I made the claim on Saturday and had my phone on Monday. It was packaged nicely and works great. I also got my deductible reduced because I have not made a claim on the phone before. The monthly charge for the insurance is worth it.

My only problem is that you sent me a 40mm watch replacement instead of the 42mm. If I can get an explanation of why the correct size wasn’t replaced would be greatly appreciated. But my overall experience was good. Thanks.

It was very easy to fill out the claim and submit it to the company. Great correspondence from the company. We had choice of deliver to home that day or delivery to our home, we chose 2 day delivery. Would recommend to friends.

I had a great experience with replacing my daughter’s phone after she had an issue with the screen not working. It took me a few minutes to go online and we received the new phone within 2 days after filing the case. If I had any questions they were answered in a short and timely manner. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Glad to have Asurion as our insurance carrier for our phones and tablets.

So Asurion don't want to accept my claim because the Amazon receipt doesn't show an SKU of the product. I inform the rep who looking into my claim that amazon doesn't provide SKU on their invoice/ receipt. My claim hasn't been accepted. I provide the save receipt/invoice I submitted the documents the first time. I find it unacceptable and the person who first looks at claims not doing their job. Amazon does not provide a physical receipt. They provide an invoice you can print showing this is more enough evidence of proof of purchase.
According to the email the receipt/ invoice needs to show all proof below. The only thing the receipt/ invoice doesn’t provide is SKU because what amazon provide me is this pdf I provided the company. I contact amazon and they inform me the receipt/invoice I can get is the same one I have. Please contact amazon or inform me how can I save a pdf of the SKU with all the other information Asurion wants if amazon doesn’t provide it to me.
On top of the product link associated with amazon doesn’t provide SKU. The person who helped me get reconnected to the internet from my office computer was great. He was very patient and walked me through everything step by step. He also gave me information on how to set up the app on my phone to check our bandwidth.

Handled my concern very quickly and accurately. Had my replacement in one day. The online process only took about 5 to 10 minutes to complete. When it time to transfer the information from one phone to the other, I was able to visit a store and they were able to help me.

We called because the Phone had a cracked screen and damaged, they did a Phone replacement. Got it next day! It was easy to transfer the data from the old phone to the new phone and had the return labels needed to return.

The claim on my Note Ultra is good. I still need updates on my A Fold 2. Otherwise it was a good experience. The operator confused the sim card being transferred from my mother's Z flip to my new Razr as it being transferred from my z fold 2 instead. Thus complicating the second claim.

Was a decent upgrade under the circumstances. Didn't have Galaxy S7s or S8s ended up with a S9 so can't really complain. Welcome to the modern world of Android phones. Don't know how to use it but time will tell.

Process was fairly simple. Phone arrived less than 24 hours. Return process was simple. There is a lot guidance around how to transfer to a new phone which is great if you are non-technical. We didn’t have to use it. Overall, it was a great experience.

I had same day delivery, the first day which was Saturday, the phone didn’t come. Then I did it again Sunday and it didn’t come. I have a call back number that wasn’t the same as the number I lost because it’ll be pointless to call the number of a phone that was lost. I called again Sunday to get my replacement device and it was delivered on Tuesday. When I activated my phone I noticed that the delivery technician on Sunday called my phone and left 2 voicemails, why call the phone if I don’t have one. It took me 4 days to get my phone, I called in for work sitting back waiting on Saturday and Sunday. I bought an phone on Sunday because I couldn’t miss any more days to wait on a phone. I returned the phone once I received the device from Asurion and had to pay a restock/repackaged fee to return the phone. This was the overall worst experience ever when filing a claim.

Smooth and easy transaction. Had a little problem with FedEx but Asurion helped us thru it as well and handled the whole thing smoothly. Phone arrived quickly even with the FedEx delay. Easy to unpack and set up the new phone, and super easy to return the damaged one.

It was very quick and efficient! My new phone was delivered to me in under 24 hours! Filling out the insurance claim was very easy and user friendly. The only thing I would change is give a little more time than 10 days to return the old device as I work full time and it is a small window to get it mailed off. Overall very impressed!

After purchasing a $1500 refrigerator through JC Penney I thought it was a good idea to add the protection plan warranty they offered through Asurion for $160. This has proved to be a huge waste of money as my refrigerator broke one year after I purchased it and I have now been trying to get a rebate or repair for months. After months of attempting to work with Asurion to get a repair or replacement fridge I have still been unsuccessful as these people don't answer the phones lines, don't send maintenance repair workers when they say they will and generally give you every excuse as to why they won't replace or repair your item.
When we finally got someone out here back in August the repairman came 8 hours after their scheduled window of time to come for the repair and he deemed the fridge unrepairable and that a replacement be issued. Our ice machine is broken and the water tastes terrible and I have wasted a lot of money on new filters and ice from the corner store. After the repairman was here he said Asurion would contact me with a rebate or new fridge. I never heard a word from Asurion. After many attempts to try and call this company I finally got through months later and was told they would have to send a new repairman out to reassess the fridge. My husband told them no way were we allowing another repair person in here during a pandemic when the last one did absolutely nothing helpful.
We requested a manager help us and then after a few days someone by the name of Arnie called us and left us a message to resolve the issue but did not leave a return number or email. So once again we called back on the business line three more times and after hours of waiting on the phone no one answers. This company is terrible. Shame on them and shame on JC Penney for doing business with these people. Save your money and do not buy warranties from these people. They will take your money and never replace your broken product.

Excellent customer service. The representative was very helpful. The representative answered every question I asked in a very professional manner. He was definitely helpful in guiding me on how to solve the issue I was having. I’d give the representative an A+ for helping with the questions I had. The hold time was kinda long and I understand the high call volume but when I was connected questions were answered in a timely like fashion. Very very professional on how he handled the call and I’m appreciative for his courtesy. The solution to my problem was solved within the matter of minutes after a 20 minute wait on hold.

Your weekend crew needs to be more people friendly. Was on phone 2 times. Each time was 45 mins trying to tell them cant get e mail or texts on my phone. I was at work at time. Had to leave early to go to a At& t store for help. Had to call back again to talk to get everything I needed to get a used phone redone. Phone not a new replacement.

Customer service staff were professional, friendly and supportive. My deductible was very low and the replacement phone arrived the next day. I've used Asurion twice for phone replacement and have been 100% satisfied each time. I highly recommend Asurion for an insurance provider for your device.

I dont typically review companies, but Asurion has really went above and beyond when it comes to nickle and diming. T-Mobile has lost my business. Replacing a phone through their "services" is nearly impossible. I had sent a request for phone repairs online, they never sent a replacement phone and a few weeks later I called back asking about it. They then again charged me and unintentionally send me TWO replacement phones, one of which I returned to sender.
A MONTH later I get information stating that since I did not annotate the device as DUSTY and only stated the phone screen was cracked I would not be allowed to get my phone repaired and it must be replaced, but they have to send the phone back to me, then I send it back to them, then they replace it for 275 USD (not including the monthly phone insurance payments I already pay) PLUS! If I dont send MY legally owned and fully paid for property to them for repair within a certain amount of days they would again charge me for 410 USD. This "Service" may as well be a racket. Absolutely disgusting service with a smile while they reach into your wallet.
I am switching service providers to somewhere that I dont get treated like an idiot and expect to pay for addional services while the employees hide behind "policy". As they said to me, it's just our policy. And I'm sorry too T-Mobile and Asurion, I'm switching providers... because, well that's just MY policy when I get treated like garbage in the street.

I received the phone the very next day. I was upset it was a refurbished phone, I was told by the AT&T customer service rep, that it would definitely be a new phone and I would get my color, which I was only given black as the color option. I had a problem with my phone holding a charge. I reported the problem on Monday evening. Boy was I shocked when my replacement phone was delivered on Tuesday morning. Most companies customer service has been lacking lately due to COVID. Asurion went above and beyond.

The replacement of my phone was easy and fast. Some confusion with the automated system attempting to send a password to a stolen phone. But was quickly corrected by a live conversation with a representative on the phone. Just a small glitch in the software.

Everything was great. The lady who helped us had connection issues (don’t know which side), either way allowed my son to assist since I couldn’t hear. Once everything was finalized, everything came through and documented. The only downside is the prompts to get you where you need to be. That needs to be sped up somehow.

I tried calling to make corrections to my claim. I never got ahold of anyone calling and the live chat would be helpful if I had the correct PIN to enter my account. I am upset that I got a refurbished phone as a replacement. I am still making payments for a new phone price, but have a used/refurbished phone. Overall the process was easy and the used phone came in a timely manner.

Twice I have had to file a claim for two different phones. The first time my boyfriend's phone was stolen. The replacement was here in 2 days. The second time my phones power button actually broke. My replacement was here in 2 days. I didn't have any issues filing claim or paying deposit.

I hate to pay the extra insurance but it came in handy. Husband broke his screen and it got water damage although it has screen protector AND Otter Box. We just finished paying the phone off. Customer service rep was great! Friendly and very professional. I was able to submit a claim quickly without a hassle. Received the replacement within 2 days which was perfect!

You included a new SIM card with no explanation about it. The instructions said nothing about transferring an existing SIM or using the new one. This caused confusion and a delay in getting set up. So when including a SIM card with a replacement phone, you should say why it's there and what to do with it. If there is no SIM card, add the step of transferring the existing SIM card just to be thorough. The packaging for return was very convenient.

Fast service. Lost one of my devices and got help quickly deactivating and blocking lost phone and help me to replace it and set up. Very fast service. I didn't submit one of the forms needed it. They contacted me quickly to let me know and when forms submitted they email me to let me know everything was OK and within a few hours got another email letting me know phone was on the way. The automation/screens made it fairly simple to replace my failed device. My one struggle was I do not remember seeing prompts to turn off old/turn on new sequences so that put a baby bump in the process... but all in all... very easy.

I did not receive a email of shipping. I have about 11 emails from the company but not one email telling me about shipping. My box was stolen off my porch by a thief which is sad but it would have helped if I known it had shipped. During the Holidays at of things was late. Gifts I sent to family members was late. I didn’t think my package had been shipped cause of the holiday season. I don’t understand why I didn’t receive the emails about shipping.

Service was good, received replacement phone in 2 days. No real value to the service though. I paid $15/month for 2+ years and was told I was getting a discount in my deductible which was still $149 for a refurbished 2-3 year old iPhone X. I could have bought a phone for the money I have paid in total. And when I called in, they were more focused on trying to upsell me their other plans.

Then someone else took over & immediately fixed the problem by identifying I needed a new device. Problem was I had to then call someone to get a new device. In the past I have used Asurion only to replace a phone, this time I had to send my phone in for a screen repair. I was told it would be up to 5 business days to get my phone back, no big deal. It's now been over 2 weeks! My phone was delivered on 12/15/20 to Asurion, Asurion did not report it received till 12/23/20, I spoke with a very friendly customer service representative who told me I should have my phone by the 28th... It's now the 1st and I have not been contacted with a tracking number or seen my phone. How do you go from guaranteed 5 business days to now over 2 weeks. Unbelievable.

I purchased the Samsung Note 20 Ultra. The camera lens shattered within a couple weeks. The insurance carrier is Asurion. I paid for a replacement phone which was sent with a blocked sim card and was unable to use the replacement phone, in turn not being able to send back my broken phone. I contacted my phone provider (Bell) who told me to contact the insurance company (Asurion). I called Asurion who told me to contact my phone provider. This game of passing the ball played out a few times, of one telling me to contact the other. Eventually Asurion indicated that they took the block off the phone but would have to wait 24-48 hours. I waited the time period and the block had not been lifted. I contact Asurion back who indicated that they would again remove this block. Again I had to wait 24-48 hours.
Yet again, only to be disappointed of the phone still having the block on it. During this time I was given a 30 days time frame to return the broken phone. Since Asurion was unable to unblock the phone they indicated that there were notes on the file to extend this date. This all started in October. Today is December 25th, 2020, Christmas day, during a global pandemic. When the world is forced to not have in person contact we are relying heavily on our phones to contact our loved ones. I was not able to make a single phone call, text message or use my unlimited data to contact any family or friends on one of the most important days of the year. I called bell again and yet again they indicated that they could not do anything because it was Asurion that has now put a block on the phone and that I would have to call them. I call Asurion only to find out that they are closed on today, Christmas day.
I go to Asurion website to see if they have a live chat, only to find out that the "Live Chat" was down and it's being worked on. I even sent an email explaining in depth of the issues and I still have not heard back. This service is an absolute disgusting despicable low. A company should have NEVER allowed this to go on for this long let alone disconnecting a Bell phone on Christmas Day. The fact that I paid over $1000 for a device and paid the premium too to have a new phone sent to me that does not work and the issue still has NOT been rectified MONTHS later is absolutely disgusting.

Quick service. Very well-handled. The entire process took about 10 minutes in the ATT store. Emails were immediate, concise, and timely. I had a new phone in about 48 hours. This is the precise reason why we carry the policy on all of our phones.

Great, I had no problem with phone replacement, timely, helping tool was great. Thanks AT&T!!! Nothing more needs to be said, thanks The exit of removal of phone info was easy and setting up new phone was simple, Instructions given were there if needed and assistance was offered.

My new phone works great. It is awesome. When I'm on speakerphone sometimes people can't hear me but I will always recommend this company to people. I honestly I think that it is worth $150 discounted to get my phone fixed. The normal price is 250 but they gave me a Christmas gifts out always recommended.

I had a great experience Asurion and I had a pleasure speaking to one of your representative, she was very friendly. I was glad that I was able to replace my Apple Watch that I had lost and glad that I did have insurance.

Overall, a super easy no hassle process. Phone arrived quickly with easy return instructions. Could not ask for a better overall experience. They communicated regularly by email regarding the status of my claim and the shipping process. I had registered for FedEx notifications too so I knew right when the package arrived.

As always all services were outstanding. The attendance to my needs were excellent. Delivery of a replacement device was right on time even with it being a holiday and during the pandemic. I will continue to keep coverage on my devices throughout the future and I will recommend to friends and families that they keep their devices covered and insured at all times.

Everything was fine - I needed the phone faster than 2 days later and the new SIM card didn’t work but so far the phone is working - but the camera is not as good as it used to be - milky appearance images.

Had to replace a one of the phones on my account, it was a lot of work after I got everything though it went smooth. Need to come up for other ways to help disable or handicap or even people that don't drive.

Sent a replacement request. Every rep gives different information. Whenever I call, the reps add 24 hours to the request. Rude and pathetic service!! It looks like a scam company to be honest. Paying every month was useless.

I was very disappointed with inaccurate information. I reported the lost device on Sunday. The rep volunteered that I would be available for next day receipt. That made me excited because I use this device for a personal business. When the next day was upon me, I did not receive my device. Instead, I received notice via email that I would not receive my replacement device until Wednesday (when Monday was promised).
When I called, the rep said that he should not have promised that as that service was not available. I appreciate that but I do not know what Assurion's policies are. The rep then offered me the ability to go purchase a phone at an AT&T store and they could reimburse me for the purchase. The problem with that is that all of the stores were closed and I did not have a spare $550 for a new phone. I would have rated 1 star, but they did offer a gift card in exchange for the hassle. Prior Asurion claim went real quick and easy.

Customer service was great! I had to restart the process due to an error on my part, but all team members were very accommodating. Communication from the online support team couldn't have been better; they provided detailed next steps. Our new phone arrived in less than 24 hours!

I had originally thought I did not receive the phone. The box was mixed with my Amazon boxes and was overlooked. Thanks for everything, you guys did great. I am not sure how to cancel the tracking I placed on FedEx.

Received the replacement in one day, and had my phone back in less than 48 hours. Would tell my friends to switch to ATT and to insure their cell phones with Asurion to cover their phone. The loss of one’s phone in today’s life is unbearable.

10/10 they are fast and got us a new phone almost immediately. Havent gotten finished with the claim just yet though. We had originally planned to upgrade our phone but our ATT man advised us to just us the ins. I also like that they just tack the deductible onto the next bill but I wish the deductible wasn't so much.

My new phone came the next day and I even got an upgrade to a iPhone 7 Plus! I have always had good service from Asurion. It is even much better than years ago. I love that I can file the claim online without any difficulties. When I had to call the service representatives are always pleasant and take care of any questions I may have. Thanks for the great service.

Service was prompt. Fairly disappointed that replacement phone sent was reconditioned and not new. For the monthly cost of this insurance, it seems a new phone would have been more appropriate. Now reconsidering insurance option. May or may not continue with service.

Great and timely. Took an extra day but was pretty quick. In the past I received in one day, this took 2 and when you have a broken phone, it seems like forever. But great instructions and I wish they were still $50 instead of $200 to replace!

Broke my phone, Submitted my claim and received my phone the next day! And I live in Hawai’i. Package arrived with easy instructions. Sent back my phone in the same box. Everything you need is in the package. Great service, easy to set up. Definitely recommend.???

We got a response and approval and a replacement cellphone within 48 hours! Also the cellphone we were provided with was a newer model than what we had! Considering our current pandemic and Christmas rush, our cell was delivered fast!

Despite the snow storm delaying shipment. Emails kept me up to date with package delivery. I was still able to receive my replacement phone in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, I did not use the actual activation line. I went straight to the AT&T store for assistance. Thank you.

It took me way too much time to get my claim approved. I have not had that trouble in the past. The person that requested documentation did not bother to tell us they did not get it all on the fax. I would think they should have informed me. Not very good customer service. It was like one department was not communicating with each other. Once we worked through that everything was fine. I hope that does not happen in every case. Thanks so much to the people that actual did their job, and acted like they cared.

The representative that assisted me with this process was super friendly and the phone arrived the following day, very efficient service. My phone came quicker than I thought. It was called around 6 that night. My phone was delivered the next morning before 1. Love it. The person I spoke to on the phone was very nice and very helpful. I’m just shocked as how quick my phone came. Thank you.

Phone as on backorder and I was told it would take 3 to 5 days to get. It came the next day hand delivered!!! Thank you! I called for help and the lady helping was very knowledgeable. Hopefully I will not have another mishap anytime soon.

I submitted the claim online which took less than 2 minutes. Asurion kept me informed on the processing. The phone came the next day. The only issue came with my daughters pictures not transferring over. We had to call Apple for help.

Your service was EXCELLENT, the turnaround time GREAT, I received my new phone within 24 hours of completing the application online. My customer service agent was so thoughtful and thorough. I couldn’t get through on the phone because obviously it was broken (seriously you should rethink the texting a code to a broken phone option) so I used the chat feature. Hallelujah it worked and I was thrilled. We got everything sorted out quickly and I was on my way!

Representative was very patient with me and walked me through step by step. I couldn’t have asked for a better helper. The ones that packed the replacement phone sent the wrong SIM card. Thank goodness my old SIM card could be used.

The service provided by Medina was super exceptional!!! She had the patience to guide me step by step to transfer information from one chip to another. Her supervisor should be proud to have such a dedicated and conscientious employee in their service.
