I was very satisfied with your responsiveness and the decision to replace my iPad Pro. The customer care lady was professional and personable. She was very clear in her communication. I have not received it yet after a week. I believe this may be a FedEx issue.

Came within 2 days and set was easy. After putting in the claim which was very easy to do and quick the representative made sure that I was happy. The only downside that I experienced was I had two lines coming to my phone and the business line did get transferred over to the new phone which is causing a bit of a headache but AT&T is working on it

At&t rep set up my claim for me and the process went smoothly from there. Got my replacement and sent back the broken phone easily with the package. Almost forgot to add the bottom of the paper, but I got in the box.

Your folks are great. Just FYI FedEx just dropped off the box and I didn’t know it had arrived. Kind of dangerous for an expensive item! Luckily, I was looking out the window when they drove up. I do appreciate the level of expertise that your employees have at Asurion. Everyone was helpful.

The exchange was great! I received a replacement device in 2 days and the setup was really easy. I didn’t lose any of the apps or files I had on my old device. The new device has been working great as well but I still get a year to replace if anything goes wrong with it.

We have always had Asurion insurance on all our phones because you take care of the exchange of phones promptly. All your representatives are friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. They explain the process which we have to follow to get our new phone. And we usually receive our new phone the next day.

I was trying to delete personal information from my phone to return it to AT&T, and had spent 2 days, with phone calls and visit to the store, and no one could help me. Then I got the young lady yesterday who was very patient, and friendly with me. Although we could not clear the phone either, she contacted the dept that was receiving the phone so they would be aware of the issue, and I sent it out in yesterday's mail.

I was happy with the replacement and delivery terms. The replacement came very quickly and Verizon is always helpful getting set up and transferring. What was infuriating with both Asurion and Verizon is that I couldn't get a clear, crisp answer to the question of whether my daughter's phone, purchased unlocked on Amazon rather than through Verizon, would be covered. I was offered several explanations, but they were all a little uncertain and Verizon kicked it to Asurion, who always kicked it back to Verizon. Neither would say for sure, and didn't seem to even understand what I was asking. I still don't have a clear understanding of why I must now pay extra for insurance for a 4th line, even though I have never had to pay extra before. More like a 2.5.
Hi Liza, I am happy to hear you were able to receive your device quickly, and is working well for you. However, I am sorry you were not able to receive the answer you were looking for. While we do offer insurance services for Verizon, ultimately, they are the ones who add the device to your plan. If the device is able to be added to your plan and with the insurance, it would be covered if it is lost, stolen, or damaged. I do suggest taking the device into an authorized store and asking them if this device can be added to your plan and equipped with insurance. Everything was great. Except the first device was dysfunctional. It took me a couple days to figure that out. I had to communicate with customer service. With a dysfunctional phone that was difficult. So the extra process was a bit annoying.

Asurion was great! My wife accidentally dropped her phone and it fell 14 stories down an elevator shaft. Asurion was so easy to work with to file an insurance claim, and they had a new phone shipped out ASAP. Not like most insurance companies that try to not provide the coverage you purchased. This was a no hassle experience. Contacted them on one day and we had the phone the next. They had the matching phone in stock. We are good as new. Could not be happier with their service.

We had a cracked screen. After making multiple phone calls (we couldn't decide if we wanted full replacement or fix). I am pleased to say every person I spoke to was super nice and helpful. We had it set up to be fixed and my spouse changed his mind. No complaints.

I think the customer service people could help with a lot more than you let them do. Older generation is not familiar with computers/don't have computers at their home so making customer service people do a lot more to help over the phone would very much be appreciated.

My son dropped and cracked the screen of his iPad pretty bad. Filing a claim was easy and straightforward. We filed the claim on a Friday/Saturday and the replacement device arrived Monday. Instructions on how to set up the replacement and send back the broken one were easy to follow. Entire process was quick and easy.

There was an issue with the scheduled repair due to unavailable parts. Asurion made sure this was corrected. Dropped my Note 10+, it hit the corner of the Otter box and started cracking in corners. You could still use it with the S-pen but that was the only way. Asurion was great! I put the info in and had a replacement on the way.

Everything went great and I would be giving 5 stars if it was not for the device that I received let me explain. Device looks fine but it appears to be a bad refurb by that I mean the display flickers a lot. So how do I return this device for a good one. Another thing is in my lost device I had 128 GB card why was that not covered there was nowhere in the claim sheet to add it to the claim. I hope to hear from someone from Asurion, Thanks.

I was able to submit a claim and have a new phone in days. It was a very easy process. I returned the non working in the box that was provided. It did take a while to set the phone up. A few of my apps did not work for a few days after I got it set up. Something like this has never happened to me in the past.

The only thing I'm not happy about is not being compensated for the length of time it took to receive my device and having to miss work since I use my phone for work. With everyone working from home your phone is essential. Other than that my experience was smooth and excellent!!

Great experience with Asurion! My son lost his iPhone while skiing. After spending a day looking in the woods where it was lost we called you. We had replacement phone delivered to him within 24hrs of our call to report the issue. Smoothest process I have experienced - perfect!

The entire experience was smooth and quick. I'm very happy with the insurance services provided, the quality of the replacement device, and the speed of shipping. The only issue I have found is that the replacement device I received has a polarized screen protector pre-installed. The polarization of the screen protector is incompatible with my polarized sunglasses. It's extremely frustrating while trying to use my phone outside. I guess I will have to buy new (non-polarized) sunglasses.

Made appointment after my son dropped his brand new iPhone 11 and they came out to the house to see if phone could be fixed. Technician worked on it for a few mins trying to replace the screen. He could not it fix so they replaced it for free and got the new phone the next day!

Only problem on phone Chrome Amber alert uploads advertisements all day and all night. I need to get the answer on how to get rid of this update. Everyone was truly helpful. Upon connect with Asurion on Saturday, service was quick and easy. However, I have NOT received my replacement iPhone. Asurion provided their shipping information and tracking number for FedEx delivery scheduled within 1 -2 days. This tracking number indicates my package arrived in MEMPHIS TENN 4am on Sunday, and is CURRENTLY STILL THERE to this day with PENDING DELIVERY.

I spent over 3 hours in the phone to get my refurbished replacement, most of it on hold. When my phone arrived, it lasted exactly one hour and I had to start the process again. I finally just bought a new phone, since they send you crap. I have contacted their customer service, as they recommended, to complain, and they have not called me back. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

I wasn’t expecting a new phone when I called about my cracked screen and missed visits. Granted it’s a older model iPhone but I love it and having a new one without a shattered screen (which I thought unfixable and lived with for a year) is a real treat. Getting someone out here to fix it remotely was a bit of a struggle with three misses because of one thing or another but in the end it worked out great via mail order replacement. Took 3 full months for my claim to be completed...appointments for technicians to come to my house fell through THREE times (twice without a reason or telling me in advance) and customer service over phone couldn't do much. Twitter customer support was above expectations and offered to replace my device for the cost of a repair, which was nice, but I'm still frustrated it took 3 months of going in circles.

It was a challenge to file the claim by phone because of the hours of operation. I didn't want to do it online because I wanted to be able to speak with someone about it. Because we couldn't wait anymore, I just went ahead and did it online. We got our replacement phone in 1 day - on a Saturday, nonetheless. AT&T takes a lot of our money, but, I guess, the insurance is worth it.

When I noticed my phone was acting up, I went to put in a claim. Putting in the claim was very easy & didn’t take long before you knew if it was approve or not. Probably 2-3 after I got tracking number for the replacement.

I was very pleased with how quickly and efficiently the claim was handled. The new device was delivered the very next day. Customer service is excellent and very friendly. A pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend Asurion insurance on all of your devices.

It was a very easy process and the replacement arrived very quickly, within two days. The phone was brand new and it works perfectly. I was happy to finally get my replacement phone because I was in a state of Panic after my phone was stolen.!!

Quick, can talk to a child and can make things work very quickly and smoothly and understandably. Hooray! Hooray! Hooray! I don't know what else to say except my husband in computer literate and they made him understand and was able to to make his phone work. Cant beat that.

Very helpful! Easy! Customer service took care of everything. I was very pleased. Quick as well. The staff is cheerful and pleasant to work with. They answered all my questions and walked me through the whole process. I was confident all was taken care of when I hung up the phone.

The only issue was the hold time and getting through to an actual representative - other than that everything else went great once a representative was live - the automatic service is way too long and you should have the option of just pressing Zero for a live operator.

Had to call three times to complete the claim, but the third time was the charm. The agent was able to complete everything over the phone, and the replacement phone was delivered by the end of the day the next day.
