwise great experience. I used them when I had Verizon and now ATT. Both times I called had a good conversation with the people I spoke with.

Great job! Everything was fast and smooth. Easy process to file the claim and get my son his phone. I am thankful that we had the insurance coverage and great working with Asurion on this process. Hoping we don't have to use again, but thankful we have the option!

Great customer service. My rep was courteous, efficient, and made sure my issue was resolved. She went through great effort to effectively resolve the issue. I was able to receive two iPhones and an iPad. I had to pay a small deductible.

Galaxy S10+ screen broke and stopped working, it got replaced quickly and professionally. Since it was my wife's phone, it was very important to be replaced as quickly as possible because most of her business is done through the phone. I am very happy with how things got resolved.

Still have not recovered my photos and I've been to both stores Apple and Verizon and neither can help me so I’m desperate. My son's iPhone was replaced due to a severe damage on the screen, the customer service rep was very helpful, she guide me thru all the processes and was easy, after we placed the claim, we received the new device within 2 days in our front door.

Service was quick and convenient. Phone arrived day after problem reported. Set up following instructions was relatively easy. One delay was no instruction to trade old chip into new phone caused several issues because passwords on apps had changed and did not have all the old passwords written down.
