This is the third time in 6 years I have made a claim. Couldn't be easier. Very simple to make a claim online with a few clicks and you're done. Next day delivery is great since I use my Phone for work. Great service.

I chose to have the Tech come to my home for the repair. At the last minute when I had to be at my parent's house a few miles away he accommodated me and came to me at their home. He was on time, did a great job, and was very pleasant.

The AT&T Customer Service Agent transferred and reconstituted the new phone to my old cell phone's configuration. Was a seamless process. Thanks, awesome service. Fast and adequate. Only one complaint, I had to call back because they initially canceled my claim for some reason, so glad I called! After that it was very good. Not sure why they didn't contact me when they were canceling my claim but the next person I called figured it out and got my new phone within about a week.

Was great and very fast. The phone was here the next day even though I made the claim at the end of the day the the incident happened. Phone was in perfect shape and easy to switch over. Had to pay the deductible but was worth it.

Asurion customer service was absolutely phenomenal! I was very pleased with the whole process. Everyone I worked with was pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with my experience and had exactly what I needed. This was my first insurance claim I’ve ever made and I’ve never been so glad to be paying for extra insurance. I would absolutely recommend everyone I know to be covered with this service and I will never not have it on my plan! Overall I have never damaged a phone before so I had no great expectations it would be easy. It actually was. Android note 9 to another was simple except... it took a very long and unexpected amout of time for all apps, pics, and data to load. I'm computer savvy so this was surprising that even after the exchange it still took a long time for it all to be set up correctly on its own. Some apps when done did not work? Was gray instead of color so it was easier to pick out and try to repair or redownload.

Rep was wonderful and made the process of making a claim so easy, realized we are down south and took an interest in asking how we were personally doing, after just coming thru a horrific hurricane. I dropped my iPad in water and it blacked out on me but after I made my claim and it was accepted I was sent and received a brand new iPad in less than 2 days. Asurion didn’t cover water damage But I was only charged 250$. Thank God for insurance.

One location in Plano was closed. Had to move the order to Frisco location. Candidly, that process was a pain in the **. However, the Frisco team was outstanding. Your Plano store remaining closed needs to be noted in your systems. Took me all day to handle a simple screen fix.

I had to reorder my phone from Asurion because there was a hardware issue with the speaker. When I got my new phone from Asurion, there was another hardware defect, everyone I talk to hears a really bad echo. I did not complain about it anymore because I don't want to obtain from Asurion that's even more broke.

Checking out a Staples they are very clear and the pamphlets support that by buying the extended coverage insurance you are covered for any mishap. Then when you make a claim they look for reasons to deny coverage, going so far as to erase claims that were initially submitted. I will never buy anything with the name Asurion again. Further, I probably should stop shopping at Staples and just get all my stuff from somewhere else.

It was a fairly easy process to return and get new phone. Received new phone quickly. It took only 2 days from the day I submitted to when I received the new phone. Bought plan for iPad while autistic daughter uses it. She threw it out the window of my car and obviously it didn’t fair well even with $100 Otterbox case on it. Representative said they don’t repair “intentional” damage even if done by “Special” people. Really???? Clueless. They called my daughter special. Not the politically correct way to call anyone’s children. You say the plan will repair unintentional drops causing damage. That’s what this was. Maybe you should have disclaimer saying “does not apply to SPECIAL PEOPLE”! This company is a joke with terrible customer service. This business is a gamble. You win most and lose some. That’s why you are in still business. I have bout about 10 plans in the past 5 years and put in claims in for a few. You have won many times with me but it peace of mind I buy the plans. Casinos aren’t built because everyone wins. Stop being a loser and pay up when it’s the right thing to do.

The only thing I disliked was the timeframe that it took to make the repair. However, the end result has been fabulous. I am happy to have the insurance as it has been very helpful to me. I use my phone for work and it is imperative that it work perfectly.

I would suggest that being able to call, with well published phone number be made a priority opposed to online. The ease of returning the phone was easy. This was the first time you guys actually did a good job. It’s usually a nightmare dealing with Asurion. One time my replacement phone had someone’s contacts and pictures on it. So hopefully Asurion has its act together now. But I would recommend Apple Care. They are super efficient.

I was audited by my state tax commission and had to pay additional sales tax for every transaction that didn't prove I paid sales tax for. Your process NEVER sends a receipt and this is wrong. Even after I called and was on the phone for over 40 minutes and was promised an email receipt would follow I STILL DID NOT RECEIVE ONE!!! I'm extremely dissatisfied. I was very pleased with this process, despite a small issue. The most difficult part of the whole process was figuring out HOW to contact you without my handset working. After I went in to a Verizon store and got the actual phone number, I was able to start and complete my claim process in 24 hours. What surprised me the most was that I did not have to send my damaged phone back and wait for the replacement, as has happened in the past. Instead, my replacement was issued immediately and I received it the next day! Thank you so much.

Overall well done. After your Tech finished fixing the cracked screen I could not make or receive calls without being on the internet. I took it to the shop. They could not fix it. You shipped me a replacement phone, I returned the old phone. Received a call after the USPS tracker showed you had received the phone asking for a tracking number. They verified that phone had been received. Four days later I receive a letter saying the phone had not been received threatening to charge me for not returning the phone. When I went called to check the status I was told the phone had been received.

I have been trying to work through a fix of a one and a half year old LG dryer bought at Home Depot with an Asurion extended warranty. I have spoken to over a dozen representatives who have set up appointments with repair services that had 1 or 2 yelp star reviews. None of them showed up with the appropriate staff or just didn't show up at all. Finally Nana repair came and claimed the problem was in the installation and said they couldn't repair that. They then taped up the hose and stuffed back in and left. The dryer then worked worse than before. Have been calling Asurion to correct the situation for over a month. Spoken to at least a half dozen representatives.
Have even spoken to Product Damage supervisors--Gwen and Louie who have pushed the claim back to the regular staff and closed their end of it. Everyone is "so sorry this has occurred," makes promises to escalate the claim and have someone call me back in a few days. NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK. I have to call back and spend another half hour to an hour going through the story until they send me to the escalation dept. They say they tried to call but there is no record of missed calls or messages. One day they say they are going to classify the dryer as beyond repair and refund the cost of the dryer. Next call they aren't. Next call --they'll try again and so it continues.
They have been jerking me around for over five months. Avoid this company for appliance repair. Take a warranty directly with the appliance manufacturer. I hope this review can help someone else avoid this saga. Shame on you Asurion---you train your staff to be nice but do nothing that costs the company anything. Shame shame shame.

I had a difficult and disheartening personal experience that led to the damage that my iPad incurred. I made my claim on a Friday, they said they would send me a new phone and I should have it within 4 days. I got it the next day. The phone was very easy to set up. My phone was lost so I contacted Asurion as I had coverage on the phone. The replacement phone was immediately sent out (in fact too fast) and arrived in one day. Fortunately the lost phone was found right after filing a claim and I called to cancel but it was too late. So I immediately put the new phone in the mail in order to return it as it would be wrong to keep it. I am waiting now to see how the return is handled and if they will remove the deductible charge. Hitler died and was reincarnated as Asurion. I have never been more furious. I paid $15/mo for 4 years on my iPhone 8, taking precious care of it until it finally gave out. I filed a claim and was sent a refurbished iPhone 8 by Asurion for the ridiculous deductible of over $120. Really, you couldn't find $120 in my $720 of payments with which to replace my iPhone 8? On top of that, the replacement (not even a new phone, rather a refurbished one) prompts me to "Connect to Mac or to PC with iTunes" in order to restore my my other iPhone's backup. iTunes hasn't existed since 2019. My laptop will not recognize the phone. I'd give a 0 out of 10 if I could. And Asurion wants to charge me a nonreturn fee if I don't send back my iPhone 8 to them? Really, you need it that badly? There are no words strong enough. I am ashamed to be a part of a world that allows this company to exist.

My experience having a representative come to my house and replace my screen was excellent! Excellent in every way. However; when I first brought my phone into the store location in Newnan; Georgia for repair I was not overall happy. The gentleman that helped me was respectful and professional. But he insisted I give him my passcode and my phone for a 2 hour time frame. He insisted he could not replace my screen unless I did. If that's the case why did the agent that came to my home not tell me to unlock my phone but asked me to turn it off?
I can't imagine why anyone would unlock a phone and hand it over to anyone; a total stranger, for 2 hours? Why? How is my info protected? It would be like unlocking my phone and leaving it at Macdonald's for 2 hours. Who would do this? Not me! If the agent could replace the screen with it turned OFF- they need to be able to do the same at the repair store location. This DID NOT make me feel comfortable in any way. The personal info on someone's phone doesn't need to be open for access by anyone - especially a total stranger. This policy needs to be changed.

Great service, on time, and fast with the repair. Also very helpful when I need the tech to leave my phone in the mail while I go back to work after he fix my phone. Paid insurance for 6 years on my phone. It began to freeze up. Asurion sent a phone far worst. Cannot send or receive calls from this new phone. It is worthless, will have to get a new phone from the store as I am learning this may be a used phone.

We went Sunday to store. Got deliver that evening 5-7pm. Never came. Called cust. Service and did 24 hour delivery. Never came again. Was delivered Tuesday afternoon. And y’all say same day replacement. 3 days is not same day. It was my husband’s business phone which is why I have the $25 a month insurance. It was the first time using it and it’s not worth the price. Been paying for 2 years on it $600..And still have to pay $125 for Replacement phone.

Called on a Friday with my wife’s iPad (dead battery). We had replacements on Monday. They assisted with activating the new SIM card. Very pleasant experience. The insurance was a great investment and I strongly recommend everyone get the insurance.

Received my replacement today but had to do some chasing down with FedEx. Overall a good experience. I took my phone in to AT&T and had them transfer everything over. Good experience. It is well worth it to have insurance. Thank you.

Problem free replacement of a phone with a cracked screen. There was a short delay as the model was not in stock. I was notified of the delay in advance and had no problem with the delay. I received a brand new phone the same model as the old one.

They took their time and guided me through returning my phone and took time to explain what to do when I received the new phone. And to contact them after I received my new phone if I had any trouble getting it activated. They also sent me a couple reminders that I would need to send my old phone back so that I would not have an extra charge.

I spent an hour in the store not getting any relevant help. Plus waiting for the representative to open the building well after opening time while he sat in the back of the store not doing anything. Less than 20 minutes with the Asurion rep and all was good again. Truly happy with the service I received.

The speed getting the phone here was exceptional. Plenty emails informing me what was going on. Not sure how the email I got today is going to turn out. You asked that we delete all information from the phone before we send it in or we would be bill $275. The phone is inoperable or we would not be filing a claim on it. I plan to send an explanation. We'll mail the phone this afternoon but concerned how that is going to turn out.
