    DON'T be fooled by the 4-5 star rating ANYWHERE! Especially on the Better Business Bureau's website - **. First, I don't believe for a second ANYONE uses the BBB website to leave 5 star reviews of a company, with very, very, very few RARE exceptions. On the other hand, to see a FLOOD of no doubt BOGUS 5 STAR ratings to COVER UP the mudslide of LEGITIMATE 1 STAR COMPLAINTS, that is believable.     Second, how the flood of 5 star ratings, no doubt used to attempt to keep the company's head above water and a pathetic attempt to cover their butts for all the complaints, sporadically plummet to 1 star and a heck of a lot more detail in most cases. I've dealt with this "insurance" company once and I will *NEVER* do it again and I suggest you do the same. And if the BBB doesn't convince you, just Google them. I'm sure the Attorney General in every state has an ongoing list of complaints. It's cheaper to just buy a used or refurbished phone from a reputable company than to go through Asurion. Trust me.
