It was very easy to process a claim online.. Did not have to spend time on the phone. Replacement phone arrived when expected and in good condition. Received an email with instructions on how to transfer contacts, etc from old phone. The whole process was very simple.

The person we spoke to on the phone was very considerate and professional. I couldn't believe I received my new phone in two days! Unfortunately, I immediately sent back my old one (that never worked right from the beginning) and now I can't transfer my information, contacts, etc. At our local store, I received no help at all. I had a great experience with Asurion and the process to get my phone replaced was simple. The deductible was fair and I received it quickly so I wasn’t without my phone. I received a refurbished iPhone and the phone I received was a great replacement.

Speaker went out of my 11 Pro Max, had a new one the next day! Only problem is, it cost me $150! Should have been free, cause they’ll do a $30 fix and turnaround and do the same thing with someone else.

Very pleased with our experience. Did need to take the new phone to AT&T to help set up. It everything worked out beautifully we were especially pleased because we were not aware or had forgotten that we had insurance on my daughter’s phone. So a very pleasant experience!

The transaction went very well, except they sent the wrong phone, (Samsung instead of iPhone) but they immediately sent the correct phone. We mailed that one back but they sent the correct phone during the same time. Other than the phone mix-up everything was great. Quite impressed with the speed of the whole deal. Very helpful and professional replacing my son's phone after it was stolen. The staff at Adirondack made the process to replace the phone easy. The replacement phone was sent quickly and the staff was very helpful when I had trouble setting up the phone.

I dropped my phone and it was heavily damaged. Luckily I had insurance that I paid for in case of accident. First thing I find out when put my claim in is that I owe $150 to get a replacement. Very costly!

A+++ service. I was upset at first when completing my claim online and saw my phone model was discontinued and tried offering a phone of lesser/non-equal value. The gentleman helping me was very helpful but due to his having me update the IOS in an effort to fix the issue (which it didn’t) his call didn’t come thru and they never returned the call as stated. In lieu of that, I’ve researched the issue and think I’ve possibly resolved it. Time will tell.

Overall happy and thankful. My technical issues were many and I knew it was a chore made worse due to some strange mishaps. One employee I spoke with using the ProTeck call center seemed unwilling to assist or maybe she actually knew less than I did which is next to nothing about the initial set up of the replacement phone. The others were eager and helped to settle my nerves after initially getting off track somewhat. The super fast shipping was extraordinarily good; fantastic actually. That meant a lot! Thanks. Again though, I am thankful to have the support Asurion provided and am back up and running again. :)

Wish the deductible wasn’t so high, but I filed claim at 2 pm and received the replacement watch by lunch the very next day. Hard to complain about that. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because of the deductible amount.

Super easy to work with and to understand. The phone arrived a few days after the claim was submitted. I have had to make a claim on phones I have owned in the past. I recommend insuring any of your devices for the simple fact that if something goes wrong you can contact Asurion and they always have a resolution.

After I waited 45 min on the phone to get customer service and 20 minutes on the phone with him he finally decided to send me to insurance claim dept!! (Wasn’t too impressed with customer service). My experience was a good one. Instructions were given and returning my device was easy. My device was in great shape and worked perfectly. My device was delivered in a timely manner. I was able to receive my device but my Sim card wasn’t functional. However removing my Sim card from my old device and inserting into my new device solve my problem. My experience with Asurion was better this time than the last time.

My phone was stolen and requested a replacement. People assisting me were very polite and helpful, answered all questions to my understanding. Service was very fast, received replacement in 3 days, package was very good and secured. The cost of the replacement is a little high, but I guess it is better than paying for a new one.

More connectivity can mean more complexity. Our plans also include one-tap access to tech experts who can help answer your toughest tech questions. However, if you need phone support to make sure you are doing something correctly. And, what you are trying to accomplish is more than the "narrow/please keep in by box support" offered by your website and your text support. Efficiency should not lose sight of being an effective solution to your customer's needs. So, spending time holding, then texting and then finally getting someone who understands your question is not what I would call Pro Tech support. It is what I call frustrating....

Very easy to put in the claim. Replacement Phone came quickly (bad weather delayed it 2 days but not Asurion's fault). Clear directions and easy to send back broken phone in the self addressed pouch. Hoping we won’t have to replace anymore but happy to Know the process is simple. Only downside is the cost. It’s pretty expensive.

Very rude and did not remedy the malfunctioning laptop. Do not fall for their 'quick & easy' hype in their advertisement. Amazon owned the problem and came through for us. I won't ever consider using Asurion again.

The instructions in the box for setup were unclear. It referenced an orange card but mine had a gray one. The lady who helped set up my phone and insert my SIM card was extremely helpful patient and personable. She clearly had taken time to experience it herself and gave me tips on how to do it.

Claim was easy to submit online and my replacement device came super fast!! However it is kind of an expensive monthly premium on top of having to pay the deductible, which luckily I hadn’t had a claim so it was half off the deductible price which is roughly half the cost of my phone.

I made the claim on Saturday and had my phone on Monday. It was packaged nicely and works great. I also got my deductible reduced because I have not made a claim on the phone before. The monthly charge for the insurance is worth it.

So Asurion don't want to accept my claim because the Amazon receipt doesn't show an SKU of the product. I inform the rep who looking into my claim that amazon doesn't provide SKU on their invoice/ receipt. My claim hasn't been accepted. I provide the save receipt/invoice I submitted the documents the first time. I find it unacceptable and the person who first looks at claims not doing their job. Amazon does not provide a physical receipt. They provide an invoice you can print showing this is more enough evidence of proof of purchase.
According to the email the receipt/ invoice needs to show all proof below. The only thing the receipt/ invoice doesn’t provide is SKU because what amazon provide me is this pdf I provided the company. I contact amazon and they inform me the receipt/invoice I can get is the same one I have. Please contact amazon or inform me how can I save a pdf of the SKU with all the other information Asurion wants if amazon doesn’t provide it to me.

The claim on my Note Ultra is good. I still need updates on my A Fold 2. Otherwise it was a good experience. The operator confused the sim card being transferred from my mother's Z flip to my new Razr as it being transferred from my z fold 2 instead. Thus complicating the second claim.

Process was fairly simple. Phone arrived less than 24 hours. Return process was simple. There is a lot guidance around how to transfer to a new phone which is great if you are non-technical. We didn’t have to use it. Overall, it was a great experience.

I had same day delivery, the first day which was Saturday, the phone didn’t come. Then I did it again Sunday and it didn’t come. I have a call back number that wasn’t the same as the number I lost because it’ll be pointless to call the number of a phone that was lost. I called again Sunday to get my replacement device and it was delivered on Tuesday. When I activated my phone I noticed that the delivery technician on Sunday called my phone and left 2 voicemails, why call the phone if I don’t have one. It took me 4 days to get my phone, I called in for work sitting back waiting on Saturday and Sunday. I bought an phone on Sunday because I couldn’t miss any more days to wait on a phone. I returned the phone once I received the device from Asurion and had to pay a restock/repackaged fee to return the phone. This was the overall worst experience ever when filing a claim.

The only thing I would change is give a little more time than 10 days to return the old device as I work full time and it is a small window to get it mailed off. Overall very impressed!

After purchasing a $1500 refrigerator through JC Penney I thought it was a good idea to add the protection plan warranty they offered through Asurion for $160. This has proved to be a huge waste of money as my refrigerator broke one year after I purchased it and I have now been trying to get a rebate or repair for months. After months of attempting to work with Asurion to get a repair or replacement fridge I have still been unsuccessful as these people don't answer the phones lines, don't send maintenance repair workers when they say they will and generally give you every excuse as to why they won't replace or repair your item.
When we finally got someone out here back in August the repairman came 8 hours after their scheduled window of time to come for the repair and he deemed the fridge unrepairable and that a replacement be issued. Our ice machine is broken and the water tastes terrible and I have wasted a lot of money on new filters and ice from the corner store. After the repairman was here he said Asurion would contact me with a rebate or new fridge. I never heard a word from Asurion. After many attempts to try and call this company I finally got through months later and was told they would have to send a new repairman out to reassess the fridge. My husband told them no way were we allowing another repair person in here during a pandemic when the last one did absolutely nothing helpful.
We requested a manager help us and then after a few days someone by the name of Arnie called us and left us a message to resolve the issue but did not leave a return number or email. So once again we called back on the business line three more times and after hours of waiting on the phone no one answers. This company is terrible. Shame on them and shame on JC Penney for doing business with these people. Save your money and do not buy warranties from these people. They will take your money and never replace your broken product.

Excellent customer service. The representative was very helpful. The representative answered every question I asked in a very professional manner. He was definitely helpful in guiding me on how to solve the issue I was having. I’d give the representative an A+ for helping with the questions I had. The hold time was kinda long and I understand the high call volume but when I was connected questions were answered in a timely like fashion. Very very professional on how he handled the call and I’m appreciative for his courtesy. The solution to my problem was solved within the matter of minutes after a 20 minute wait on hold.

Your weekend crew needs to be more people friendly. Was on phone 2 times. Each time was 45 mins trying to tell them cant get e mail or texts on my phone. I was at work at time. Had to leave early to go to a At& t store for help. Had to call back again to talk to get everything I needed to get a used phone redone. Phone not a new replacement.

I dont typically review companies, but Asurion has really went above and beyond when it comes to nickle and diming. T-Mobile has lost my business. Replacing a phone through their "services" is nearly impossible. I had sent a request for phone repairs online, they never sent a replacement phone and a few weeks later I called back asking about it. They then again charged me and unintentionally send me TWO replacement phones, one of which I returned to sender.
A MONTH later I get information stating that since I did not annotate the device as DUSTY and only stated the phone screen was cracked I would not be allowed to get my phone repaired and it must be replaced, but they have to send the phone back to me, then I send it back to them, then they replace it for 275 USD (not including the monthly phone insurance payments I already pay) PLUS! If I dont send MY legally owned and fully paid for property to them for repair within a certain amount of days they would again charge me for 410 USD. This "Service" may as well be a racket. Absolutely disgusting service with a smile while they reach into your wallet.
I am switching service providers to somewhere that I dont get treated like an idiot and expect to pay for addional services while the employees hide behind "policy". As they said to me, it's just our policy. And I'm sorry too T-Mobile and Asurion, I'm switching providers... because, well that's just MY policy when I get treated like garbage in the street.

I tried calling to make corrections to my claim. I never got ahold of anyone calling and the live chat would be helpful if I had the correct PIN to enter my account. I am upset that I got a refurbished phone as a replacement. I am still making payments for a new phone price, but have a used/refurbished phone. You included a new SIM card with no explanation about it. The instructions said nothing about transferring an existing SIM or using the new one. This caused confusion and a delay in getting set up. So when including a SIM card with a replacement phone, you should say why it's there and what to do with it. If there is no SIM card, add the step of transferring the existing SIM card just to be thorough. The packaging for return was very convenient.

I did not receive a email of shipping. I have about 11 emails from the company but not one email telling me about shipping. My box was stolen off my porch by a thief which is sad but it would have helped if I known it had shipped. During the Holidays at of things was late. Gifts I sent to family members was late. Service was good, received replacement phone in 2 days. No real value to the service though. I paid $15/month for 2+ years and was told I was getting a discount in my deductible which was still $149 for a refurbished 2-3 year old iPhone X. I could have bought a phone for the money I have paid in total. And when I called in, they were more focused on trying to upsell me their other plans.

My replacement phone had a known defect. I spent some time in a chat with someone who did not correct the issue. Then someone else took over & immediately fixed the problem by identifying I needed a new device. Problem was I had to then call someone to get a new device. In the past I have used Asurion only to replace a phone, this time I had to send my phone in for a screen repair. I was told it would be up to 5 business days to get my phone back, no big deal. It's now been over 2 weeks! My phone was delivered on 12/15/20 to Asurion, Asurion did not report it received till 12/23/20, I spoke with a very friendly customer service representative who told me I should have my phone by the 28th... It's now the 1st and I have not been contacted with a tracking number or seen my phone. How do you go from guaranteed 5 business days to now over 2 weeks. Unbelievable.

So, the service was great but when I got my phone, I took it out of the box and it fell off my dining table and the back, near the camera is cracked. I’m shocked because it was less than 48inch drop. Not sure if it was cracked before I opened it or if I did it. Super bummed.

The claim process was easy and quick. It was also extremely easy to set up the new device. I did receive the wrong SIM card for my new phone, however, I was able to use the old one. To return the phone was also a seamless process.

Prompt and good service. I had to call because the claim kept being rejected online, but otherwise it was simple. Once I spoke to a representative, she was able to process the claim with a few questions. The return process for my unusable device was also Simple.

I ask for a replacement phone. I ask for a new phone since last time I had bad issues with the speaker, so I got the replacement and it keeps on dropping my FaceTime calls so I’m very disappointed and it’s just a waste of time.

The replacement phone was approved and shipped to me in one day with a very reasonable deductible. The doctor Paul appropriately distinguishes between Occasionally lost or damaged phones versus those gaming the insurance plan for frequent upgrades.

I had a Galaxy Fold that required replacement. The process was pretty straightforward. Unfortunately, my phone was stolen from my front door step along with several other packages delivered by Amazon. Asurion staff members were very helpful in navigating me through the process of getting a replacement for the phone that was delivered but never received. I appreciate the assistance. Never a good feeling to have anything stolen especially during the holidays! Receiving the phone in spite of that incident was some much needed redemption for 2020.

We lost our phone and could not find it anywhere. We went to our carrier and they gave us our insurance carrier's number. We called the insurance company and had a new phone delivered the next day. So glad we had insurance.

Thought I would be receiving new phone. Received remanufactured. Ok balance of warranty. Original phone was lost/stolen. Didn’t get original Apple box or no headphones. Sales rep did not explain the deductible or even mention it. At least explain. Got the phone less than 24 hrs from claim. Great. Haven’t decided on carrier it where I’m going to give the phone to. Overall good experience.

The wait time was longer than expected, but did get updates on when to expect the replacement phone. The ATT tech was very helpful in getting me reconnected once I received my phone. I recommend the carrier for insurance on your phone.

It was fast easy and simple to active. No issues. The delivery was fast also the deposit is billed so that convenience and the phone came with everything needed for activation. And we are able to use the same box to return the old phone so that is also very convenient.
