    The replacement phone arrived on 2 days. The only difficulty I had was the sim card included in the package was defective. I had to go to the ATT store to have my old sim card put in my new phone. I did encounter great difficulty transferring info from one phone to another and spent well over an hour at the att store trying to get it straightened out.     Zero stars! Misleading, and possibly fraudulent service. I reluctantly decided that I would take Asurion coverage for my new Samsung Note 9 around 2 years ago. I should have gone with my intuition and taken the coverage. All the amounts given below are close, but not exactly equal, to the actual amounts paid. Here is the cost breakdown. I paid around $550 in premiums before I broke the screen and made the phone unusable. The touch screen was actually blank, but the phone still operating underneath.

    I submitted the claim and was told that my deductible was $200, and was sent a refurbished phone. At this point I have paid $770 for a refurbished phone. It gets worse since I am also required to send back my unusable phone, which they recoup some of their cost: $125. I paid $900 for a refurbished Samsung Galaxy Note 9, which is the cost of a new Note 9. A refurbished Note 9 is only around $300. They took my premiums and then SOLD me a refurbished phone at cost. They didn't pay out a cent!

    Process was easy but I was sent a baby blue phone. I called customer service, they were very friendly and helpful but said they do not guarantee color. She double checked and the only color in the warehouse was the baby blue I got. If you are not going to guarantee color them at least stick to neutral colors. Baby blue shouldn't be an option, neither should pink, purple, etc. I would have been fine with black, white, gray, etc. Basically I paid $200 for a replacement phone and hate the color. Pros: fast, easy, friendly, replacement phone in good condition. Cons: high deductible, might get a color you hate.
