Replaced cracked phone, with refurbished iPhone 7, I returned my iPhone 5s. Hopefully my return was received. I followed all instructions but my tracking number was different than the one they had on packing slip, the post office gave me the tracking number.

I tried to submit my claim online first. Somehow there was an issue so I got frustrated. I called customer service, had a wait time of 3 minutes and spoke with a representative who completed my claim with ease. The call took less than 15 minutes to take care of my claim. I’m very pleased with the service.

Old phone fell off the front of my truck (oops) and someone ran over it. Claim process online so easy, filed claim around 5pm, and I got new phone, same as the old phone (iPhone 8+) before noon the next day. Best replacement experience since cell phones came along. So worth the money!!!

It was a quick, concise and easy process! So very grateful! Within moments of our claim, we were forwarded all the details of our new device and when it would arrive! We got the package within a day and set it up immediately. Only going 24ish hours without a phone!

My experience was very good. After losing my phone and I made the call to file a claim, the replacement arrived the next day. I was able to download most of the data and I am very pleased with the service. Now I have to find the portion that I have to pay.

Had a replacement phone in less than 2 days. And we called that number to help set it up for us. And thank God that agent that help us was very good at her job. She had the phone up and running in no time at all. This is the first I have ever lost a phone while hunting. But AT&T saved me and especially that agent who helped set it up.

Being a senior they make it so easy to process and send the new equipment back to you. I have about 10 lines because of my grandkids so I can keep in touch with them and make sure the bill get paid. First telephone call denied claim because they could not match the IMEI numbers. I had to go to ATT store to verify that my registration was correct, which it was. My second call to you went smoothly with no question as to correct IMEI number. Don't know why your records were not correct the first time. But it was inconvenient to get things straight.

I was extremely pleased with the efficient manner in which my claim was processed. With the exception of your online claim process not working properly (the system did not send the code necessary to proceed); I was able to get through to an agent who took the information and processed the claim. Within a day or so we had the new phone & are up and running again. By now you should have received the old phone. Thank you.

Overall this was a great experience. Easy to make a claim, followed up promptly with my replacement phone. I was given ample amount of time to make sure my phone was backed up and all my information carried over to my new phone. I cracked the back of my phone that was a Note 10 plus from Samsung. I got it replaced by getting the S20 Ultra and I was disappointed I didn't get my original phone. However giving this phone a try I absolutely love it! I'm so happy with it. The speed is phenomenal and I don't miss the stylus pen. So thank you!! I'm very happy.

I ordered a replacement phone and had it before noon the following day. I took my phones to ATT store for help and received help immediately. I only forgot to have them check for my memory card. Once I do that and return my phone, my transaction will be complete.

I had a number of problems with my replacement iPhone. The person I first worked with on the computer, did not succeed and referred me to an agent whom I talked with on the phone. He was very patient and helped with some of my problems. Some still remain.

Run far away from this insurance company as you can. They aren't trustworthy and are all about nickeling and diming you, finding any reason not to process your claims. I have the DirecTV Premier Protection insurance plan and I had a Samsung TV remote control that went faulty and under my terms and conditions, it clearly states OEM remote controls are covered for repairs or replacement. So when I went to open a claim the insurance rep stated they don't cover remote controls anymore and that Asurion somehow magically just changed the T&C without any customer notifications.
I explained to him that it was clearly stated in the T&C that remote controls are covered but then he pointed to a small one line in there that says "We can modify these terms at any time." But never got any notification or mail that they changed their T&C to not cover remotes anymore. Also the T&C that is on my Asurion account still shows that remote controls are covered. They use that one small line for a cop-out and can use it anytime to get out of not covering your claim... Very SHADY and GREEDY company!!

The instructions I received should have mentioned swapping the SIM card from your old phone. It was completely omitted from the instructions, it only mentioned if you had an orange sim card and had a second phone number to your phone.

If it was 1, that would have been even more great because I was out of a phone for about 5 days. which sucked, I could not do nothing until I was at work because that's where everything was signed into. Great replacements device options. The Phone had quit charging new one is really nice and came with ALL the Chargers and new SIM and SIM card remover key. Most don't come with that key and makes it hard to get out.

I've been trying to submit my claim and receive my replacement phone for 4 days now. Initially I was able to complete my claim and get a phone shipped, but UPS "attempted delivery" and within the same day that I was supposed to receive the phone, UPS had the phone halfway back to the sender! I had no notification that ANY delivery attempts had been made, and I was home all day. Since then I have been on the phone with 4 other agents, and on hold for better part of an hour on just one call. I even called my bank to see if there were any issues on that side, and there were none. Asurion had returned the payment each time. No one can explain to me why that is happening, and get me a new phone. This is ridiculous!

Cracked screen on iPhone, contacted Asurion and the process seemed to in progress with them sending a tech out with a replacement phone and help us do the change over to new phone. I was contacted by tech and said that they would be on the way to our home between 5-7pm. At 5pm we received a phone call from Asurion explaining that the tech had car troubles and would not make our meeting. I asked if there could be another way to receive new phone that evening, he replied no, that I would have to cancel and reapply for new appointment, or he could just mail out the new phone. So I accepted them to mail new phone. It did arrive the next day but. But very disappointed why there is no back up plan if a tech’s vehicle breaks down and that’s it. Seemed that the times are that way anymore across the board as far as customer service....

Poor connecting to customer service. If your phone has water damage or broken you can't check links sent to your email. There needs to be a selection when your phone is inoperable. I'd give five stars if I could have talked to a human person within 30 minutes.

ATT gave me the website to go to and it was pretty easy to negotiate. All I wanted was a glass repair so I ended up calling support and he explained that they don't do that but simply replace the phone. More expensive than the brochure I first received indicated. The replacement phone works great.

Great service. New phone delivered within one day. Instructions were simple. Only thing that concerned me was the charge for not deleting the information on my old phone. I received my replacement phone on Saturday and activated it on Saturday. I received the notice instructing me to be sure and erase on info on the old phone or there would be a charge of $175. I had already packed the old phone and would have mailed it had the Post Office been open. I unpacked the phone to insure that all info had been erased, which hadn't. I erased and repacked the old phone.

I unfortunately had my phone lost/stolen late last Thursday evening. The next day, I put a claim in around 11 in the morning, and I had my new phone by 10:30 the next day. Replacement was easy and fast. Only one problem. The adapter that came with the new phone came apart after one use. The plastic covering came off and I had to retrieve the remainder from the USB cord. The plastic covering also was cracked probably due to how hard I had to pull to remove it. The unit still works but...

They originally sent me the wrong size phone, which I sent back the day it arrived and later waited over a week to get the correct phone sent to my house. On one of the phone calls I asked to speak to a supervisor and the lady told me she has the same powers as a manager does. Total joke of an experience. One thing they didn't have a problem with was putting the $200 deductible payment on my next bill before I even received the phone.

There was an issue with the evil empire, Apple, not releasing the phone from find my phone correctly and Asurion hung in there with me to get Apple to do their thing correctly, manually interceding. Other than the cost factor to replace the broken phones (was a bit on the high side especially for a refurbished phone) there were no imperfections on either one and so far they seem to work as they should. I can't say enough good/positive things about what AT&T was able to do for me when my phone was not working properly. The manager at our local AT&T tried numerous things to "fix" my phone and nothing was working; therefore, he placed a request for a new phone...that was midday Friday and within 25 hours my new phone arrived at my home. On Monday I met with an amazing person at AT&T and within an hour or so my information on my old phone was transferred to my new one. My Dad was a district manager with Southern Bell Tel and Tel back in the 40/50s and my loyalty has always been with your company. The Speed of phone delivery was great. Technicians were good but I had to make multiple calls to get phone info transferred correctly and it was very time consuming. They wanted to use a text system and that wasnt adequate attention for a transfer you need to speak and ask questions.

It was an Apple phone but Verizon is carrier and neither of them could do anything and blaming each other. Thank God this is my daughter's phone and not mine. But a 20 year old without a phone loses the ability to think:). Turn it off 2xs a week and let your brain heal a little! After I found out what to do. Asurion blew away Verizon in customer service. Great customer service. After a fall in a creek that resulted in a flooded phone with a shattered screen, my destroyed phone was replaced in less than 24 hours. Pretty impressive service especially since I had forgotten. I had the protection plan from Asurion.

My husband's phone fell out of his pocket without him knowing. It was run over "several" times in the McDonald's parking lot before we located it. We drove across the street to the AT&T store and within 10 minutes we had a new phone en route. Easiest trip to AT&T I've ever experienced.

Was able to transfer everything from the damaged phone to a new phone with no problem. Was able to do everything over the phone. Verizon assisted me with the transfer to the new phone. Thank you for the fast service.

Service was very quick. I went to AT&T store, placed my claim and phone was deliver in less than 24 hours. Having purchased this insurance really made thing very easy as opposed to paying off phone to received replacement of the one I damaged. Very happy with Asurion.

Last claim was a disaster!!! Asurion actually set phone claim to me account holder... instead of my daughter’s number (she’s under on my plan). This caused (my) phone to be blacklisted!! What a nightmare! It took an accumulative 30 hours and almost a month to resolve! AT&T and Asurion almost lost a customer. This one went very smoothly.... THE WAY IT’S SUPPOSED TO GO!!!

The Rep. that helped me with my claim was Awesome!! She was very knowledgeable and very accommodating. The phone was sent out ASAP during the difficult times of the Hurricane. The color was correct. The phone was perfect in every way. Thanks.

Asurion rocks. At&t not so much. But the quality of service you provide is absolutely something that att should mimic. You guys were kind prompt and able to take care of the issue far faster than anticipated by me. My son was ecstatic that it was here before Wed. He had no phone for a week due to not having deductible.

It was extremely easy to file a claim using the website and my replacement phone arrived one day after my Claim. Directions for setting transferring the data from my old phone to my new phone was a little confusing, but I was able to figure it out eventually. Thanks!

The process with Asurion to replace our damaged phone was very quick and easy. It was very quick and easy to submit the claim online. Once everything was submitted, the replacement came quickly and the return of damaged phone was easy and we're even notified that they had received the damaged device.
