    Disappointed that the last 2 phones I received were rebuilt. And with poor workmanship. A Samsung S10 Plus is a water resistant phone. I got the last 2 phones wet but never submerged them and they took in moisture and died. One of the reasons I purchase that specific phone is because it is water resistant. I know Asurion doesn't warranty against water damage but a water resistant phone should be rebuilt with better quality.

    When we ordered the phone on a Saturday it took till Tuesday or Wednesday to get it even though it was overnighted. The battery life on the phone sucks. You can fully charged your phone and it be dead in a few hours. The phone that was broken was literally a month old and we received a phone that was refurbished. I don’t believe that was right. I paid 200 extra dollars for a phone used by someone else.

    Although the process for filing was originally problematic as no one said there was a secondary affidavit request, once that process was understood the replacement phone was sent out expeditiously.     I am not satisfied how the prices vary dependent upon location. A broken phone is a broken phone in need of repair no matter where the owner lives. I feel customers from rural areas are being penalized for receiving the same service as city customers because of where we choose to live. I’m wondering what happens to customers who live in the really remote areas. Are they forced to purchase a new phone in place of a simple repair?

    I was able to get a phone fixed through Asurion but had to go through several steps for it to be done right. A tech was not able to fix the phone the first time. So a 2-hour phone call with call reps approval for a replacement device was required. The replacement device that was received the next day had a broken camera. After another 2 hour call troubleshooting the device and seeing that it was a software issue and another call center rep manager approval for another replacement device to be shipped. After 3 days and hours of phone calls I was finally able to have a working replacement device. Reason for the 5 stars is because the tech and call reps were pleasant and worked with me throughout these issues. I only recommend for the process not to take so long.

    It's ridiculous how much it costs for the insurance and deductible. I had it for years. I used on my new LGV60 phone, the one that comes with the dual screen, well your insurance does not cover the dual screen, you consider it an accessory even though it's a selling point as part of the phone, and the phone's functionality. If you're not going to adapt with the points that change then you're truly just taking advantage of people and ripping them off. Canceling this was a great and easy decision for me.

    This is my second claim of a broken screen and these people are just horrible! They claim they will repair or replace the device within 5 business days. That could not be further than the truth! You submit your paperwork and they review it for a couple of days and then pass it to a claims specialist which is when your 5 days actually starts! If your paperwork has any mistakes, they contact you within 5 days for the new paperwork to be uploaded. Once you upload the paperwork, they review for a couple of days and then claims specialist gets it and the 5 business days restarts! If you make any changes that may be required, they restart the 5 business days and that 2-3 days after the adjuster gets it!

    My first claim of a cracked screen took almost a month! My second (active) claim is now on it's 7th day and counting. They asked me to update the estimate and I submitted the update on 6/17 and it was not seen by claims until 6/21. It took 2 business days for claims to look at it and restart the 5 day period! Whoever claims speedy turnaround is being paid to submit the review. I would never use the company purposely! I have them for free through wells fargo cash wise card. STAY AWAY!!
