Service was great and friendly. Had my new device the next day. So glad I kept insurance on my phone. Shipping was free and accurate. Process was easy to complete. Agents were easy to understand and courteous. Will use them again.

The service online was easy to fill out. The cell phone was here in one day! Outstanding service. To return the old cell was as easy as 1-2-3 as well!!! The box had a return label, a protective bag to slide the old phone and in and even the tape to seal the box with. All I had to do was drop it by the post office. Easy Peazy! Love Asurion.

A few months ago, my granddaughter lost her phone. I quickly reported our lost phone to Verizon and they gave me Asurion’s phone number so I could report the phone to my insurance. The Asurion agent very courteously took down all the information. It was so easy, fast, and quick to do. I received a replacement phone within a few days.

I'm very satisfied with my replacement phone. The process was very simple and fast. I placed my claim one day and received my phone the next day. I'm glad I got the insurance, it was worth it. I would recommend getting the insurance.

Lost both my phone and my wife’s phone in a snowstorm and Asurion was able to get me replacement phones very quickly. I filed the claims on a Saturday and got them on Tuesday. We thought for sure we’d be getting them towards the end of the week. Thank you Asurion and AT&T!!

I don’t like how my coverage was drop after two claims and one the claims was a phone default problem. Seem like it need to have wide variety of reason on why coverage should be drop. Like what was the reason because some issues are not avoidable especially if it is a problem on the carrier side.

I wasn’t too happy with your service phone after several callbacks to figure out what I needed and waiting 20 min. The lady I spoke to was very supportive, positive and had fix the issue and also did the claim for me. She was Awesome!!

The product was delivered quickly and the return process was simple, though as a suggestion, when you ship these things UPS/FedEx (though UPS especially) you may want to mention that the return envelope is for *USPS* it’s not a “problem” at all, and any delay was my fault. But when my daughter wants me to set up her iPad as quick as possible and I’m rummaging through this box that just got delivered By UPS and I see the return label briefly, I kinda plan my time around going to UPS way across town. I could have returned it more quickly if I’d known earlier I could go to the post office 2 minutes from my house.

My husbands phone had been dropped, glass cracked and stopped working unless it was being charged. I relayed that information via automation and we received the new phone in record time! I have yet to get my claim complete and a new device! It has been around 18 days!! I have been paid my deductible! I mean this is ridiculous! What's the point of even having insurance if it's gonna be a huge hassle?

I filed a claim for a replacement on Jan. 5 and received emails stating the claim was accepted and the replacement was on the way. I waited until Jan. 20 and still had not received it. I called and spoke to a very helpful service rep that said it had been put on backorder but not sure why. He took care of the problem and I received the replacement in 2 days. Although there was a problem I was very satisfied with the end result and how quickly they took care of it.

Replaced lost phone per schedule. Sent new phone with a new but inoperable SIM card. Required a visit to an AT&T store. The Asurion rep on the first contact was horrible. Could not understand him and he was slower than a snail.

We have had three interactions with Asurion due to a broken phone replacement incident. The initial issue was just getting the phone replaced. The website process is cumbersome since the original phone was broken getting the two-factor authentication code was very frustrating. however, when dealing with the phone help associates - particularly Estelle and Mary the experience couldn't have been better. They were very patient, understanding and most importantly, helpful.

Very helpful and easy to work with. Every time I spoke with them they were understanding. They could not help due to the fact our Apple ID was locked. They did give me information and some things to try but it was unsuccessful.

I can’t stand the company, looks like they aren’t on the same page!! I lost my phone and submitted a claim with them, after submitting all the details and the required documents and was approved and my device was shipped. Upon tracking my delivery it showed SENDER HAS REQUESTED THE PACKAGE BACK!!!! I called and inquired they told me sorry there was a technical difficulty and had to cancel my claim without giving me any notice!!! They asked me to start a new claim which I did and repeated the same process and again the device was shipped and AGAIN it showed sender has requested it back!!!
I do not understand what’s going on and who is doing what and what technical difficulties are happening. I’ve been without a phone and my work depends on my phone!!! My request is if this message is seen by someone who has the authority to take action and resolve this issue please do and resolve it for me because looks like I am talking to robots without any extra knowledge.

I love the Iphone and didn’t wanna go with a different phone as I was offered from the man at the insurance part that I’m so thrill that I have Insurance that covered me to get a replacement phone.

Got the replacement very fast. Sent back the old one within the two week time frame. The only problem I have was getting the phone set up to transfer the data, but that was a Verizon issue. My only problem was it too long to cash my check.

You all did great except shipping. You sent replacement 2 day Fedex Saturday delivery. I tracked the package showed correct shipping address. FedEx says bad address and didn’t deliver till Monday. Was home all day Saturday they never showed up. But ease of filing a claim online and receiving replacement. No complaints other than if I had a choice I would not use fedex next time.

Good service. Great turnaround time to get new phone. Only disappointment is I was unable to get the model I had. It was the Samsung Active, best phones I've owned. Not Asurion's fault Samsung quit making it. All in all 5 stars from me.

They did fine. We were told it would be here Saturday and it got here Monday. That wasn't bad since we started the return on Friday, and it came from Ft. Worth instead of SLC. So that is about as soon as we could have got it.

Dropped my phone, it cracked, filed a claim, and within a couple of days I got the replacement. Got it all set up and it works just fine. There was a return mailer with easy instructions to follow so after I got the replacement phone set up, I had to find a drop off point to use.

Took a while for them to understand the run around I was having to go through between Verizon and them, they both said it was covered by the other one. Had to threaten a lawsuit to get them to realize one of them was going to fix my phone. It took them a month to make it right. I am considering another carrier, but in the end they are all the same. Asurion finally got me a new phone after 26 days.

One of the people in no my family plan had his phone stolen. He looked everywhere and backed his tracks to where he had been. Never showed up. Filed a claim with Asurion before 5 pm one day, and received another phone via Fed Ex the next day. All is good now. Good to have Asurion for insurance if you have smart phones since these phones are expensive to replace!

Everything was perfect. Super fast delivery of the new phone. The box included a label and tape to send back my phone that was cracked. There was directions included to help me set my new phone up. I didn't have to leave my home. Everything was perfect and I would use Asurion again in the future.

Filed a claim on Tuesday. Received a phone Wednesday afternoon. They sent a return label along with a piece of tape to tape the original box the replacement phone came in. Called a tech guy to activate the new phone. Pretty easy!

It was a relatively painless experience. Filling in the insurance form was pretty easy since everything was prompted. After receiving the replacement phone, setting it up was a breeze...I just let the phones "talk" to each other. The only hitch I had was activating the new phone. I apparently input the wrong information and the site prompted me to use the Chat, which I tried...but no one ever came on. I waited twenty minutes the first time and fifteen the second time I tried. There was no information as to my place in queue, so I had no reference as to how long it would take.
I finally called and spoke with a rep. who could only try three times to activate the phone... So, am now using the old SIM card...but after calling with regards to something on my bill, I was able to find the correct passwords, etc... (although "the password" was one I used when on the phone to activate and she said did not work...go figure.) Other than that...using your site and following the recommendations/directions was pretty straightforward...

Everything was easy to do online and the replacement phone came the next day. I am very pleased with my experience. We went to an AT&T store to help us to set up the phone and how to transfer information from old phone to new phone. I boxed up old phone after clearing it and sent it back.

Asurion was very cooperative when I called/filled out the online erase/stolen phone. I received my phone within 4 days due to the holiday weekend. Sadly. Unfortunately, Verizon did NOT provide good customer service. I had one nice rep that told me my phone was erased and marked as stolen. Then to have another rep (which sounded like an overseas rep) tell me that it was never marked as stolen/erased. Then I was told ‘Chris’ the manager would call me back in ‘an hour’to discuss my concern of the discrepancies with my account and I NEVER received a return call. Extremely horrible customer service from Verizon representatives. Asurion reps were great though. I’m debating on switching to At&T.

At first I was told they only had a replacement iPhone 8 in Red or Gold and if I wanted gray I would have to wait weeks. Then the rep said, "Let me check further into availability of Gray." She proceeded to tell me a replacement phone will arrive tomorrow at my home. It arrived and I was extremely pleased. I felt she went above and beyond to satisfy me!! Great Job!!!

Apple iPhone had stopped working correctly and the camera had ceased to work. It was reported to Asurion and they responded quickly with easy to follow directions. A new phone arrived the next day with directions to get it up and running. Also included was a return label to send back the defective phone. Defective phone will be returned on Monday.

Trying to get through your phone system was a pain but filing the claim online and the young lady that assisted me in setting up the phone was a real pleasure to deal with. I owned an IT company for 30 years and I know a great tech support person when I talk to one. I would hire her in a second. And the way Google rebuild all but my pictures was way more than I expected from my dead phone.

My son's phone ** broke...Could not read screen, only occasionally would turn on at all. I guess since we had previous claims on this number our deductible was $200.00 (high since I pay 480 per year in fees). Everything was handled and we got our new phone in 2 or 3 days. I am annoyed that we get messages re a 275 fee if the phone is not erased since, being broken we can't erase anything...We did remove the sim card.

My son recently fell down a set of stairs. Other than his pride, nothing broke but his Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra phone which was in his pocket. Needless to say, it is amazing how dependent we have all become on the availability of a mobile phone these days. I got on the Asurion website, and within 4 minutes, had a replacement on its way. The new phone was Fed-ex'ed to us the next day. By 4:00pm that next day, his new phone was back up and running. Absolutely no problems. Well worth the monthly coverage fee charged by AT&T.

After speaking with the AT&T rep I called Asurion to start my claim. The representative was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. This was on Monday night and I had my phone up and functioning by Wednesday night. It was a great experience so I recommend that everyone pays the couple of extra dollars for the insurance. Money well spent.

I have purchased the protection plan with Asurion. After the product I bought became defective I called to file the claim with the company. This company is quick to respond, and do very little. I was told my email and phone number were incorrect multiple times, after providing it many times. Customer service reps, which there are many you will need to deal with along this very frustrating process, all need your story all over again. I keep getting told they will send me a shipping label for the return of the item, never received.
I went to my local Dick's Sporting Goods store where I had purchased the protection plan to speak to the manager. He then told me we continue to receive many complaints about the Asurion protection plan from customers who have purchased it. I was told next time a purchase is made to just return it to the store, which I will. I usually do not take time from my busy day of work, schooling from home, a sick relative etc. to write these reviews, because life is way too short. However when your getting jerked from someone other than your wife, this is my little way of letting other people who don't have time for this shit, to be cautious of them. If you want to buy a protection plan that protects nothing. If you want to deal with customer service people not inside the U.S. If you want to pull your FREAKIN hair out when dealing with a company that you paid to help you when you call. My phone slipped out of my pocket while disassembling the guest room bed. Landed on the edge of the power switch on the bed rail making it turn on and off repeatedly. I called Asurion at approximately 4pm that evening. The next morning at about 10am I was delivered a replacement phone identical to my phone. In less than 24hrs. First let's start by saying that I did not like the service I received from start, first I chatted with someone and then I was supposed to get a call back to make all arrangements for a replacement due to something being wrong with the phone's speaker, when I finally got a call from someone it was from the incorrect department and for almost an hour I was transferred around and bounced around to people that could not help me. Then someone finally said, "You have to go to file with Asurion. Not us." And then they sent me the text with the information. I went to Asurion, filed my claim but I don't think it is fair that if the phone has an internal issue I am still charged a deductible of $168.

Deductible was higher than expected, and it did not cover the "lifetime screen" protection nor the unbreakable case which were all part of the package I purchased from AT&T. This is my experience with Asurion's cracked screen repair. It is at this time still ongoing 12 days now. I am sure everyone is familiar with the task of getting your phone getting your phone replace with Verizon's insurance provider. This is my 2nd experience with Asurion and the first one was great. I paid my 200 dollars. Had a phone sent to me so I wasn't down a phone. This time I can't say the same. I was mailed a package to put my phone in and send off to them, it was an overnight package but not overnight going back. The package itself was a little envelope with a thin layer of bubble wrap to slip my $1300 device in and leave to the mercy of the postal service. The advertisements for cracked screen repair says it's painless. Somebody will come to you or send it in. They don't say most areas like mine don't have a technician so I was forced to send it in.
Fast forward 10 days I call them to be told to expect my phone to arrive in the next day or 2. 3 days later I call to find out what's going on to be told the warehouse is massively backed up on orders with no ETA. This is a little piece of info they could have shared with me in the beginning but they opted to keep it to themselves. If I had paid 250 to buy a replacement device it would have been here the next day. I would have gladly paid that if I had known 12 days later my phone would still be sitting on a shelf in their warehouse untouched. I still haven't received my phone or a tracking number or email or text or phone call to notify me there would be a delay. I hope somebody will see this review and seek an alternative means of having a screen repaired unless you don't mind blindly waiting for half a month just to be told, "Oops were backed up." Just keep on waiting without any info.

My husband slipped on ice and whacked his head really hard while simultaneously dropping his phone. You guys made it so easy to get him connected again. We had enough to worry about with his head, neck and knee injury; having a phone made things less stressful.

The replacement was received as promised in very timely manner. There were good instructions on setting up the device and transferring data but had to keep logging in if I had to leave the screen for any reason. That was frustrating and made it take longer. This is because it said an image would pop up to scan and complete, but I never got the image and had to do manually. Also, no instructions for the return were included as was stated on the paperwork. Hoping I did that right.

The replace phone process was fairly easy to navigate online, and the replace phone came fairly quickly and in great condition. Overall good experience and glad that we bought insurance to be able to get a replacement instead of getting a new one.

Never having needed to reach out to Asurion before this, the process was fairly simple and straightforward. I received my replacement phone in a prompt manner. Also returning the phone was easy as well. I just needed to place in the provided envelope and place in a mailbox.

I call. Told them that my phone was cracked. They didn't ask any questions. They sent me another one. They said that I would have to send the other one back in the envelope they sent with it. I would recommend them.

My phone was really acting up. I called AT&T’s tech support and they remotely got into my phone and informed me it was shot. Although I had hoped for an upgrade due to the age of my phone I got almost an exact replacement. Now my phone is working perfectly and I am very pleased! Got my replacement device the next day. Easy to order and set up. Great experience. My replacement device was refurbished but there were absolutely no flaws in it. Turned right on and I was able to set up my iCloud information.

The rep in the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave instructions for putting the new SIM card in to restarting the phone and pulling from an iCloud backup. He Helped with setting up the phone quickly and easily.

I very much appreciate the no hassle return policy. If the phone is broken or not working for any reason, you simply fill out the paper work and submit it via internet and it's done. You also send a return package to make sending the defective device back. Like I said, no hassle return policy, I love it....

The processing for the claim was very easy and approval was done quickly and effectively. Delivery of the phone was in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the processing and effectiveness of the claim services. Allowing the deductible to billed to your account is also a great option.

It was a pretty simple process to get a replacement for my lost phone. It did take two days to get the replacement but it was at 8 pm at night when I ordered it. In the meantime I found my original phone.
