The Customer Service agent went above and beyond. Extenuating circumstances sometimes require discretion and Asurion certainly embodies that philosophy by allowing their agents to handle issues without having to jump through red tape and go through multiple layers of supervisors. I'm never happy about replacing a phone or the copayment, but I am always happy to have Asurion cover my family. They have the phone to my house in 24 hours without problem! Thanks for keeping the process fast and efficient. We no longer have a home line and cell phones are necessary.

Asurion was quick and the process was easy to replace my phone when it was dropped in water. I've had to use it before for my son's phone, and it worked fast and easy that time as well. Would definitely purchase their insurance again.

I bought an iPhone and not even having it for a month and it was stolen at a bar. I was so furious because every other phone at retail cost about $650 dollars and I didn't want to spend that kind of money after I had just purchased an iPhone. Asurion replaced the item the next day.

I pay $10.99/mo for insurance on a 64GB rose-gold 6s iPhone. After 9 months, it gets dropped, screen broken. I file claim on Sunday, they send new one - arrives Wednesday. Open box, it's space grey. Call them. "The color is cosmetic. We don't cover that in the warranty... We don't have any in stock & don't know if we will [ever]... I'm sure Apple and AT&T have the phone, but we don't, so we cannot replace it with the rose-gold... No we do not have a waiting list and even if you wait, we will not replace it with the rose-gold." I am typically a VERY reasonable person, but I waited for this particular phone to become available before I purchased a new phone & I expect the phone to be replaced with the same phone I purchased. Refurbished is fine. Asurion is not!

I lost my phone. And luckily I had insurance. Service was fast and accurate. They replaced my phone in 48 hours. I highly recommend Asurion insurance. Professional customer service. Phone was brand new. They gave me option to deliver to my employer's address.

I contacted Asurion by phone and email contact form regarding a message I had received on the claim for my daughter's phone. On both counts reps were responsive and very helpful. The ease of processing claims and getting questions answered has been fantastic!

Very fast response, received next day and back in action by the end of the next day. I would recommend this to everyone. Only downfall is you can only use the service 2 times and they cancel your coverage. Sometimes accidents happen and it seems like when it does it repeats itself. However very good ins. to have if that's a problem.

I called in yet again to have my washer serviced because I am still having the same issues with it as I started having back in Oct of 2016 when I first contacted them. The first time they sent out a company called (Randys) here in AL. The guy Roger was able to fix my washer and now it is having the same issues. I contacted warranty department again and they rudely gave me (never asked) a date for this coming Friday. Well the company (D&J) called me back yesterday and stated they couldn't come until next Wednesday and that I needed to contact the warranty dept to reschedule. But honest they gave me grief because they were sent out the first time I originally called back in Oct but Asurion sent out 3 other people to my house in the same day and they pretty much didn't want to waste their time again.
So I called Asurion back yesterday and they were trying to reschedule me and they stated that well the sup was going to call me back so I am back on the phone again and they are stating that it will be weeks out before someone can fix it and that they are trying to get me reimbursed. But I have to wait 3 business calls for a call back so pretty much I am screwed.

I recently had my IPhone replaced under Asurion's insurance program and I am very satisfied with the results. The phone was sent within the scheduled time and handled professionally. The $99 deductible was not charged until the phone was received.

After mailing my cellphone as I was instructed to do, I found that due to Asurion's faulty software the label UPS has didn't communicate with Asurion's office therefore delaying my insurance payment for days. Horrible for the customer. Also even though the UPS tracking verified the package en route it didn't matter... Unprofessional in my opinion, at best.

I had a great experience using Asurion and they were very helpful and prompt about getting me a replacement phone after the screen broke and the phone was completely unusable. I would definitely recommend Asurion to a friend, and I am very glad that I did have insurance. I use my phone for work and it was paramount that I got my phone replaced so I could make/receive phone calls. My only recommendation is to make the deductible cheaper. Maybe $100 instead of $150. That would be nice! Thank you Asurion!

Ordered replacement phone and took off the day it was suppose to arrive since it needed a signature. It didn't show up the next day so I had someone wait for it the next day. It didn't show up that day so I looked up status of new phone and it said it did not have a silver one in stock so new phone wasn't sent so I had to contact to pick out different one. They should of sent email or text message notifying me that they weren't sending one out versus wasting 2 days. I ordered a different colored one. Had it sent to my work so I didn't need to take time off again. It arrived next day. I spent a whole day setting up and downloading info on my replacement phone. The touchscreen wouldn't work all the time.
I called and they told me to do quick reset. So continued setting everything up repeatedly having to do quick reset and restarts. Just to find out phone touchscreen didn't work. Called and they now had a silver one so they sent me out a different one. Got that the next day. Had to start over, updating and downloading info on new phone. Had to erase everything off the broken phone which was stressful since the screen would lock up and would have do a quick reset or restart after a couple touches on the screen. I talked to support about my frustration that the phone was broke that they sent me. Didn't really care much about all the extra trouble I had to go through. Said I could talk to my carrier Verizon. Biggest complaint send out a replacement phone that works. My time is valuable and I wasted plenty with no compensation for your error in sending me a broken phone.

Very satisfied, I carry insurance on 4 devices. I would strongly encourage everyone to carry the insurance because you never know when you might need it. Very satisfied, received another phone the very next day. :) I made the claim around 8:00 at night and received the phone the next day without any problems. I had to make one phone call to set up my new device. I have Icloud on my phone and didn't lose any pictures, mail and phone numbers. :) :)

I did not get a Samsung phone like in the past and you sent me an LG, which I find the speaker phone is not as strong when I have to use it as the Samsung was. Other than that I'm satisfied, plus it does not have as long of a charge as my last one did. Thank You.

Not the same insurance that I originally thought I had but it will suffice. I had to pay 150.00 for my wife's replacement phone. I guess it was better than having to pay full price. We are paying monthly for her phone so I guess we don't own the phone outright. Either way, Asurion helped us out when we needed it.

Replacement was easy and fast. Wish the deductibles were lower though. Setup was a little hard. Needed to call the helpline to carrier to get set up. Phone that was replaced was not the same as phone we got through Asurion. They give you used phones, they are not new ones which is a bummer.

The whole process was easy from beginning to end. The fast and promptness of the replacement phone was amazing. I recently had an accident with my phone and had to file a claim with Asurion. They sent me a phone that was nothing close to my phone. When I called they told me that that's all they had in the warehouse and it was the closest compatible phone to mine. My Nexus phone has a 6.1 inch screen and the Samsung they sent me has a 5 inch screen. How is this compatible? I am very disappointed and will cancel all the insurance on all the devices.

My wife's phone glass broke while we were visiting the grandkids so we went to a Verizon store and asked what to do. They discovered that with the insurance we could replace the phone. The process was started by a Verizon associate and completed by me. Not too painful. Prompt delivery!

Once I actually completed the form correctly on your website, I got my replacement phone overnight. I take total responsibility for not finishing the form and submitting it... However, I suggest your app have an annoying alert system "DID YOU MEAN TO NOT FINISH REQUESTING YOUR REPLACEMENT DEVICE" type of messaging!!!

I have told a lot of parents about using Asurion insurance especially when they tell me their teens has either had their phone stolen, lost or misplaced their phones. It's been a financial blessing if needed. My husband, I and my teens all have our phones insured by Asurion. Cracked my screen right before I had to leave on business trip, completely unusable. Asurion overnighted my replacement, I had it charged, registered and updated hours before I left. Had issues with the replacement phone not working properly. I called the number and the lady was super polite, understanding and fast. New replacement phone was in the mail in a few days and worked perfectly. The exchange between my broken phone and what I believe to be a refurbished phone went quickly. However, I'm very displeased with the phone I received because the battery drains way too fast. I didn't have this with my old phone. Before I could go on two days without charging it, now I have to charge two to three times a day. That doesn't speak for good customer service, considering only my screen was cracked and aside from that my phone was perfect.

I paid insurance fee and tablet was replaced within 1-2days. I was very satisfied with Verizon Asurion and the speedy service. I would refer Verizon to a friend or family and I am looking to replace my iPhone 6 plus and my husband's iPhone 5 se or 6 se. Not sure which one but since the ins was so fast yes we will be replacing those phones.

The screen had broken on my iPhone. I went to my nearby Verizon store and was given the needed information to contact Asurion. In twenty-four hours I had my replacement phone. I then went back to Verizon for assistance in activating my new phone. (I am not very techy!) Thank you!

My replacement phone arrived very quickly. It was quite easy to transfer all of the data to the new phone. Very easy transition to the new phone in general. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 5, so I did have to wait 2 weeks for a replacement to become available. Other than the wait, the whole insurance replacement process was very smooth.

Very pleased with the service. Will definitely refer friends to this company. My wife misplaced her phone and we received a replacement the next day. The only drawback was the deductible, if I am not mistaken I think my deductible was less at the initial agreement. Overall I will always protect my valuables with Asurion.

It was a very easy process in obtaining a replacement for defective phone, however, the defective phone was also one received about 3 weeks ago from Asurion. The phone never worked properly and after it was taken to 2 different Verizon stores, it was identified as a refurbished phone. That was disappointing.

The only reason I can not give 5 stars is because I had a gold phone and they could only replace with black. Their customer service was good, although with the second phone I had to wait on hold for about a hour to get assistance activating the phone.

Once received I noticed the headphones didn't work and the charger only lasted about two weeks because it was not an Apple certified charger. My phone freezes a lot but I can still use it and it does what it is supposed to do as far as making calls.

Worst experience ever. I file my claim on Friday 12/23/2016. I was told I will received a phone call within 3-24 hours. It is Tuesday 12/27/2016 and I have not received any phone calls and or emails. I called in at 9:30 am and they closed my case, no reason given. Now I have to wait another 24 hours - unreal.

The service was prompt. I called because my screen was cracked. I was not happy with how the technician replaced the case. After repair, the case was cracked, bulging, and the phone was overheating, something it had never done before. However, a new replacement phone was sent out quickly.

Someone broke my granddaughter phone cracked the screen and it wouldn't power on. So we had to send it into Verizon and they couldn't get it to power on. We had to wait little longer than before we could get another one. Because there was a shortage on that type of phone. Well please with the service I received. Thanks.

Cell port was going out along with freezing up. Called, made my claim, cell phones were backed order. I was without a phone for six days til I called service again and was sent a new phone. I'm pleased with my new cell.

Replaced my iphone 6 plus after it was lost with no hassle. Phone came straight to my door step within 2 days. They even offered overnight shipping. In my situation I didn't need overnight cause I had a temp. backup phone but nice to know it was an option. It's also fair in price comparing it to having to buy the phone new. My coverage is only 11 bucks a month. If I were able to add or change something it would be: if someone didn't make an insurance claim within 18 months the deductible should be $125 instead of the $150 & at 24 months it should go down to $100, cause at this point if you add up the monthly cost of insurance and the deductible, you're paying the same price as the phone or even more.

Incident #1: Broken iPhone 5s. I had an iPhone 5s that wasn't functioning properly. I was sent a "new" iPhone 5s from Asurion. The phone worked for a few weeks until the screen started acting strange. I took it into the Apple Store to find out what the issue was. Apple said that these warranty phones typically have cheap 3rd party parts in them that can often create problems. Asurion took forever to get back to me before sending me another iPhone that had the same exact problems.
All while this was going on, I was trying to send my original broken iPhone back in. However, I couldn't send it back due to not being able to turn off the "find my iPhone" function. I needed to do this before sending it back or be fined $500 by Asurion for not doing this. I tried to call Asurion 20-30 times to explain the situation. No one ever returned my calls. Eventually the 2 month buffer to take care of this expired and I was fined $200 by Asurion.
I've come across some bad customer service in my day but nothing worse than this. Shame on Asurion and shame on Verizon for referring all of their customers to this joke of a company. I have no problem with companies that make mistakes from time to time. It happens. But for a company to never take corrective action to fix these mistakes is unbelievable.

Spoke to rep on the phone, who answered my questions easily. The whole process was completed in a short, timely manner. Fortunately I have a printer and scanner at home or the process would have taken much longer, printing documents, signing the documents, scanning the documents, attaching to the link on the website. I am fairly tech savvy, but I can see where this would be a bit confusing and troublesome for some people. They didn't have my exact phone in stock, so I was pleased to see that they did offer 3 optional replacement choices at no additional charge, one of which was a newer model. All in all I did have a decent experience.

The first replacement phone I received kept dropping calls. Asurion was great about sending a second replacement. While this second phone works fine, it has quite a few cosmetic problems - scratches and dings on the phone. I would think that for the 200 we had to pay, we could get a perfect phone. To be fair, I didn't contact them about the second issue.

Asurion, when contacted, responded immediately. Agent took time to make sure I completely understood the process. This was at Thanksgiving time and we were in a different city. They shipped the phone to our location while away. Replacement phone (identical, even the color) arrived on time and in great condition. Thank you.

They have the best call service and they are fast, it's only take 24 hours to get my new phone. l would recommend to all my friends and family, because when you call them they are very friendly and they try to make sure you get the phone the faster they can.

The claim was made on Asurion's website. The questions were simple to understand. The form was reasonably short and easy to fill out. The turnaround time was less than 12 hours from filing the claim to delivery of my new phone. I was extremely pleased.
