Convenient, fast, simple, excellent service and customer support. Replacement very quickly. No hassles. Excellent care. The cost is very little for the service if you receive from an excellent company like this. I was in a tremendous pain and they help me out completely. I actually got cut off and they called me back immediately. Like you're totally about everything with my situation and problem. I will recommend this to everyone I know. Way better than Apple care support.

Great service and very fast delivery. My daughter was happy to get her phone. Her cousin dropped it out the window of the car and it got ran over. So she was really sad for a little bit. We got the phone one day before her birthday.

Compared to a couple years ago. This was 100% better. Maybe because I went to corporate store that helped me. They understood I didn't have my phone and hooked me up on one of their displays to get everything done. Customer care lady also understood I was lost and needed my phone back up and going. I was back up and online within 14hrs.

Received my new phone the very next day which was excellent, but I think the price of $200. was too high for a 2016 model. Sending old one back is easy with the packaging material. Giving you one less star because I can't send this review!

The phone did take some time to arrive. But the set up was fast and easy. The phone was in perfect condition and seemed like it had not been touched at all. I would recommend this to a friend. It was a nice experience.

Had a very hard time with making the claim as my AT&T agent and I were on hold for nearly 45 mins. to have the phone answered by some clueless guy… He led us to believe the claim was made, but when no device was received, he—in fact—did not make the claim & I was left to complete it on my own. Lastly, common sense isnt that common as I didnt know what to do with the old sim card & the new one; none of that information is in directions—I ended up keeping my old sim card & I'm still unsure if that was the correct thing to do. However, once my claim was complete, the replacement arrived quickly & even had a new charging cord & plug. I also appreciate the return shipping materials.

The whole process was very easy and we were able to make the claim online in only a few minutes. During the process we received communication continuously and knew exactly what the status of our claim was. I cracked my screen while doing errands. I really love the phone I have and didn't want to replace it.. That's when I realized I had insurance, filled out the form like 6am and was able to get same day appointment. The tech was courteous and fixed it in a timely manner.

Best service. Ordered phone and new phone was delivered next day. My phone fell in a pool and I thought it was working but next day stopped. I contacted Verizon and they said it was covered. I filled out the form and next day had the new phone. Only issue is it said I had to remove battery to mail back old phone. After going to Verizon they said those were old directions and you cannot remove batteries from phones anymore.

The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and timely! The whole Asurion repair appointment set up was easy and communication throughout the process was appreciated. The representative who helped me with my claim was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I got my replacement phone within two days. The process from start to finish was very easy by phone. I did attempt to file my claim online but got stuck in a loop when asked what number to send a verification code to. It wanted to send the code to the phone that was lost. It would not allow me to edit the number.

In just 1 day's time from making a claim to having my replacement phone in my hand. Have to say I am very pleased. The phone reps customer service was the best I have ever had. I had excellent service but the rep seemed to be on a time frame...I felt a little rushed, but she did a good job helping me getting my sim card activated. She also helped me to get back to setup in Google so I could continue setting up my phone.

My Galaxy Watch was losing battery quickly. I was able to contact Asurion and my replacement device was shipped quickly. I received my watch the next day. It wasn't my exact device, but it was an Active 2 which was fine with me. So far my replacement product is working great!

My son lost his phone. After years of paying for Asurion Insurance Coverage my son was promised a new phone to be delivered today between 5-7pm and he paid $200. When it didn't come at the promised time we called the customer service line. After waiting on hold for a good amount of time we talked with a customer service representative and she put us on hold to escalate our concerns only to be disconnected. We called back and spoke to another customer service rep who said the phone even though was promised to be delivered was not available until Wednesday. This is unacceptable when we were told the phone would be delivered today.
My son chose to keep his outdated Iphone XR 64 gb phone. If a phone was promised and not available then I think an upgrade should be provided to him--if not borrowed until they can get a replacement. We then got escalated to another rep who again did not have any answers. I am so frustrated--I have been a Verizon customer for 20 plus years for a family of 5 and have paid for insurance protection for YEARS and this is the first time I needed assistance and the experience was horrible.
After speaking to the last SUPERVISOR I was told to go purchase the phone for $600 plus and submit a claim with Asurian for reimbursement. And then AGAIN we were disconnected. I DO NOT Recommend this insurance company at all--I spoke to 3 supervisors and NO one did right by the customer....which is me and my family. I have paid into this plan for years....They should be sending me a phone as PROMISED--not now expecting me to lay out $600 only HOPING to be reimbursed. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I have been a huge Verizon advocate here in South Charlotte.....Great connections etc. BUT the way I was treated today AFTER paying way more than the replacement phone is very disheartening.

Had pixels missing from my iPhone. Called Asurion and the representative was very very helpful and super nice. She deserves a raise! I received my iPhone the next day and I set it up very quickly. I sent the old phone back the very next day.

I made a claim on May 2nd and it took them more than 2 weeks to process my claim. On May 17th, I was so excited when they delivered the TV. As soon as the delivering guy left, we opened it and sadlyTV screen was already cracked. I reported as soon as I discovered it. Now it's May 29th, they haven't took care of it. I called/emailed so many times but still no luck. I'm not pleased with the service and especially being without TV a month now.

It was easy to report the claim. I received my phone in 2 days! Yay! I then took the phone to AT&T and they helped switch info over to the new phone. I'm still deciding if I should have upgraded to a newer model but it was so expensive.. However, I am pleased that I had the insurance and only had to pay a fraction! Thank you so much!

While at work green and white lines showed up on my screen. After filling out the form online my replacement was at my house the next day (Less than 24hrs). It also cost a lot less than I expected. Also the replacement phone is the color I originally wanted.

I originally went to AT&T on Sunday, May 23, 2021 because my phone stopped working. I was told that there was nothing that they could do in the store. I contacted Asurion the next day to placed the claim. The person who helped me was very professional and help to resolve my problem. After I had submitted my ID and affidavit, my claim was approved within minutes. I was notified via email that my phone would arrive the next day and was given a tracking number to check the status of my delivery. I received my phone on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 along with the packaging and prepaid stamp to mail my phone back in. Overall experience was fantastic.

Fairly easy to navigate the Verizon website and my account to make the request to have my screen replaced. While they were repairing the screen they also replaced the case and the battery as I had damaged them as well as the screen. The uBREAKiFIX guys were fast and efficient and I had the phone back in 3 hours! My old Note 8 now once again works the same way as when I purchased it from Verizon in January 2018!

I was very unhappy about and with the change from the note 5 to the S7, I do not like this phone. It is slow and seems to have bugs of some sort. I think a person should be able to choose their replacement even if it costs a little more. Other than that... customer service was good and everything moved quickly.

Good experience! My phone could not call out so I completed the claim all online. Easy online procedure! The replacement phone arrived overnight! Was nervous about having to reset the broken phone before the new one came, but all worked out fine! The activation instructions included with replacement phone did not work- had to contact my carrier.

My phone arrived the next day after it was lost. I had trouble trying to get it set up. I went to the Verizon store in Abilene, they were able to set it up for me and restore my pictures and addresses. We have used Asurion for years and they are very fast replacing phones. The phone came on time but no instructions were given to activate and I did not get it activated until almost 4 days after getting the phone. This caused a lot of issues. Also the stolen phone was not deactivated when it was supposed to be.

I'm a highly active outdoor worker, doing everything from junk removal to swapping engines in cars to feeding lamas as I volunteer at a local therapeutic ranch. Anyway I've had a run of busted phones from falls with the phone in my pocket to getting hit by (very slow) moving vehicles, and Asurion has been right there with the replacement each time without trying to balk or stint me on service. The only slight dissatisfaction I have is that I was not clear on how often I could make a claim and so lost a week this last time trying to research and find out if it could be replaced yet again. Turned out that it could be replaced yet again...

My son's phone screen stopped working so I put a claim in. Asurion sent new phone and I sent the old one back. Very easy process. Until a month later or so he lost the phone.... I put another claim in. No problem. They didn't have the same phone to send me so the even upgraded it. Thank you for your quick response to my claims.

When my daughter called to get a replacement of the tablet for my grandson she had a lady that told her she couldn't do it even though she had before. Who I had was great. I mowed over my phone on Saturday afternoon and my replacement phone was delivered Tuesday of the following week. The gentleman that assisted with filing the claim over the phone was wonderful even making sure that my claim was processed at the last minute before the approval department left for the day. Great overall experience, seemed a little high on price for the deductible. When paying $40 a month for insurance, $250 seems high for a broken screen. I would appreciate consideration in the future when you can get the parts and replace them yourself for cheaper than the deductible charged.

I am unfortunately a clumsy person, hence, I pay for insurance. I cracked a screen once and Asurion's response was I should drive 3 hours to New York City or have my phone sent via mail for an indeterminate period to be repaired. Like most people, I have a job that requires me to have my phone at all times. As an attorney I need to be readily available and some people only have my cell number. Further, I don't want to drive three hours to have a phone repaired when there are 55 independent shops that fix phones near me (they void your insurance if an independent person changes the screen. Even if something goes wrong irrelevant from the screen repair the fact you repaired the screen means you are paying deductible regardless). Thereafter, my phone deteriorated further and was unusable. I then sent the phone in and paid $200 deductible to have a phone of "LIKE-KIND AND QUALITY" sent to me.
These are Asurion's words qualifying the quality of the devices of which they send when you replace your phone. Both times I received a phone from them it in no way qualified as an item of like quality. The only reason they can get away with calling it "like-kind" is because it is refurbished, which is fine. However, if you are going to advertise it is of like quality then it better well be just as functional as the device when I purchased it. It cannot be of similar quality to the broken phone I sent in. The GOOGLE pixel 3 I received was slower and could not be used while on speaker phone. There were also a number of odd glitches. I let that go as it was an older device near the end of my contract and software could possibly be blamed for some it.
Now I have received a Samsung Galaxy S20 plus 5G. This one is magnitudes worse than the original. The screen is not even remotely calibrated making messaging (arguably the the most important feature) impossible. The device cannot be defined as functional if you cannot message. Beyond that, there is a delay when touching the screen. Certain actions randomly occur, and the delay plus calibration makes it unbearable. Additionally, nobody can hear me while I am on speaker phone... Just like the pixel 3. I am already a loud person and now people cannot hear me without me essentially yelling into my phone. This is the second time I have received a device that is not even remotely of similar quality. This is unacceptable and borderline, if not entirely, illegal as false advertising.
If you are going to state your refurbished phone are of like quality then they better well at least be functional. There is clearly a lack of oversight over the quality of phones they deliver and yet they charge $200 per device and monthly fees ranging $7 to $15 or more. Over the life of a two year contract, if you utilize your insurance once, you are essentially paying the cost of your phone twice with their insurance. I can buy a refurbished "Certified Pre-Owned" Samsung Galaxy S20 plus for $400 right now from Samsung directly with a one year warranty. I am sure that Asurion who buys in massive bulk and clearly assumes zero costs in quality control because there is no quality control pays significantly less. Over my two year contract I will now have paid $500 for protection and received a device that does not work along with their abysmal/inept customer service. A lawsuit should be initiated to deal with Asurion's false advertising.

The screen of my iPad Mini had cracked and I submitted a claim to have it replaced. The process was easy to understand and the replacement was provided quickly. The only thing to make it better was that the person I spoke to on the phone told me it would deliver the next day, but arrived several days later.

AT&T rep helped by moving SIM card for me but still working on downloading texts. I had to do one App at a time with passwords and id so hope to get that done this week. After two weeks with a phone not working it was a relief.

After paying for insurance for years, my phone failed. Asurion sent me a phone that didn't work and then the replacement was so much junk that I had to buy a new phone anyway. Why would one continue with this insurance?

They did the whole process in less than 24 hrs. The only thing I would say that needs help is the delivery. They said the next day and I got my phone 3 days after the day they said. The operator was awesome, had all the answers and was very knowledgeable.

When I first called, I kept getting passed from person to person. One person even said they can’t replace the iPad, because the insurance doesn’t cover it. I said, before I bought the iPhone and iPad, The Verizon sales/technicians said both my iPhone and iPad are covered for 2 years. She said hang on and transferred me to a different person. I was assured that it was a factory Samsung original replacement when I handed it to him as I left for lunch. When I got back from lunch a half hour later the phone was done. I really can't ask for much more. I do recommend for that people that need their phones to be water resistant to the factory specifications this is not the route for them. They are going to need to get a replacement device instead of a screen replacement.

Easy to follow instructions on app, I didn’t have to speak to an agent because everything went smoothly on the computer. After my cleaning was done I received an email telling me my phone was being shipped and it also had the tracking number available with the estimated time of arrival. Your process took 1 full week to fulfill my replacement. I called every day for 5 days and there was always something that I needed to update when it was all in the original claim information. I called on a Saturday and was helped by a very friendly representative. He took all my information, told me that I wouldn’t have any extra charges and transferred me to Apple warranty department. Apple didn’t know why he transferred me there. And I found out Monday that there wasn’t actually a claim. I was then able to make a claim and was told there was a deductible. (And that’s fine but who is that first guy? Should I be nervous?) I received my replacement phone a couple days later. I didn’t have any problem reconnecting. I was a little surprised, however, to realize that it was not a new phone but a refurbished phone.

All the people I spoke with from start to finish were extremely helpful. Couldn’t have been more pleased. The first person I spoke with about battery issue was wonderful. The two techs I spoke with setting up & activating my phone were great. Very simple to return my old phone.

It was a great experience. My granddaughter accidentally damaged her phone and we had a replacement phone in two days! This was the ABSOLUTE end for her to not have a phone, so I'm pleased that this worked out so well. This was well worth the monthly insurance fee.

Cracked screen was repaired at my house within 3 days. Technician was very good. So much easier than having to return phone. The last time this happened (8 months ago) I was told it could not be repaired and had to be replaced.

My wife was walking on the beach, fell and phone got wet and was ruined. Notified Asurion and had a new phone in 2 days. Took it to AT&T. They downloaded all the stuff on her phone from the cloud and just about everything was saved. Everything went smooth and fast.

Well this was my first time to use the service. I always thought it cost too much but this time it paid off and the way it worked was easy. Not sure why AT&T did not go over how it worked better but after I got the right number to call it was painless. Thanks for getting me a new phone. I’ll be paying the service from now on.

Replacement phone was shipped and delivered in a timely manner. It was also very nice and extremely refreshing to receive a lower deductible considering we’ve been paying for so long without taking advantage of any benefits. That delivered a personal touch making us feel like a valuable customer. We will continue to be an Asurion customer as well as recommending them to friends and family.

I have no complaints. I filed my claim on Easter Sunday and received my new replacement phone on Tuesday morning. Awesome experience overall. Super easy process from filing my claim online to receiving my new device! It was a truly a great experience with your company.

My mom had an older phone and it wouldn't keep a charge or stay connect to the mobile network without being on a Wi-Fi connection. I called and got a new phone sent and the set up was very easy. Thanks Asurion for the wonderful customer service and simplified processing for claims!

This service is terrible. cannot talk to anyone and cant find out why they are charging me. Very slow to replace phone. And make it really difficult to file a claim. Then ask me to return the lost phone. I lost it!!! They send replacement phone that is someone else's broken phone!

Everything was very well explained and I got my new phone. The only thing that bothers me is 3 days after I got my new phone back to normal it was dropped again and the screen is cracked again. Bummer.

We had a great experience both times we have filed a claim. We had our replacement phone in two days on both occasions. It’s easy to file a claim and the return process is easy as well. It’s also nice that they send you an email to let you know they have received your returned device.

Only issue is the phone they sent or well the model isn't half as good performance wise as the phone that broke. Fast shipping and I didn't have any problems getting the phone replaced and returning the old phone in the prepaid envelope was easy as well. Very easy process. Though at first they sent the wrong model phone they quickly fixed the issue and resent the correct one. The return process was very easy as well. Thankfully I had the coverage. I recommend anyone with an expensive smartphone to have the coverage.
