    Was such a hassle getting a replacement. Waited till after vacation to deal with it. Even went to the Att store and still couldn't fill out the paper work they wanted because their systems weren't working properly. Ended up with a prepaid phone from someone else to make my final drive home and 3 days later the paperwork went through. Phone did arrive quickly but a lot of hassle and would rather just buy another phone than buy for something I have to jump through hoops for. I still had to get another temp phone because these guys. Not worth it in the long run.

    I bought a pair of sunglasses from Dick's Sporting Goods and for some reason decided to purchase the warranty as my children are obsessed with my sunglasses and wanted to make sure if they got broken I could replace them. Well my fears came true and filed a claim. Well long story short 3 months and 15 phone calls later, still no resolution. I've been told that they didn't do gift cards anymore so they had to send me a check which is fine. Then it was, "We can't figure what happened. We'll send another." I called and talked to a supervisor for the 4th time and she is supposed to call me back with more information, but as every time I have been told that they don't I'm not holding my breath. This company is useless and only a cause of frustration. Never purchase a warranty if they are in charge of it!

    We paid for insurance on our phone. The insurance wasn’t cheap. We paid for insurance thinking our phone would be replaced if anything happened. Your company has so many hoops. It’s like a jumping marathon just to get the product that the insurance covered. On top of the hassle, there a $190 deductible to get a refurbished phone. REFURBISHED. Not new.     Deductible is higher than I was used to, I feel that it’s too much for a refurbished phone. Delivery was extremely stressful, should not use FedEx in the future. They did not leave my phone in Saturday because it required a signature. I stayed home on Monday (I’m a nurse for immunodeficiency patients). They knocked on my door and left (no signature required after all that mess). They tossed the box at the door and left.

    Filing a claim was very easy and we received the new phone the next day. The only thing I wish was the instructions were easier on how to activate the new phone. My only complaint is that I wish I would've received a replacement that is both the same model and color since I am still paying a hefty amount for the replacement.     Beyond difficult to file a claim for a simple cracked screen. Multiple phone calls, had to repeat the info each time, and this was the second try at getting the screen fixed. First time they were a no show, second time I literally spent more than two hours on phone calls to get another appointment set up. And after all of that on the day they were supposed to show for service I found out they took the address down incorrectly...and had to start over again with another call. Beyond frustrated.     Filed a claim on my Samsung galaxy z fold 2, denied the same color. They offered a different color and they said that they do not know when they will send me the different color phone... They just wanted me to use the malfunctioning phone. They never offered an interim phone nor they can tell me a date they can send me a phone. They asked for my credit card info even without having the phone in stock... When asked why my credit card details are required one of them said that I have to pay a deductible even though it is a manufacturer warranty. One of them said that it's for return shipping costs... Finally they took my credit card but for what?

    So you buy a phone worth of 2000 dollars and that phone starts malfunctioning in 6 months, and since Samsung care is handled by Asurion, Asurion makes your life hell by denying every request... All I get is a plain answer _ ' no '.... At one point one of the managers pretended that she could not hear me and she hung up the call. The paperwork is cumbersome and it is not online... Had to print and scan stuff in this digital era... Never again I will buy an Samsung phone or use Asurion...
