Needed new screen for Galaxy s7 edge. Very expensive anywhere you go. So I sent my phone in and quickly received a brand new in the box exact phone. Great! Little expensive but cheaper than replacing it out of my pocket. Only complaint is the high deductible, 199$.

Needed replacement asap, job requires me to make calls. Had new one the next day. If I didn't have this is wouldn't have a phone. I'm so very thankful to Asurion. I use to work for Verizon and would always tell people "You must get it. What would you do if you had no phone?"

I drop my phone and it shatter the screen. Made a call to Asurion. They ask me how and what happen. They sent my phone the next day. That's great service. Thank you! I will definitely have them protect all my phones. After all when you pay $700 to a $1000 for a phone you want to protect it with the people you trust.

I filed my claim and the phone replacement was sent within 24 hours. The phone is not perfect. The screen has a couple of glitches where the lighting looks unusual. So far it is in working condition. I am pleased with the service except the deductible needs to be lower.

First time I had to use insurance to replace a water damaged phone. They did a great job. My phone was no longer available so I got an upgraded phone for the same price. Great job! I do want to advise everyone that there is a time frame on when to file your claim so make sure you know when that is or else they will not be able to replace it!

When called about the fact that my phone was lost the customer service team was courteous, friendly and concerned. They wanted to get my new phone to me as quickly as possible so I would not be inconvenienced. I had my phone the next day. That made my day as it was my business phone and no calls were missed, thanks to how quickly my phone was replaced. Thank you to everyone.

To get my replacement phone, took 1 day and 10 minutes. Ten minute phone conversation, followed by a 1 day wait for my phone to be delivered to my door. For any man on earth, this is as close to perfection you can get.

While the carrier’s insurance is easy to set up requires little thought their customer service will prompt you to take another look at options. Try their phone line and it will take you 10 min to get to a person. Prompt after prompt with no option like 0 to get out. My recent experience is an S5 replacement that came with a bad battery. After spending hours setting it up only to unplug it and have it constantly reboot. To add insult to insufficient quality control the agent would not send out a replacement next day as the website states. Instead they are shipping out regular FedEx as this is a continuation of a claim and not an original claim. I.e… I have to suffer for their issues. When escalating the issue I was sent to a corporate phone bank where I was told I would get a call back in 48 hours. Terrible!! I’m thinking other options even at a higher price would be better.

When I called to replace the phone I was told that my Iphone 6+ wasn't available any longer and I have to get the 6+s (the next up from my phone), that it would give me more data for free because they couldn't get the other. He said I'd have to call back in 10 days because they weren't available either, until then. I called back in ten days to make the order again, and the lady tells me that they will replace my 6+ and ship it. I told her what the other guy said and she said no, they have plenty of them!! So they send me my IPhone 6+, but the home button doesn't work half the time and have to call again and send it back and ship me another one!! Makes one crazy Christmas!!

The only thing I was unhappy about was the high co-pay. This was not explained to me when I took the insurance. Friends who have other carriers told me that they did not pay over $100.00 for replacement. Otherwise, my phone was shipped quickly, so that I had minimal time without service. Thank you.

We got a replacement iPhone that was not charging right. I called Asurion, and the representative was very helpful. She replaced it immediately with a brand new phone so we would not have any more issues. The phone came to us within 24 hrs and we had not had any more issues.

When I called in about the phone, I received the very best treatment and then could not believe that I got a new phone the very next day. Now how cool is that? The phone I received is wonderful, however, the person using it (me) is not. I have had to stop by Verizon to get instructions, but they were very nice too. It's tough being old and not very technical.

Contacted Asurion. Received new phone the next day! Wasn't as "easy " to get the new phone working. Needed Tech help. Been having some issues with the new phone. Verizon tells me it is my email service and my email service tells me it is my phone service provider. Wish one would take responsibility and get it working the way it was.

I was really pleased with the Asurion representative while calling about my broken phone. I can not remember her name, but she was polite and outstanding to speak to. When I did not understand something, she very nicely explained to me the process. I received my new phone on the day she told me. While flying out of state to get to a dying relative the phone was either lost (highly unlikely) or stolen while getting off an airplane. Had it when we landed, it was gone 5 minutes later when I went to the restroom in the airport. A new phone was delivered the next day to the residence where I was staying at the time I was told it would be delivered. Great service during a very trying time. Thank you.

New tablet arrived in just 2 days. Only problem was transferring info to new tablet. Couldn't get old tablet to hold charge long enough to transfer data. Finally had to just give up and send tablet back to your company in the supplied shipping bag.

I lost my phone while travelling in Vienna Austria. I made a phone call, a follow-up e-mail and I was on track for my replacement. I am sure I could have done the claim with just the online service but I had questions about delivery. My replacement phone was waiting for me at my house when I returned. The system is too complicated and took to long to get my replacement device (5 Days). That is unacceptable to me. I have used your service for many years and this time was by far the worst experience. You should just submit the former and the verification online without having to fax any information.

This phone ordeal has been a nightmare. They were quick to withdraw money from the bank account but I have to wait for the warehouse to scan the phone back and wait for 10 days after that to get my 175 back. This is crazy!!!

First they told me because I had a cracked screen I could get the phone repaired at a reduced price. When I went to the repair shop, they said it couldn't be repaired so I had to go full price and replace the whole thing. Once that was done they sent out the phone, we got it the next day and sent the phone back. Everything went super smooth. I would definitely recommend Asurion to friends!

After my purse and all its contents were stolen, I contact Asurion about my 6S iPhone. A replacement was delivered the next day! I was disappointed that the replacement phone was refurbished instead of a new phone. However I was extremely pleased with the speed they delivered the replacement. So far, there have been no problems with the replacement phone.

Asurion replaced my phone before Christmas. However, the replacement froze and had lines on the screen. The morning I wrote an email to the company, I received a phone call within the hour. My daughter's iPhone screen cracked to the point that the touchscreen was not fully responsive and the phone could not be unlocked. The process was rather simple. Since I was not able to unlock the phone, I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to clear out my daughter's info and be charged a $500 fee. The process gives clear instruction multiple times on how to let that happen. Very pleased to receive the new iPhone the next day with instructions how to set up appropriately. Like any insurance, you hope to not have to use it but you're grateful when you do have it.

Asurion did a great job replacing my phone in less than 24 hours, totally recommend paying the protection plan on your phone. They also help you activate your new phone. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to pay $150 for deductible but oh well is better than paying $800 for a new phone.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I received with the Asurion companies. I have a 40 inch TV that is not yet 2 years old that is no longer working properly so I filed a claim. After having my TV for 2 weeks they decided the cost of repairs was too expensive so they are buying the TV from me. My issue is the time, I will not receive a check for my TV for at least another 20 day, so I will be a month without a TV. This is extremely difficult for my household that include my 10 yr old. I do not have the means to just go out and purchase a new TV in anticipation of receiving the check from Asurion.
The customer service department and supervisors are not sympathetic and basically said "you'll get the check when you get it." I am very upset and will NOT purchase a service plan from them again. Also this is the 2nd TV I've have in 5 years with Asurion as the warranty service company, the other TV was another service nightmare. They don't build TV's to last anymore.

After picking up the Asurion app from my local Verizon store, I visited your site, filled out all the info digitally, and sent (digitally) the app, and other documents required, to Asurion and within 1 day I had my replacement phone. We received the new phone in only a couple of days. That was nice. The only problem we had was the directions of setting up the new phone. We had to go to the store and have them complete the phone set up. Verizon said that the directions were not very clear.

Paperwork was a little intense but the team at Verizon helped speed the process along. After a hefty deductible of $200, the replacement phone was received within 2 business days. The return shipping process was easy as well. We received step by step directions through the whole process.

My husband's cell phone had flickering gray lines. Wasn't able to answer his phone or make calls sometimes. I called into customer service the first time to make the claim, waited a week and still no replacement. Called again the 2nd time and was told the claim was canceled since we had no insurance. I told them I paid for insurance every month on my cell phone bill. She told me I had to call to Verizon and ask them to call Asurion to verify we had insurance on the phone. I was a little frustrated since no one communicated that the 1st claim had been canceled and in my opinion Asurion should have reached out to Verizon for me rather than me finding out on my own that the ball was dropped.

I had this new phone for just a few months when it fell out my pocket. Even with a heavy duty guard for the phone since I am hard on things like this, it hit just right on the corner and the phone face was shattered. After getting the information from my Verizon Store I was able to contact your company and within a few days I had my phone. I took it to my Verizon Store and they got me back on line and I mailed the broken phone back to you. What was nice is I was able to track the package so I knew it was received without problems. I would give 5 out of 5 but I'm not sure if Asurion is going to bill me for not turning off Find My Phone. In all fairness, there is a reminder on all correspondence. I reminded my young adult son to turn it off. He told me he did. Then I got an email stating that I would be charged if we didn't turn it off in 10 days. We thought we did. There was no way to check on the phone because a truck ran over the phone. The insurance is totally worth the monthly fee. The process couldn't have been easier.

I was so glad that at the time of purchase I took on the extra security in Asurion. I lost my phone and it's been over a month since I have filed a claim. I keep on receiving emails on regular basis that iPhone 7 is out of stock & I will be reconnected to the world soon. Customer service is real bad. I called back to check up & the lady said "we have told you already you will receive email when it's available." Then they told me to go buy a phone from a Fido store & Asurion will reimburse the money. It's been almost 3 weeks & there is no Cheque in the mail. I have had Asurion for around five years now, during that time I have filed three claims. The claim filing process is very simple and usually takes less than half an hour. I have always received my replacement phone the next business. Most of the phones I have initially received were refurbished, and sometimes they do have issues, but they do have a limited warranty on their devices. Every time I have had an issue with the replacement phone (Once a speaker was broken, another time the screen wasn't adhered to the phone all the way) Asurion has sent out a replacement right away. Every time I use Asurion I feel like it is fair, and their customer service is very helpful during the entire process.

Got this insurance when we bought our phones from the Costco cell phone booth. My phone crapped out and contacted them. First we found out the booth had never registered the plan as promised. We registered it online no problem. Then we filed the claim. Our phone was earth $299.99. We were promised a refund of $249.99 after we returned the phone. Well today got a chq back for $90.39. I contacted them, the agent Ghent you'd me my phone was only worth $149.99. Even though my receipt says I paid $299.99 for it.
Then I was promised the refund would be processed correctly and I would receive another couple of hundred dollars. The agent didn't even have the correct amount. Just told them they are running a scam. Asked to speak to supervisor who wasn't available. I said I'd wait. Then he told me no more money was coming. My phone was only worth $149.99.. I asked then "why did your agent spend 10 minutes tell me another chq was coming?" The supervisor then told me he had given me a cookie cutter answer. WTF??? I said "How am I supposed to buy a phone with that?" Initially your insurance says they'll replace phone, which of course they don't have any. Very worthless plan. Very poor customer service. Nothing but a scam.

I was really impressed at how fast I got my replacement. I would say my only disappointment is that they do not have representatives available 24/7. Replaced in a timely manner. Was contacted about removing find my iPhone app so we would not be charged. Easy to follow instructions online about how to return our device. Even had a question and customer service was able to help us get the problem resolved.

Mine got damaged. My wife set the couch on it, broke the tempered glass and screen. They sent me a new one but no fault of theirs the new one was defective. The screen kept freezing and my apps would load without touching it. Even made calls. Reported this to them and sent me another. Great service. Thanks.

Extremely happy I had insurance for my phone with Asurion. I got my replacement within 24 hours. The claims process was easy. The representative handling my claim was helpful, understood my needs and had my replacement phone at my doorstep the very next day. Very satisfied!!!

Service was excellent. Only issue was after I sent the phone in, I got an email saying I had not turned off find my phone, which I had done and had the email from Apple as proof. Otherwise, no problems.

The online claims process was very easy to do. The new device was received in only one day and included the means to return the damaged device at no cost. Process could not have been easier. Activating the new device, however, required several phone calls to Verizon.

Daughter slipped on steps and phone went flying. Shattered screen and stopped working. Got online with Asurion and had new phone the next day. I have always had a good experience when dealing with them. Have never had a problem with them.

iPhone 6s. The insurance is great but the product I have has needed to be replaced twice because it locks up. I am so glad I purchased this insurance with my product. Very pleased with the insurance disappointed in the device. Would not recommend the device to anyone, but if you want one be sure to buy this insurance.

I broke my new iPhone 7 screen on a job site on a Thursday. I went online to Asurion's website around 8pm that night, filled out the forms, and paid $150. By 1pm the next day, my new iPhone 7 was sitting on my desk at work. No hassles at all. It's rare that a company comes through with everything they say they'll do, but Asurion did it. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

The workers at Asurion and Verizon were awesome when it came to helping to get my son's phone replaced. When at first the replacement was denied, Verizon worked with Asurion to help find out why. Immediately the problem was fixed and phone replaced.
