Only issues I had were the website was a little hard to understand and the “deductible" is kind of outrageous. $200 when I’m paying so much already per month. Makes me kind of rethink the value of this coverage.

I made a call to Asurion after I lost my phone. Your associate was very kind and helpful. She got my claim started and finalized within minutes after filing my claim and had my phone the next day less than 24 hour later. It was simple and easy without any hassle.

We took the phone to the local store. They said it needed replacement and suggested we contact the insurance. We called, gave info over the phone and received the new phone the next day. It was easy to follow instructions to switch info to new phone so nothing lost. We sent the old phone back in package provided for no charge. Great experience, great service. Very easy. Worth the insurance cost to get this kind of service!

I got my replacement phone in less than 24 hours. You guys are amazing. Thanks again. The only problem I’m having is iCloud locked me for 13 days because I forgot my password. Which I think is very stupid because I had the same email, the same phone number, just a new phone. It just doesn’t make sense. I’m really pissed off about that.

My CSR helped this be a breeze! Great personality with an excellent way of making me feel like I was being taken care of. Very thorough and had knowledge about my issues and the packages that were offered. Getting my phone replaced was important and she handled it quickly and efficiently.

My daughter's phone died. The filing was difficult on my phone so waited to get home to my computer. Filed claim at 5:30 pm. Phone arrived the very next day before 12. Impressive. Very happy daughter and a happy dad.

My phone's battery died without warning. After troubleshooting over the phone, the team ordered a replacement phone for me. Even though it was late afternoon when we finished trying to fix the phone, I got the replacement by 10 the next morning.

Received phone while out of town and was left on doorstep, no problem when I got home. Instructions were vague, so I called tech support. He said I would have had to call in to active the phone anyway. He walked me through the process. Although it took most of the day to transfer files/settings it was completed that day.

I wasn't sure at first with switching the old phone to the new refurbished one. However, it was a pretty simple task with excellent directions. Old phone is on its way back to where ever the label Parcel Select Return Service is? Only problem with the new phone that I have observed is the screen does not always allow touch to open the screen if it goes dark. I have had to reboot the phone? Not a good solution, this was an issue on the old phone..

Service was wonderful. Product was to me within a couple days. I sent the other back. Couldn't appreciate it more. Hard to be without a phone. I've never had insurance before but I appreciate having it now and I will keep that in electronic devices.

It was easy to file a claim online, some answers were selectable. Others had to just pick. Glad it had a section to be more descriptive about the problem. The response time was rapid, I received the phone the next day. Sending back the damaged phone was also easy, everything needed was in the box.

I wanted to have the screen fixed with the $50 deductible, I received a refurbished phone but had a $200 deductible. I did receive the device in 2 days. But I now have a phone that works, so I guess that's good.

It was a good experience!... Because I always pay insurance and never use it until this time that happened twice that I dropped my phone and the screen cracked! Thank you! I always recommend to buy insurance on small devices, specially for kids! So far the phone looks acceptable although I was not expecting a refurbished phone. The phone was supposed to arrive the next day (Friday) however FedEx did not deliver until Monday so my wife was without a phone on Mother's Day.

I needed to use them two times in a couple of weeks recently and it was very quick and easy to get a new phone. Both phones were delivered the very next day. They gave step by step instructions through email and kept me updated the whole way on where my phone was.

My claim was accepted almost immediately and phone was shipped out in a day and a half. Couldn’t be happier it went so smoothly. Only thing is the new phone is a different color than the old one but that does not bother me too much.

I had a Verizon JetPack with a battery that went bad. You sent me a newer model as a replacement. It was delivered quickly and I did eventually get it working. My complaint is that none of the information you sent me was related to a JetPack. It was all for phones and tablets. I was unable to reach any phone support to help me. The package included a new SIM card that I assumed was to be used. After much trial and error, I figured out that I needed to use the SIM from my old JetPack. It was also unclear whether I needed to return the old JetPack (I finally did to avoid a possible penalty charge). So, it all boils down to a lack of support, written, automated, and human for anything except phones and tablets.

After spending over 30 days, 30 hours and personally going into the AT&T store to file a claim for my daughter's lost/stolen phone, I am still waiting to get her claim processed. Asurion, although pleasant on the phone, continually are asking for the same paperwork in order to process claim. I have asked that AT&T be on the same 3-way call so that the claim can finally be submitted with whatever information that Asurion needs to get claim accepted and replacement phone shipped. I am furious that no one seems to want to do their job, unless their job is to say "claim denied". I have paid $15 per month for insurance on this phone.

It was very easy to submit a replacement for the phone that was broken and it was very quick at replacing the phone, it was here the very next day! Getting the new phone up and running went well too. I would definitely recommend for people to use this service.

WOW! Never thought a warranty company would ever be the single most responsive company for customer service, but Asurion is the real deal. One day turnaround for replacement on my iPhone. None better. Never a believer about warranty service claims but Asurion showed me that not all are the same. Quick access, simple instructions and fast response. That’s five out of five stars!

Unfortunately I have used Asurion too often, most recently because Apple store messed up a repair which later failed. Then they said it was out of warranty. I contacted Asurion and got a new device the next day. Was easy to transfer service and easy to fill out the claim. For all the trouble involved none of it was because I got this plan, so glad I did.

Took a while to get the right replacement device due to backorder problems. So that I understand, but my issue is I was told I'd get a set of Bluetooth earbuds for opening home electronics coverage and never received them and was told I'd get a free case for my replacement device for having such a delay in getting it... also did not receive that. If you make promises like that... keep them.

Response was quick! When my phone just quit. I emailed my problem. They told me what to do. I paid the money. I got phone the next day. Set up was easy. I was glad I had the insurance to cover the replacement of my phone and I was glad that everything had just been backed up so I did not lose anything.

Replaced my daughter's phone. Trouble with first replacement, but another one was ordered immediately. All good. Thinking about reporting the FedEx driver who said the phone was delivered. When I reported the problem, another phone was sent immediately, so all is well. We had a question when trying to activate the new phone because there was no SIM card in the replacement. Got that worked out with support and now we are good to go.

The customer service personal were great - the individual listened to me and understood what I was telling him. He helped me solve the problem of a a replacement phone being defective and telling me how to return it and he explained the return of my payment may take as many as two billing cycles.

The iPhone was a quick replacement but had to wait up to 6 weeks for the Apple Watch replacement. Had to call in several times. It takes too many steps and details to get to live agent. The live agents are always so very helpful and friendly!

Wore my waders into the lake, and bent over to pick up something - water flooded in and my phone was in my pants pocket. I called Asurion 2 days later when the phone would not start up, and had a new phone the day after filing the claim, and since my original phone was no longer available, I received a newer model with twice the GB. The New Remanufacture Cell phone Work great, I have to get two because the first one didn't work correctly, And the Second I had to reset it myself to the Manufacture setting and then it work perfect!!!! Other than that GPS works fine and so does cell phone at this time. Thank you.

Was very pleased with how fast shipping of the replacement item was, got it the next day! Just wasn’t too thrilled my original color black wasn’t available and had to settle for white. Option to wait for black to become available but they had no idea how long it would be and who can go without a phone especially traveling 100+ miles daily for work.

The overall experience was very good. The problem I had was with the website. It wouldn’t let me finish. The other was with the automated response that kept saying my number was incorrect because I was calling from a Verizon phone. When I got past those hurdles it was a quick fix.

I had an issue with my cellphone &, since we have insurance, I filed a claim. The claim was accepted & a new cellphone was shipped. I received it the next day. I was impressed. Following the tutorial was simple although a few snags popped up which were I was able to fix. One problem occurred which I couldn't figure out so I called the provided help line & a very helpful tech resolved the problem for me. So all is good now & I remain impressed with the tech who helped me. A good experience for me. Keep up the good work.

The time management it took was great! Filed my claim on Friday and received my replacement on Saturday by noon! I would recommend to have protection on anyone's phone service just to have peace of mind. My deductible was very low since I don't often do any claims and was able to get this paid.

Pretty smooth. Filed the claim on Saturday and had my new phone by Wednesday. Reset my contacts and Facebook and Instagram and Snapchat. All my contacts carried over and apps carried over. Just had to sign in. Make sure you have all of your passwords for all of your accounts before you shut your old device off.

Overall, the experience was good. IT was improved tremendously by the ATT Protech Support person, Veronica at the Chinatown, DC store location. The part of the phone replacement process which was most challenging/frustrating was having to speak with multiple people between ATT and Asurion. IT would be better if employees of both were all on the same page about the protocols. I spent at least 4 hours on the phone on Wednesday 4/28 morning and still didn't have everything sorted out. Then the day my phone was supposed to arrive as an Asurion same-day delivery, it didn't. I wasn't notified via email and actually sat outside for 2 hours hoping it would arrive. This is an unfortunate part about not having a working phone. IT wasn't until I called the next morning that I was told there was an issue with the drop off. At this point, I hadn't had a working phone in nearly one week. Veronica made my day with her exceptional service and expertise.

I had 2 claims for screens. One was in an area that had a local repairman. This repair was great. Tech showed up when they said and finished the screen replacement very quickly. The other screen repair had to be sent in and a new phone was immediately sent and received. Service was great for both.

Your quick, responsive service was great. But, the replacement phone (Alcatel 4051s) was no match for my LG Exalt, which I lost. What a disappointment! The Alcatel is a cheaper phone and not worth what I paid for with my lost phone insurance coverage. If this is the quality of replacement phones, I am going to cancel my insurance coverage. Too bad, because I lose phones all the time.

Went to the office with a problem and after they couldn't fix it, I was advised to file a claim. Pay insurance EVERY month and was still billed $149.00 for a replacement phone. One day after I mailed my original phone in I'm having the same problem with the new phone. Lots of static, dropped calls and bad interference.... I feel like I've been robbed.

I had and want a Motorola phone back....I can't stand Samsung and was forced to get it against my will. Samsung phones are horrible!

I shattered my phone by leaving it on the bumper of my truck then driving down the road. Asurion's claims website site was easy to navigate without a lot of needless steps. I received my new phone within a day. I do wish there was more info on setting up new phone. I had to wait until the day after getting the new phone to go by Verizon and have them switch SIM cards and help me set everything back up.

The recovery instructions did not cover a case where a customer only backs up their iPhone to their computer. I had to figure that out for myself. Also, the initial claim could not be filed online without a call Asurion. Completing the claim required that a code be sent to my phone which was experiencing a SIM failure. I also had to update the software on my MacBook and the iOS on both of the phones before I could complete the recovery. Once updated, Asurion was able to activate the SIM on the replacement iPhone.

Our entire experience with Asurion, from start to finish, has been absolutely horrible & we are very unhappy with how they do business. Short version: This company has seriously dropped the ball, over & over & over again. They never even fixed the original issue we had with our espresso machine & sent it back wet, rancid, dirty, & with another piece broken as shown in these pictures. We were told we would be getting a check instead of an Amazon gift card because it was closer to the original purchase price through the manufacturer of the product than it was on Amazon, by $200.
Asurion ended up sending an Amazon gift card to us, followed by customer service telling us they could request that their "reimbursement team change the "type" of refund, only to have them tell us two days later that actually could not be done & that we are stuck with the gift card... We had already replaced our machine after they told us they would issue a check for the purchase amount & now we have hundreds of dollars tied up in an Amazon gift card that we cannot use to cover the cost of the new machine. Absolutely horrendous service.
Long version with all of the details: We originally were told to ship our product, a Gaggia Espresso machine in February, to their warehouse for repairs. Okay, seemed simple enough. We shipped it & were told a week later that they were waiting on a piece to fix it. We received it back days later in horrible shape; it was wet, dirty, smelled horribly rancid, & had a new broken piece on the top. We contacted customer support with our complaints & ended up speaking with 2-3 different people at that time. We were given little more than an apology.
I spent a long time cleaning our machine before we were even able to test it & it STILL had the same issue that it was originally sent out to be repaired for. So our machine was never fixed, sent back further broken, & absolutely nasty even though it said "repaired & cleaned" by this company. After a bit of communication back & forth with even more customer service reps, they offered us a refund for the full purchase price. Great. We were offered the option for an Amazon gift card or a check. We chose to receive a check due to the price hike (+$200) on amazon for the same machine, whereas we could purchase a replacement machine through Gaggia (the manufacturer) for close to the same price we originally paid. Easy choice.
We were told all we had to do was ship out our machine, AGAIN, to their warehouse. So we did & purchased a new machine through Gaggia ($200 less expensive than through Amazon). Upon Asurion receiving our old broken product we received another email stating that it was going to be REPAIRED & we would receive an update in a few days... I had to contact customer service YET AGAIN to clear this up. No one there seems to know what is going on. We thought they had it under control, only to receive an e-mail a few days later with a link to an Amazon gift card...
NOW customer service tells us to wait another day & they will get back to us to straighten out this last issue & get a check issued to us instead. NO ONE contacted us, so I AGAIN reached out to another customer service agent & am now told we are STUCK WITH THIS AMAZON GIFT CARD for hundreds of dollars. An Asurion Rep specifically told us we would get a check, NOT a gift card due to the price having gone up hundreds of dollars through Amazon. Someone make this make sense to me, please. All in all I think we spoke to 6 or 7 different people, they ALL reassured us this would get cleared up & here we are with it absolutely & 100% NOT CLEARED UP. We are entirely livid & will never do business with this shady, unorganized, absolutely unprofessional business ever again. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

I submitted a claim for a broken screen on April 24... Received numerous requests to submit copy of driver's license (which should be illegal) and also documentation. After 5 days of back and forth with 4 or 5 representatives, the claim was denied because I had a 30 day waiting period. Really??? No one could tell me that before?!?! Thanks for wasting my time!

Realizing people don't have a choice don't use this company. Told me my iPhone 8plus had to be replaced for cracked screen because they don't have one. The difference is 29 dollars for Crack and 149 for replacement, pretty sure that is extortion.

My phone had to be replaced due to a known battery issue by the manufacturer. It was 3 months out of manufacturer warranty, they would not help. They advised my only option was insurance, which can only be used once for the record, because the battery needed to be replaced.... Unbelievable.... So I agree to pay the $200 deductible for the $389 phone, because it needed a battery, and they send me an older model and smaller phone, because the one I had was on backorder. The entire process I felt taken advantage of and will not recommend these insurance programs to anyone. I've spent over $100 in insurance premiums and now another $200 in deductable and the phone they sent was $300 on Amazon. False advertising and as usual the consumer is the only one that loses.

Very easy process to get my lost phone replaced. Activation of the new phone not so easy. It loaded my apps and I thought it was ready to go but it took two days to be able to call or text. Incoming or outgoing. I really am not trying to be a snarky Karen but the online tech chat was pretty much useless. For one thing, I know that they are handling more than one issue at a time and therefore it at times takes quite a while to get a reply. And halfway through the chat they started telling me how to fix my SAMSUNG when I have a MOTOROLA.
Had to start all over. Then after no reply and my saying HELLO! repeatedly they said that they were having a tech supervisor look into it and then no reply for a long time so we decided to make an appointment to go into the store but on the second day after getting the phone it was magically able to communicate text and calls. This I believe was more a Verizon issue than Asurion. And again, the replacement procedure was quick and easy.

Daughter lost her phone and with some important details Asurion was able to a replacement sent out immediately. The claim process was a little lengthy but well worth it. Overall we are please with the service and recommend it to anyone that owns a phone.

Service was easy, mail order for my new phone was very easy, and shipped via overnight. The phone came in a box and was a refurbished phone but appeared brand new. Easy to re-start and get going. Asurion did a fantastic job getting me my new phone as my other phone was stolen in a UPS store. Thank you!!!

The first representative was very helpful but we’ll see and told me the wrong button to push and had to switch the call the customer service technical department. Once in the technical department we were almost done with the procedure when the service dropped end the call dropped and the representative never called me back. Between what I learned from the first call and the second call I was able to complete the task mysel.f I’m switching the information from the old phone to the new phone.

Deductible sucks, could have fixed the screen for that price. But overall good service for the price of the insurance. iPad was gifted to my toddler, so the deductible kind of hurt, but I can understand it too. Thanks.

The first phone that you sent me still had the last owner's password on it so we were unable to use the new phone which obviously was not a new phone since it had a previous owner. I pay the insurance and I thought I was getting a brand new phone!!! The lady from your company was very helpful. She is sending another phone to me asap. She was great and so was the rep. from AT&T. I was in the AT&T store for about 2 hours. He was trying to help me all of that time!! He was very patient!! I'm sure it was as frustrating for him as it was for me!! Elizabeth was great! She was so patient and helpful. She fixed the errors that I had made trying to do this with the auto. She also offered the Asurion Plus program to me, however we were cutoff before completing the enrollment.

The process to replace my husband’s phone was very easy and fast. I called and had a me phone within 24 hours. I called for help activating and the young lady was delightful. She was kind, polite and so helpful.

My experience was great and my phone can on time. However I didn't get my earpiece that supposed to go with this phone. I believe that because what I had to pay for this phone a month I should have gotten the earpiece that come with it. Also the sim card that came with it would not activate the phone. I have to go in to the store and get another sim card to activate my phone.

Easy to navigate website, seamless experience obtaining new phone and sending the old phone back. New phone looks and works great. Although same model as old phone some features work differently. Instructions to transfer data from old phone to new phone seemed to be a bit confusing but overall the experience is good.

Except for having to pay a $249 deductible, it was a great experience. I have 10 different lines on my account and I was shocked to hear that even though I’m paying for 10 different lines, I am only actually insured for three lines. When I buy insurance I expected to cover what I’m paying for.

Was a simple and easy replacement. Phone arrived well protected with instructions for setup and activation. Also came with a new sim card. Box had return shipping label inside with bubble wrap container specific to phone. Was a great experience.

I actually wound up speaking with four different people before it was handled. Once I got to the final person that I needed to speak to he was able to help me in filling out my insurance claim. Smashing my phone in a car door on the last day of vacation was horrible. I called Asurion from the airport and they were polite, helpful and caring. They had a new phone shipped to me the next day. They made the experience of smashing my phone not so bad. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to insure their devices.

My phone was replaced fairly quickly but there were some communication problems. I had to refile my claim 3 times. I was told it couldn’t be shipped because of the lack of availability of the item. Then it was already shipped. I do have my phone now and it is working great! Thank you.

My iPhone 11 was cracked and not keeping calls connected - hard to hear if not in the perfect spot of transmittal. You sent me a new one in two days - great - but I didn't put the new chip in - rather I used the old chip from the broken phone and now the new phone says phone is damaged - should I get the new chip installed.

After missing the cell, I talked with the technicians at Verizon for advice. They suggested we contact the insurance carrier, which I did. Soon after completing some forms, I received a new phone, exactly like the original. Thank heavens I had your policy.

Submitting a claim was very easy. I was able to submit it online. It was processed quickly and I was kept up to date via email. I received the phone in 2 days and activation was a snap. The whole process couldn't have been better. I would highly recommend Asurion to a friend.
